Under the operating environment, the application provides a product tracing method as shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a product tracing method according to embodiment 1 of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S202, acquiring a first image and identification information of a currently shot product.
Specifically, the product may be a commodity purchased by a user, and the commodity is directly delivered to the user through a set link of product circulation such as production, detection, sale, transportation and the like. After the user receives the commodity, in order to verify that the commodity received by the user is the originally purchased commodity, that is, in order to perform the authenticity verification of the commodity, the user may take a picture of the received commodity to obtain the first image. The identification information of the product may be information that can uniquely identify the product, such as an order number and an ID of the product, and this is not particularly limited in this application.
In an alternative embodiment, after receiving the purchased goods, the user may take a picture of the goods through the user's mobile terminal (e.g., mobile phone) and upload the picture to the server to verify the authenticity of the goods. In another alternative embodiment, after receiving the purchased goods, the user may take a picture of the goods through the user's mobile terminal (e.g., mobile phone) and verify the authenticity of the goods through the APP carried by the user.
Step S204, based on the identification information of the product, obtaining the traceability information of the product stored in the service block chain, wherein the traceability information comprises: and (3) collecting the image set of the product in a setting link of product circulation.
In the commodity identification and verification system, a manufacturer (or an importer) inputs image information of commodities; the staff of every link can shoot the commodity image and type in the system in the commodity circulation, records the state of commodity to store commodity traceability information in the business block chain, specifically including the commodity circulation in-process, commodity from the producer, to the storage, control and sell, control commodity circulation transportation etc. and set for the commodity image of shooting in every link in the link.
In order to ensure the obtained commodity traceability information, the commodity images shot in all links can be stored in the business block chain, so that the possibility of manually tampering the commodity images is avoided. A transparent and reliable unified information platform can be obtained through the block chain, the state can be checked in real time, the logistics cost is reduced, the production of products is traced back, the whole process is conveyed, and therefore the efficiency of supply chain management is improved. Evidence and investigation become clearer and easier when disputes occur.
In an optional scheme, in order to enhance the trust of consumers on the commodity tracing information and ensure the authenticity of the commodity image acquired in each link, the URL address and the hash value of the commodity image may be recorded by using a blockchain.
It should be noted that, while uploading a photo of a commodity, a user also needs to upload an order number or an ID of the commodity, so as to ensure that the server can obtain the commodity tracing information of the commodity from the service block chain. Before the user verifies the authenticity of the commodity through the APP, the user also needs to input the order number or ID of the commodity in the APP to ensure that the APP can acquire the commodity tracing information of the commodity from the business block chain.
And S206, matching the first image with at least one second image contained in the image set to obtain a verification result of the product, wherein the verification result is used for representing the authenticity of the product.
In an optional embodiment, after obtaining the commodity photo uploaded by the user, the server may obtain commodity tracing information of the commodity from the service block chain according to an order number or an ID of the commodity, where the commodity tracing information includes at least one second image, and the authenticity of the commodity may be verified by matching the first image with each second image. If the first image is successfully matched with each second image, the commodity received by the user can be determined to be consistent with the commodity purchased by the user, namely the commodity received by the user is a real commodity and passes authenticity verification; if the first image and the plurality of second images are not successfully matched, the fact that the commodities received by the user are inconsistent with the commodities purchased by the user can be determined, namely the commodities received by the user are exchanged, or the commodities are partially lost or damaged and do not pass authenticity verification.
For example, a preferred embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, each link in the supply chain of the commodity includes production, storage, sales, logistics, and the like, and after the goods arrive at each link, the commodity is photographed in an environment with sufficient light and in a simple image background, so that the photographed image is ensured to contain the main distinguishable features of the commodity, and the images photographed at different links are respectively recorded as an image a, an image B, an image C, an image D, and the like.
And in each link of the supply chain, storing the shot commodity images into an online storage service to obtain the URL of the images, calculating the hash value of each image by using a hash algorithm, and writing the URLs of all the commodity images and the corresponding hash values into the block chain at the same time to be used as the commodity tracing information record filed in the current link.
After receiving the commodity, the consumer shoots the commodity in an environment with sufficient light and a simple background to obtain a commodity image N, and the authenticity of the commodity is verified through an image recognition verification system. The system can read the commodity image URL and the corresponding hash value of each link of the whole supply chain in the block chain through the order number and the commodity ID of the commodity, and further download the commodity image A, the image B, the image C, the image D and the like through the URL. By matching the image N shot by the consumer with the downloaded image A, image B, image C, image D and the like, if the image N is successfully matched with all the images, the consumer can be prompted to pass the verification, and if not, the consumer is prompted to fail the verification, so that the commodities are inconsistent.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, after the first image and the identification information of the product which are shot at present are obtained, the traceability information of the product stored in the service block chain can be obtained based on the identification information of the product, the first image is further matched with at least one second image contained in the image set, the verification result for representing the authenticity of the product is obtained, and the purpose of commodity traceability based on the block chain and commodity image verification is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the block chain technology and the commodity image verification technology can be integrated, a better commodity anti-counterfeiting traceability effect is achieved, the personnel cost is reduced, the verification accuracy is improved, the technical effect of commodity reliability is improved, and the technical problem that the accuracy of product traceability systems in the related technology for verifying the authenticity of products is low is solved.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the image set includes: setting a second image corresponding to each link in the links, and step S206, matching the first image with at least one second image included in the image set to obtain a verification result of the product, including: matching the first image with a second image corresponding to each link; if the first image is successfully matched with the second image corresponding to each link, determining that the product verification is successful; and if the first image fails to be matched with the second image corresponding to the first link, determining that the product verification fails and generating first alarm information, wherein the first alarm information is used for prompting that the first link has risks.
