    a first application program with a first operation interface is operated in a foreground in the intelligent terminal;
    receiving a first switching instruction;
    switching the first application program from the foreground operation to the background operation of the intelligent terminal, and switching a second application program of the intelligent terminal to the foreground operation;
    the first application program running in the background generates a first shortcut icon and suspends above a second operation interface of the second application program;
    when the first shortcut icon is triggered, the first application program running in the background is switched to be operated in the foreground, and the second application program running in the foreground is switched to be operated in the background.
  2. The application switching method of claim 1,
    the application program switching method further comprises the following steps:
    and the second application program running in the background generates a second shortcut icon to replace the first shortcut icon, and the second shortcut icon is suspended above the first operation interface.
  3. The application switching method of claim 1,
    the switching method of the application program further comprises the following steps:
    receiving a second switching instruction at a first operation interface of a first application program running in the foreground of the intelligent terminal;
    the first application program is switched from the foreground operation to the background operation of the intelligent terminal, and a third application program of the intelligent terminal is switched to the foreground operation;
    and the second application program running in the background generates a second shortcut icon, and the first shortcut icon and the second shortcut icon are suspended above a third operation interface of the third application program.
  4. The application switching method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    when the intelligent terminal runs more than two application programs, the application program switching method further comprises the following steps:
    recording the starting sequence of each application program;
    and when the first switching instruction is received, the intelligent terminal switches the application program from the background operation to the foreground operation according to the starting sequence.
  5. The application switching method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    the application program switching method further comprises the following steps:
    adjusting or deleting the shortcut icon; the adjustment comprises adjustment of the suspension position, the transparency and the size of the shortcut icon.
  6. An application switching system based on an intelligent terminal is characterized in that the application switching system comprises:
    the system comprises an operation module, a receiving module, a switching module, an icon module and a triggering module;
    the operation module is in communication connection with the receiving module and the triggering module, and is used for operating a first application program with a first operation interface in a foreground in the intelligent terminal;
    the receiving module is in communication connection with the operation module and receives a first switching instruction;
    the switching module is in communication connection with the running module, the receiving module and the icon module, switches the first application program from the foreground running to the background running of the intelligent terminal, and switches a second application program of the intelligent terminal to the foreground running;
    the icon module is in communication connection with the switching module, generates a first shortcut icon according to the first application program running in the background, and suspends above a second operation interface of the second application program;
    the triggering module is in communication connection with the icon module and the switching module;
    when the trigger module triggers the first shortcut icon, the switching module switches the first application program running in the background to the foreground to run, and switches the second application program running in the foreground to the background to run.

    the application switching system further comprises:
    and the icon module generates a second shortcut icon to replace the first shortcut icon according to the second application program running in the background and suspends the second shortcut icon above the first operation interface.

    the icon module generates a second shortcut icon according to the second application program running in the background, and the first shortcut icon and the second shortcut icon are suspended above a third operation interface of the third application program.
  9. The application switching system according to any one of claims 6 to 8,
    when the intelligent terminal runs more than two application programs, the application program switching system further comprises a recording module;
    the recording module is in communication connection with the switching module and is used for recording the starting sequence of each application program;
    when the receiving module receives the first switching instruction, the switching module switches the application program from the background operation to the foreground operation according to the starting sequence obtained by the recording module.
  10. The application switching system according to any one of claims 6 to 8,
    the application program switching system further comprises an optimization module;
    the optimization module is in communication connection with the icon module and is used for adjusting or deleting the shortcut icon;
    the adjusting comprises adjusting the color, the suspension position, the transparency, the size and the arrangement sequence of the shortcut icons.
