and 4, determining whether the commodities belonging to the same delivery warehouse contain special commodities, if so, performing weighted calculation according to the preset weight and the preset wrapping requirements of the special commodities, and delivering the commodities out of the warehouse according to each warehouse with the lowest logistics cost.
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention further discloses a commodity warehouse-out device for order splitting of an e-commerce platform, comprising:
the order splitting order information acquisition module is used for acquiring order splitting order information in a preset cycle time of the e-commerce platform, wherein each order splitting order comprises at least two commodities;
the generation commodity splitting module is used for determining whether the order splitting information contains commodities of generation suppliers or not, and splitting the commodities belonging to different generation suppliers if the order splitting information contains the commodities of the generation suppliers;
the delivery warehouse classification module is used for classifying the commodities in the order dismantling information according to the delivery warehouse;
and the commodity splitting and warehousing module is used for determining whether the commodities belonging to the same delivery warehouse contain special commodities, carrying out weighted calculation according to the preset weight and the preset wrapping requirements of the special commodities, and warehousing the commodities according to each warehouse with the lowest logistics cost.
In the embodiment of the invention, the commodity warehouse-out method for the order-splitting order of the e-commerce platform takes a commodity warehouse-out device for the order-splitting order of the e-commerce platform as an execution object of the steps. Specifically, step 1 is to use the order splitting order information acquisition module as an execution object of the step, step 2 is to use the commodity splitting module as an execution object of the step, step 3 is to use the delivery warehouse classification module as an execution object of the step, and step 4 is to use the commodity splitting warehouse module as an execution object of the step.
In the step 1, acquiring order splitting order information needing to be subjected to order splitting on the E-commerce platform, wherein the order splitting order comprises at least two commodities. Only order information needing to be disassembled is obtained by the disassembled order information obtaining module. Moreover, if only one commodity exists, the order is not required to be disassembled.
In step 2, different merchants are located on the e-commerce platform, and the commodities of the merchants are delivered by the merchants. In addition, some commodities on the e-commerce platform are issued by the supplier, so that in the step 2, by determining whether the order of the splitting order contains the commodity of the issuing supplier, if so, the commodities belonging to different issuing suppliers are split, and errors in subsequent package splitting are avoided. The commodity of the issuing supplier includes one commodity of the issuing supplier and also includes the commodity which is sent by the resident merchant.
In step 3, the commodities ordered by the user may be in different delivery warehouses, so that the commodities need to be classified according to the delivery warehouses, and the commodities are split, packed and delivered out of the warehouse by each delivery warehouse. Even if the commodities ordered by the user are commodities of the same home-resident merchant, the merchants have different delivery warehouses, so that the commodities need to be classified according to the delivery warehouses of the merchants, and then the commodities are split, packed and delivered out of the warehouse through the delivery warehouses.
In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, determining which commodities are of an issuing supplier and which are self-operated commodities of an e-commerce platform, splitting orders according to the issuing supplier for the first time, and then classifying the commodities according to an issuing bin of each issuing supplier or the e-commerce platform so as to split the orders for the second time; finally, the delivery warehouse splits the order for the third time according to the specific conditions of the commodities; the order is split through the level arrangement, the workload of workers can be greatly reduced, the material cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
Specifically, in step 4, when the delivery warehouse splits the order for the third time according to the specific conditions of the commodities, some specific requirements or some cautions of logistics need to be considered, for example, when customs logistics are involved, the net weight limit of milk powder in each package is 5Kg, the total value of the commodities in a single package cannot exceed 5000 yuan, and the like; for example, in the material process, glass commodities are fragile and need to be independently packaged, the volume and weight of each package are limited, and the commodities in the order for taking the order divided into each delivery warehouse need to be taken the order according to specific conditions. Specifically, the weight of the commodities of different categories is set, and then the order is split according to the weight of the commodities and the package requirements.
Specifically, in step 4, the step of performing weighted calculation according to the preset weight of the special commodity and the preset package requirement includes:
step 401, splitting the special commodities according to the weight setting of the special commodities, and counting the information of the same commodities; wherein the information includes, but is not limited to, quantity, weight, volume, and commodity value;
step 402, determining whether the special commodity contains the special commodity needing to be independently packaged, and if so, independently splitting the special commodity according to a preset package requirement and information of the special commodity;
step 403, splitting the special commodity with the highest weight according to preset conditions, and then determining whether the split package meets preset package requirements;
step 404, if yes, repeating step 403 for the remaining special commodities;
step 405, if not, the special commodities and/or other commodities are classified into the package according to the weight sequence and the information of the same commodities, so that the package meets the preset package requirement; step 403 is then repeated for the remaining special merchandise until the merchandise is completely disassembled.
Correspondingly, the commodity splitting and library-out module comprises a commodity information statistical unit, an independent packaging commodity determining unit, a first splitting unit, a judging unit and a second splitting unit, wherein the commodity splitting and library-out module comprises a commodity information statistical unit, an independent packaging commodity determining unit, a first splitting unit, a judging unit and a second splitting unit
The commodity information counting unit is used for splitting the special commodities according to the weight setting of the special commodities and counting the information of the same commodities; wherein the information includes, but is not limited to, quantity, weight, volume, and commodity value;
the independent packaging commodity determining unit is used for determining whether the special commodity contains the special commodity needing independent packaging or not, and if so, the special commodity is independently split according to the preset packaging requirement and the information of the special commodity;
the first splitting unit is used for splitting the special commodity with the highest weight according to the preset condition, and then determining whether the split package meets the preset package requirement; if so, splitting the rest special commodities again according to the weight;
the judging unit is used for determining whether the split packages meet the preset package requirements, if so, the remaining special commodities are split again through the first splitting unit; if not, the second splitting unit is used for splitting again;
the second splitting unit is used for dividing special commodities and/or other commodities into the packages according to the weight sequence and the information of the same commodities so that the packages meet the preset package requirements; and then continuously splitting the rest special commodities through the first splitting unit until the commodities are completely split.