Specifically, the plurality of links may be a plurality of links in a supply chain of the commodity, and each link is captured with a commodity image, that is, the second image.
In an alternative embodiment, after the consumer takes a picture of the commodity, the trust of quality and service can be increased by checking the commodity image recorded in each link. If the first image is successfully matched with the second image recorded in each link, the fact that the commodity has no problem in the whole supply chain can be determined, and the commodity has no problem and is consistent with the purchased commodity. If the first image is failed to be matched with the second image recorded in the first link, the fact that the commodity has a problem in the first link and the commodity has a problem or is different from an expected state can be determined, corresponding first warning information is generated to warn consumers, risks may exist in the link in the whole supply chain, and the commodity is inconsistent, so that the purpose of tracking which link in the whole supply chain has a problem is achieved.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example for explanation, after downloading the images a, B, C, D, etc. of the commodities through the URLs of the commodities, the image recognition and verification system matches the image N taken by the consumer with the downloaded images a, B, C, D, and if all the matches are successful, the commodity is determined to be consistent with the commodity purchased by the consumer, and the verification is passed; if the matching of the image N and the image B fails, a warning can be given to a consumer, and the warehousing link of the commodities has a risk, so that the commodities are inconsistent.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present application, the number of the first images is multiple, and the number of the second images corresponding to each link is multiple, where the shooting angle of each first image is different, and the shooting angle of each second image corresponding to each link is also different.
In an alternative embodiment, after the commodity reaches each link, the commodity is shot from multiple visual angles in a light-rich environment and in a simple image background, so that all distinguishable features in the commodity are contained in the shot image, and each group of at least three images is formed, namely the second image corresponding to each link is three. After receiving the commodity, the consumer photographs the commodity from different angles in an environment with sufficient light and in a simple background to obtain a group of actual commodity images, namely an image N, which specifically includes three images, namely a first image is three images.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, matching the first image with the second image corresponding to each link includes: matching each first image with each second image corresponding to each link; if any one first image is successfully matched with any one second image corresponding to the second link, determining that the first image is successfully matched with the second image corresponding to the second link; and if the matching of each first image and each second image corresponding to the third link fails, determining that the matching of the first image and the second image corresponding to the third link fails.
In an optional embodiment, because the shooting angles are different, even for the same type of commodity, the shot photos are not completely consistent, and in order to realize the matching of the first image and the second image, for a plurality of first images X and a second image Y in any link, if a certain first image in X and a certain second image in Y can be successfully matched, two groups of X and Y photos can be considered to be successfully matched; if each first image in X and each second image in Y fail to match, then the X and Y sets of photographs may be considered to fail to match.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present application, in a case that matching between the first image and the second image corresponding to the first link fails, the method further includes the following steps: judging whether the first link is the last link in the set links; if the first link is not the last link, the target link is executed.
Specifically, the target link may be an exception handling process of the commodity, so as to prevent the exception commodity from reaching the hands of the consumer.
In an optional embodiment, after each link in the supply chain shoots a second image, the second image can also be matched with a second image stored in the service block chain before, an image algorithm is used for calculating the similarity between two groups of images, if the second image shot in the current link fails to be matched with the second image stored in a certain link before, the commodity can be determined to have a problem, and an abnormal processing flow is immediately entered.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example for explanation, after the image C of the commodity is captured in the sales link, the image C may be matched with the image a and the image B stored before, and if the image C fails to be matched with the image B, an exception handling process may be performed, and the commodity does not reach the hands of the consumers through logistics.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, matching the first image with the second image corresponding to each link includes: and matching the first image with the second image corresponding to each link according to the execution sequence of each link.
Specifically, the execution order of each link may be a time order of uploading the second image to the service block chain.
In an alternative embodiment, after the second image captured by each link is acquired from the service blockchain, matching may be performed from front to back according to the time sequence of uploading the second image to the blockchain.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example for description, after downloading the images a, B, C, D, etc., the images N and B, C and D, etc. may be matched from front to back according to the time sequence of uploading the images a, B, C, D, etc. to the service block chain, that is, the images N and B are matched, the images N and C are further matched, and finally the images N and D are matched, so as to obtain the matching result.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, in step S204, obtaining the traceability information of the product stored in the service block chain based on the identification information of the product includes: determining a block corresponding to a product in a service block chain based on the identification information of the product; acquiring a storage address of an image set stored in a block corresponding to a product; and acquiring at least one second image contained in the image set from the storage server based on the storage address of the image set.
