Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1, the information display method provided in this embodiment includes:
s101: when the motor driver gives an alarm, alarm information and diagnosis information of the alarm are obtained;
s102: storing alarm information and diagnosis information in an associated mode;
s103: determining at least one target alarm information from the stored alarm information, and determining target diagnostic information associated with the target alarm information;
s104: and carrying out associated display on the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information in at least one display area.
The alarm information comprises an alarm identifier, which is used for identifying the alarm and can be understood as an identity code of the alarm, the alarm identifier comprises a fault name and a fault code, and the acquisition of the alarm information and the formulation of the fault name and the fault code can be acquired by adopting a related technology method. It should be appreciated that the fault names and fault codes may be formulated or modified as desired by those skilled in the art.
In some embodiments, the alert information also includes alert cues including, but not limited to, alert cause, inspection content, processing means, and the like.
Wherein the diagnostic information includes, but is not limited to, diagnostic items and test values. In some embodiments, the diagnostic items include, but are not limited to, at least one of: output state, input state, internal state, bleed-off resistivity, motor overload rate, fourth preset time motor maximum current, encoder error count, feedback position, commanded position, driver temperature, dc bus voltage, W/B phase current, U/a phase current, motor torque, motor speed, speed set, relative position error, position commanded speed, fault time. The detection values are in one-to-one correspondence with the diagnosis items. The unit of measurement of the detection value of each diagnostic item is specified with a uniform standard. For example, for failure time, in seconds; for position command speed, in rpm; voltage is given in volts for the direct current bus; for drive temperature, in degrees celsius, etc.
It should be noted that the diagnostic information and the alarm information are in one-to-one correspondence. The diagnostic information includes a detected value of a diagnostic item of the motor driver in which the alarm occurs, indicating an operating state of the motor driver within a certain time period in which the alarm information is generated. It should be noted that, the certain time for generating the alarm information may be set by those skilled in the art according to the need. The setting of the time may be different for different detection items, and may be the time when the alarm information occurs, or may be 1s after the alarm information occurs. For another example, the maximum current of the motor may be a fourth preset time, wherein the fourth preset time is within 2s after the alarm information is generated.
In some embodiments, when the motor driver generates an alarm, detection values of various diagnostic items of the motor driver can be acquired through a preset acquisition device.
In some cases, the generation cause of an alarm is analyzed by only needing the detection values of motor drivers of specific several diagnosis items, and not all the detection values of the diagnosis items, so that the resource occupation is less, the analysis is more convenient for technicians, the detection values of all the diagnosis items of the motor drivers can be acquired through a preset acquisition device when the motor drivers generate the alarm, the diagnosis item corresponding to the alarm is acquired according to the fault code or the fault name in the alarm information, and the acquired detection value corresponding to the diagnosis item is used as the diagnosis information.
In order to further improve the resource utilization rate and reduce unnecessary data storage, the storage of alarm information and diagnosis information can be regularly limited, so that on one hand, more recently stored data can be automatically reserved if data overflow occurs, alarm data corresponding to alarm information of early occurrence and diagnosis data corresponding to diagnosis information are deleted, and on the other hand, related technicians can set a reasonable storage rule according to actual conditions, and the occupation of useless data on storage space is avoided.
In some embodiments, storing the alarm information in association with the diagnostic information includes: and storing the most recently acquired first preset quantity of alarm information and diagnosis information in an associated mode according to a first preset rule.
Wherein the first preset rule includes any one of the following: storing in a time sequence from early to late in an associated manner; storing the data in a correlated manner from late to early according to the time sequence; according to the category of the alarm information and the time sequence, storing in an associated mode from early to late; and according to the category of the alarm information and the time sequence, storing the alarm information in a correlated way from late to early.
It will be appreciated that the first preset rule is a limitation on the storage order of the acquired alarm information and diagnostic information for multiple alarms. The time sequence is the time sequence of the occurrence of the alarm, for example, the alarm A occurs at the time of 55 minutes and 23 seconds at the time of 20 days of 11 months and the time of 20 minutes and 28 seconds at the time of 2 days of 11 months and the time of the next alarm B occurs, if the first preset rule is stored in a correlated manner from early to late according to the time sequence, the storage priority of the alarm A is higher than the storage priority of the alarm B; if the first preset rule is stored in a time sequence from late to early, the storage priority of the alarm B is higher than the storage priority of the alarm A, namely, before the alarm B does not occur, the storage priority of the alarm A is highest, after the alarm B occurs, the storage priority of the alarm A is reduced by one level, and the storage priority of the alarm B is highest.
The category of the alarm information is classified according to the fault name or the fault code of the alarm information. Since the fault codes and the fault names are in one-to-one correspondence, classifying according to the fault codes is consistent with classifying according to the fault names.
