Smart contracts allow trusted transactions to be conducted without third parties, which transactions are traceable and irreversible. The federation chain is for members of a particular group and limited third parties, internally designating a plurality of preselected nodes as billers, the generation of each block being determined by all preselected nodes together, with public, transparent and non-tamper-able characteristics.
When the copyright of the original picture is authorized to the task publisher of the matched offline matching task, in order to avoid that the user authorizes the original picture to the task publisher which is not authorized originally due to misoperation, the embodiment of the invention can also display the relevant information of the task publisher of the offline matching task selected by the user, and provide an option for indicating whether the user determines to authorize the selected offline matching task publisher. The process of obtaining the income scores by the user is introduced, and certainly, the user can check the income scores on the account at any time and exchange the equal-value articles by using the scores on the account. In an embodiment of the invention, when a viewing request of a user for the profit credit of the user account is received, the profit credit value in the credit storage address corresponding to the user account is counted, and the counted profit credit value is displayed. And then acquiring the exchanged goods corresponding to the preset designated numerical points, determining and counting the goods which can be exchanged by the income point numerical value, and recommending the goods to the user. The user can exchange the items of the heart instrument according to the needs and the numerical value of the points. Therefore, the user can obtain corresponding income scores by utilizing the uploaded original pictures through offline authorization of the uploaded original pictures, and further exchange corresponding articles by utilizing the obtained scores to convert the original pictures into corresponding values.
The following describes the acquisition of revenue points by the uploading user of the original picture and the flow process of the revenue points according to a specific embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, a task issuing party may submit an offline matching task through a commercial platform, and since the matching objects of the offline matching task are offline contents of pamphlets, posters, display boards, publications and the like, all or part of the offline matching objects may be photographed and distributed to the commercial platform in the form of photos or videos, and meanwhile, the matching requirements of the offline matching task are attached. And then the offline image matching task is issued to the copyright revenue platform in the form of a reward task. After the user uploads the original picture to the copyright protection platform, the copyright protection platform generates a digital fingerprint for the original picture to serve as the unique identifier of the original picture. The user can select the issued rewarding tasks from the copyright profit platform, whether the original pictures uploaded by the user meet the matching requirements corresponding to the selected rewarding tasks or not is analyzed, if yes, the use right of the original pictures can be authorized to the corresponding task issuer of the offline matching tasks, and then corresponding profit scores are obtained. The income integral acquired by the user is issued to the user account from the integral pool according to the preset rule, namely the income integral of a corresponding value is transferred to the integral storage address bound to the user account by the integral pool.
In this embodiment, the user may use the obtained points to purchase other original pictures, for example, the user uses the obtained points to purchase the copyright of the original picture with the identifier to be sold, i.e., the picture copyright transaction process. There may also be some handling fees (i.e. corresponding revenue points) generated during the picture copyright transaction, which are fed back into the points pool again. In addition, the user may also redeem the corresponding item in the points mall by using the obtained points, and the process of redeeming the item is described in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to perfect the information of the original picture, to better manage the original picture, and to help the map matching task publisher to understand the original picture deeply, other related information of the original picture uploaded by the user may be further received, and a corresponding relationship between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture is established and stored. Wherein the original picture related information may include at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture. The embodiment stores other related information of the original picture, and is actually a simple registration process of the copyright related information of the original picture.
For example, the embodiment may input the copyright related information of the original picture through a corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to fig. 3, the interface of "registration information" is the corresponding interface of copyright registration, and fig. 3 only shows a part of the content of the interface of "registration information". In fig. 3, the user can start the work registration by clicking the "register work" button. After clicking a 'upload work' button, the user uploads the original picture, and then selects a type corresponding to the picture through a pull-down menu in a 'work type' option, for example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the work type can be directly selected as the photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in information in the options of "work name", "author", "copyright holder", etc., where "author", "copyright holder" is followed by "+" identification, meaning that a plurality of "authors", "copyright holder" can be filled in. Of course, if the user repels in the process of filling in the registration information and does not want to continue to register the work information, the registration information may be canceled by clicking the "cancel release" button.