Specifically, the storage address may be a URL of a commodity, and the storage server may be an online storage service.
In an alternative embodiment, the order number and the product ID of the product may be used to query the corresponding block of the product in the service block chain, and the URL of the product image in each link of the entire supply chain may be extracted from the block, and further the URL may be used to download the corresponding product image from the online storage service.
Optionally, in the above embodiment of the present application, while the storage address of the image set stored in the block corresponding to the product is obtained, the first hash value of each second image included in the image set is obtained from the block corresponding to the product.
In an alternative embodiment, after querying the corresponding block of the product in the service block chain through the order number and the product ID of the product, the product image URL and the corresponding hash value (i.e. the first hash value mentioned above) of each link of the entire supply chain may be extracted therefrom.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps: calculating a second hash value of each acquired second image; comparing the second hash value of each second image with the corresponding first hash value; and if the second hash value of any one second image is different from the corresponding first hash value, generating second alarm information, wherein the second alarm information is used for representing that any one second image stored in the storage server is tampered.
In an alternative embodiment, after the commodity image is downloaded from the online storage server, the same hash algorithm as that used in the previous storage may be used to calculate the hash value of the downloaded commodity image (i.e. the second hash value mentioned above) and compare the hash value with the hash value stored in the block chain (i.e. the first hash value mentioned above). If the hash values do not match, second alert information may be generated to alert the consumer that the merchandise image in the supply chain has been tampered with. And if the hash values are matched, saving the downloaded commodity image for further analysis.
According to the scheme, in the commodity identification and verification system based on the image, the manufacturer (or importer) inputs the image information of the commodity; shooting commodity images in each link in logistics, recording the commodity states by a recording system, performing anti-counterfeiting verification by using an image algorithm, and immediately entering an abnormal processing flow if a problem occurs; when a consumer receives the commodity, the commodity image can be photographed and uploaded to verify the authenticity of the commodity, and the trust on the quality of the commodity can be increased by checking the commodity image recorded in each link. If the consumer finds that the goods are inconsistent with the delivery conditions after receiving the goods, the consumer can track which link has problems. In order to ensure the credibility of the commodity image acquired in each link, the block chain is used for recording the URL address of the image and the hash value of the image, so that the possibility of manually tampering the image is avoided. By combining an image recognition and verification algorithm and a block chain commodity tracing technology, a better commodity anti-counterfeiting tracing effect can be achieved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, a common chain or a federation chain in the block chain technology may be used, and compared with a private chain, the maximum public trust can be generated, so as to better serve the purpose of tracing to the source of the commodity. The commodity image recognition and verification algorithm model can be trained in the system, and the commodity recognition and verification algorithm can be operated on a server, a personal computer or a mobile terminal, wherein the algorithm operated on the mobile terminal is more beneficial to consumers.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
Example 2
There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, an embodiment of a method for product tracing, where it is noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a product tracing method according to embodiment 2 of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the steps of:
step S402, displaying the first image and the identification information of the currently shot product.
Step S404, displaying the tracing information of the product, wherein the tracing information is obtained from the service block chain based on the identification information of the product, and the tracing information comprises: and (3) collecting the image set of the product in a setting link of product circulation.
Step S406, displaying a verification result of the product, wherein the verification result is obtained by matching the first image with at least one second image contained in the image set, and the verification result is used for representing the authenticity of the product.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, after the first image and the identification information of the currently shot product are obtained and displayed, the traceability information of the product stored in the service block chain can be obtained and displayed based on the identification information of the product, the first image is further matched with at least one second image contained in the image set, the verification result for representing the authenticity of the product is obtained and displayed, and the purpose of commodity traceability based on block chain and commodity image verification is achieved.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the verification result is obtained by matching the first image with the second image corresponding to each of the set links, where in a case that the matching between the first image and the second image corresponding to the first link fails, first warning information is displayed, and the first warning information is used to prompt that the first link has a risk.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps: displaying a storage address of the image set, wherein the storage address of the image set is acquired from a block corresponding to a product in a service block chain based on identification information of the product; and displaying at least one second image contained in the image set, wherein the at least one second image is stored in the storage server.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps: and displaying the first hash value of each second image contained in the image set, wherein the first hash value of each second image is stored in the block corresponding to the product.
In an alternative embodiment, after querying the corresponding block of the product in the service block chain through the order number and the product ID of the product, the product image URL and the corresponding hash value (i.e. the first hash value mentioned above) of each link of the entire supply chain may be extracted therefrom.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps: and displaying second alarm information, wherein the second alarm information is generated under the condition that the second hash value of any one acquired second image is different from the corresponding first hash value, and the second alarm information is used for representing that any one second image stored in the storage server is tampered.
It should be noted that, for optional or preferred embodiments of this embodiment, reference may be made to the relevant description in embodiment 1, but the embodiments are not limited to the relevant description in embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.