The first preset number is a reasonable number set by related technicians according to actual needs. For example, only the alarm information and the diagnostic information of the last acquired 20 alarms are stored. Assuming that 20 groups of alarm information and corresponding diagnosis information are stored currently, and an alarm M occurs again at the next moment, deleting the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the alarm which occurs earliest according to the time sequence of the occurrence of the alarm, and storing the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the alarm M which occurs the next moment, namely the latest moment in an associated manner.
The first preset quantity can be further subdivided into categories of different alarm information to set different first preset quantities, and the types of the alarm information are respectively stored in a rolling mode according to the corresponding first preset quantities. For example, 10 sets of alarm information and diagnostic information of fault code 001 are currently stored, a first preset number corresponding to the fault code 001 is 10, 9 sets of alarm information and diagnostic information of fault code 002 are currently stored, the first preset number corresponding to the fault code 002 is 10, an alarm A occurs at the next moment, the fault code of the alarm A is 002, and the alarm information and the diagnostic information of the latest alarm A are directly stored in an associated mode. And when the fault code of the alarm B is 002 at the next moment, deleting a group of alarm information and diagnostic information with the earliest occurrence time in the alarms with the current stored fault code of 002, and storing the latest alarm information and diagnostic information of the alarm B.
In other embodiments, storing the alarm information in association with the diagnostic information includes: and storing the alarm information and the diagnosis information acquired in the first preset time in an associated mode according to a second preset rule.
Wherein the second preset rule includes any one of the following: storing in a time sequence from early to late in an associated manner; storing the data in a correlated manner from late to early according to the time sequence; according to the category of the alarm information and the time sequence, storing in an associated mode from early to late; and according to the category of the alarm information and the time sequence, storing the alarm information in a correlated way from late to early.
It will be appreciated that the second preset rule is a limitation on the storage order of the acquired alarm information and diagnostic information for multiple alarms.
In this embodiment, the types of the alarm information are classified according to the fault name or the fault code of the alarm information. Since the fault codes and the fault names are in one-to-one correspondence, classifying according to the fault codes is consistent with classifying according to the fault names.
The first preset time is a reasonable time period set by a relevant technician according to actual needs. For example, only alarm information and diagnostic information of alarms occurring in the last 20 minutes are stored. Assume that the current time is 12:00, currently, 20 minutes of alarm information and corresponding diagnostic information are stored from 11:40-12:00, after 1 minute, 12:01 generates an alarm H again, and according to the time sequence of the alarm, the alarm information and diagnostic information of the earliest alarm are deleted, namely, the alarm information and the corresponding diagnostic information of the alarm generated between 11:40-11:41 are deleted, and the alarm information and the diagnostic information of the latest alarm H, namely, the alarm information and the diagnostic information of the alarm H generated by 12:01 are stored in a correlated mode.
The first preset rule and the second preset rule may be the same or different, and are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, determining at least one target alert information from the stored alert information, and determining target diagnostic information associated with the target alert information includes: one of the most recently stored target alert information is determined from the alert information, and target diagnostic information associated with the target alert information is determined.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the target alarm information may be any one of the stored alarm information, and is not necessarily limited to the latest stored alarm information. For example, the target alarm information is alarm information of an alarm generated at 0 minutes and 0 seconds at 14 days of 1 month in 2020.
In some embodiments, determining at least one target alert information from the stored alert information includes:
determining the alarm information of the second preset time as target alarm information;
or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and determining the latest stored second preset number of alarm information as target alarm information.
In other embodiments, determining at least one target alert information from stored alert information includes:
determining alarm information of the type of the first preset alarm information of the third preset time as target alarm information;
Or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and determining the alarm information of the type of the second preset alarm information of the third preset quantity stored recently as target alarm information.
The second preset time and the third preset time may be a certain time point, for example, 1 month, 1 day, 12 hours and 0 minutes in 2010; the second preset time and the third preset time may also be a certain period of time set by a related technician, for example, 20 minutes before the current time, and further, for example, from 1 month of 2019 to 25 months of 2019. The second preset time and the third preset time may be the same or different.
The second preset number and the third preset number may be fixed numbers preset by the system, or may be a number set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs. The second preset number may be the same or different.
The type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information can be set by a system fixedly or by related technicians according to requirements. It should be noted that the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may be the same or different, and are not limited herein. It should be noted that, the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may be only one, or may include at least two types of alarm information. As can be seen from the above description, the type of alarm information is related to the alarm code. Assuming that the currently stored alarm codes of the alarm information comprise 003, 004 and 005, the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information can only comprise the alarm code 003, and the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information can also comprise the alarm code 003 and the alarm code 004.
Further exemplary explanation is made by taking the alarm information of the type of the first preset alarm information for determining the third preset time as target alarm information, and assuming that the third preset time is 15 minutes recently and the type of the first preset alarm information is 004, taking the alarm information of 004 as the alarm code of the alarm information in the alarm information stored in 15 minutes recently as target alarm information.
Further exemplary description is made by taking the alarm information of the type of the second preset alarm information of the third preset number stored recently as the target alarm information, and assuming that the third preset number is 20 and the types of the second preset alarm information are alarm codes 005 and 006, the alarm information of which the alarm codes are 005 and 006 in the recently stored alarm information is selected as the target alarm information in total.
Wherein, the at least one target alarm information is determined from the stored alarm information, and the target alarm information can be determined according to the determination rule set by the user. For example, by receiving an information call instruction from a user, the target alarm information is further determined according to the requirement of the information call instruction. It should be understood that, because the alarm information and the diagnostic information are stored in association, if it is determined that a certain alarm information is used as the target alarm information, the diagnostic information corresponding to the alarm information is the target diagnostic information of the target alarm information. For example, when the alarm information N stored in the second storage unit is currently determined to be the target alarm information and the diagnostic information associated with the alarm information N is known to be the diagnostic information P, the target diagnostic information may also be determined to be the diagnostic information P.
Sometimes, only the alarm information and the diagnostic information of one alarm which occurs recently may not be enough to determine the cause of the occurrence of the alarm, and the alarm information and the diagnostic information of the history alarm which occurs before need to be integrated to determine comprehensively, at this time, the second preset time may be set to be a time period or a second preset number greater than or equal to 2 to determine at least two target alarm information to display, so that a relevant technician can not only know what alarm (alarm information) occurs, but also comprehensively analyze the operation parameters (diagnostic information) of the motor driver before the occurrence of the alarm in combination with each item of information according to the history alarm before.
In some embodiments, the associating display of the target alert information and the target diagnostic information in the at least one display area includes: and integrating the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information into a display area for display.
In some embodiments, the alert information includes an alert identifier and an alert prompt, and the associated display of the target alert information and the target diagnostic information in the at least one display area includes:
and displaying an alarm identifier of the target alarm information in the first display area, displaying an alarm prompt of the currently selected target alarm information in the second display area, and displaying target diagnosis information corresponding to the currently selected target alarm information in the third display area.
Specifically, if at least two target alarm information exists currently, the first display area displays alarm identifiers corresponding to the at least two target alarm information respectively, after a user selects one alarm identifier, the second display area displays alarm prompts corresponding to the selected alarm identifier in an associated manner, and the third display area displays target diagnosis information corresponding to the selected alarm identifier in an associated manner. When the user switches the selected alarm mark, the alarm prompt displayed in the second display area and the target diagnosis information displayed in the third display area are correspondingly associated and adjusted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each target diagnostic information is displayed in the first display area in the form of a list. In some embodiments, if the number of the target diagnostic information is too large, and exceeds the display number of the first display area, the alarm identification of the target alarm information can be displayed in the form of page turning in the first display area.
Because each target alarm information is associated with one corresponding target diagnosis information, when the number of the target alarm information is large, displaying all the target diagnosis information on one interface is difficult to realize and is unfavorable for users to watch, and therefore, the alarm prompt and the target diagnosis information are associated and displayed according to the currently selected alarm identification. It should be noted that, a certain alarm identifier is selected, that is, a certain alarm information is selected.
In some embodiments, if the selected alarm identifier does not exist currently, the second display area and the third display area may be displayed as blank. In some embodiments, the default selected alert identification may be set as the most recently occurring alert.
It should be noted that, the display sequence of the alarm identifiers in the first display area may be numbered according to the priority of the storage sequence, that is, the alarm identifiers are configured with fault codes, for example, the most recently stored alarm identifier is displayed at the uppermost position, the display priority is highest, and the display priority of the other alarm identifiers is higher as the current time of the alarm occurrence time interval is closer according to the occurrence sequence of the corresponding alarm; the display may be performed according to display rules set by the relevant technician.
In some embodiments, the first display area is located on the left side of the display interface, the second display area is located on the right side of the first display interface, and the third display area is located on the lower side of the second display position.
It should be appreciated that the positions of the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area may be set as desired. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a display interface. Wherein the first display area 201 displays the left side of the interface, the second display area 202 is located on the right side of the first display area 201, the third display area 203 is located on the lower side of the second display area 202, and the right side of the first display area 201.
In some embodiments, the target diagnostic information includes a diagnostic item and a detection value, and the information display method further includes:
acquiring an alarm report template;
determining at least one item of label alarm information, and determining a detection value corresponding to at least one diagnostic item;
and generating an alarm report through an alarm report template according to the determined target alarm information, the diagnosis project and the detection value.
In some embodiments, the alarm report template is a preset template, and of course, those skilled in the art can adjust the alarm report template according to needs.
