Taking online payment as an example, the user can directly log in the service provider platform to pay, and can also pay through the payment platform. Taking payment through the payment platform as an example, the payment platform can be in butt joint with a plurality of service provider platforms, and a user can select a service provider required by the user from the payment platform to pay.
In order to improve the user experience, the payment platform usually sets a free amount, when the payment amount is within the free amount, the service fee is not collected, and when the payment amount exceeds the free amount, the corresponding service fee is collected. Considering that the payment result may be successful or may fail, if the first transaction submitted by the user occupies the free amount but fails, and the subsequent initiated transaction will collect the service fee because the free amount is used up, so the user does not substantially enjoy the benefit of the free amount. For the situation, the currently adopted method is to compensate the user by returning the free amount after the transaction fails, but the method still directly causes economic loss of the user under the condition that the user does not continue the transaction subsequently, so that the service fee charged by the user is higher than the amount of service fee to be charged according to the successful amount of the transaction of the user, and the user experience is reduced.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture to which the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the network system 100 includes a terminal apparatus 101, a network 102, a first server 103, a second server 104, and a third server 105. The terminal device 101 is a terminal device used by a user, and may specifically be a device such as a tablet computer, a smart phone, a notebook computer, and the like, and the user may send a corresponding request, such as a payment request, an inquiry request, an information viewing request, and the like, through the terminal device 101; the network 102 is used to provide wired or wireless communication links between any two of the terminal apparatus 101, the first server 103, the second server 104, and the third server 105; the first server 103 is a server corresponding to a payment platform for payment of repayment; the second server 104 is a server corresponding to a service provider providing specific services to the user; the third server 105 is a server corresponding to an information interaction platform for sending refund prompt information to the terminal device 101 of the user in response to the information notification request; the servers 103, 104, and 105 may be independent servers, or may be a server cluster including a plurality of servers.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, first servers, second servers, and third servers in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, first servers, second servers, and third servers, as desired.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a user initiates a payment request through the terminal device 101, the payment request is transmitted to the first server 103 through the network 102, after receiving the payment request, the first server 103 connects to the corresponding second server 104 according to the service provider in the payment request, and draws a corresponding amount of funds from the account of the user to the account of the service provider according to the payment amount in the payment request. When repayment transaction occupies a free amount and fails, and service charge is required to be compensated and returned, first service information which fails in transaction and occupies the free amount in a charging period can be obtained from a database, and second service information and a service charge charging rule of a user can be obtained from the database at the same time, wherein the second service information comprises the amount of service charge paid by the user for all transactions and information of transactions with successful transaction states, and the service charge charging rule mainly comprises the free amount and charges service charge according to the service charge rate when the transaction amount exceeds the free amount; then, calculating the amount of the service charge to be returned which needs to be returned to the user according to the first service information, the second service information and the service charge charging rule; after determining the amount of the service charge to be returned, the payment platform, that is, the first server 103, may return the amount of the service charge to be returned to the account of the user; finally, the user can be contacted with a message, that is, a message sending request is sent to the third server 105 through the first server 103, so that refund prompting information is sent to the terminal device 101 of the user through the third server 105, and the user is guaranteed to know the transaction dynamics and the fund movement in time. In the embodiment of the disclosure, fund transaction can be performed through the information interaction platform with the payment function, and related transaction information and refund prompt information are sent to the user account of the user through the public account of the information interaction platform. The information processing method in the embodiment of the disclosure can timely process the condition that the actually collected service fee is inconsistent with the service fee to be collected due to the transaction failure and the transaction occupying the free amount, thereby avoiding economic loss of the user; on the other hand, the user can be touched by the message, the transaction details can be informed to the user in time, and the user experience is further improved; on the other hand, the information processing method in the embodiment of the disclosure uses the failure transaction record occupying the free amount as the trigger point, so that the data processing amount of the system can be effectively reduced, the compensation is only performed for the user who has the transaction failure record occupying the free amount in the current charging period, the data processing purpose of the system is more accurate, and the probability of hitting the target user is greatly improved.
Taking credit card repayment as an example, when repayment is usually performed through a payment platform, the payment platform can evaluate the user grade according to the attribute information of the user and allocate corresponding free amount, when repayment is performed by the user, the payment platform judges whether to collect service fee according to the free amount and the repayment amount, specifically, in a charging period, when the repayment amount of the user does not exceed the free amount, the payment platform cannot collect service fee, and when the repayment amount of the user exceeds the free amount, the payment platform can collect corresponding service fee. For the transaction occupying free amount, if the transaction fails, the situation that the service fee is paid more in the subsequent transaction of the user is caused, so that the more deducted service fee needs to be returned to the user account to effectively compensate the user.
