Specifically, each store can create an electronic ticket according to business requirements, and set the electronic ticket to have an attribute of bookable verification, for example, when the store end creates the electronic ticket, a bookable attribute setting entrance is further provided in the electronic ticket creating interface, through which an electronic ticket creating request containing a bookable identifier can be sent to the background server, so that the background server can generate the electronic ticket bookable verification. For example, a reservation-type option such as "reservable self-service" may be checked at the time of creating the electronic ticket, thereby generating the electronic ticket for reservable verification and sale. Correspondingly, after the backstage receives an electronic coupon creating request sent by the store end, the electronic coupon capable of reserving for verification and sale is generated according to the reserving identification contained in the electronic coupon creating request.
In one implementation mode, the electronic tickets can be generated in batches through the electronic ticket templates, and the method is implemented through the following steps:
first, an electronic ticket template is created according to a ticket template creation request transmitted from a store side. Specifically, the e-coupon template is used to generate a corresponding business instance. The service instance means: the entity information of the business product corresponding to the electronic ticket specifically includes information such as name, specification, number and the like of each business product contained in the electronic ticket. The business product in this embodiment may be a meal. For example, a hamburger package is a service example, which includes three meals, namely hamburger, french fries and cola, wherein the hamburger is a chicken hamburger with a middle number, the french fries are a box of potato strips with a middle number, and the cola is a cup of cola, wherein the chicken hamburger, the french fries and the cola are names of the three meals included in the product example, the "middle number" is the specification of the meal, and the "one", "one box", "one cup" and the like are the number of the meals. It can be seen that one service instance may correspond to one or more meals. In addition, the store end can edit the created service instance, so as to modify the corresponding relation between the service instance and the entity information of the associated service product. Therefore, in the embodiment, storing the entity information of the business product in association with the business instance instead of directly in association with the electronic ticket has at least the following advantages: because one business instance can correspond to a plurality of electronic coupons, if the entity information of the business product is directly associated with the electronic coupons for storage, once the corresponding relationship between the entity information of the business product and the electronic coupons needs to be modified, each electronic coupon needs to be modified, the workload is complex and time-consuming, and in the method, each electronic coupon corresponding to the business instance can be rapidly modified in batches only by modifying the business instance.
Then, generating an electronic ticket corresponding to the electronic ticket template and displaying a receiving entrance corresponding to the electronic ticket for a user to receive; the electronic ticket template comprises an appointment-able identification and/or cancel verification constraint information. The reservable identification is used for indicating that the electronic ticket is an electronic ticket with reservable verification, and the verification constraint information is used for indicating constraint conditions when the electronic ticket is verified and sold, and can be specifically set when an electronic ticket template is created at a store end. In specific implementation, the verification and cancellation constraint information generally refers to various constraint conditions related to the verification and cancellation process, such as verification and cancellation time interval conditions, upper limit conditions of order numbers in unit time, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
After the electronic ticket is created, the user can receive the corresponding electronic ticket through the ticket receiving entrance included in the electronic ticket display interface. When the electronic ticket is displayed, a bookable mark can be added on the electronic ticket to indicate that the electronic ticket can be booked for verification and sale. After the user receives the electronic ticket, the corresponding relation between the user identification and the ticket identification of the electronic ticket is recorded in the background server so as to facilitate subsequent verification and cancellation. Meanwhile, the electronic certificate corresponding to the electronic ticket is distributed to the user for verification and sale.
Step S210: and receiving an online verification request submitted by the user terminal aiming at the electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled.
In specific implementation, a user triggers an online verification request through a verification entrance corresponding to an electronic ticket to be verified. The online verification request can be a request for reserving online verification, and can be triggered through a reserved verification entrance to realize reserved verification of the electronic ticket.
In specific implementation, the method can be realized by the following modes:
first, a ticket identifier of an electronic ticket included in a ticket use request triggered by a user terminal is acquired. The ticket use request can include multiple types, for example, the ticket use request can be a query request triggered by a user from an application card package for the electronic ticket so as to show the corresponding electronic ticket; as another example, a confirmation use request triggered by the presented electronic ticket may be used. Then, judging whether an electronic ticket template corresponding to the electronic ticket contains a bookable identifier or not according to the ticket identifier of the electronic ticket; and if so, displaying the reservation entrance so that the user can submit the online verification and cancellation request through the reservation entrance. Specifically, whether the electronic ticket is a reservable electronic ticket or not can be quickly determined according to the ticket identification of the electronic ticket, the electronic ticket template stored in association with the ticket identification, the electronic ticket description information and other contents, and if yes, a reservation entry is displayed to a user and is used for triggering an online verification request.
In one specific implementation, the reservation entry is presented for a user to submit an online verification request through the reservation entry by:
first, the verified retail store information and/or verified sales period information stored in association with the ticket identification is acquired. Specifically, the pre-configured information of the verification sales store and/or the verification sales period can be obtained by querying the electronic ticket template corresponding to the ticket identifier. Wherein the verification sales shop information is used for indicating each sales shop where the electronic ticket can be verified, and the verification sales period information is used for indicating each period of time that the electronic ticket can be verified. When the corresponding reimbursement time period information is configured for each electronic ticket template in advance, differential configuration can be performed according to the service types and the service characteristics of the service instances corresponding to the electronic ticket template so as to meet different types of service requirements. In addition, the reimbursement period information may be an absolute time defining a preset time period, such as morning, afternoon, evening, etc. The verification period information may also be a relative time defining an interval between the verification time and the current time. For example, a business product within a first preset period (e.g., one day or one week, etc.) from the current time may be reserved, and the first preset period may be set according to the validity period of the business product; or the service product after a second preset time period from the current time may be reserved, and the second preset time period may be set according to the preparation time period of the service product. Of course, the service product within the first preset time period after the second preset time period from the current time may also be reserved, and at this time, the first preset time period is greater than the second preset time period.
Then, store input entrances matching the verified sales store information and/or period input entrances matching the verified sales period information are presented. Specifically, the store input portal may be a drop-down list type portal configured according to the verified store information, and store options included in the drop-down list type portal are matched with the verified store information, thereby preventing the user from inputting invalid stores. Similarly, the time period input entry may also be a drop-down list type entry configured according to the verified sales store information, and the time period options included in the drop-down list type entry are matched with the verified sales time period information, so as to prevent the user from inputting the invalid time period.
And finally, receiving store information and/or reservation time period information input by the user terminal through a store input entrance and/or a time period input entrance, and verifying whether the store information and/or the reservation time period information are valid according to the verification and sale store information and/or the verification and sale time period information. Specifically, when store information and/or reservation period information input by the user terminal through the store input entrance and/or the period input entrance are received, the validity of the store information and/or the reservation period information can be further verified according to the verified store information and/or verified period information, and the method is particularly suitable for the case that the store input entrance and/or the period input entrance are input frame entrances. Specifically, the online reimbursement request is parsed to acquire the coupon information, store information, and reservation period information contained therein. Wherein the coupon information includes: the electronic ticket verification system comprises various information such as ticket identification, ticket description information and the like, and is used for indicating basic information of the electronic ticket to be verified and sold. The store information is used for indicating the verified sales stores corresponding to the electronic tickets to be verified and sold. The reservation time period information is used for indicating the receiving time of the business product corresponding to the electronic ticket to be checked and cancelled.
In the specific implementation, in order to further prevent the user from inputting invalid information, the retail store can conveniently configure the verification and sale conditions of the electronic ticket. In this embodiment, when the electronic ticket template is configured, corresponding verification constraint information for setting verification conditions of the electronic ticket is stored in association with the electronic ticket template. Correspondingly, in the step, the verification and cancellation constraint information stored in association with the electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled is obtained according to the ticket information contained in the online verification and cancellation request obtained through analysis; judging whether the online verification request is matched with verification constraint information or not; if yes, executing the subsequent steps, and if not, generating a prompt message to prompt the user.
In one implementation, the cancel verification constraint information includes: the time interval class constraint information is correspondingly realized by the following mode when judging whether the online verification request is matched with the verification constraint information: and judging whether the reserved time period information contained in the online cancel verification request is matched with the time period class constraint information. The time interval class constraint information is similar to the above mentioned cancel and cancel time interval information, and can be used to verify whether the reservation time interval input by the user is valid, with the difference that: the verification time period information is used for verification in the user input process, and the time period class constraint information is used for verification after the user inputs and triggers the online verification request. In particular, the period class constraint information may be set with reference to the above-mentioned cancel verification period information. For example, the period class constraint information may be an absolute time for defining a preset time period, and may also be a relative time for defining an interval between the verification time and the current time. For example, a business product within a first preset period (e.g., one day or one week, etc.) from the current time may be reserved, and the first preset period may be set according to the validity period of the business product; or the service product after a second preset time period from the current time may be reserved, and the second preset time period may be set according to the preparation time period of the service product. Of course, the service product within the first preset time period after the second preset time period from the current time may also be reserved, and at this time, the first preset time period is greater than the second preset time period. In short, the operation of verifying through the cancel time period information in the user input process and the operation of verifying through the time period class constraint information after receiving the online cancel request may be executed either one or all, which is not limited in the present invention.
In yet another implementation, the cancel verification constraint information includes: the order quantity class constraint information is correspondingly realized by the following mode when judging whether the online verification request is matched with the verification constraint information: inquiring the number of store orders corresponding to the store information contained in the online verification and cancellation request in real time; and judging whether the online verification request is matched with the verification constraint information or not according to the order quantity of the store and the order quantity class constraint information. In some business scenarios, the number of orders that the store can take in a unit time is limited, for example, only N orders can be taken in one hour, where N is a natural number, and accordingly, the upper limit of the number of orders that the store can take in a preset time period is defined by the order number class constraint information. When an online verification and cancellation request is received, inquiring the number of store orders of a corresponding store end in the current time period in real time according to an order database, and if the number of the store orders in the current time period is close to the upper limit of the number of orders that the store can bear in the preset time period, determining that the online verification and cancellation request is not matched with verification and cancellation constraint information; otherwise, the online verification request is determined to be matched with the verification constraint information. In short, the situation that the order cannot be delivered at a later time due to the fact that the order quantity per unit time exceeds the standard can be avoided through the order quantity class constraint information, and the order quantity class constraint information can be preset by a store end when the electronic ticket is configured.
Step S230: and determining the store end corresponding to the store information.
Wherein, the corresponding store end is determined according to the store information contained in the online verification request, and the store end is as follows: and the network equipment is arranged in a store for providing business products corresponding to the electronic coupons and can communicate with the server to acquire and process order information related to the store.

Specifically, a ticket verification request for verifying and selling the designated electronic ticket is generated according to the parsed ticket information, wherein the ticket verification request further comprises the parsed reservation time period information. The reserved time period information is used for appointing the delivery time of the service product corresponding to the electronic ticket so as to realize the reserved delivery of the service product. The business products corresponding to the electronic ticket include various types, such as an entity type product, a virtual type product, and a service type product, which is not limited in the present invention.
In specific implementation, the background server generates an order corresponding to the electronic ticket and pushes the order to the store end, and correspondingly, when a confirmation request for order feedback of the store end is received, the electronic ticket is checked and sold. In addition, when receiving the cancel verification request fed back by the store end, displaying cancel verification notification information to the user terminal. Specifically, the background server generates a ticket verification and cancellation request according to the ticket information obtained through analysis and the reservation time period information, the ticket verification and cancellation request can be sent to the store end in an order form, so that the store end can determine whether to take the order or not according to the reservation time period contained in the order, and the store end can determine by combining with the current store service running state. And if the store end returns a confirmation request, the store end receives the order and correspondingly executes the verification operation of the electronic ticket. The verification operation can be carried out immediately, and delayed verification can be carried out according to the reserved time interval information. For example, the verification and the cancellation are performed when the time point corresponding to the reservation time period information arrives, or when the order delivery success notification fed back by the store end or the user end is received, the specific time for verification and the cancellation are not limited in the present invention.
