Abstract
The invention discloses a cataloguing system, which comprises login, sample book registration, initial compilation, fine compilation and inquiry statistics, wherein the steps after login are as follows: step 1, registering a sample book, compiling the sample book into sample book data, entering a database for storage through initial compilation, and then finely compiling the selected sample book; step 2, primary edition is to upload the sample book data to a primary edition database; step 3, the primarily edited variety enters a fine editing room to shoot the picture information of the cover; inputting the picture information into a fine editing database; and 4, inquiring and counting catalogues of the primary database and the fine database. The invention has the advantages that: the sample book registration function accelerates the book circulation speed, so that books of a supplier can be catalogued and circulated as early as possible, and latest book cataloguing information is provided for bookstores and customers. The separation of the primary edition and the fine edition can lead the basic information of the book to be presented to the customer at the fastest speed, and the complementary information of the fine edition can also lead the individualized customer requirements to be met, thereby obtaining the most complete book information.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to inventory systems.
Background
Most of existing book data are unstructured data in a text form, a user usually reads by referring to a directory edited in advance, the directory of the book is fixed, and the book content may be the content of the whole book, or may be the content of part of the book, or the content of multiple books. The attribute tags are tags for describing book types, and include, but are not limited to, history, life, literature, medicine, science and technology, and other conventional catalogues. The existing sales aspect does not catalog books.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention is directed to an inventory system.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the cataloging system comprises login, sample book registration, initial compilation, fine compilation and inquiry statistics, and the steps after login are as follows:
step 1, registering the sample books, compiling the sample books into sample book data, entering a database for storage through initial compilation, and then performing fine compilation on the selected sample books.
And 2, primarily editing, namely uploading the sample book data to a primarily editing database.
And 3, the primarily edited variety enters a fine editing room to shoot the picture information of the cover. And inputting the picture information into a fine editing database.
And 4, inquiring and counting catalogues of the primary database and the fine database.
Further, the following steps are registered:
1. inputting a user name and a password;
2. selecting and remembering passwords or automatically logging in according to needs;
3. and clicking to log in, and entering a main interface.
Further, a public variety and a self-use variety are initially compiled, wherein the public variety is obtained by cataloguing and uploading pictures of the public variety, data enter a pre-cataloguing confirmation interface, and are audited by professional personnel of a data company, and all members can be used after confirmation.
The self-use variety: 1) self-service audio and video with supplier and price, after confirmed by the catalog member service member, the catalog member is available;
2) other self-use varieties are directly put in storage, and the catalogued members can use the catalogued varieties.
Further, the cataloging members input data into the cataloging system, the public variety directly enters a public database, and all the cataloging members can use the public variety; the self-used variety enters the catalog member database and is only available to the catalog members.
Further, the catalog members submit public book varieties, and the public book varieties are confirmed after being checked by a data company and enter a public database.
Further, book fine editing and information supplementing are carried out, and the operation steps are as follows:
1. pressing a fine editing-fine editing button to enter a fine editing interface;
2. inputting a bar code, selecting varieties, and automatically taking out variety information including box information;
3. selecting copyright page and back cover picture path, and inputting information such as guide words and prolog information;
4. clicking author information and filling the author information;
5. clicking the winning information and filling the winning information;
6. clicking to save, and finishing the fine editing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the sample book registration function of the invention accelerates the book circulation speed, so that books of suppliers can be catalogued and circulated as early as possible, thereby providing latest book cataloguing information for bookstores and customers.
The separation of the primary edition and the fine edition can lead the basic information of the book to be presented to the customer at the fastest speed, and on the basis, the complementary information of the fine edition can also lead the individualized customer requirements to be met, thereby obtaining the most complete book information.
According to the flow of case management, when cataloguing, cataloguing personnel can see the circulation condition of books in real time, standardize the information flow of books and prevent the omission of cataloguing. The management of the process can also ensure that catalogues in the process can find cataloging errors in real time, and the accuracy of book information is ensured.