In the related art in this field, if there is a failure in the above transaction occupying the free amount, the payment platform will usually compensate the user by returning the free amount, fig. 2A-2C show an interface schematic diagram for compensating the free amount, the free amount allocated to the user by the payment platform is 1 yuan, and when the free amount is exceeded, the service fee is charged according to the service fee rate of 1%, as shown in fig. 2A, the user makes a payment transaction through the payment platform for the first time in the charging period, and pays 1 yuan to bank a, and the payment amount does not exceed the free amount, so the service fee is not charged, but the transaction is failed, that is, the transaction is a failure transaction occupying the free amount; since the free amount is occupied, the service fee is charged according to the transaction amount in the following repayment transaction, as shown in fig. 2B, when the user repays 1 yuan to the B bank, the service fee of 0.1 yuan is charged, that is, 1.10 yuan is paid out altogether. Therefore, the first repayment is failed, but the first repayment occupies a free amount, so that the user pays the service fee in the second repayment. In order to compensate the loss of the user, the free amount not enjoyed by the user is compensated for the user, as shown in fig. 2C, when the user pays for the third time in the charging period, the free amount can be repacked to the user, so that the user can enjoy the free amount during the third repacking.
Although the mode in the related art compensates the free amount occupied by the user, if the user does not continue to transact in the charging period, the loss of the user is directly caused, so that the service fee actually paid by the user is higher than the amount of the service fee to be paid according to the amount of successful transaction, and the user experience of the user when using the payment platform is reduced.
To solve the problems in the related art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method, which is a generic term based on a Cloud technology, and a Cloud technology (Cloud technology) is based on a network technology, an information technology, an integration technology, a management platform technology, an application technology, and the like applied in a Cloud computing business model, and can form a resource pool, be used as needed, and be flexible and convenient. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of the technical network system require a large amount of computing and storage resources, such as video websites, picture-like websites and more web portals. With the high development and application of the internet industry, each article may have its own identification mark and needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data in different levels are processed separately, and various industrial data need strong system background support and can only be realized through cloud computing.
Cloud computing (cloud computing) is a computing model that distributes computing tasks over a pool of resources formed by a large number of computers, enabling various application systems to obtain computing power, storage space, and information services as needed. The network that provides the resources is referred to as the "cloud". Resources in the "cloud" appear to the user as being infinitely expandable and available at any time, available on demand, expandable at any time, and paid for on-demand.
As a basic capability provider of cloud computing, a cloud computing resource pool (called as an ifas (Infrastructure as a Service) platform for short is established, and multiple types of virtual resources are deployed in the resource pool and are selectively used by external clients.
According to the logic function division, a PaaS (Platform as a Service) layer can be deployed on an IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) layer, a SaaS (Software as a Service) layer is deployed on the PaaS layer, and the SaaS can be directly deployed on the IaaS. PaaS is a platform on which software runs, such as a database, a web container, etc. SaaS is a variety of business software, such as web portal, sms, and mass texting. Generally speaking, SaaS and PaaS are upper layers relative to IaaS.
Cloud processing is generally applied to the field of Big data, Big data (Big data) refers to a data set which cannot be captured, managed and processed by a conventional software tool within a certain time range, and is a massive, high-growth-rate and diversified information asset which can have stronger decision-making power, insight discovery power and flow optimization capability only by a new processing mode. With the advent of the cloud era, big data has attracted more and more attention, and the big data needs special technology to effectively process a large amount of data within a tolerance elapsed time. The method is suitable for the technology of big data, and comprises a large-scale parallel processing database, data mining, a distributed file system, a distributed database, a cloud computing platform, the Internet and an extensible storage system.
The disclosed embodiments provide an information processing method, which is executed by a computer device, including but not limited to a server or a terminal. The information processing method can be applied to a payment platform, such as the first server 103 shown in fig. 1, and can be used in any situation where a transaction is conducted through the payment platform and free credit lines exist during the transaction, such as credit card repayment, living fee payment, article mailing, cross-platform payment and the like through the payment platform. Taking a credit card payment through a payment platform as an example, fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 3, the information processing method at least includes steps S310 to S330, which are executed by a computer device and described in detail as follows:
in step S310, in response to a trigger instruction, first service information corresponding to a target user in a charging period is obtained, where a transaction corresponding to the first service information occupies a free amount and the transaction status is failure.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, a user performs credit card repayment transaction through a payment platform, the transaction status is successful if the transaction status fails, and for the transaction which fails and occupies free amount, the information of the transaction needs to be screened out to determine the amount of the service charge to be returned which needs to be returned to the user. Generally, the repayment period of the credit card is one month, the next month repayment is consumed in the current month, for example, the bill date is 10 # per month, the repayment date is 20 # per month, then all the consumption amounts from the first day after the last month bill date to the current month bill date, that is, all the consumption amounts from the last month 11 # to the current month 10 # are counted together, and the repayment is performed in the current month 20 day, then the operation of repayment performed by the user through the payment platform is basically periodic, that is, the user needs to perform one or more repayment transactions through the payment platform every month. Of course, the period includes, but is not limited to, a month, and other time periods are also possible, which are not specifically limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure. Correspondingly, according to the repayment period, the payment platform determines a charging period, and carries out grade evaluation on the user according to the attribute information of the user, and further distributes a free quota in a proper charging period for the user according to the grade of the user. For example, if the user has no business or students, the number of credit cards is small, and the card amount is low, the user mark can be classified as a general user, and the general user is assigned a low free amount, such as a free amount of 2000 yuan or 3000 yuan per month; if the user works stably and income is high, the historical repayment amount of the credit card of the user is large, or the credit card grade of the user is high, the user can be marked as a VIP user, and a high free amount is allocated to the VIP user, for example, 5000 yuan, 7000 yuan and the like can be enjoyed every month, although the above-mentioned manner of rating the user and the setting of the free amount are only exemplary, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, all the repayment records of the user may be recorded in the database, and when it is required to acquire repayment transaction information that is a first service information and that has a transaction status corresponding to the target user that is failure and occupies a free amount, all the repayment records in the database may be screened and acquired according to the transaction status after responding to the trigger instruction.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of acquiring first service information, and as shown in fig. 4, in step S401, first transaction information of all transactions whose transaction statuses are failure in a charging period is acquired; in step S402, screening the first transaction information according to the identification information of the target user to obtain second transaction information of all transactions whose transaction states corresponding to the target user are failures; in step S403, whether the transaction corresponding to the second transaction information occupies a free amount is determined according to the transaction amount, the service fee and the service fee rate in the second transaction information; in step S404, the transaction information that does not occupy the free amount is filtered to obtain the transaction information that occupies the free amount as the first service information.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first transaction information and the second transaction information each include information such as a transaction amount, a free amount, a service fee to be charged, and a service fee rate. The identification information of the target user can be a user name of the target user when the target user registers on the payment platform, an identity card number of the target user, or other identification information uniquely corresponding to the target user. In step S403, whether the transaction corresponding to the second transaction information occupies the free amount can be determined according to the transaction amount, the service fee and the service fee rate, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of determining whether the transaction occupies the free amount according to the transaction amount, the service fee and the service fee rate, as shown in fig. 5, in step S501, the service fee in the second transaction information is divided by the service fee rate to obtain the target transaction amount with the service fee deducted; in step S502, the transaction amount is compared with the target transaction amount; in step S503, if the transaction amount is equal to the target transaction amount, the transaction does not occupy the free amount; in step S504, if the transaction amount is greater than the target transaction amount, the transaction occupies a free amount.
The calculation formula corresponding to the flowchart shown in fig. 5 is shown in formula (1), and specifically as follows:
A1=P-(F/R) (1)
wherein A is1The free amount occupied by the transaction, P is the transaction amount, F is the service fee, and R is the service fee rate. For example, the transaction amount is 2000 yuan, the service fee is 2 yuan, the service fee rate is 1 ‰, and the occupied free credit is 0 calculated according to the formula (1), that is, the transaction does not occupy the free credit; the transaction amount is 3000 yuan, the service fee is 2 yuan, the service fee rate is 1 per thousand, and the free credit of the transaction amount is 1000 yuan, namely the free credit of the transaction amount of 1000 yuan can be obtained according to the formula (1).