In addition, the ticket verification and cancellation request can be sent in other various manners, and accordingly, the verification and cancellation process of the electronic ticket needs to be realized by the cooperation of the store end and the ticket server. In addition, the store end can also send a time change request aiming at the order, and the reserved time period can be changed into the time contained in the time change request after the user confirms, so that the store end can flexibly adjust the self-picking time of each order according to the service running state of the store end.
Step S250: and receiving a self-service notification message sent by the store end, and pushing the self-service notification message to the user terminal.
Wherein, the self-extracting notification message comprises self-extracting position information and/or self-extracting time information; wherein the self-service time information is matched with the reserved time period information. Specifically, a self-service notification message at the store end can be sent before the service product corresponding to the electronic ticket is delivered, so as to prompt the user to deliver the service product in a self-service manner from the appointed position at the appointed time point. For ease of understanding, a specific example is given below:
in the conventional method, after the user receives the electronic voucher, an electronic voucher, which may be a static voucher or a dynamic voucher, is allocated to the user. Then, the user arrives at the store and displays the electronic certificate for code scanning and verification at the store end. Among the above ways, for the non-restaurant take-away user, the way of scanning the code and checking the sale at the store will certainly increase the waiting time of the user for food preparation in the store, and may increase the infection risk caused by the user waiting in line in the store during the epidemic period.
In order to solve the above problem, in this example, the user is provided with an online cancel option on the cancel link, and the user can cancel the electronic certificate on the platform line in advance before arriving at the store to cancel the meal, and specifies the time of arriving at the store to cancel the meal, so that the merchant can prepare the meal in advance, and the waiting time and the risks brought by the user arriving at the store are reduced. For example, in one specific example, after the user purchases the electronic voucher online, the online booking pick-up, the store where the pick-up is made, and the time of the pick-up may be selected (to control the amount of people, the time of the pick-up may be controlled by the merchant according to the actual situation, such as only several user's pick-up orders can be processed every half hour). Correspondingly, after the user submits the self-picking order of the card-ticket type commodity, the POS machine at the store end determines acceptance or rejection according to the service operation condition after receiving the order, if the acceptance is received, the store prepares for food according to the appointed time, and simultaneously sends the information for confirming the order back to the user, so that the user can arrive at the store for self-picking according to the appointed time. And after the user is confirmed, the user goes to an offline store according to the appointed time to take meals.
In conclusion, the mode can realize the online verification of the electronic ticket, and the user can realize the remote verification without going to a store and facing to a cashier. And the user can select the reservation time period during the verification and sale, so that the reservation and sale verification of the electronic ticket are realized. In addition, the method can verify the validity of the reserved time interval in the process of inputting the reserved time interval by the user and after the user triggers the online check-out request, so that the order delivery failure caused by busy business of the store end or error time interval information is prevented.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for verifying and selling an electronic ticket, which is mainly applied to a store end, as shown in fig. 5, and the method includes:

In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a user equipment, as shown in fig. 9, including:
a reception module 91 adapted to transmit an electronic ticket reception request to receive an electronic ticket that can be reserved;
and the verification module 92 is adapted to trigger an online verification request for the reservable electronic coupon, so that the server notifies a corresponding store end to perform verification according to the coupon information, store information and reservation time period information included in the online verification request.
Optionally, the core-pin module is specifically adapted to:
and displaying a reserved entrance corresponding to the electronic ticket, and submitting the online verification and cancellation request through the reserved entrance.

receiving and displaying self-service notification messages from store ends pushed by a server; wherein, the self-extracting notification message comprises self-extracting position information and/or self-extracting time information; wherein the self-service time information is matched with the reserved time period information. In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for verifying and selling an electronic ticket, including: the electronic ticket verification device, the user terminal and the store end are provided.
