All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Technical terms:
blockchains (Blockchain) have been widely discussed and studied as an emerging technology that has emerged in recent years. Blockchains are intelligent peer-to-peer networks that use distributed databases to identify, disseminate, and document information, also known as value internet. The block chain technology comprises the steps of storing data in a block structure, guaranteeing transmission and access safety by using cryptography and the like, and can realize a technical system of data consistency storage, tamper resistance and decentration.
As blockchain-based financial applications and participants increase, so does the digital assets on the blockchain, which appear, for example, as digital certificates.
The digital certificate refers to an electronic certificate which is generated by a merchant (manufacturer, brand, service provider, etc.) based on a commodity digital certificate processing system and is authorized to be distributed and represents one or more commodities and services. The electronic certificate represents the rights and interests of the corresponding goods and services, including but not limited to property rights such as ownership, usage right, dominance right, income right and the like. Merchants have strict obligations to cash and pay for the holder of the digital voucher, as much as possible, for goods, services for delivery, returns, services for delivery, and the like.
The embodiment of the application provides a transaction method and device based on a digital certificate. The scheme of the present application will be described in detail by specific examples, but the present application is not limited to the following examples.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, the commodity digital certificate processing system provided in the embodiment of the present application at least includes an Astro block chain and intelligent contract family, a shutdown block chain node service, a Matrix production platform, a Keeper system private key management service, a discover block chain commodity digital certificate browser, and a Wing digital certificate management terminal, wherein,
astro block chain and intelligent contract family, and the subsystem is responsible for realizing the block chain and defining the intelligent contract family of commodity digital certificates. By intelligent contract is meant a computer protocol intended to propagate, verify or execute contracts in an informational manner that can be represented as a computer program running exactly on a blockchain. The user terminal can transact by using the intelligent contract, share data, establish trust, ensure the storage and reading of the data by the characteristics of the blockchain technology, and perform the whole process to be transparently traceable and not to be tampered.
The system encapsulates the block chain link point service and provides the same calling interface for block chain business uplink, data subscription and data query.
Matrix production platform: the subsystem provides a series of tools for defining and issuing digital certificates of commodities for merchants, including factory authentication, defining commodities, providing commodity information and the like.
Keep system private key management service: the subsystem provides private key management service for external systems (such as logistics, e-commerce, service platforms and the like) connected with the commodity digital credentialing system.
Discover blockchain commodity digital voucher browser: the subsystem provides browsing, querying services for blockchain digital certificates.
Wing digital voucher management terminal: the subsystem provides terminal service for managing the digital certificate of the commodity.
Each merchant can issue the corresponding digital certificate of the commodity in the digital certificate processing system through the uplink. The specific distribution process may be as follows: receiving a commodity digital certificate issuing request sent by a merchant 1, wherein the commodity digital certificate issuing request comprises a commodity digital certificate to be issued and quantity information of the commodity digital certificate to be issued; and the base commodity digital certificate processing system carries out chain linking processing on the commodity digital certificate in the commodity digital certificate chain linking request, generates a transaction ID corresponding to the commodity digital certificate, and sends a response that the commodity digital certificate is successfully issued to the merchant 1 when the chain linking is determined to be successful.
When a manufacturer issues a commodity digital certificate of the manufacturer in an uplink, the manufacturer adopts a Keeper system private key management service in the commodity digital certificate processing system to sign the commodity digital certificate of the manufacturer so as to ensure the safety of the commodity digital certificate.
In the embodiment of the application, the commodity digital certificate is realized by an Astro block chain and an intelligent contract family, is a protocol for expressing the digital certificate, and is characterized by comprising four aspects:
1. and (6) determining the right. 2. Expressing the value of the commodity. 3. The description of the commodity is realized. 4. Transaction capabilities.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, a digital certificate-based transaction method applied to the above digital certificate processing system for goods includes the following detailed processes:
step 200: and generating corresponding commodity order information based on the purchased commodity information.
The commodity order information at least comprises the type and preset quantity information of target commodities required to be purchased.
