In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the user terminal and the server, between the server and the target maintenance equipment and between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment is established, so that the intelligent operation of the user terminal on the target maintenance equipment and the intelligent management of the server on the target maintenance equipment are realized, and the use experience of the user on the maintenance equipment is improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, the firmware version of the target maintenance device can be further upgraded, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a method for managing a maintenance device is described from a single-side perspective (server), and another embodiment of the method for managing a maintenance device in the embodiment of the present application includes:

In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the user terminal and the server, between the server and the target maintenance equipment and between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment is established, so that the intelligent operation of the user terminal on the target maintenance equipment and the intelligent management of the server on the target maintenance equipment are realized, and the use experience of the user on the maintenance equipment is improved.
Secondly, in this embodiment, in order to enhance the security of the target maintenance device and achieve accurate management of the target maintenance device by the server, before the target maintenance device is accessed to the server, the server also verifies the identity information of the target maintenance device, thereby improving the security of the target maintenance device.
With reference to fig. 8, a user terminal in a maintenance device management system in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where the method for managing a maintenance device in the embodiment of the present application is described above, and an embodiment of the user terminal in the embodiment of the present application includes:

In this embodiment, the user terminal sends a login request to the server through the sending unit 801, receives login success information and general management function data of the maintenance device fed back by the server through the first receiving unit 802, adds the target maintenance device through the management function data through the adding unit 803, establishes a communication link with the target maintenance device, sends the routing parameter of the server to the target maintenance device, enables the target maintenance device to access the server, enables the server to establish an association relationship between the user terminal and the target maintenance device, receives target function service data fed back by the server, and manages the target maintenance device by using the target service function data. In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the user terminal and the server, between the server and the target maintenance equipment and between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment is established, so that the intelligent operation of the user terminal on the target maintenance equipment and the intelligent management of the server on the target maintenance equipment are realized, and the use experience of the user on the maintenance equipment is improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, the firmware version of the target maintenance device may be further upgraded by the upgrading unit 808, so that the user experience is improved.
Continuing with the description of the server in the maintenance device management system in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the user terminal in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a first receiving unit 901, configured to receive a login request sent by a user terminal;
an authentication unit 902, configured to authenticate the login request;
a first sending unit 903, configured to send login success information and universal management function data of the maintenance device to the user terminal when the verification passes;

In this embodiment of the application, the server receives a login request sent by a user terminal through the first receiving unit 901; the authentication unit 902 authenticates the login request; if the verification is passed, login success information and universal management function data of the maintenance equipment are sent to the user terminal; after receiving an access request of the target maintenance device, establishing an association relationship between the target maintenance device and the user terminal through an establishing unit 904; and sending target function service data to a user terminal so that the user terminal manages the target maintenance equipment through the target function service data. In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the user terminal and the server, between the server and the target maintenance equipment and between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment is established, so that the intelligent operation of the user terminal on the target maintenance equipment and the intelligent management of the server on the target maintenance equipment are realized, and the use experience of the user on the maintenance equipment is improved.
Secondly, in this embodiment, in order to enhance the security of the target maintenance device and achieve accurate management of the target maintenance device by the server, before the target maintenance device is accessed to the server, the server further verifies the identity information of the target maintenance device through the verification module 9041, so that the security of the target maintenance device is improved.
The user terminal and the server in the embodiment of the present application are described above from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the user terminal in the embodiment of the present application is described below from the perspective of hardware processing, please refer to fig. 10, where the user terminal may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a computer, a PAD, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like, and an embodiment of the hardware device of the user terminal in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the ue 1000 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 1010 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1020, where the memory 1020 stores one or more applications or data. Memory 1020 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the memory 1020 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating in the user terminal. Further, the processor 1010 may be configured to communicate with the memory 1020, and execute a series of instruction operations in the memory 1020 on the user terminal 1000.
User terminal 1000 can also include one or more power supplies 1030, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1040, one or more input-output interfaces 1050, and/or one or more operating systems such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.

In some embodiments of the present application, the processor 1110 may be further specifically configured to implement the following steps:
performing safety verification on the target maintenance equipment; if the verification is passed, establishing an association relation between the target maintenance equipment and the user terminal; and if the verification is not passed, rejecting the access request of the target maintenance equipment.
In some embodiments of the present application, the processor 1110 may be further configured to:
receiving a firmware upgrading version query request of target maintenance equipment sent by the user terminal; inquiring whether a firmware upgrading version of the target maintenance equipment exists according to the inquiry request; if yes, when a target maintenance equipment upgrading instruction sent by the user terminal is received, the firmware upgrading version is sent to the target maintenance equipment, and therefore the target maintenance equipment can be upgraded.
It should be understood that, no matter on the side of the user terminal or the side of the server, when the processor described above executes the computer program, the functions of the units in the corresponding device embodiments may also be implemented, and are not described herein again. Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program in the user terminal/server. For example, the computer program may be divided into units in the user terminal described above, which may implement specific functions as described above for the respective user terminal.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable gate array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like which is the control center for the computer device and which connects the various parts of the overall computer device using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the computer device by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory and invoking data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the user terminal side function, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the processor may be configured to implement the maintenance device management method as shown in fig. 5.
The present application also provides another computer-readable storage medium for implementing the server-side function, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the processor may be used to implement the maintenance device management method as described in fig. 7.
It will be appreciated that the integrated units, if implemented as software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a corresponding one of the computer readable storage media. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and used by a processor to implement the steps of the above embodiments of the method. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. Claims (16)

