Description

Liftable wheelchair
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a liftable wheelchair.
Background
A plurality of factors such as social aging, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, trauma and the like can cause a large number of patients with dyskinesia, namely hemiplegia, which is the dyskinesia of the upper and lower limbs, facial muscles and the lower part of the tongue muscle on the same side and is a common symptom of acute cerebrovascular disease. Although the mild hemiplegia patients can move, walking up and walking usually causes the upper limbs to bend and the lower limbs to straighten, and the paralyzed lower limbs draw half a circle by one step, which is called the hemiplegic gait. Serious patients are bedridden and lose the living ability, and need to be assisted by a wheelchair.
In daily life and in hospitals wheelchairs are the main means of transportation for critically ill or dyskinetic or hemiplegic patients. When the patient is examined in a hospital, the patient needs to be frequently transferred between the wheelchair and various examination beds for many times, the height of the existing wheelchair cannot be lifted, and the hemiplegic patient is difficult to transfer onto the bed surface from the wheelchair due to a certain height difference between the bed surface and the wheelchair cushion, so that an attendant is needed to assist the patient to transfer between the bed and the wheelchair. This requires not only a certain skill of the attendant but also considerable effort. Especially, a patient with a large weight often needs to be completed by cooperation of a plurality of persons, and great falling injury and gouge risks exist in the transferring process, so that great inconvenience is brought to the patient and accompanying personnel.

two handrail plates 6 are respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting cushion 4, and each handrail plate 6 is respectively connected with the lifting cushion 4 through a rotating mechanism 7;
two control panels 8 respectively arranged at the top ends of the two handrail plates 6, wherein each control panel 8 is provided with a plurality of control buttons 81;
the control device 9 is arranged on the supporting plate 2, the control device 9 is respectively connected with the two lifting devices 5, the rotating mechanism 7 and the two control panels 8, the control device 9 is used for controlling the rotating mechanism 7 close to one side of the butt-jointed object to act according to a control instruction sent by any one control panel 8 so as to drive the corresponding handrail plate 6 to be lapped above the butt-jointed object,
and the two lifting devices 5 are respectively controlled to act, so that the lifting cushion 4 is not lower than the butt joint object, and a transition angle is formed between the first cushion 41 and the second cushion 42, thereby realizing the transfer of a user between the lifting wheelchair and the butt joint object.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the armrest plate 6 of the liftable wheelchair is rotatably disposed, and when a user needs to transfer between the liftable wheelchair and a docking object, the user firstly pushes the liftable wheelchair to the side of the docking object, and then controls the two lifting devices 5 to act, so that the height of the lifting cushion 4 is not lower than that of the docking object, and preferably, the upper surface of the lifting cushion 4 is flush with the upper surface of the docking object, so as to place the armrest plate 6. And then, controlling the rotating mechanism 7 corresponding to the handrail plate close to one side of the butted object to rotate so as to drive the handrail plate 6 to rotate towards the butted object until the handrail plate abuts against the upper surface of the butted object. Preferably, a proximity switch 12 is arranged on the side of the armrest plate 6 away from the lifting seat cushion 4, so that a corresponding proximity signal is generated when the armrest plate 6 abuts against the upper surface of the butted object, and the control device 9 controls the connected alarm device 11 to give a prompt alarm according to the proximity signal, so as to remind a user that the armrest plate 6 is moved in place, so that the user does not need to pay attention to the in-place situation of the armrest plate 6 all the time in the process of controlling the rotating mechanism 7 to rotate.
Further, the liftable wheelchair of the present invention comprises a first cushion 41 and a second cushion 42 hinged to each other, and two independently controlled lifting devices 5 are correspondingly connected. The two lifting devices 5 can work simultaneously, so that the first cushion 41 and the second cushion 42 can lift and fall simultaneously; the two lifting devices 5 can also work independently, so that a transition angle is formed between the first cushion 41 and the second cushion 42, and a user can transfer the lifting wheelchair to a docking object more conveniently.

Further preferably, after the user completes his/her own transfer, the rotating mechanism 7 corresponding to the side close to the bed on the control panel 8 close to the bed controls the corresponding armrest plate 6 to rotate towards the lifting cushion 4, and the lifting device 5 connected to the control panel 8 close to the bed corresponding to the first cushion 41 operates to control the first cushion 41 and the second cushion 42 to be parallel.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the docking object is preferably a bed, and the liftable wheelchair is located beside the bed when the user needs to transfer the docking object to the liftable wheelchair. The user controls the two lifting devices 5 to simultaneously ascend to be consistent with the height of the bed by operating the control button 81 corresponding to the lifting device 5 on the control panel 8 close to one side of the bed; then, the user controls the armrest plate 6 to rotate towards the direction of the bed through the control button 81 corresponding to the rotating mechanism on the control panel 8 close to one side of the bed until the armrest plate abuts against the upper surface of the bed, namely, the armrest plate is parallel to the bed, and the user can transfer to the liftable wheelchair through the armrest plate 6 by himself.
Further preferably, after handrail 6 and the upper surface butt of bed, second cushion 42 is located and is close to bed one side, the user is through being close to the control button 81 that is connected corresponding to first cushion 41 on the control panel 8 of bed one side this moment, control first cushion 41 descend and with the second cushion 42 between have a transition angle, the direction slope that deviates from the bed of first cushion 41 promptly, the user can further borrow the power through this transition angle, the person of facilitating the use further shifts to the liftable wheelchair through handrail 6 by oneself on.
Further preferably, after the user completes his/her own transfer, the rotating mechanism 7 corresponding to the side close to the bed on the control panel 8 far from the bed controls the corresponding armrest plate 6 to rotate towards the lifting cushion 4, and the lifting device 5 connected to the control panel 8 far from the bed corresponding to the first cushion 41 controls the first cushion 41 and the second cushion 42 to be parallel.
Further, the liftable wheelchair can be transferred between the liftable wheelchair and the bed by a user at any side of the bed, and the operation method of the liftable wheelchair when the second cushion 42 is located at the side far away from the bed is the same as above, which is not described herein again. Meanwhile, the two control panels 8 are arranged, so that the operation of a user is facilitated, and the operation is more convenient.
