In certain embodiments, the heating stage comprises a completion condition. Step S16 includes: and prompting the menu to enter the next heating stage under the condition that the current heating stage of the menu meets the completion condition according to the heating state.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to prompt the recipe to enter a next heating phase if it is determined that the current heating phase of the recipe satisfies the completion condition according to the heating state.
Therefore, under the condition that the current heating stage is finished, the user is prompted to enter the next heating stage, and the user is guided to finish cooking step by step.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the recipe may include cooking data, food material data, non-heating stage data, and heating stage data. The cooking data may include a cooking number, a name, a classification, a component, a search term, and a representative picture. The food material data may include food material numbers, names, classifications, terms, components, prices, trim states and methods, and representative pictures. The non-heating stage data may include a description of the cooking method of each stage, a food combination number, and a representative picture. The heating stage data may include 4 stages of starting heating, different heating conditions, increasing or changing heating objects, and ending heating. Each heating stage may include a food material number, cooking recipe description, representative picture, start condition, finish condition, and heating condition. The heating conditions may include a heating start temperature, a heating target temperature, a heating temperature upper limit value, a target temperature duration, and a heating duration upper and lower limit values. The finishing condition may include at least one of a target temperature, a duration of heating after the target temperature, and a state of the food material. And thus, the completion of the current heating stage is determined according to one of the target temperature, the continuous heating time after the target temperature and the food material state.
In one example, the current heating stage is to throw eggplants and stir-fry for 2 minutes. The starting condition is that food materials are put in, the finishing condition is that the target temperature and the target temperature are added, then the heating duration is continued, the heating condition is that the heating starting temperature is 180 ℃, the heating target temperature is 180 ℃, the heating temperature upper limit value is 230 ℃, the target temperature duration is 120S, and the heating duration upper limit value is 130S, the lower limit value is 100S, therefore, when the temperature reaches 180 ℃ and is maintained for 120S, the controller 106 controls the prompting device 102 to prompt the menu to enter the next heating stage.
In the present invention, the controller 106 determines the start condition, finish condition and heating condition of each heating stage according to the number of each heating stage of the recipe. And if the starting condition is met, executing a heating command, wherein the process parameters of the heating command are controlled according to the heating condition. The controller 106 judges whether the completion condition of the current heating stage is met or not according to the heating state, prompts the recipe to enter the next heating stage if the completion condition of the current heating stage is met, and continues to execute the heating command according to the heating condition if the completion condition of the current heating stage is not met. It is emphasized that the starting condition for the first heating phase is "light-off".
In some embodiments, a control method comprises: and determining the state of the food material according to the change trend of the temperature and/or the weight of the cooking object detected in the preset period.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to determine the food material status according to a trend of change in the temperature and/or weight of the cooking object detected within a preset period.
Thus, the state of the food material can be obtained to determine whether the current heating stage is completed.
Specifically, the food material state may include a preheating state, a heating state, a cooling state, a temperature maintaining state, a feeding state, a holding state, and a stir-frying state. When the weight sensor 108 detects that the weight of the cooking object is increased and finally maintains stable, the temperature detection device 112 detects that the temperature is continuously decreased and finally maintains stable, and the food material state can be determined as the throwing state. When the weight sensor 108 detects that the weight is continuously reduced and finally maintains stable, the temperature detection device 112 detects that the temperature is increased and finally maintains stable, and the food material state can be determined as the out-going state. When the weight sensor 108 detects that the weight fluctuates around a certain fixed value, the temperature detection device 112 detects that the temperature is firstly reduced and then increased, and the state of the food material can be determined to be the stir-frying state.
In one example, the weight sensor 108 detects that the weight fluctuates around 350g, the temperature detection device 112 detects that the temperature is lower than 180 ℃ and then returns to 180 ℃, and therefore the controller 106 determines that the state of the food material is the stir-fry state.
In certain embodiments, the heating phase comprises a completion condition comprising a target temperature. The control method comprises the following steps: and prompting firepower gear adjustment when the difference value between the current temperature and the target temperature of the cooking object is larger than a preset value.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to prompt a fire gear adjustment if a difference between a current temperature of the cooking object and the target temperature is greater than a preset value.
Therefore, the user is guided to select a proper fire gear, and the cooking time length is shortened.
Specifically, when the target temperature is higher than the current temperature preset value of the cooking object, the fire gear is prompted to be increased. And prompting to reduce the firepower gear under the condition that the target temperature is less than the current temperature preset value of the cooking object. In one example, the preset value may be 30 ℃. When the target temperature is more than 50 ℃ higher than the current temperature, the controller 106 controls the speaker 116 to prompt the user to select the maximum fire power. When the target temperature is less than the current temperature by more than 30 ℃, the controller 106 controls the speaker 116 to prompt the user to select the minimum fire power.
In certain embodiments, the heating phase comprises a temperature range, and the control method comprises: and prompting alarm information when the current temperature of the cooking object exceeds the temperature range.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to prompt an alarm message if the current temperature of the cooking object exceeds the temperature range.
Therefore, the user can correct the temperature deviation in time, so that the temperature of the cooking object meets the requirement of the current heating stage.

Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to determine that the reminding state is the overheating state and send out the reminding information of overheating and control the heating device 104 to turn off when the current temperature of the cooking object is greater than the overheating temperature.
Therefore, the temperature of the cooking object is ensured to meet the requirement of the cooking process, and the cooking effect is ensured.
Specifically, in case the heating device 104 is turned on, the controller 106 compares the current temperature of the cooking object with the previously set overheat temperature (T)max) The current temperature is higher than the superheat temperature (T)max) Meanwhile, the controller 106 determines that the reminding state is the overheating state, and at this time, the controller 106 can control the prompting device 102 to send out the overheating reminding information and control the heating device 104 to be turned off.
In one example, the overheat determination temperature (T)max) Setting the ignition point of the edible oil to be about 200-230 ℃. Further, the overheat determination temperature (T)max) And can be set by the user.
In some embodiments, the reminder state includes a no cooking object state. The control method comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the difference value between the weight of the cooking object and the preset weight is within the error range, determining that the reminding state is a non-cooking object state, and reminding information of the non-cooking object.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to determine that the reminding state is the no-cooking object state and prompt the reminding information of the no-cooking object when the difference between the weight of the cooking object and the preset weight is within the error range.
Thus, it is convenient for the user to know the state of the cooking appliance 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the state without cooking object includes an empty pot state, and the preset weight includes the weight of the pot 200.
The control method comprises the following steps:
step S1022: determining that the state without the cooking object is an empty cooker state under the condition that the difference value between the weight of the cooking object and the weight of the cooker 200 is within the error range, and storing the weight of the cooking object as the weight of the empty cooker 200;
step S1042: and prompting the reminding information of the empty cookware 200.

Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to determine that the state without the cooking object is the empty pot state when the difference between the weight of the cooking object and the weight of the pot 200 is within the error range, store the weight of the cooking object as the weight of the empty pot 200, and prompt the empty pot 200 with a prompt message.
Therefore, the user can be prompted that no food material exists in the cooker 200, and the condition of dry burning of the existing cooker is prevented. It can be understood that the weight of the empty pot 200 set in the present embodiment is used for the status determination and detection of the status information such as food material feeding, filling, stir-frying, etc.
In one example, the reminding state is a no-cooking object state, the current weight of the cooking object is 195g, the weight of the empty pot 200 is 200g, the error range (-10g, 10g) of the empty pot state is met, the reminding state is determined to be the empty pot state, and the weight information is initialized and displayed to be 0 g. If the weight data is increased, the food material can be judged to be put into the pot 200; if the weight data is increased and then decreased, it can be judged that the food material is out of the pot 200; if the weight data fluctuates in a value larger than 0, the food material can be judged to be stir-fried.
In other embodiments, the non-cooking object state includes a non-cooking material state of the pot 200, and the preset weight may be 0. Under the condition, the reminding information that no food material exists in the non-pot 200 is prompted, and the situation that no pot is dried is prevented.
In some embodiments, a control method comprises: after the state without the cooking object lasts for the preset time, the heating device 104 is controlled to be automatically turned off.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to control the heating device 104 to be automatically turned off after the no-cooking object state lasts for a preset time period.

step S116: and prompting the score.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the controller 106 is configured to generate a first temperature change relationship in a unit time length and a second temperature change relationship detected in the unit time length during the cooking process according to the target temperature and the target temperature duration after the recipe is completed, compare the first temperature change relationship with the second temperature change relationship to obtain a cooking score, and prompt the score.
Therefore, each cooking of the user is scored, the experience of the user can be summarized, and the cooking level is improved.
Specifically, each heating stage includes a target temperature, an upper heating temperature limit, a lower heating temperature limit, a target temperature duration, an upper heating duration limit, and a lower heating duration limit. According to the target temperature and the target temperature duration of each stage, a first temperature change relation in unit time length, namely a theoretical curve of the temperature change of the cooking process along with the time length, can be generated. Correspondingly, under the influence of user operation, the actual temperature is between the upper limit and the lower limit of the heating temperature, and the actual target temperature duration is between the upper limit and the lower limit of the heating duration, so that the second temperature change relation in the unit duration in the cooking process can be detected according to the actual temperature and the actual target temperature duration of each stage. The controller 106 compares the first temperature variation relationship with the second temperature variation relationship, obtains the cooking score in a certain calculation mode, controls the prompting device 102 or the terminal to prompt the score and displays the first temperature variation curve and the second temperature variation curve.
In one example, after cooking is finished, the controller 106 performs user cooking process analysis, generates a temperature change list per unit time length according to the heating target temperature and the target temperature duration information, judges and generates a temperature list detected in the unit time length during cooking according to the cooking state of the recipe, compares and analyzes the temperature list and the temperature list, and outputs the temperature list to the display device 114 and the speaker 116 to score.
The cooking score is calculated as follows:
