Fig. 2 is a flow diagram of a charge management method in one embodiment. The charging management method in this embodiment is described by taking the electronic device in fig. 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the charge management method includes steps 202 to 208.
Step 202, receiving a charging request instruction, and acquiring charging node information according to the charging request instruction.
The charging request instruction is an instruction instructing the electronic device to perform a charging operation. The charging request indication may be a wired charging indication, a wireless charging indication, or a reverse charging indication. The wired charging indication can also comprise a wired quick charging indication and a wired common charging indication; the wireless charging indication may include a wireless fast charging indication and a wireless general charging indication. The charging node information refers to charging information contained in a charging node registered in the kernel layer by the electronic device. The charging node information may include information of a charging state, a current charging type, a charging parameter, and the like.
The electronic equipment receives the charging request indication and acquires charging node information according to the charging request indication. Specifically, the electronic device may update the charging information of the charging node according to the received charging request instruction, thereby obtaining the charging node information.
Step 204, determining whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is met or not according to the charging node information; the charging type is wired charging, wireless charging or reverse charging.
The charging type of the electronic device may include at least one of wired charging, wireless charging, reverse charging, or the like, according to the charging type that the electronic device can support. And the charging request indicates that the corresponding charging type can be wired charging, wireless charging or reverse charging.
The electronic device may determine whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied according to the charging node information, that is, determine whether the charging condition corresponding to the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied according to the charging state information, the current charging type, the charging parameter, and other information included in the charging node information. Specifically, the electronic device may preset charging conditions corresponding to different charging types, and when the charging request indication is obtained, obtain the charging condition of the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication, and when the charging node information satisfies the charging condition of the charging type, determine that the charging node information satisfies the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication.
Specifically, the electronic device may determine whether the electronic device is in a charging state through the charging node information, and when the electronic device is not in the charging state, it is determined that the charging node information satisfies a charging type corresponding to the charging request indication; when the electronic device is in the charging state, the electronic device may obtain the current charging type from the charging node information, and determine whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied according to the current charging type.
In some embodiments, the electronic device determines whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied according to the priority levels corresponding to the different charging types and the priority level of the charging type corresponding to the current charging type and the charging request indication obtained according to the charging node information.
And step 206, when the charging request is determined to be satisfied and the corresponding charging type is indicated, acquiring a residual electric quantity value of the electronic equipment.
The remaining electricity value is the proportion of the available electricity in the battery of the electronic device to the nominal capacity. The electronic device can acquire the residual electric quantity value in real time.
When the electronic device determines that the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied, the remaining electric quantity value of the electronic device can be acquired, and the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication is executed according to the remaining electric quantity value and the preset electric quantity threshold value.
And step 208, executing a charging operation corresponding to the charging request instruction according to the residual electric quantity value and the preset electric quantity threshold value.
The power threshold may be determined according to actual application requirements, and is not limited herein. For example, the charge threshold may be 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, etc., but is not limited thereto. Optionally, the electronic device may preset electric quantity thresholds corresponding to different charging types, and execute the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication in combination with the residual electric quantity value obtained in real time according to the electric quantity threshold corresponding to the charging type indicated by the charging request indication.
Specifically, when the charging request is indicated as a reverse charging instruction, the electronic device executes the charging power indicating the corresponding charging operation by the charging request when the remaining electric quantity value is greater than the electric quantity threshold value, and executes the charging power indicating the corresponding charging operation by the charging request when the remaining electric quantity value is greater than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value. Optionally, in an embodiment, the electronic device may also stop executing the charging request to indicate the corresponding charging operation when the remaining power value is less than or equal to the power threshold.
When the charging request is indicated as a positive charging instruction, the electronic equipment executes the charging power of the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication when the residual electric quantity value is larger than the electric quantity threshold value, and executes the charging power of the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication when the residual electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the electric quantity threshold value. Optionally, in some embodiments, the electronic device may determine the charging adapter type according to the charging request indication, and if the charging adapter type does not support different charging power, the electronic device may perform the charging operation according to the charging power provided by the charging adapter type. Optionally, the electronic device may determine, according to the remaining electric quantity value, the charging power of the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication; performing a charging operation according to the charging power; and when the residual electric quantity value is larger than the preset electric quantity threshold value, the charging operation is carried out by adopting the charging power corresponding to the electric quantity threshold value. Wherein the residual electric quantity value is inversely related to the charging power. That is, the larger the remaining electric quantity value is, the smaller the charging power is, and the stability of the battery can be improved.