It should be noted that, in step S402, the second transaction information obtained by screening may include one or more sets of transaction data corresponding to the transaction with the failure transaction status, and when the second transaction information includes a plurality of sets of transaction data corresponding to the transaction with the failure transaction status, the second transaction information needs to be calculated according to the transaction amount, the service fee, and the service fee rate in each set of transaction data, so as to determine whether each transaction occupies a free amount.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the trigger instruction may be from a user or from a system, and specifically, the trigger instruction may be an instruction generated by a target user performing a trigger operation on a target control in a graphical user interface, or an instruction generated by a timing trigger device at a set time. 6A-6B show interface schematic diagrams of a user triggering a target control to generate a triggering instruction, a target control 601 is arranged in a graphical user interface of a terminal device, the target control 601 may be an inquiry button and is used for sending a historical transaction inquiry request to a payment platform, when the payment platform receives the historical transaction inquiry request, a transaction record in a database may be read, and a transaction with a failed transaction state is processed, as shown in FIG. 6A, the user may input a specific inquiry time period, and then click the inquiry control to inquire the historical transaction record and obtain first transaction information; the target control 601 may also be a payment confirmation button, configured to send a payment request to a payment platform, after receiving the payment request, the payment platform may transfer money according to a transaction amount and service provider information in the payment request, and may query a transaction record of a user, and when finding that the transaction state is the failed transaction information, process the transaction information, as shown in fig. 6B, after the user selects a target payment bank and inputs the payment amount, click the payment confirmation button, and the payment platform transfers funds of a corresponding amount from the user account to the target payment bank, and meanwhile obtains a historical transaction record of which the transaction state is the failure, that is, first transaction information from the database.
In step S320, second service information and a service fee charging rule corresponding to the target user in the charging period are obtained, and the amount of the service fee to be returned is determined according to the second service information, the service fee charging rule and the first service information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to determine the amount of the service fee to be returned, the total amount of successful transactions in the charging period of the target user, that is, the total transaction successful amount, and the total service fee amount that is cumulatively paid by the target user need to be obtained, where the total transaction successful amount and the total service fee amount are the second service information corresponding to the target user. The total successful transaction amount can be determined by acquiring service information of payment transaction with successful transaction state in all transactions performed in the charging period and according to the payment amount in the service information; the total service fee amount is determined according to the service fee charged by the payment transaction with successful transaction and the service fee charged by the payment transaction with failed transaction. Different users correspond to different service fee charging rules, so the service fee charging rule corresponding to the target user needs to be obtained, and the service fee charging rule comprises a free amount and a service fee rate.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, after the first service information, the second service information and the service charge charging rule which occupy free quota and the transaction state is failure are obtained, the amount of the service charge to be returned can be determined according to the first service information, the second service information and the service charge charging rule. Specifically, the amount of the service fee to be returned may be determined according to the second service information and the service fee charging rule, and then determined according to the amount of the service fee to be overflowed and the first service information.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, when determining the amount of the overflowed service charge according to the second service information and the service charge charging rule, the amount of the service charge to be charged is first determined according to the total transaction success amount, the exemption amount and the service charge rate, and then the amount of the overflowed service charge is determined according to the total service charge amount and the service charge to be charged. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of obtaining the amount of the overflowed service fee, as shown in FIG. 7, in step S701, the total transaction success amount is subtracted from the free amount to obtain a difference amount; in step S702, the difference amount is multiplied by the service charge rate to obtain the receivable charge amount; in step S703, the total service charge amount is subtracted from the receivable service charge amount to obtain an overflowed service charge amount. It is noted that, in step S701, the obtained difference amount is greater than or equal to zero, that is, when the total transaction success amount is greater than the free amount, a difference amount greater than zero may be obtained; when the total successful transaction amount is equal to the free amount, the difference amount is zero; when the total successful transaction amount is less than the free amount, the difference amount is also zero instead of a negative value.
The process of calculating the amount of the overflowed service fee shown in fig. 7 can be converted into formula (2), which is specifically as follows:
Py=Pm-(Pt-A)*R (2)
wherein, PyFor the purpose of overflowing the amount of service charge, PmFor the total service charge amount, PtFor the total successful transaction amount, A is the free amount of the target user, and R is the service fee rate. For example, if the total service charge amount is 10 yuan, the total successful transaction amount is 3000 yuan, the free amount is 2000 yuan, and the service charge rate is 2%, the excessive service charge amount is 8 yuan calculated according to the formula (2); if the total service charge amount is 10 yuan, the total transaction success amount is 1000 yuan, the free amount is 2000 yuan, and the service charge rate is 2 per thousand, the excessive service charge amount is 10 yuan calculated according to the formula (2).
In one embodiment of the disclosure, after the determination of the overflowed service charge amount, the amount of the service charge to be returned may be determined according to the overflowed service charge amount and the first service information. Specifically, a target service charge amount, which is an exempted service charge corresponding to a transaction occupying a free amount, may be determined according to a transaction amount, an exemption amount, and a service charge rate in the first service information, and then a minimum amount, which is a to-be-returned service charge amount, that is, a to-be-returned service charge amount of min (an overflowed service charge amount, a target service charge amount), may be selected from the overflowed service charge amount and the target service charge amount.