In the mode, online verification of the electronic ticket can be achieved, and a user can remotely verify the electronic ticket without going to a store and facing a cashier. And the user can select the reservation time period during the verification and sale, so that the reservation and sale verification of the electronic ticket are realized.

The fourth embodiment of the present application provides a non-volatile computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and the computer executable instruction may execute the method for verifying and canceling the electronic ticket in any of the above method embodiments. The executable instructions may be specifically configured to cause a processor to perform respective operations corresponding to the above-described method embodiments.

As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)402, a Communications Interface 406, a memory 404, and a Communications bus 408.

the processor 402, communication interface 406, and memory 404 communicate with each other via a communication bus 408.
A communication interface 406 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers.

And a memory 404 for storing a program 410. The memory 404 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 510 may be specifically configured to enable the processor 502 to execute the corresponding operations in the above method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A method of verifying an electronic ticket, comprising:
receiving an online verification and cancellation request submitted by a user terminal aiming at an electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled;
analyzing and acquiring the coupon information, store information and reservation time period information contained in the online verification request;
determining a store end corresponding to the store information;
and sending a ticket verification and cancellation request containing the ticket information and the reservation time period information to the store end, so that the store end verifies and cancels the electronic ticket according to the ticket verification and cancellation request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing and acquiring the coupon information, store information, and appointment period information included in the online reimbursement request specifically includes:
acquiring verification and cancellation constraint information stored in association with the electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled according to ticket information contained in the online verification and cancellation request obtained through analysis;
judging whether the online verification and cancellation request is matched with the verification and cancellation constraint information; if yes, executing the subsequent steps.
3. A method of verifying an electronic ticket, comprising:
sending an electronic ticket creating request containing the reservable identification so that the server can create the reservable electronic ticket for the user to pick up;
receiving a ticket verification and cancellation request which is sent by a server according to an online verification and cancellation request submitted by a user terminal aiming at an electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled and contains ticket information and reservation time period information;
and verifying the electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled according to the ticket verifying and cancelling request.
4. A method of verifying an electronic ticket, comprising:
sending an electronic ticket getting request to get the electronic ticket which can be reserved;
and triggering an online verification request aiming at the electronic ticket capable of reserving, so that the server informs the corresponding store end to verify and sell according to the ticket information, store information and reservation time period information contained in the online verification request.
5. An electronic ticket verifying apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is suitable for receiving an online verification and cancellation request submitted by a user terminal aiming at an electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled;
the analysis module is suitable for analyzing and acquiring the coupon information, store information and reservation time period information contained in the online verification and cancellation request;
a determining module adapted to determine a store end corresponding to the store information;
and the verification and cancellation module is suitable for sending a ticket verification and cancellation request containing the ticket information and the reservation time period information to the store end, so that the store end verifies and cancels the electronic ticket according to the ticket verification and cancellation request.
6. A store end comprising:
the sending module is suitable for sending an electronic ticket creating request containing the reservable identification so as to be used by the server to create the reservable electronic ticket for the user to pick up;
the receiving module is suitable for receiving a ticket verification and cancellation request which is sent by the server according to an online verification and cancellation request submitted by the user terminal aiming at the electronic ticket to be verified and cancelled and contains ticket information and reservation time period information;
and the verification module is suitable for verifying the electronic ticket to be verified according to the ticket verification request.
7. A user terminal, comprising:
the receiving module is suitable for sending an electronic ticket receiving request to receive the electronic ticket which can be reserved;
and the verification and cancellation module is suitable for triggering an online verification and cancellation request aiming at the reservable electronic ticket so that the server informs a corresponding store end to perform verification and cancellation according to ticket information, store information and reservation time period information contained in the online verification and cancellation request.
8. A system for the verification of electronic coupons, comprising: the electronic ticket verifying apparatus of claim 5, the user terminal of claim 6, and the store end of claim 7.
9. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the verification and sale method of the electronic ticket according to any one of claims 1-2.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction that causes a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method of verifying and canceling an electronic ticket according to any one of claims 1-2.
