Specifically, the vending machine of the present embodiment is composed of a hardware portion and a software portion, wherein, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the hardware portion includes an equipment box 21, a spring cargo channel, a motor wire, an infrared touch display screen, a dock scanner, a grating detection module, an RK3288 motherboard, one to eight driver boards (each sub-cabinet equipment includes one driver board depending on the number of sub-cabinets), and a signal enhancing antenna; the software part comprises an independent monitoring software module and a main control software, and is used for realizing the goods purchasing and shipment through man-machine interaction.
The present embodiment further provides a vending machine system, wherein, referring to fig. 5, the vending machine system includes:
a shopping module configured for consumer selection of goods;
a control module configured to analyze the order and retrieve the container commodity information;
and the delivery module is configured to store commodities and deliver the commodities according to the orders under the control of the control module.
The implementation principle of the device and the system of the embodiment is similar to that of the technical scheme of the method, and details are not repeated here.
The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the various modules illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (9)

1. A shipment control method for a vending machine, comprising:
a consumer selects a required commodity on the vending machine, forms an order and confirms the purchase;
the vending machine searches the container on the vending machine based on the order, puts the commodity information which can be delivered into an array list, and simultaneously accumulates the delivery quantity until the delivery quantity is equal to the quantity of the commodities on the order;
and after the consumer pays the order money, the vending machine delivers the goods according to the array list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vending machine is based on a bubble sort method when retrieving containers on the vending machine based on the order.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein during the retrieving, all container information is traversed from top to bottom and from left to right from the small cabinet to the large cabinet according to the container code, and after the retrieving of the first item and the selection of the shipment lane are completed, the retrieving of the next item and the selection of the shipment lane are continued.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the items comprise combination items when the consumer picks the desired item on a vending machine.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the combination commodity is given by an operator, a professional, or a big data statistical analysis.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the vending machine automatically generates a two-dimensional code or a barcode for the item.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein when retrieving a commodity, an abnormal situation occurs, and the vending machine reports the abnormal situation to a server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the abnormal condition comprises a low cargo.
9. A shipping system, comprising:
a shopping module configured for consumer selection of goods;
a control module configured to analyze the order and retrieve the container commodity information;
and the delivery module is configured to store commodities and deliver the commodities according to the orders under the control of the control module.
A vending machine comprising, among other things, a memory, a processor; the memory has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the shipment control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