The above introduces a simple registration process for the copyright related information of the original picture, and in order to improve the copyright registration of the original picture so as to make the copyright registration of the original picture safer and more reliable, the embodiment of the invention can also provide an ownership certification and a presence certification service which accords with the international X9.95 protocol standard by using a trusted timestamp and a digital signature technology and combining a block chain, and improve the copyright registration of the copyright picture (such as the original picture) so as to protect the original content more powerfully.
Before the copyright registration of the original picture, the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and including the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature is required to be acquired. The generation and acquisition processes of the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the upload timestamp, and the user signature are described below.
Firstly, when other attribute information (such as author information) of an original picture uploaded by a user is received, calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information, and adding an uploading timestamp to the original picture.
Then, a private key and a public key pair are generated for the original picture, the hash value of the original picture is encrypted by the private key to generate a user signature, and the generated user signature and the public key are combined to generate the digital fingerprint.
And then, the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information are sent to a server and stored, so that the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and other attribute information are written into a block chain by the server, and the copyright registration of the original picture is realized.
In this embodiment, information such as other attribute information of the original picture (e.g. type, title, introduction of the work, etc.), the certification data item (e.g. digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload time stamp, etc.), the public key, etc. is written into the blockchain. And the data information written into the block chain is also stored into the corresponding storage system, so that more perfect copyright registration of the original picture can be realized. The registration information may be stored in a distributed storage system (e.g., a redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, where the digital fingerprint may be used as a Key, and other attribute information, a public Key, a certificate storage data item, etc. of the original picture are used as a Value. The storage mode can facilitate the follow-up search of the evidence storage data item or other attribute information of the original picture, and the non-chain type offchain query can be realized.
Based on the same invention concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides an offline income device of the picture copyright. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an offline revenue generating apparatus for picture copyright according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the offline revenue generating apparatus 400 of picture copyright includes an obtaining module 410, a first receiving module 420, an authorizing module 430, and a point issuing module 440.
The functions of the components or devices of the offline revenue generating apparatus 400 of the picture copyright of the embodiment of the present invention and the connection relationship between the components will now be described:
the obtaining module 410 is adapted to, when receiving an obtaining request of an offline image matching task submitted by a user, obtain and display a pre-collected offline image matching task according to the obtaining request;
a first receiving module 420, coupled to the obtaining module 410, adapted to receive a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline image matching task and an original image uploaded for the selected offline image matching task;
the authorization module 430 is coupled with the first receiving module 420 and is adapted to authorize the copyright of the original picture to a task issuer of the selected offline image matching task if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task;
and the point issuing module 440 is coupled with the authorization module 430 and is suitable for issuing corresponding profit points by the user who uploads the original image in the authorized offline image matching task issuing direction according to a preset rule.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the task of offline map matching includes: the matching task aims at least one matching object in pamphlets, posters, display boards and publications.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another offline income device for the picture copyright. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an offline revenue generating apparatus for picture copyright according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the offline revenue device 400 of picture copyright includes an acquisition module 410, a first receiving module 420, an authorization module 430, a credit issue module 440, a calling module 450, a parsing module 460, a judgment module 470, a determination module 480, a second receiving module 490, a registration module 500, and a binding module 510.
The calling module 450 is adapted to call a preset matching interface after the first receiving module 420 receives a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline matching task and an original picture uploaded by the selected offline matching task.
The parsing module 460, coupled to the calling module 450, is adapted to parse the task requirements of the selected offline mapping task by using the mapping interface.
The determining module 470, coupled to the parsing module 460, is adapted to analyze the content information of the original picture and determine whether the analysis result matches with the task requirement of the offline image matching task.
And the determining module 480 is coupled with the judging module 470 and the authorizing module 430 respectively, and is adapted to determine that the original picture meets the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task if the analysis result matches the task requirement of the offline image matching task.