In this embodiment of the application, the commodity order information may be generated based on a commodity selected by a user, the user may be a terminal consumer, and the user may select and purchase a commodity in the commodity digital certificate processing system on the premise that the user does not need to register and log in the commodity digital certificate processing system, for example, the user 1 selects and purchases 5 commodities a (which may be understood as a commodity digital certificate a corresponding to 5 commodities a). Then, the commodity digital voucher processing system can generate corresponding commodity order information according to the commodity information selected by the user. As described above, if the user 1 purchases 5 items of goods a, the corresponding goods order information 1 is generated, and the goods order information 1 may include the type of goods purchased by the user (the goods digital voucher a) and the number of the goods digital voucher a purchased by the user (5 items). Of course, each type of digital voucher has a price, and assuming that the unit price of the digital voucher a is X, the total price of 5 digital vouchers a purchased by the user 1 is 5X. That is, the merchandise order information may also include the amount of payment required to purchase all of the merchandise included in the merchandise order.
In the embodiment of the present application, a preferred implementation manner is that, before generating corresponding commodity order information based on commodity information purchased by a user, a commodity digital certificate processing system receives a commodity digital certificate issuing request sent by each manufacturer, and respectively performs chain linking processing on the commodity digital certificates to be issued by each manufacturer, wherein each commodity on the chain has a unique corresponding commodity digital certificate; receiving circulation parameter setting requests sent by manufacturers, and setting circulation rules of the commodity digital certificates issued by the manufacturers respectively based on the circulation parameter setting requests, wherein circulation rule parameters of one commodity digital certificate at least comprise: and the price information of the commodity digital certificate is uplink issued.
In practical application, when each manufacturer adopts the digital certificate processing system to chain the commodities, the digital certificate processing system generates a corresponding digital certificate for each commodity provided by the manufacturer, and sets a circulation rule of each digital certificate according to a circulation parameter of the digital certificate provided by each manufacturer, for example, sets a price of each digital certificate.
In the embodiment of the application, if a user needs to purchase a specified type of digital voucher for a preset number of commodities, a commodity order message is generated, where the commodity order message at least includes a commodity type (i.e. a commodity digital voucher type), a number of commodities to be purchased (i.e. a quantity of digital vouchers for commodities), an order payment message, and the like.
Of course, the merchandise order information may also directly include supplier information (i.e., information about the merchant that sold the type of merchandise digital voucher).
Step 210: and receiving the commodity order information and the block chain address information.
Specifically, after the digital voucher processing system generates the commodity order information, the user can submit the commodity order information to the digital voucher processing system, and input the block chain address belonging to the user while submitting the commodity order information.
Further, the user performs a payment operation based on the type of the item included in the item order, the preset quantity, and the price of the type of the item.
Step 220: and after determining that the commodity order is paid completely, transferring the digital certificate corresponding to the commodity order to the blockchain address of the user.
And after the commodity order is confirmed to finish payment, transferring the commodity digital certificates corresponding to the target commodities with preset quantity and belonging to the merchant and corresponding to the commodity order to the block chain address of the user.
The commodity digital certificates corresponding to the preset number of target commodities can be sold to other users, or used for carrying out goods picking/changing/returning treatment on merchants issuing the target commodity digital certificates.
In practical application, the blockchain to which the blockchain address of the user belongs is the same as the blockchain adopted by the merchant to issue the digital certificate of the target commodity.
That is to say, the block chain used by the product digital voucher processing system is the same as the block chain of all the block chain addresses of the user, but the same block chain is any one of the block chains, and it is only necessary to ensure that the block chain to which the block chain address of the user belongs is the same as the block chain used by the product digital voucher corresponding to the target product issued by the merchant.
Specifically, in this embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is that when a user submits commodity order information, a block chain address belonging to the user is not directly input, but private key information belonging to the user is input, the commodity digital certificate processing system needs to determine the block chain address information of the user according to the private key information, and the private key is written into an intelligent contract through a preset algorithm.
Then, the step of transferring the goods digital certificate corresponding to the preset number of target goods belonging to the merchant into the block chain address of the user comprises: processing the private key information of the user by adopting a preset algorithm of an intelligent contract to generate a block chain address of the user; and transferring commodity digital certificates corresponding to the target commodities with preset quantity belonging to the merchant to the block chain address of the user based on the intelligent contract.
