Claims (8)

1. A method for automatically expanding a database, the method comprising:
obtaining a first file, wherein the first file has a first keyword;
obtaining a first database from a patent retrieval database according to a first keyword, wherein a patent document in the first database comprises the first keyword;
obtaining a first patentee according to the patent documents in the first database;
judging whether the first patentee meets a preset condition or not;
when the first patentee meets a preset condition, obtaining a second database from patent retrieval data according to the first patentee;
and obtaining a third database according to the second database and the first database.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a second patentee according to the first file;
judging whether the first patentee meets a preset condition or not, wherein the judgment comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the first patentee and the second patentee are patentees in the same field.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
obtaining a competitive enterprise directory of the second patentee from an enterprise competitive directory according to the second patentee;
judging whether the first patentee is in the competitive enterprise directory;
and when the first patentee is in the enterprise competition directory, judging that the first patentee meets a preset condition.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining a second keyword according to the first file, wherein the second keyword is a keyword different from the first keyword;
judging whether the patent documents in the second database comprise second keywords or not;
when the second keyword is not included, the patent document not including the second keyword is deleted from the second database.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
obtaining a keyword list according to the first database, wherein the keyword list is a word with higher frequency obtained after the first database is subjected to statistical analysis;
judging whether the second keyword is in the keyword list or not;
when the second keyword is in the keyword list, deleting the patent documents not including the second keyword from the second database.
6. An apparatus for automatically expanding a database, the apparatus comprising:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first file, where the first file has a first keyword;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first database from a patent retrieval database according to a first keyword, where a patent document in the first database includes the first keyword;
a third obtaining unit configured to obtain a first patentee from a patent document in the first database;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the first patentee meets a preset condition or not;
a fourth obtaining unit configured to obtain a second database from patent retrieval data according to the first patentee when the first patentee satisfies a predetermined condition;
and the fifth obtaining unit is used for obtaining a third database according to the second database and the first database.
7. An automated expanding database apparatus comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-5 when executing the program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
