Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of aviation crew and provides a crew scheduling optimization system and a crew scheduling optimization method, which comprises a display module, a login module, an input module, a processing module, an authentication module, a storage module, a display module, a printing module and a form module, wherein the processing module is electrically connected with the display module, the login module is connected with the processing module, a user can log in an account through the login module, input the names, positions, grades, work types and other data of all employees of a company through the input module, store the data in the storage module, the storage module transmits employee information to the inside of the form module, the form module generates a form according to the employee information and transmits the form to the inside of the processing module, the processing module generates a crew scheduling list of the employees according to the conditions of the employee's work types, grades, fatigue control constraints, vacation and the like and combines with flight time, and avoids manual scheduling in the traditional mode, when the number of employees of the company is large, it takes a lot of time.