For example, the user a performs three repayment transactions in the charging period, the specific information of the three repayment transactions is shown in table 1, meanwhile, the free amount of the user a in the charging period is 2000 yuan, the service fee rate is 2% per thousand, and table 1 shows as follows:
TABLE 1 repayment transaction information
Figure BDA0002399997880000141
Firstly, according to the formula (1), it can be determined that the first repayment transaction occupies all free lines, the second repayment transaction and the third repayment transaction do not occupy the free lines, the total successful transaction amount is 5000 yuan, the total service fee amount is 10 yuan, according to the formula (2), the overflowed service fee amount is 4 yuan, meanwhile, according to the transaction amount and the service fee rate in the first repayment transaction, the target service fee amount can be determined to be 4 yuan, and then the service fee amount to be returned can be determined to be 4 yuan.
It should be noted that, if there are multiple transactions that fail and occupy the free amount in the charging period, the amount of the service charge to be returned can be determined one by one according to the transaction information of each transaction, that is, the amount of the service charge to be returned is the same as the amount of the transactions that fail and occupy the free amount.
For example, the user B performs three repayment transactions in the charging period, the specific information of the three repayment transactions is shown in table 2, meanwhile, the free amount of the user B in the charging period is 2000 yuan, the service fee rate is 2% per thousand, and table 2 is as follows:
TABLE 2 repayment transaction information
Figure BDA0002399997880000142
Figure BDA0002399997880000151
According to the formula (1), the first payment transaction and the second payment transaction are both failed and occupy free amount, the total successful transaction amount is 2000 yuan, and the total service fee amount is 8 yuan. And when the amount to be returned is determined, calculating according to the transaction information of the first payment transaction and the second payment transaction respectively. When the amount to be returned is calculated according to the first payment transaction, firstly, the amount of the overflowed service charge can be obtained to be 8 yuan according to a formula (2), and meanwhile, the amount of the target service charge can be determined to be 2 yuan according to the transaction amount and the service charge rate in the first payment transaction, so that the amount of the service charge to be returned can be determined to be 2 yuan. When the amount to be returned is calculated according to the second repayment transaction, firstly, the amount of the overflowed service fee can be obtained as 8 yuan according to the formula (2), and meanwhile, the amount of the target service fee can be determined as 2 yuan according to the transaction amount and the service fee rate in the second repayment transaction, so that the amount of the service fee to be returned can be determined as 2 yuan, namely, the amount of the service fee to be returned is returned to the target user as 4 yuan in total. After determining the amount of the service fee to be returned according to the first payment transaction and the second payment transaction, the user can be respectively returned and touched with the message, or the user can be returned and touched with the message after determining the accumulated amount of the service fee to be returned.
In step S330, the amount of the service charge to be refunded is returned to the account of the target user, and refund prompt information including the amount of the service charge to be refunded is displayed in a graphical user interface of the terminal device of the target user.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after determining the amount of the service charge to be returned, the payment platform may return the amount of the service charge to be returned to the account of the target user, where the account is usually an account used for repayment at that time, and only needs to return the amount as is, and of course, the account may also be another user account, for example, the payment platform may send a prompt message to the terminal device of the target user, and prompt the target user to log in the payment platform and extract the amount of the service charge to be returned to a new account submitted by the target user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after returning the pending refund service charge amount to the user's account, the user may be reached with a message to prompt the user for relevant refund information. Specifically, refund prompt information can be formed according to the amount of the service fee to be refunded, and then an information notification request is sent to the information interaction platform, so that the information interaction platform responds to the information notification request, sends the refund prompt information to the terminal device of the target user, and displays the refund prompt information in the graphical user interface of the terminal device. Further, the information interaction platform can send the refund prompt information to the user account of the target user through the public account. Fig. 8A-8B illustrate interface diagrams of a message reach user, where as shown in fig. 8A, a chat interface is displayed on a graphical user interface of a terminal device of a target user, a refund prompting message is displayed in the chat interface, and when the target user clicks and opens the refund prompting message, specific content of the refund prompting message is presented on the graphical user interface, and as shown in fig. 8B, the refund prompting message may specifically include refund information such as a refund amount, a refund reason, and a time of arrival. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the refund prompt message may also be sent in other message contact manners, for example, after the refund prompt message is formed, a short message is sent to the communication device of the target user according to the phone number filled when the target user registers the account in the payment platform, so as to inform the target user of the refund message.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the user account and the information interaction platform may be integrated, that is, the information interaction platform may be compatible with social contact and payment functions, such as wechat, QQ, and other social products, and may receive refund service fees through an electronic wallet in the product, and may send refund prompt information to the social account of the user through a public number when a message reaches the user.