According to the charging management method provided by the embodiment of the application, charging node information can be obtained according to the received charging request indication, whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is met or not is determined according to the charging node information, and when the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is determined to be met, the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication is executed according to the residual electric quantity value of the electronic equipment and the preset electric quantity threshold value. The charging operation can be performed according to the residual electric quantity value of the electronic equipment when the charging node information of the electronic equipment is determined to meet the type of the charging request, so that the problems of charging switching abnormity and poor stability caused by the fact that the charging operation is directly performed according to the received charging request can be avoided, and the stability of charging management can be improved.
In one embodiment, a process of determining whether a charging request is satisfied or not according to charging node information and indicating a corresponding charging type in a charging management method is provided, and includes: when the electronic equipment is determined not to be in the charging state according to the charging node information, determining a charging type corresponding to the indication of meeting the charging request; when the electronic equipment is determined to be in a charging state according to the charging node information, acquiring a current charging type; when the priority level of the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is higher than that of the current charging type, determining that the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is met; wherein the current charging type is determined according to the charging node information.
The charging node information includes charging state information. The charge state information is information related to a current charge state of the electronic device. For example, the wireless charging status is represented by a wireless _ mode byte in the charging node information, and the wired charging status is represented by a charge _ type byte; when the electronic device is in a wireless charging state, wireless _ mode is 2; when the electronic device is in a reverse charging state, 1 is used for wireless _ mode; when the electronic device is not in the reverse charging and wireless charging state, wireless _ mode is 0; when the electronic device is in the wired charging state, charge _ type is 0. The electronic device can determine whether the electronic device is in the charging state by analyzing the byte value of each byte contained in the charging node information.
When the electronic device is not in the charging state, it is determined that the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied, that is, the electronic device may receive the charging request indication of any charging type.
When the electronic equipment is in a charging state, the electronic equipment can determine the current charging type according to the charging node information; and when the charging request indicates that the priority level of the corresponding charging type is higher than that of the current charging type, determining that the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is satisfied. For example, when the current charging type of the electronic device is determined to be wireless charging according to the charging node information, and the charging request indicates that the corresponding charging type is wired charging, if the priority level of the wired charging is higher than that of the wireless charging, the charging node information satisfies the wired charging, and the electronic device can perform wired charging operation according to the remaining power value and the power threshold.
The priority level of the charging type is preset by the electronic equipment. Alternatively, the priority levels preset by the electronic device may be wired charging, wireless charging, and reverse charging in order from high to low according to the charging rates of the respective charging types and the degree of wear of the electronic device. Of course, the priority levels of the charging types are not fixed, and different priority levels of the charging types can be set according to actual requirements.
Further, when it is determined that the charging node information does not satisfy the charging request indication corresponding charging type, the electronic device may not perform the charging operation for which the charging request indication corresponds. Alternatively, the electronic device may output the charging state information of the electronic device according to the charging node information, and output a prompt message indicating that the charging request is not executed.
When the electronic equipment is not in a charging state, determining that the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is met; when the electronic device is in a charging state, whether the charging type corresponding to the charging request indication is met or not is determined according to the priority level of the charging type indicated by the charging request and the priority level of the current charging type, that is, the charging type with a high priority level can be preferentially supported, and the accuracy of charging management can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method for managing charging, according to a remaining power value and a preset power threshold, for performing a charging operation corresponding to a charging request instruction includes: when the charging request indication is a reverse charging indication, detecting whether a reverse charging device exists; and when the reverse charging equipment is determined to exist and the residual electric quantity value is greater than the first electric quantity threshold value, performing reverse charging operation corresponding to the reverse charging instruction on the reverse charging equipment.
A reverse charging device is a device that receives electrical energy provided by an electronic device as a power source. When reverse charging is performed, the electronic device and the reverse charging device need to be kept within a chargeable distance range. When the charging request indication is a reverse charging indication, the electronic device may detect whether a reverse charging device exists, and specifically, when the electronic device receives a charging request sent by the reverse charging device, it determines that the reverse charging device exists; the electronic device may also send out a reverse charging enable signal through the coil, and when a connection request of the reverse charging device based on the reverse charging enable signal is received, it is determined that the reverse charging device exists.