Preferably, the digital voucher is sold to other users based on the smart contract; preferably, the goods corresponding to the digital voucher can be subjected to goods taking/changing/returning processing based on the intelligent contract.
In the embodiment of the application, for the commodity digital certificate stored in the block chain address of the user, the user can perform subsequent processing on the commodity digital certificate stored in the block chain address by using the secret key managed by the user.
E.g., a transfer process, to other blockchain addresses; selling the product to other users; and (4) carrying out goods picking processing, namely carrying out goods picking processing on the manufacturers which issue the commodity digital certificates to the upper chain.
Specifically, in this embodiment of the application, the user private key is generated by the designated third-party software based on the user information.
In practical applications, the obtaining method of the user private key includes, but is not limited to, the following two methods:
the first method is as follows: and the user downloads and uses the appointed third-party software by adopting the terminal, and the third-party software generates a corresponding private key locally at the terminal according to the user account information and manages the private key.
The second method comprises the following steps: the user uses the account information to access the third-party software, the corresponding private key is generated on the basis of the account information in the third-party software, the user uses the private key by adopting the account information, and the user does not need to manage the private key.
In the following, the above embodiment is further described in detail by using a specific application scenario, and referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific process of a transaction method based on a digital certificate is as follows:
step 300: each manufacturer respectively chains and issues a plurality of commodity digital certificates on the Matrix production platform.
Specifically, the manufacturer 1 may chain issue the digital certificate 1 on the Matrix production platform in an intelligent contract manner, and define the commodity information of the digital certificate 1. Similarly, other manufacturers (e.g., manufacturer 2) may also chain issue the digital voucher 2 on the Matrix production platform and define the commodity information of the digital voucher 2. Of course, the price and other information of the commodity digital certificate can be defined at this time.
Step 310: the user selects the goods to purchase in the goods digital voucher processing system.
Specifically, the user can shop for the commodity (i.e. the commodity digital certificate corresponding to the commodity) in the commodity digital certificate processing system without registration and login. I.e. selecting the target goods to be purchased and how many of the target goods need to be purchased.
Step 320: and the commodity digital certificate processing system generates corresponding commodity order information according to the commodity information selected by the user.
Specifically, the commodity order information at least includes: the target goods purchased by the user, and the number of the target goods purchased.
The goods order information may further include: a payment amount required to purchase a preset number of target goods.
Step 330: the user submits the commodity order information to the commodity digital certificate processing system by clicking the order submitting button, and meanwhile, the block chain address belonging to the user is attached.
That is, after the user has purchased a commodity and the commodity digital voucher processing system generates corresponding commodity order information, the user can submit the commodity order to the commodity digital voucher processing system, and simultaneously input own block link address information and submit the information to the commodity digital voucher processing system.
Step 340: the commodity digital voucher processing system receives commodity order information and block chain address information submitted by a user, and determines a merchant selling the commodity according to the commodity information required to be purchased by the user.
After the user submits the commodity order, the user can carry out payment operation, then, after the merchant determines that the user finishes payment, the merchant can inform the commodity digital certificate processing system that the user finishes payment, and at the moment, the commodity digital certificate processing system determines that the user finishes payment.
Step 350: and after determining that the payment of the user is finished, the commodity digital certificate processing system transfers the commodity digital certificate corresponding to the commodity purchased by the user to the block chain address of the user.
Specifically, the digital voucher corresponding to the product purchased by the user can be sold to other users, or used for carrying out a delivery process to a manufacturer who issues the digital voucher.
In practical applications, when the goods are picked up by using the digital voucher, the user can issue a picking-up request to a manufacturer who issues the digital voucher through the digital voucher processing system, and the digital voucher processing system informs the manufacturer to process the delivery request.
Based on the above embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the present application provides a commodity digital certificate circulation device applied to a commodity digital certificate processing system, where the commodity digital certificate is issued by each manufacturer in the commodity digital certificate processing system through uplink, the device includes:
