Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a goods outlet control method, system and device of a vending machine. The method comprises the following steps: a consumer selects a required commodity on the vending machine, forms an order and confirms the purchase; the vending machine searches the container on the vending machine based on the order, puts the commodity information which can be delivered into an array list, and simultaneously accumulates the delivery quantity until the delivery quantity is equal to the quantity of the commodities on the order; and after the consumer pays the order money, the vending machine delivers the goods according to the array list. The combined commodity is pushed to the client by combining commodity combination, the combined commodity is guided by professionals or subjected to data statistics, the requirements of consumers are met to the maximum extent, the purchasing of the client is more convenient, and the flexible selling mode enables operators to flexibly place various commodities and reduce the replenishment times.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical control, in particular to a goods discharge control method, system and device of a vending machine.
Background
A vending machine is a machine that can automatically pay for money according to the money put in. The vending machine is a common commercial automation device, is not limited by time and place, can save manpower and facilitate transaction, and is a brand new commercial retail form, namely a micro supermarket with 24-hour business. Common vending machines are divided into four categories: beverage vending machine, food vending machine, synthesize vending machine, cosmetics vending machine.
The vending machine brings great convenience to consumers, however, as the times develop, diversified consumption demands enable the consumers to change the commodities purchased by the vending machine from the original single commodity with single quantity into various commodities with different quantities purchased by each commodity; and early vending machine can only buy a commodity once, and not few vending machine because the restriction of elevating platform or shipment mouth, can only buy one piece once. It is difficult to meet consumer demand in many industry, specific demand scenarios.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a goods outlet control method, a system and a device of a vending machine, which can provide more convenient service for consumers.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling shipment of a vending machine, where the method includes:
a consumer selects a required commodity on the vending machine, forms an order and confirms the purchase;
the vending machine searches the container on the vending machine based on the order, puts the commodity information which can be delivered into an array list, and simultaneously accumulates the delivery quantity until the delivery quantity is equal to the quantity of the commodities on the order;
and after the consumer pays the order money, the vending machine delivers the goods according to the array list.
Further, when the vending machine searches the containers on the vending machine based on the order, based on a bubbling sorting method, specifically, according to the container codes, traversing all the container information from the small cabinet to the large cabinet from top to bottom from left to right, completing the search of the first commodity and the selection of the shipment channel, and then continuing the search of the next commodity and the selection of the shipment channel.

Specifically, the abnormal condition includes insufficient goods, and when the goods are insufficient, the manager may be notified on the vending machine by the consumer.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a shipping system, including:
a shopping module configured for consumer selection of goods;
a control module configured to analyze the order and retrieve the container commodity information;
and the delivery module is configured to store commodities and deliver the commodities according to the orders under the control of the control module.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vending machine, including a memory, a processor; the memory has stored thereon executable code that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the shipment control method as described above.
In the embodiment of the invention, the combined product is pushed to the client by combining the commodity combination, so that the selection and purchase of the client are more convenient, meanwhile, the commodity combination is guided by professionals or subjected to data statistics, the requirement of consumers is met to the maximum extent, particularly, in the professional field, such as medical supplies, the flexible selling mode is realized, the operators can flexibly place various commodities, and the replenishment frequency is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and "a plurality" typically includes at least two.
The words "if", as used herein, may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection", depending on the context. In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method, a system and equipment for controlling the goods delivery of a vending machine. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, single commodities form commodity combinations mainly by combining the suggestions of professionals or big data statistical analysis, and the commodity combinations are selected by consumers, so that more convenient and professional independent shopping services are provided for the consumers. The implementation principles of the method, system and device are similar, and are not described herein again.
Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
The embodiment of the present invention may be applied to various vending machines, and it should be noted that the embodiment provided by the present invention is only illustrated for facilitating understanding of the spirit and principle of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a shipment of a vending machine, and referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling a shipment of a vending machine includes:
s101: a consumer selects a required commodity on the vending machine, forms an order and confirms the purchase;
s102: the vending machine searches the container on the vending machine based on the order, puts the commodity information which can be delivered into an array list, and simultaneously accumulates the delivery quantity until the delivery quantity is equal to the quantity of the commodities on the order;
s103: and after the consumer pays the order money, the vending machine delivers the goods according to the array list.
Specifically, in step S101, the commodity includes a combined commodity, the combined commodity is provided by an operator, a professional, or big data statistical analysis, and the vending machine automatically generates a two-dimensional code or a barcode for the commodity.
In step S102, when the vending machine searches for containers on the vending machine based on the order, based on the bubbling sorting method, during the search, all container information is traversed from the small cabinet to the large cabinet from top to bottom according to the container codes, and after the search for the first article and the selection of the shipment lane are completed, the search for the next article and the selection of the shipment lane are continued.
In step S103, when a commodity is retrieved, an abnormal situation, such as insufficient goods, occurs, and the vending machine reports the abnormal situation to the server.
Having described the method of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the following description provides an apparatus for an exemplary implementation.
The invention provides a vending machine, which comprises a memory and a processor. The memory has stored thereon executable code that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the shipment control method as described above.
Specifically, the vending machine of the present embodiment is composed of a hardware portion and a software portion, wherein, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the hardware portion includes an equipment box 21, a spring cargo channel, a motor wire, an infrared touch display screen, a dock scanner, a grating detection module, an RK3288 motherboard, one to eight driver boards (each sub-cabinet equipment includes one driver board depending on the number of sub-cabinets), and a signal enhancing antenna; the software part comprises an independent monitoring software module and a main control software, and is used for realizing the goods purchasing and shipment through man-machine interaction.
The present embodiment further provides a vending machine system, wherein, referring to fig. 5, the vending machine system includes:
a shopping module configured for consumer selection of goods;
a control module configured to analyze the order and retrieve the container commodity information;
and the delivery module is configured to store commodities and deliver the commodities according to the orders under the control of the control module.
The implementation principle of the device and the system of the embodiment is similar to that of the technical scheme of the method, and details are not repeated here.
The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the various modules illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by adding a necessary general hardware platform, and of course, can also be implemented by a combination of hardware and software. With this understanding in mind, the above-described aspects and portions of the present technology which contribute substantially or in part to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a computer program product, which may be embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media having computer-usable program code embodied therein, including without limitation disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like.

Claims (9)
1. A shipment control method for a vending machine, comprising:
a consumer selects a required commodity on the vending machine, forms an order and confirms the purchase;
the vending machine searches the container on the vending machine based on the order, puts the commodity information which can be delivered into an array list, and simultaneously accumulates the delivery quantity until the delivery quantity is equal to the quantity of the commodities on the order;
and after the consumer pays the order money, the vending machine delivers the goods according to the array list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vending machine is based on a bubble sort method when retrieving containers on the vending machine based on the order.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein during the retrieving, all container information is traversed from top to bottom and from left to right from the small cabinet to the large cabinet according to the container code, and after the retrieving of the first item and the selection of the shipment lane are completed, the retrieving of the next item and the selection of the shipment lane are continued.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the items comprise combination items when the consumer picks the desired item on a vending machine.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the combination commodity is given by an operator, a professional, or a big data statistical analysis.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the vending machine automatically generates a two-dimensional code or a barcode for the item.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein when retrieving a commodity, an abnormal situation occurs, and the vending machine reports the abnormal situation to a server.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the abnormal condition comprises a low cargo.
9. A shipping system, comprising:
a shopping module configured for consumer selection of goods;
a control module configured to analyze the order and retrieve the container commodity information;
and the delivery module is configured to store commodities and deliver the commodities according to the orders under the control of the control module.
A vending machine comprising, among other things, a memory, a processor; the memory has stored thereon executable code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the shipment control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