The first electric quantity threshold is an electric quantity threshold corresponding to reverse charging preset by the electronic equipment. Specifically, the electronic device may detect whether a reverse charging device exists in real time after determining that the reverse request indication is satisfied, obtain a remaining power value of the electronic device when the reverse charging device exists, and perform a reverse charging operation on the reverse charging device when the reverse charging device exists and the remaining power value is greater than a first power threshold. Optionally, when the remaining power value is less than or equal to the first power threshold, the electronic device does not perform the reverse charging operation.
Through when the instruction of charging the request is reverse charging instruction, whether reverse charging equipment exists is detected, when reverse charging equipment exists and the residual electric quantity value is greater than the first electric quantity threshold value, the reverse charging operation corresponding to the reverse charging instruction is executed to the reverse charging equipment, the problem that the battery is overloaded and unstable in charging can be avoided, and the charging stability can be improved.
In one embodiment, the process of executing the charging operation corresponding to the charging request indication according to the remaining power value and the preset power threshold in the provided charging management method includes:
when the charging request indication is a positive charging indication and the residual electric quantity value is greater than a second electric quantity threshold value, executing charging operation according to a first charging mode corresponding to the charging type; when the charging request indication is a positive charging indication and the residual electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to a second electric quantity threshold value, executing a charging operation according to a second charging mode corresponding to the charging type; wherein the positive charging indication comprises at least one of a wired charging indication and a wireless charging indication; the charging power of the first charging mode is lower than that of the second charging mode.
The positive charging indication includes at least one of a wired charging indication and a wireless charging indication. The wired charging indication is an indication generated when a wired interface of the electronic device is connected; the wireless charging instruction is received by the electronic device through the coil and is sent by the wireless charger. The charging power of the first charging mode is lower than that of the second charging mode. Equivalently, the first charging mode is a common charging mode; the second charging mode is a fast charging mode.
The second electric quantity threshold value is an electric quantity threshold value corresponding to forward charging preset by the electronic equipment. In one embodiment, wired charging and wireless charging may correspond to different charge thresholds. The second electric quantity threshold value can be set according to application requirements, and is not set here. For example, the second charge threshold may be 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, etc.
The electronic equipment can execute charging operation according to a first charging mode corresponding to the charging type when the residual electric quantity value is determined to be larger than the second electric quantity threshold value; and when the residual electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the second electric quantity threshold value, executing the charging operation according to a second charging mode corresponding to the charging type, optionally, detecting the residual electric quantity value in real time in the charging process by the electronic equipment, and when the residual electric quantity value is detected to be larger than the second electric quantity threshold value in real time, switching to the first charging mode to execute the charging operation. For example, when the charging request indication is a wireless charging indication, if the remaining power value is greater than the second power threshold, the electronic device may perform a charging operation in a wireless general charging mode; if the residual electric quantity value is smaller than or equal to the second electric quantity threshold value, the electronic equipment can adopt the wireless quick charging mode to perform charging operation, and when the residual electric quantity value is larger than the second electric quantity threshold value in the charging process, the electronic equipment is switched to the wireless common charging mode to perform charging operation.
In one embodiment, if the charging request indicates that the plurality of charging modes cannot be supported, the electronic device may perform a charging operation according to the charging request indicating a corresponding charging power.
If the charging request indication is a positive charging indication, performing charging operation according to a first charging mode if the remaining electric quantity value is greater than a second electric quantity threshold; if the residual electric quantity value is less than or equal to the second electric quantity threshold value, the charging operation is carried out according to the second charging mode, the charging power of the first charging mode is lower than that of the second charging mode, the problem that the electronic equipment always charges with higher power to burden the battery and is easy to shorten the service life of the battery can be avoided, and the charging stability can be improved.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of performing a charging operation in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the provided charging management method further includes:
step 302, obtaining the measured temperature of the battery and the corresponding initial charging parameter during the charging process, and obtaining the predicted temperature according to the preset control function and the initial charging parameter.
