Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of a product acquisition method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present application may be embodied in the system architecture illustrated in fig. 1 or a similar system architecture. As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture may include a server 100a and a plurality of terminal devices, and as shown in fig. 1, may specifically include terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200 c. Among them, the user 1, the user 2, and the user 3 can respectively identify the identification code of the target product through the corresponding clients operating in the above-mentioned terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c, for example, scan the identification code, acquire the corresponding identification code information, and send an acquisition request for the target product to the server 100 a. Alternatively, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode of the target product, and the two-dimensional code or the barcode may be printed on a surface of the target product (for example, a surface of a package of a commodity), or may be a picture in a network (for example, a picture published by a merchant in an online store of a shopping website, such as a promotional picture of a certain product containing the two-dimensional code or the barcode, etc.), or a picture stored locally in the terminal device 200a, 200b, and 200c (for example, a user may save the two-dimensional code or the barcode picture of the target product in the network locally to the terminal device through the terminal device), and so on. The identification code may also be a digital code or a graphic code of the target product, or may also be other encoding methods that are subsequently developed and are applicable to the present scheme, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. Then, the server 100a may receive the acquisition request for the target product, and acquire the product information of the target product by parsing the identification code information of the target product carried in the acquisition request (for example, the identification code may be a parameter carried when the identification code is generated, or a parameter represented by the identification code, etc.). Optionally, the product information may be information that is set by the merchant in advance when generating the identification code of the target product. The product information may include, for example, a name, a price, a specification, a usage, and a category of a target product (for example, the product may be a digital product, a household appliance, furniture, food, a daily cleaning product, and the like, which are not described herein again), and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application. Then, the server 100a may determine at least one obtaining manner (for example, may include online purchasing, offline purchasing, online renting, offline renting, and the like) of the target product according to the product information of the target product, and may further obtain a merchant list corresponding to each of the at least one obtaining manner of the target product, where the merchant list may include, for example, a plurality of stores or individual sellers and the like in each obtaining manner. Finally, the server 100a may send, to the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c, merchant lists corresponding to the target product in at least one obtaining manner, and the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c may receive the merchant lists corresponding to the target product in at least one obtaining manner and display corresponding content according to the merchant lists corresponding to the target product in at least one obtaining manner, so that the user may browse and purchase the content. Thus, the server 100a and the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c complete the steps of acquiring the product information of the target product by identifying the identification code of the target product, and acquiring the merchant list of the target product in at least one acquisition mode according to the product information for browsing and purchasing by the user.
As mentioned above, according to the method and the device, a user does not need to actively search and query, various modes and specific merchants for obtaining the target product can be obtained only by identifying the identification code of the target product through equipment such as a smart phone, and the operation is simple. Therefore, the searching time spent by the user before purchasing or renting the product is greatly saved, the shopping or renting is simpler and more convenient, the user experience is improved, and the actual requirements of the user are met. The terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c may be smart phones, smart wearable devices, tablet computers, laptop computers, desktop computers, and the like having the above functions. The server 100a may be a server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. The server 100a may establish a communication connection with the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c through a wireless network or a wired network, and the server 100a may provide background services for the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200 c.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a product obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be applied to the system architecture shown in fig. 1, where the server may be the server 100a in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, and the terminal device may be any one of the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, may run a relevant client with a code scanning function, and may be configured to support and execute the method flow shown in fig. 2. As will be described below with reference to fig. 2 from the server side, the product acquisition method may include the following steps S201 to S203:
in step S201, a first obtaining request for a target product is received.
