Without switching to the operation instruction to record the operation step and then switching back to the application program to continue the operation. Therefore, the operation guiding method of the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can embody the operation steps of the application program more conveniently and intuitively.
As shown in fig. 2, an operation guidance method of a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, receiving an operation guide request for a target function of the application program.
The application programs of the terminal include an application program of an operating system, a third-party application program installed in a later period, and the like, and the application is not limited in the present application.
The target function of the application refers to a function that the application has to meet the user's needs, for example, for setting the application, the screen brightness can be adjusted, for wechat applications, video calls can be made, and the like.
The user may not be familiar with the functions of the respective applications and how to operate the applications when initially using the terminal, so that the user has a request for operation guidance for the target functions of the applications.
Alternatively, the operation guidance request for the target function of the application program may be received by means of speech recognition. The manner of evoking the voice recognition function may include: for example, by waking up the chip; the button is used for calling; or by long pressing a function key. Then, an operation guidance request of the user on how the application operates, such as "how i set screen brightness", and the like, is obtained through voice recognition.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, an option for operating a target function of the application program is displayed on a display interface (e.g., a help and feedback menu) for selection by the user. And receiving the option selected by the user as an operation guide request for the target function of the application program.
S102, searching corresponding operation steps according to the operation guide request.
The operation steps can be stored locally in the terminal or stored in the server, and the operation steps can be obtained by connecting the server.
The operation guide request and the operation step can be an exact match or a fuzzy match, and the application is not limited. For example, the operation guidance request obtained by speech recognition may be obtained by fuzzy matching. For the operation guide request selected from the listed options by the user, the corresponding operation step can be obtained in an exact matching manner.
S103, executing the operation step to guide and operate the target function of the application program.
Optionally, a prompt message is displayed on the display interface for executing the operation step, where the prompt message is used to prompt the user of the operation position.
Specifically, the prompt information of all the operation steps may be displayed on the display interface for executing the operation steps. Or, it is not necessary to display all the operation steps at the same time, and the prompt information of the current operation step may be displayed on the display interface for executing the operation step. And after the user operates according to the prompt message of the current operation step, skipping the current display interface of the application program, and correspondingly displaying the prompt message of the next operation step.
The manner of displaying the prompt message may include: the stroke is added to the operation position, and a prompt text (for example, "please click") is displayed at the operation position, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
The following description is based on the window display principle of the android operating system.
In an android operating system, all windows (windows) are displayed hierarchically, a display interface of an application program is positioned at one layer, and a screen locking interface display layer, a dialog box display layer for on-off and the like are arranged on the display interface.
A transparent or semi-transparent layer can be added on the layer where the application program is located by adding a view (addview) to display the prompt message.
And then, acquiring window information of the current interface of the application program, including the position of the control, the size of the control, characters displayed by the control and the like, by methods in an accessibility service (accessibility node info) and accessibility node information (accessibility node info).
According to the operation step, whether characters displayed by all controls in the current interface of the application program are consistent with the operation object in the operation step can be obtained, so that the operated controls are determined, and the display area of the controls is used as the operation position. And then prompt information is displayed for the operation position.
Illustratively, if the operation guidance request of the user is "how i set the screen brightness", the corresponding operation steps are "find setting on the desktop, set find displaying, find a scroll bar for adjusting the brightness".
The desktop can be returned by simulating the mode of clicking the HOME key, whether the 'setting' application program icon exists or not can be searched from the desktop, if not, the desktop is slid by the operation control sliding method in the access serviceService and the access serviceNodeInfo until the 'setting' application program icon is found. If not, the operation is prompted to fail.
After finding, by the method provided by the AccessibilityService and the accessibilitynodenfo, the display area of the "set" application icon is acquired as the operation position, a transparent or semi-transparent layer is added on the layer where the desktop is located by adding a view (addview), and a prompt message, such as "click" shown in fig. 4, is displayed at the operation position of the layer. While a stroke process may be added for the operative position.
Clicking on the "set" application icon may then be simulated or awaited by the user.
After entering the display interface of the "setup" application, in the same way, the "display" button is found, and a prompt message is displayed for the "display" button, illustratively "click this" as shown in fig. 5, and so on. Entering the "display" interface finds the brightness scroll bar and displays a prompt message for the brightness scroll bar, illustratively "operate to adjust brightness here" as shown in fig. 6.
It should be noted that the user can exit by pressing the return key at any time, or click any area of the screen after all the operation steps are completed.
The operation guidance method of the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application receives an operation guidance request for a target function of an application program; searching for a corresponding operation step according to the operation guide request; and executing the operation step to guide and operate the target function of the application program. By executing the operation steps when the application program is displayed, the target function of the application program is realized, so that a user does not need to switch between the operation instruction and the application program when operating the application program.
