Abstract

The invention relates to a communication method and a computer readable storage medium, which are used for automatically forwarding messages to other contacts according to the setting of a user in an instant communication program, so that the messages are conveniently and timely forwarded.

Description

Communication method and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to a communication method and a communication program, in particular to a program and a method for automatically forwarding a session message in an instant communication program.
Background
The communication programs of QQ, WeChat, WhatsApp and the like facilitate the communication between people and the quick transmission of information. During the use of a messaging program, users often have a need to forward session messages. In the prior art, two methods can be adopted for forwarding the session message: one method is that the user directly copies the conversation message and pastes the message to the conversation of other contacts; another method is suitable for a communication program providing a forwarding function, wherein a user manually selects a message, then selects the forwarding function provided by the communication program, and then selects a single contact or a group in a contact list of the communication program for forwarding. This manual forwarding is inconvenient. Meanwhile, if the user does not see and forward the message to others instantly, it is difficult for others to obtain the message or the message cannot be obtained in a timely manner.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the background art, it is desirable to provide a communication method and a computer readable storage medium. The communication program (especially instant communication program) in the prior art can provide one-to-one bidirectional conversation between users and also can provide group conversation between a plurality of users, and the communication method and the computer readable storage medium of the invention are used for automatically forwarding a conversation message in one-to-one bidirectional conversation or group conversation to a target contact.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a communication method, including: (1) setting a target contact person for automatic forwarding; (2) the session message is automatically forwarded to the target contact.
Preferably, step (1) further comprises: and setting an automatic forwarding condition of the session message. In the step (2), whether the session message meets the automatic forwarding condition is judged, and the session message is automatically forwarded to the target contact only when the session message meets the automatic forwarding condition.
Preferably, the automatic forwarding condition includes a type of the session message and/or a characteristic of the session message. When the automatic forwarding condition includes the type of the session message, one or more message types need to be predefined, and the sender of the message can select the message type before sending the message, or the communication program can automatically judge the type of the message according to the characteristics of the message. Features of the conversation message include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following: sender of message, font type of message, font size of message, font color of message, keyword.
Preferably, step (1) further comprises: modifying the message type of the existing message, wherein the step (2) further comprises: and judging whether the modified message meets the condition of automatic forwarding or not. It should be noted that the modification to the message type of the existing message may be effected only by the modifier himself, or may be effected by all participants of the conversation.
Usually, a contact list is provided in the communication program, and the contacts in the contact list may be a single user or a group consisting of more than two (including two) users. Thus, the communication program may provide a one-to-one bi-directional conversation of the user with the user and/or a group conversation of multiple users. For the same session, the user may add one or more sets of auto-forwarding settings to automatically forward messages that satisfy different conditions to different target contacts. It is understood that the target contact may be a single user or a group. Meanwhile, although the user belongs to a member of the automatically forwarded target group in most cases, the present invention does not limit this, that is, the user may not belong to a member of the automatically forwarded target group.
Meanwhile, the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon to implement: the automatic forwarding setting module is used for setting a target contact person for automatic forwarding; and the automatic forwarding module is used for automatically forwarding the session message to the target contact.
Preferably, the automatic forwarding setting module is further configured to set an automatic forwarding condition of the session message, and the automatic forwarding module automatically forwards the session message to the target contact only when the session message satisfies the automatic forwarding condition. The user may set one or more groups of automatic forwarding conditions for a session, where each group of automatic forwarding conditions is set with a respective target contact.
Preferably, the automatic forwarding condition includes a type of the session message and/or a characteristic of the session message. Features of the conversation message include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following: sender of message, font type of message, font size of message, font color of message, keyword.
Preferably, the instructions in the storage medium are further configured to implement: and the message type selection module is used for selecting the message type before the message is sent by the sender of the message.
Preferably, the instructions in the storage medium are further configured to implement: and the message type judging module is used for automatically determining the type of the message according to the characteristics of the message.
Preferably, the instructions in the storage medium are further configured to implement: and the message type definition module is used for defining one or more message types.
Preferably, the instructions in the storage medium are further configured to implement: and the message type modification module is used for modifying the message type of the existing message by the user. The modification made by the user to the type of message for which the message already exists may be effected only by the modifier himself or may be effected by all participants of the conversation. After the user modifies the message type of the existing message, the automatic forwarding module will judge again whether the message meets the condition of automatic forwarding, if yes, the message is automatically forwarded.
The communication method and the computer readable storage medium provided by the invention have an automatic forwarding function, can automatically forward the session message to the target contact person without manual operation, improve the communication efficiency and avoid the delay of message transmission.

Detailed Description
The following describes the technical solution of the present invention by taking the message forwarding of the group as an example.
For example, a department of a company includes multiple departments, and a department has multiple department members, as shown in fig. 2, a group a composed of a department manager and managers of the respective departments is established in a communication program for the department manager and the department manager to issue information and communicate. Meanwhile, each department establishes a group consisting of members of the department in the communication procedure, for example, as shown in fig. 3, a group 1 consisting of members of a department one established with a department one, and a group 2 consisting of members of a department two established with a department two (not shown).
In the prior art, if a department administrator sends a message in a group a and needs a department administrator to reach all members of a department, the administrator of a department one needs to manually forward the message to a group 1, which causes inconvenience and untimely information transmission.
Example one
In the technical solution of the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the communication program provides an automatic forwarding setting module 2 and an automatic forwarding module 3 for each group. The user can designate the target contact person for automatically forwarding the session message through the automatic forwarding setting module 2, and then the automatic forwarding module 2 automatically forwards the message in the group to the set target contact person. For example, referring to fig. 4, the administrator of department one may set up a group a, and designate the target contact to be automatically forwarded as a group 1 in the auto-forwarding setting module corresponding to the group a. Thus, when there is a new message in the group a, the automatic forwarding module will automatically forward the message to the group 1, so that the manager of the department one and the members of the department one can obtain the message in the group a synchronously. And even if the manager of the department I does not see the message in time, the acquisition of the message by other members of the department I is not influenced.
Through the technical scheme, all members of the department I can acquire the message in the group A in time under the condition that all members of the department I do not join the group A which is used as a department manager for communication.
Example two
As an improvement to the first embodiment, the user may set the type and/or the characteristics of the message to be automatically forwarded in the automatic forwarding setting module, and only the message belonging to the set type and/or having the set characteristics will be automatically forwarded, while other messages will not be automatically forwarded.
Specifically, since group a is used for the exchange of department managers and department managers, not all messages in group a need to be automatically forwarded to group 1 of department one. Therefore, in the automatic forwarding setting module, the user can set the type of the message and/or the characteristics of the message to be automatically forwarded, the automatic forwarding module only automatically forwards the message belonging to the set type and/or the message with the set characteristics, and other messages are not forwarded.
For example, the message type may be divided into a "notification message" and a general message (i.e., a message other than the notification message), and the automatically forwarded message type may be set to the "notification message" in the automatic forwarding setting module. According to this setting, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the automatic forwarding module will automatically forward the notification message without automatically forwarding the general message. As an example, in WeChat, a creator/administrator of a group may publish a group advertisement in the group, which may be considered a notification message, and a user may set up to automatically forward such notification message.
The above message classifications are merely illustrative. In practical application, several different message types can be specified by a developer of the communication program, and also several different message types can be customized in the communication program by a user according to needs. Specifically, several types of messages may be preset in the communication program by a developer of the communication program, or a message type definition module may be provided in the communication program, and one or several message types may be defined by the developer or a user of the communication program. The message type definition module can be an independent module in a communication program or a sub-module of an automatic forwarding setting module. It is to be understood that, in the case where the message type is specified by the developer without allowing the user to customize, the message type definition module may not be provided to the user or the setting authority of the message type definition module may not be opened to the user.
On the other hand, in order to facilitate the user to specify the message type of the transmitted message, a message type selection module may be provided in the communication program. For example, the message type selection module may be presented to the user in the form of a button in a graphical user interface, which when clicked by the user will pop up a message type selection window from which the user can select the desired message type.
For example, a developer or a user may define three message types of "notification message", "reminder message", and "general message" in the message type definition module. Referring to fig. 5, before the user sends a message (e.g., when the user has not started composing the message content, or when the user has entered the message content but has not clicked the send button), the user may click a message type button in the interface of the group session, select one of the message types in the pop-up message type window, and then click to send, the session message will be sent as the message type selected by the user. The automatic forwarding module judges whether the type of the session message belongs to the message type which should be automatically forwarded according to the setting of the automatic forwarding setting module, and then determines whether the session message is automatically forwarded. In practical implementation, only two options of 'notification message' and 'reminding message' can be provided in the message type window, messages sent out without selecting the message type by the user are both used as common messages, and the 'message type' button needs to be clicked only when the user needs to select the 'notification message' and the 'reminding message', so that the operation of the user can be simplified.
It should be noted that the type of session message may be determined by the originator of the message before the message is sent out as described above, but may also be modified by any user in the group after the message is sent out. To this end, a message type modification module may be provided in the communication program to modify the message type.
For example, suppose that a notification message and an alert message set by a user in a group are automatically forwarded, a normal message is not automatically forwarded. In this case, for the existing common message in the group session, the message will not be automatically forwarded according to the setting of the automatic forwarding setting module. But any user in the group can select the message according to the requirement, modify the type of the message into the notification message through the message type modification module, detect the change of the message type through the automatic forwarding module, and automatically forward the message to other contacts.
It should be noted that two options of "take effect on all group members" and "take effect only on itself" may be provided in the message type modification module. When selecting 'take effect on all group members', the modification of the message type by the user takes effect on all users in the group, and in this case, the message type of the message received by all users is modified; when the user selects 'only take effect on the user', the modification of the message type by the user only takes effect on the user, and the message types of the messages received by other users in the group are not changed.
In addition to the type of message, the characteristics of the message may also be used as a basis for whether or not automatic forwarding is performed. Here, the characteristics of the message refer to the characteristics of the sender of the message and the content of the message. The characteristics of the message may be selected from one or more of the following: sender of message, font type of message, font size of message, font color of message, keyword. The keywords may include numbers, letters, symbols, Chinese characters, and the like.
For example, the department has a plurality of departments, and is also provided with a training working group specially responsible for training employees and a comprehensive affair working group responsible for comprehensive affairs, and a training group and a comprehensive affair group are respectively established in a communication program; the training work group has a training responsible person, and the integrated work group has an integrated affairs responsible person. As shown in FIG. 2, both the training principal and the general affairs principal are in group A. In this case, the messages in group a may be automatically forwarded to different contacts according to the keywords of the messages. For example, the training related message in group a may use "# training #" as a starting point, and referring to fig. 6, once the message is sent out after the automatic forwarding setting module performs corresponding setting, as shown in fig. 7, the automatic forwarding module detects the "# training #" keyword, and automatically forwards the message to the training group.
The type of the message and the characteristics of the message can be used in combination as a basis for judging whether the message is forwarded or not. For example, the user may be configured such that the automatic forwarding module automatically forwards the message only if the message is of the notification type and contains a particular keyword in the message.
As a further improvement, the communication program is also provided with a message type judgment module which automatically determines the type of the message according to the characteristics of the message. For example, keywords may be used as a basis for determining the type of message. When a message sent by a user contains the "# notify #" key, the communication program identifies the message type of the message as a "notify message". When a user needs to send out a notification message related to training, a "# notification # # training #" key may be added to the message and the communication program will identify the message as a "notification message" with the "# training #" key. In this way, the user's operation can be simplified. Of course, in this case, only the characteristics of the message may be used as the automatic forwarding condition, and the type of the message is not set any more, that is, "# notify #" and "# train #" are both treated as the characteristics of the message, and the automatic forwarding setting module does not provide the limitation condition of the type of the message any more.
It should be noted that each user in the group can set the automatic forwarding setting module in the communication program used by the user to meet the automatic forwarding requirement of the user. For a group, a plurality of automatic forwarding settings can be added by a user, just as a plurality of alarms can be added as required in the alarm clock application of a mobile phone, different automatic forwarding settings specify different types of messages and/or messages with different characteristics to be automatically forwarded to different contacts, so as to meet various forwarding requirements of the user.
In addition, in the group management function, the group administrator may set whether to allow automatic forwarding of the message, and determine whether to allow the group members to automatically forward the message in the group. The group administrator can also set the message types or characteristics uniformly, and specify which message types in the group session are, which message types or characteristics can be automatically forwarded, and which message types or characteristics prohibit automatic forwarding, so as to prevent the information from being automatically leaked.
The above embodiment explains the technical solution and technical effect of the present invention by forwarding the group message. It can be understood that the technical solution of the present invention is also applicable to the case that the user and the user perform one-to-one conversation, and the corresponding function can be realized as long as the module described in the present invention is provided in the communication program.
The communication program described in the present invention is preferably an instant communication program, but is not limited to the technical solution of the present invention. In addition, the form of the communication program should not be limited. For example, the communication program may be software of a PC version or software of a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone. The functions of each module of the communication program can be completely realized at the server end, or a part of the functions can be realized at the user terminal, or a part of the functions can be realized at the server end, or all the functions can be realized at the user terminal.
The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the invention. All equivalent changes made in the contents of the present specification and the attached drawings are included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