Specifically, the server receives a first acquisition request for a target product, where the first acquisition request may be a request sent by a user to the server through an associated client running in the terminal device to identify an identification code of the target product (e.g., scan the identification code of the target product). Alternatively, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode of the target product, which may be printed on a surface of the target product (for example, on a package of the product), or the two-dimensional code or the barcode may be a picture in a network (for example, a picture published by a merchant in an online store of a shopping website, such as a promotional picture of a certain product containing the two-dimensional code or the barcode, etc.), or a picture stored locally in the terminal device 200a, 200b, and 200c (for example, a user may save the picture of the two-dimensional code or the barcode of the target product in the network to the local terminal device through the terminal device), or the like. The identification code may also be a digital code or a graphic code, or may also be other encoding methods that are subsequently developed and are applicable to the present scheme, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. It is understood that, according to the first acquisition request, a subsequent step of acquiring a list of merchants of the target product in one or more acquisition modes may be performed, so that the user can browse and purchase the target product in a suitable store. Therefore, a user does not need to actively search and query the target product in a shopping website or a shopping client, and the user can acquire the merchant list of the target product in one or more acquisition modes only by scanning the two-dimensional code or the bar code and other identification codes of the target product through the client running in the terminal equipment, so that the operation is simple. Therefore, the searching time spent by the user before purchasing or renting the product is greatly saved, the shopping or renting is simpler and more convenient, the user experience is improved, and the actual requirements of the user are met.
Step S202, acquiring the product information of the target product according to the first acquisition request.
Specifically, the server obtains the product information of the target product according to the first obtaining request for the target product. Optionally, the product information may include, for example, a name, a price, a specification, a usage and a category of the target product (for example, the target product may be a digital product, a household appliance, furniture, food, a daily cleaning product, and the like), and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present application. Optionally, the product information may be information that is set in advance by the relevant merchant or manufacturer when generating the identification code of the target product. Therefore, the specific information of the target product can be determined only by scanning the two-dimensional code or the bar code without actively searching and querying by the user, namely the product to be purchased or rented by the user is determined, so that a more convenient shopping or renting method is provided for the user, and the shopping or renting experience of the user is improved.
Step S203, determining at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product according to the product information, and sending the at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product to the client.
Specifically, the server determines at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product according to the product information of the target product, optionally, may also specifically determine a merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode, and send the merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode to the client. Optionally, the obtaining manner may include an offline purchase, an online purchase, an offline rental, an online rental, an article-changing manner, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application. Optionally, the merchant list may include a plurality of stores or individual sellers who sell or lease the target product, and so on. Optionally, the client may receive a merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one obtaining manner, and display corresponding content according to the merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one obtaining manner, so that the user may browse and purchase the content. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when a user wants to buy or rent a certain product, the identification code of the product can be scanned through equipment such as a smart phone to obtain the merchant list of the product in one or more acquisition modes, so that a more convenient method for shopping, renting and the like is provided for the user, and the shopping experience or the renting experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another product acquisition method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method may be applied to the system architecture shown in fig. 1, where the server may be the server 100a in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, the terminal device may be any one of the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c operating in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, may operate a relevant client with a code scanning function, and may be configured to support and execute the method flow shown in fig. 3. As will be described below with reference to fig. 3 from the server and client interaction side, the product acquisition method may include the following steps S301 to S308:
step S301, the client identifies the identification code of the target product.
Specifically, when the user wants to purchase the target product, the identification code of the target product may be scanned by an associated client (e.g., a shopping client or other client with a code scanning function) running in the terminal device to identify the identification code of the target product. Optionally, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode of the target product, or another digital code or a graphic code, and is not described herein again.
The two-dimensional code is a popular coding mode on mobile devices in recent years, and can store more information and represent more data types than the traditional bar code. The two-dimensional code is a pattern which is distributed on a plane (in a two-dimensional direction) according to a certain rule by using a certain specific geometric figure, is black and white and is alternated and records data symbol information; the concept of '0' and '1' bit stream which forms the internal logic base of computer is skillfully utilized in coding, a plurality of geometric shapes corresponding to binary system are used for representing literal numerical information, and the information is automatically read by an image input device or an optoelectronic scanning device so as to realize the automatic processing of the information: it has some commonality of barcode technology: each code system has its specific character set; each character occupies a certain width; has certain checking function and the like. Meanwhile, the method also has the functions of automatically identifying information of different rows and processing the graph rotation change points.