  1. A method of servicing equipment management, the method comprising:
    a user terminal sends a login request to a server;
    the server receives the login request, and after security verification, login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data are fed back to the user terminal;
    the user terminal adds target maintenance equipment by using the universal management function data of the maintenance equipment;
    the user terminal controls the target maintenance equipment to access the server;
    the server establishes an incidence relation between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment and sends target function service data to the user terminal;
    and the user terminal manages the target maintenance equipment by using the target function service data.
  2. A maintenance equipment management method is applied to a user terminal and comprises the following steps:
    sending a login request to a server;
    receiving login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data fed back by a server;
    adding target maintenance equipment by using the universal management function data of the maintenance equipment;
    controlling the target maintenance equipment to access the server so as to enable the server to establish an association relationship between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment;
    receiving target function service data fed back by the server;
    and managing the target maintenance equipment by using the target function service data.
  3. The method of claim 2, wherein the controlling the target service device to access the server comprises:
    establishing a communication connection with the target maintenance device;
    and sending the routing parameters of the server to the target maintenance equipment so that the target maintenance equipment is accessed to the server.
  4. The method of claim 2, wherein the target function service data comprises: status query function data and operation management function data;
    the managing the target repair device using the target function service data includes:
    inquiring the state of the target maintenance equipment by using the state inquiry function data;
    managing operation of the target service equipment using the operation management function.
  5. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
    inquiring the server whether a firmware upgrading version of the target maintenance equipment exists or not;
    and if so, sending an upgrading instruction of the target maintenance equipment to the server so as to enable the server to send the firmware upgrading version to the target maintenance equipment so as to enable the target maintenance equipment to upgrade the firmware.
  6. A management method for maintenance equipment is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
    receiving a login request sent by a user terminal;
    verifying the login request;
    if the verification is passed, login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data are sent to the user terminal;
    after receiving an access request of target maintenance equipment, establishing an association relationship between the target maintenance equipment and the user terminal;
    and sending target function service data to the user terminal so that the user terminal manages the target maintenance equipment through the target function service data.
  7. The method of claim 6, wherein the establishing the association relationship between the target repair device and the user terminal comprises:
    performing safety verification on the target maintenance equipment;
    if the verification is passed, establishing an association relation between the target maintenance equipment and the user terminal;
    and if the verification is not passed, rejecting the access request of the target maintenance equipment.
  8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
    receiving a firmware upgrading version query request of target maintenance equipment sent by the user terminal;
    inquiring whether a firmware upgrading version of the target maintenance equipment exists according to the inquiry request;
    if yes, when a target maintenance equipment upgrading instruction sent by the user terminal is received, the firmware upgrading version is sent to the target maintenance equipment, and therefore the target maintenance equipment can be upgraded.
  9. A maintenance equipment management system is characterized by comprising maintenance equipment, a user terminal and a server;
    the user terminal is used for sending a login request to the server;
    the server is used for receiving the login request, and feeding login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data back to the user terminal after security verification;
    the user terminal is also used for adding target maintenance equipment by utilizing the universal management function data of the maintenance equipment; controlling the target maintenance equipment to access the server;
    the server is also used for establishing an incidence relation between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment and sending target function service data to the user terminal;
    the user terminal is further configured to manage the target maintenance device using the target function service data.
  10. A user terminal, comprising:
    the system comprises a processor, a memory and an input/output interface;
    the memory has program code stored therein;
    the input and output interface is used for being called to receive and/or send information;
    when the program codes are called, the processor is used for realizing the following steps:
    sending a login request to a server;
    receiving login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data fed back by a server;
    adding target maintenance equipment by using the universal management function data of the maintenance equipment;
    controlling the target maintenance equipment to access the server so as to enable the server to establish an association relationship between the user terminal and the target maintenance equipment;
    receiving target function service data fed back by the server;
    and managing the target maintenance equipment by using the target function service data.
  11. The user terminal according to claim 10, wherein the processor invokes the program code to implement the step of controlling the target repair device to access the server, and specifically includes:
    establishing a communication connection with the target maintenance device;
    and sending the routing parameters of the server to the target maintenance equipment so that the target maintenance equipment is accessed to the server.
  12. The user terminal of claim 10, wherein the target functionality service data comprises: status query function data and operation management function data;
    the processor calls the program code to realize the step of managing the target maintenance device by using the target function service data, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
    inquiring the state of the target maintenance equipment by using the state inquiry function data;
    managing operation of the target service equipment using the operation management function.
  13. The user terminal according to any of claims 10 to 12, wherein the processor, when invoking the program code, is further configured to implement the steps of:
    inquiring the server whether a firmware upgrading version of the target maintenance equipment exists or not;
    and if so, sending an upgrading instruction of the target maintenance equipment to the server so as to enable the server to send the firmware upgrading version to the target maintenance equipment so as to enable the target maintenance equipment to upgrade the firmware.
  14. A server, comprising:
    the system comprises a processor, a memory and an input/output interface;
    the memory has program code stored therein;
    the input and output interface is used for being called to receive and/or send information;
    when the program codes are called, the processor is used for realizing the following steps:
    receiving a login request sent by a user terminal;
    verifying the login request;
    if the verification is passed, login success information and maintenance equipment general management function data are sent to the user terminal;
    after receiving an access request of target maintenance equipment, establishing an association relationship between the target maintenance equipment and the user terminal;
    and sending target function service data to the user terminal so that the user terminal manages the target maintenance equipment through the target function service data.
  15. The server according to claim 14, wherein the processor invokes the program code to implement the step of establishing the association relationship between the target repair device and the user terminal, and specifically comprises:
    performing safety verification on the target maintenance equipment;
    if the verification is passed, establishing an association relation between the target maintenance equipment and the user terminal;
    and if the verification is not passed, rejecting the access request of the target maintenance equipment.
  16. The server according to claim 14, wherein the processor, when invoking the program code, is further configured to perform the steps of:
    receiving a firmware upgrading version query request of target maintenance equipment sent by the user terminal;
    inquiring whether a firmware upgrading version of the target maintenance equipment exists according to the inquiry request;
    if yes, when a target maintenance equipment upgrading instruction sent by the user terminal is received, the firmware upgrading version is sent to the target maintenance equipment, and therefore the target maintenance equipment can be upgraded.