The measured temperature is the battery temperature detected by the electronic device in real time during the charging process. The initial charging parameter is a charging parameter used by the electronic device when detecting the measured temperature. The charging parameter may be a charging voltage, a charging current, or the like.
The control function is used to represent a functional relationship between the charging parameter and the desired temperature. The electronic device may preset the control function and substitute the initial charging parameter into the control function to obtain the corresponding predicted temperature. Taking the charging parameter as the charging voltage as an example, during the charging process, the charging voltage and the battery temperature are generally distributed around a sine function, and the electronic device may use the sine function as a preset control function.
In step 304, the temperature error and the error change rate between the measured temperature and the predicted temperature are obtained.
The temperature error is the difference between the measured temperature and the predicted temperature. The error rate of change may be expressed as a difference between the last temperature error and the current temperature error.
And step 306, analyzing the predicted temperature deviation corresponding to the measured temperature and the temperature error through an error inverse model.
The error inverse model may be a (back propagation) neural network model. The error inverse model is a neural network model that minimizes the mean square error between the actual output value and the expected output value of the pattern by a gradient descent method using a gradient search technique. The electronic equipment can input an error inverse model according to the measured temperature and the temperature error in the charging process, the error inverse model carries out self-learning through the measured temperature and the temperature error, and the predicted temperature deviation corresponding to the measured temperature and the temperature error can be obtained. Wherein the predicted temperature deviation may include at least one of deviation proportionality, deviation integral, and deviation derivative.
And 308, obtaining a target charging parameter according to the temperature error, the error change rate and the predicted temperature deviation through a deviation control algorithm, and performing charging operation according to the target charging parameter through a power controller.
The deviation control algorithm is a control algorithm that performs correction based on a feedback deviation output from a control target by closed-loop control. Alternatively, the deviation control algorithm may comprise a PID (proportional, Integral and derivative) algorithm. The electronic equipment can obtain a target charging parameter according to the temperature error, the error change rate and the predicted temperature deviation through a deviation control algorithm, and performs charging operation according to the target charging parameter through the power controller.
In the charging process of the electronic device, the electronic device may cyclically execute the charging operation flow provided in fig. 3 to realize closed-loop control of the battery temperature, so as to avoid serious heating of the battery in the charging process, and improve the accuracy of the charging temperature control and the stability of the battery.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of battery charging temperature control according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the whole battery charging temperature control process is a closed-loop control process. The electronic equipment detects the measured temperature Y of the battery in real time, and the predicted temperature X can be obtained by substituting the measured temperature Y into a control function X which is T0sin (ω T), so that a temperature error e between the measured temperature Y and the predicted temperature X and an error change rate de/dt are obtained, wherein de/dt is e (T) -e (T-1); then, the error inverse model can carry out self-learning on the states between the predicted temperature X and the temperature error e obtained by the control function to obtain predicted temperature deviations Kp, Ki and Kd; the deviation control algorithm can determine a target charging voltage according to the predicted temperature deviations Kp, Ki and Kd, the temperature error e and the error change rate de/dt, and the battery is charged through the power controller according to the target charging voltage.
By introducing an error reverse mode to self-learn the state between the control function and the error, the adjusted predicted temperature deviation can be obtained to calculate the target charging parameter, the problem that charging stability is low due to the fact that a large over-adjustment amount exists in a deviation control algorithm can be solved, charging stability can be improved, the dynamic response speed of temperature control can be increased by introducing an error change rate, adjusting time is shortened, and performance is improved.
In an embodiment, the process of acquiring the charging node information according to the charging request indication in the charging management method includes: updating charging information corresponding to the charging node according to the charging request instruction to obtain charging node information; the charging request indication is a wireless charging indication received through the coil, a wired charging indication received through the wired interface, or a reverse charging indication received through an application program when the electronic device is not in a charging state.
The charging node is a registration node of the electronic equipment in a kernel layer and is used for representing information related to charging. The electronic device can update the charging information corresponding to the charging node when receiving the charging request indication, so as to obtain the charging node information.
Table 1 shows node names and corresponding meanings of wireless switch nodes included in the charging node in one embodiment. In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive a reverse charging indication through the application program when the electronic device is not in a charging state, and may update the node enable _ tx according to the reverse charging indication, that is, set the node enable _ tx to 1; and determining whether reverse charging operation can be performed according to the obtained charging node information.