Please refer to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of identifying an identification code according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code printed on the surface of a target product (in fig. 4, for example, red wine a), and the two-dimensional code may be scanned by a camera via a related client running on a smart phone, so as to obtain corresponding two-dimensional code information (i.e., obtain corresponding identification code information, which may be, for example, a parameter carried when the identification code is generated, or a parameter represented by the identification code). Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the current scanning action may also be stopped by clicking "stop scanning" in fig. 4, and so on, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the identification code of the target product may also be a picture in a network (for example, a picture issued by a merchant in an online store of a shopping website, such as a product propaganda diagram containing a two-dimensional code or a barcode, etc.) or a picture stored locally in a terminal device such as a smartphone, and the picture may be scanned by a relevant client to identify the identification code of the target product, so as to obtain corresponding identification code information, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step S302, a client sends a first acquisition request aiming at the target product to a server; the server receives a first acquisition request aiming at the target product.
Specifically, step S302 may refer to step S201 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and details are not repeated here. Optionally, the acquisition request may also carry identification code information of the target product, and as described above, the identification code information may be information acquired by scanning an identification code of the target product by the client (for example, parameters carried by the identification code when the identification code is generated, or parameters represented by the identification code, etc.). That is, the client may scan the identification code of the target product to acquire the corresponding identification code information and send a first acquisition request for the target product to the server.
Step S303, the server acquires the product information of the target product according to the first acquisition request.
Specifically, step S303 may refer to step S202 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the server may obtain the product information of the corresponding target product by analyzing the identification code information carried by the first obtaining request. It is understood that the identification code information of a certain product may correspond to the product information thereof one to one.
Step S304, the server determines at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product according to the product information.
Specifically, step S304 may refer to step S203 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again. Alternatively, the obtaining mode may be a preset obtaining mode, for example, including offline purchase, online purchase, offline rental, online rental, and perishable goods. Optionally, a merchant list corresponding to each of the target products in the at least one purchasing mode may be determined. Optionally, the step of determining, by the server according to the product information, at least one obtaining manner corresponding to the target product may specifically include the following steps s11-s 12:
step s11, determining, according to the product information, the at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product and at least one merchant corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode, respectively.
Specifically, the server determines, according to the product information of the target product, at least one obtaining manner corresponding to the target product (for example, obtaining manners such as online purchase, offline purchase, online lease, offline lease and the like may be included, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application), and determines at least one merchant corresponding to the target product in the at least one obtaining manner. That is, at least one merchant in the acquisition modes of online purchasing, offline purchasing, online leasing, offline leasing and the like of the target product can be automatically matched according to the product information of the target product. Alternatively, for products that cannot be rented (e.g., short-term food, etc.), at least one merchant in the acquisition mode of online purchase and offline purchase, respectively, of the product may be automatically matched, and so on.
Step s12, according to the merchant information of the at least one merchant corresponding to the target product in the at least one obtaining mode, sorting the display order of each merchant in the at least one merchant, and obtaining a merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one obtaining mode.
Specifically, the server sorts the display order of each merchant in the at least one merchant according to merchant information of the at least one merchant to which the target product corresponds in the at least one acquisition mode, so as to obtain a merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode. Optionally, the merchant information may include, for example, a history evaluation corresponding to each merchant, a product price of the target product, a shipping address, a merchant address, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example, for a plurality of merchants automatically matched with the target product in the online acquisition mode, the display order of each merchant may be comprehensively sorted according to the product price corresponding to each merchant, the historical user purchase evaluation, the shipping address, and the like, so as to obtain a merchant list of the target product in the online acquisition mode. Optionally, the display order of each merchant may also be sorted according to a single aspect such as a product price corresponding to each merchant or a historical user purchase evaluation, so as to obtain a merchant list in an online obtaining manner of a target product.
For example, for multiple merchants automatically matched in the online target product purchasing manner, the display order of each merchant may be comprehensively sorted according to the product price corresponding to each merchant, the distance between the current user and the physical store, whether to provide delivery, and the like, or the display order of each merchant may be sorted only according to the product price corresponding to each merchant, so as to obtain a merchant list in the online target product purchasing manner.
For example, for a plurality of merchants automatically matched with the target product in the online leasing mode, the display sequence of each merchant may be comprehensively sorted according to the leasing price corresponding to each merchant, the user evaluation, the shipping address, whether a deposit needs to be paid or the price of the deposit, and the like, or the display sequence of each merchant may be sorted only according to the leasing price corresponding to each merchant, so as to obtain the merchant list of the target product in the online leasing mode.