The second receiving module 490 is adapted to receive registration requests carrying user information sent by users uploading original pictures and users sending offline image matching task publishers, respectively.
The registration module 500, coupled to the second receiving module 490, is adapted to parse the corresponding user information from the received registration request, and register the corresponding account based on the parsed user information.
And the binding module 510, coupled to the registration module 500 and the credit issue module 440, is adapted to assign a unique credit storage address to the account successfully registered, and bind the account and the credit storage address corresponding to the account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the point issuing module 440 is further adapted to define an account corresponding to the user who uploads the original image as a first account, and an account corresponding to the authorized offline image matching task issuer as a second account. And transferring the income integral of the corresponding numerical value in the integral storage address corresponding to the second account into the integral storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the point issuing module 440 is further adapted to analyze the map matching objects included in the offline map matching task, and count the number of publications sold in the preset time period if the analyzed map matching objects include publications. And according to the counted sales number, the authorized users who upload the original pictures in the direction of distributing the offline image distribution task issue corresponding profit credits.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the score issuing module 440 is further adapted to analyze the map matching objects included in the line map matching task. If the analyzed matching picture object comprises at least one of an brochure, a poster and a display board, the income integral of the corresponding numerical value is issued for the user uploading the original picture at one time according to the numerical value of the income integral preset for each matching picture object.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the authorization module 430 is further adapted to display the relevant information of the task publisher of the selected offline mapping task, and provide an option indicating whether the user determines to authorize the task publisher of the selected offline mapping task. And if receiving an option which is triggered by a user and determined to be authorized to the selected offline image matching task issuing party, authorizing the copyright of the original image to the offline image matching task issuing party.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another offline income device for the picture copyright. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration of an offline revenue generating apparatus for picture copyright according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the offline revenue device 400 for picture copyright includes a viewing module 520, a statistics module 530, a recommendation module 540, and a copyright registration module 550, in addition to the above modules.
A viewing module 520, coupled to the binding module 510, adapted to receive a user request to view the revenue credits of the user's account.
And the counting module 530 is coupled with the viewing module 520 and is suitable for counting the profit-score value in the score storage address corresponding to the user account and displaying the profit-score value obtained through counting.
And the recommending module 540 is coupled with the counting module 530 and is suitable for acquiring the exchanged goods corresponding to the preset specified numerical points, determining the goods which can be exchanged by counting the obtained income point numerical values and recommending the goods to the user.
The copyright registration module 550 is coupled to the first receiving module 420 and adapted to receive other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user after the first receiving module 420 receives a selection operation of the user on any displayed offline mapping task and the original picture uploaded for the selected offline mapping task, wherein the other attribute information includes at least one of author information, type, title and work introduction of the original picture. And calculating the hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading timestamp to the original picture. And generating a private key and public key pair for the original picture, encrypting the hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate the digital fingerprint. Sending the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the evidence storing data item of the user signature corresponding to the original picture, the original picture and other attribute information to a server for storing; and writing the certificate storing data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into the block chain by the server to realize the copyright registration of the original picture.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a computer storage medium having computer program code stored thereon, which when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the offline revenue method of picture copyright of any of the above embodiments.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a computing device, including: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform an offline revenue method of picture copyrights in any of the embodiments above.
According to any one or a combination of the above preferred embodiments, the following advantages can be achieved by the embodiments of the present invention:
in the embodiment of the invention, when an acquisition request of an offline image matching task submitted by a user is received, the offline image matching task collected in advance is acquired according to the acquisition request and displayed. And receiving the selection operation of the user on any displayed offline image matching task and the original image uploaded by the selected offline image matching task. And if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task, the copyright of the original picture is authorized to the task issuer of the selected offline image matching task. And according to a preset rule, a corresponding income integral is issued by the user who uploads the original picture in the authorized offline picture matching task issuing direction. Therefore, after the user authorizes the copyright of the original picture uploaded by the user to the task publisher of the offline image matching task, the user can obtain the corresponding integral profit by using the original picture. Further, the scheme of the invention can also effectively encourage the user to upload more original pictures.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and for the sake of brevity, further description is omitted here.