For example, for a plurality of merchants automatically matched in the target product online lower rental mode, the display sequence of each merchant may be comprehensively sorted according to the rental price corresponding to each merchant, the rental location or the distance between the current user and the rental location, whether the deposit or the specific amount of the deposit needs to be paid, and the like, or the display sequence of each merchant may be sorted only according to whether the deposit or the specific amount of the deposit needs to be paid corresponding to each merchant, so as to obtain the merchant list in the target product online lower rental mode. Therefore, the merchant list of the target product under various acquisition modes can be provided for the user, and merchants which are more in line with the actual requirements of the user (for example, merchants with lower prices and better user evaluation or merchants with shorter distances) can be preferentially displayed so that the user can purchase the target product, and the shopping experience of the user is greatly improved.
Step S305, the server sends the at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product to the client; and the client receives the at least one acquisition mode corresponding to the target product.
Specifically, step S305 may refer to step S203 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the server specifically sends, to the client, a merchant list corresponding to each of the target products in the at least one obtaining manner; and the client receives the merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode.
Step S306, the client sends a second acquisition request aiming at the target product to the server; the server receives a second acquisition request aiming at the target product.
Specifically, the client sends a second acquisition request for the target product to the server, and optionally, the second acquisition request may be a request sent by the user after selecting the acquisition mode and the merchant through the client according to the merchant list corresponding to the target product in the at least one acquisition mode. For example, the user may select a suitable or desired acquisition mode for the target product, and then select a preferred merchant from the merchant list of the acquisition mode, so as to send a second acquisition request for the target product to the server.
Step S307, the server determines, according to the acquisition mode corresponding to the second acquisition request and the merchant information of the merchant, an acquisition scheme of the target product in the acquisition mode and the merchant information.
Specifically, the server may determine, according to an acquisition manner corresponding to the second acquisition request and merchant information of a merchant, an acquisition scheme of the target product in the acquisition manner and the merchant information.
Optionally, when the obtaining mode is online purchase, the obtaining scheme may include an online payment amount and a shipping address corresponding to the target product, and the like; when the obtaining mode is off-line purchase, the obtaining scheme may include the business hours of the merchant and the navigation information of the merchant, and the like; when the obtaining mode is online leasing, the obtaining scheme can comprise online leasing amount, leasing contract, delivery address and the like corresponding to the target product; when the obtaining mode is offline rental, the obtaining scheme may include a rental contract, business hours of the merchant, navigation information of the merchant, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step S308, the server sends the acquisition scheme to the client; and the client receives the acquisition scheme.
Specifically, the server sends the acquisition scheme to the client, and the client can receive the acquisition scheme and display corresponding content according to the acquisition scheme for the user to browse or perform subsequent operations.
Optionally, please refer to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic view of an interface for purchasing a product according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the target product is a red wine brand a, and the interface may include basic information of the target product (e.g., the name, brand history, and place of origin, etc. shown in fig. 5). Wherein, the list of merchants in the online purchasing mode of the target product is shown in fig. 5, and includes M store, N store, K store, and so on, the user can click "more store … …" to make the terminal device display more stores and related information of the target product in the online purchasing mode. As shown in fig. 5, the display order of each merchant in the merchant list may be comprehensively ordered according to the product price, monthly sales volume, historical evaluation, shipping place and the like corresponding to the merchant. The user can select a store meeting the actual needs of the user by browsing and comparing the merchant information of each merchant, and can select a corresponding store by clicking the "enter store" shown in fig. 5 (that is, sending a second acquisition request for the target product to the server) and perform a series of subsequent operations such as online ordering and purchasing. For example, after the user clicks "enter store", the terminal device may display an associated payment purchase interface, provide an online payment amount and shipping address for the target product, and so on. The user can input information such as a receiving address, a contact telephone and the like through the client and carry out online payment so as to complete online purchase of the target product.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of another product purchase interface provided in the embodiment of the present application. The user may operate by clicking "buy off line" or sliding left, etc., to cause the terminal device to display the interface shown in fig. 6. As shown in fig. 6, the list of merchants in the online purchasing mode of the target product is shown in fig. 6, and includes a P store, a Q store, and an S store, etc., and the user may click on "more stores … …" to make the terminal device display more stores and related information in the online purchasing mode of the target product. As shown in FIG. 6, the display order of each merchant in the merchant list may be comprehensively ranked according to the price of the product corresponding to the merchant, the distance between the current user and the brick-and-mortar store, historical evaluation, whether to provide the delivery, and the like. The user can select a store meeting the actual needs of the user by browsing and comparing the merchant information of each merchant, for example, by clicking "enter store" as shown in fig. 6 to select the corresponding store (i.e., sending a second acquisition request for the target product to the server). For example, when the user clicks "enter store", the terminal device may display the business hours and specific location of the physical store, and may further provide one or more navigation paths for the user to refer to in conjunction with the current location of the user, so that the user completes the offline purchase of the target product.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of an interface for product rental provided in the embodiment of the present application. The user may operate by clicking "rent" or sliding left, etc., to cause the terminal device to display the interface shown in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7, for beverages such as a red wine brand a, most merchants do not provide rental services in general, that is, cannot match at least one merchant in the mode of online rental or offline rental of the target product. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, the terminal device may display a related content such as "sorry, temporary information" or the like to prompt the user that the target product cannot currently provide a lease, or the like.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of another interface for product rental according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the target product is a D-brand piano, and basic information (e.g., name, brand history, specification, etc. shown in fig. 8) of the target product may be included in the interface. The list of merchants of the target product in the rental mode (fig. 8 illustrates offline rental, where the actual rental mode may include online rental and offline rental, and different rental modes may be provided according to different target products, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention) is shown in fig. 8, and includes store E, store F, store G, and the like, and the user may click "more store … …" to make the terminal device display more stores of the target product in the rental mode and related information thereof. As shown in fig. 8, the display order of each merchant in the merchant list may be comprehensively sorted according to the lease price corresponding to the merchant, the distance between the current user and the brick-and-mortar store, the historical evaluation, whether the deposit is needed, the specific amount of the deposit, and the like. The user may select a store meeting the actual needs of the user by browsing and comparing the merchant information of each merchant, for example, the user may select a corresponding store by clicking "enter store" as shown in fig. 5 (i.e., sending a second acquisition request for the target product to the server) to reserve a rental, and so on. For example, after the user clicks "enter a store", the terminal device may display a related electronic rental contract for the user to review, may also display the business hours and specific locations of the store (i.e., rental point), and provide one or more navigation paths for the user to refer to in combination with the current location of the user, so that the user completes the rental of the target product. If the obtaining mode is online leasing, the online leasing amount and the shipping address of the target product may also be provided, which is not specifically limited in this application embodiment.
The embodiment of the application provides a product acquisition method, which can scan an identification code of a target product (for example, a two-dimensional code and a bar code of the target product and the like) through a client and send a first acquisition request for the target product to a server. Then, the server may determine at least one obtaining manner (for example, may include an offline purchase, an online purchase, an offline lease, an online lease, an article-changing manner, and the like) for obtaining the target product according to the first obtaining request, and send the first obtaining request to the client, and the client displays corresponding content (for example, may include a respective merchant list of the target product in the at least one obtaining manner) according to the at least one obtaining manner of the target product, so as to allow the user to browse and purchase the target product. Therefore, compared with the scheme that in the prior art, a user is required to input relevant information (such as the name and specification of a target product) of the target product in a shopping website, a shopping client and other renting or easy-to-purchase software for search query, and then browsing, screening and purchasing are performed in a large number of acquired merchants, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application does not need to actively search for query by the user, and various modes and specific merchants for acquiring the target product can be acquired only by identifying the identification code of the target product through equipment such as a smart phone, so that the operation is simple. Therefore, the searching time spent by the user before purchasing or renting the product is greatly saved, the shopping or renting is simpler and more convenient, the user experience is improved, and the actual requirements of the user are met.