In addition, the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be physically independent of each other, two or more functional units may be integrated together, or all the functional units may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated functional units may be implemented in the form of hardware, or in the form of software or firmware.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the integrated functional units, if implemented in software and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computing device (e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention when the instructions are executed. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: u disk, removable hard disk, Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program code.
Alternatively, all or part of the steps of implementing the foregoing method embodiments may be implemented by hardware (such as a computing device, e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device) associated with program instructions, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the program instructions are executed by a processor of the computing device, the computing device executes all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An offline profit method of picture copyright is applied to a scene that original pictures acquire profits in an offline authorization mode, and comprises the following steps:
when an acquisition request of an offline image matching task submitted by a user is received, acquiring and displaying a pre-collected offline image matching task according to the acquisition request;
receiving selection operation of a user on any displayed offline image matching task and original images uploaded by the selected offline image matching task;
if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task, the copyright of the original picture is authorized to a task issuer of the selected offline image matching task;
and issuing corresponding income integral by the user who uploads the original picture in the authorized offline picture matching task issuing direction according to a preset rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the offline mapping task comprises:
the matching task aims at least one matching object in pamphlets, posters, display boards and publications.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after receiving a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline mapping task and an original picture uploaded for the selected offline mapping task, the method further comprises:
calling a preset map matching interface;
analyzing the task requirement of the selected offline map matching task by using the map matching interface;
analyzing the content information of the original picture, and judging whether the analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline picture matching task;
and if the analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline image matching task, determining that the original image meets the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
respectively receiving registration requests carrying user information sent by a user uploading the original picture and an offline image matching task publisher;
analyzing corresponding user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account based on the analyzed user information;
and allocating a unique point storage address for the account which is successfully registered, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein issuing, according to a preset rule, a corresponding revenue integral from a user who uploads the original picture from an authorized offline matching task issuing direction comprises:
defining an account corresponding to a user who uploads the original picture as a first account, and defining an account corresponding to an authorized offline picture matching task publisher as a second account;
and transferring the income integral of the corresponding numerical value in the integral storage address corresponding to the second account into the integral storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein issuing, according to a preset rule, a corresponding revenue integral from a user who uploads the original picture from an authorized offline matching task issuing direction comprises:
analyzing map matching objects contained in the offline map matching task;
if the analyzed matching object comprises the publication, counting the number of the publications sold in a preset time period;
and according to the counted sales number, issuing corresponding income credits by the authorized users who upload the original pictures in the off-line picture matching task issuing direction.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein issuing, according to a preset rule, a corresponding revenue integral from a user who uploads the original picture from an authorized offline matching task issuing direction comprises:
analyzing map matching objects contained in the offline map matching task;
and if the analyzed matching picture objects comprise at least one of pamphlets, posters and display boards, issuing the income scores of corresponding values for the user who uploads the original pictures at one time according to the income score values preset for the matching picture objects.
8. An offline revenue device for picture copyrights, comprising:
the acquisition module is suitable for acquiring and displaying the pre-collected offline image matching tasks according to the acquisition request when the acquisition request of the offline image matching tasks submitted by the user is received;
the first receiving module is suitable for receiving the selection operation of a user on any displayed offline image matching task and the original image uploaded by the selected offline image matching task;
the authorization module is suitable for authorizing the copyright of the original picture to a task publisher of the selected offline image matching task if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline image matching task;
and the point issuing module is suitable for issuing corresponding profit points by the user who uploads the original picture in the authorized offline picture matching task issuing direction according to a preset rule.
9. A computer storage medium having computer program code stored thereon which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the offline revenue method of picture copyright of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computing device, comprising: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform an offline revenue method for picture copyrights of any of claims 1-7.