In the embodiment of the invention, step 4 is to take the commodity splitting library module as an execution object of the step. Specifically, step 401 is to take the commodity information statistic unit acquisition module as an execution object of the step, step 402 is to take the independently packaged commodity determination unit as an execution object of the step, step 403 is to take the first splitting unit as an execution object of the step, and steps 404 and 405 are to take the judgment unit and the second splitting unit as execution objects of the step.
In step 401, when it is determined that the order splitting order contains the special commodity, the special commodity needs to be split according to the weight setting of the special commodity, and information of the same commodity is counted, so that the order is split according to the weight of the commodity and the information of the commodity in the order splitting order. The special commodity in the embodiment of the present invention refers to a commodity having special requirements during packaging, for example, it is limited that milk powder in a single package cannot exceed 5Kg, the total value of the diaper contained in the single package cannot exceed 1000, red wine needs to be packaged independently, and the like, at this time, milk powder, diaper, red wine and the like belong to special commodities, and the weights of the milk powder and the diaper are set correspondingly.
In step 402, for a specific commodity needing to be packaged independently, it needs to be separated separately. For example, when it is determined that the order contains red wine, the red wine is separated individually and packaged. The individual package is that the commodity contained in the package is only red wine and does not contain other commodities. And also during packaging, to meet pre-set package requirements, e.g. the weight, volume and/or value of the package containing the red wine meets pre-set requirements.
In step 403, after the special commodity needing to be independently packaged is separated, the remaining commodities which can be combined are separated. In the embodiment of the invention, the special commodity with the highest weight is firstly split according to the preset conditions, and then whether the split package meets the preset package requirements or not is determined. For example, the user has ordered 22 cans of milk powder and 22 bags of baby diapers simultaneously, the weight of each bag of milk powder is 500g, the value of each bag of baby diapers is 200 yuan, wherein the weight of the milk powder preset in the device is higher than the weight of the baby diapers, at this time, the milk powder needs to be split first, the preset condition of the milk powder is that the net weight limit of the milk powder in each bag is 5Kg, the splitting is performed according to the preset condition of the highest-weight special commodity, and then the dividing result is: the 20 cans of milk powder are divided into A, B, C packages, wherein the weight of the milk powder in A, B packages is 5Kg, and the weight of the milk powder in C packages is 1 Kg.
At this time, whether the package meets the requirement is determined A, B, C according to the preset package requirement. For example, the preset package requirement is set to have a weight of 4-6kg, a volume of 30cm x 30cm, and a value of 5000 or less; assuming that the volume of the 5 cans of milk powder after packaging is within 30cm x 30cm according to the calculation and the total value of the 5 cans of milk powder is also within 5000 according to the calculation, the A, B package meets the preset package requirement, and the C package does not meet the preset package requirement. When the special commodities are split, the special commodities are split maximally according to preset conditions of the special commodities, for example, in the embodiment of the invention, a parcel B is added after a parcel A is full, a parcel C is added after the parcel B is full, and the like. If the milk powder ordered by the user is only 3Kg, the milk powder in the parcel A does not reach the preset parcel requirement of 5KG, and the parcels B and parcels C are not increased.
In step 404, assuming that the package obtained by splitting the special commodity with the highest weight according to the preset condition meets the preset package requirement, repeating step 403 on the remaining special commodities. For example, the user has ordered 20 cans of milk powder, 22 bags of baby diapers, and 5 sets of skin care products simultaneously, the weight of each bag of milk powder is 500g, and the value of each bag of baby diapers is 200 yuan, where the weight of milk powder is set in advance in the device to be higher than the weight of baby diapers, and the weight of baby diapers is higher than the weight of skin care products, then according to the above description, it can be known that, assuming that the packages obtained by splitting 20 cans of milk powder all meet the preset package requirements, at this time, since the weight of baby diapers is higher than skin care products, the baby diapers are split according to the preset conditions of baby diapers (for example, the total value of baby diapers contained in a single package cannot exceed 1000, etc.), and step 404 is repeated.
In step 405, if the package split in step 403 does not meet the preset package requirement, dividing the special goods and/or other goods into the package according to the weight sequence and the information of the same goods, so that the package meets the preset package requirement; step 403 is then repeated for the remaining special merchandise until the merchandise is completely disassembled.
Specifically, in step 405, the step of dividing the special goods and/or other goods into the package according to the weight ranking, the weight ranking and the information of the same goods includes:
4051, splitting the remaining special commodities with the highest weight according to the information of the special commodities and preset conditions thereof, respectively inserting the split special commodities into the packages split in the step 403, and determining whether the packages meet preset package requirements again;
step 4052, if yes, repeat step 403 for the remaining special merchandise;
step 4053, no, repeat step 4051.
Correspondingly, the second splitting unit comprises a splitting subunit and a judging subunit, wherein
The splitting subunit splits the remaining special commodities with the highest weight according to the information of the special commodities with the highest weight and preset conditions of the special commodities, respectively scores the split special commodities into the packages split by the first splitting unit, and determines whether the packages meet preset package requirements again;
the judging subunit is used for determining whether the package meets the preset package requirement, and if so, the first splitting unit splits the remaining special commodities again; and if not, the rest special commodities are split again through the splitting subunit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, step 4051 is to split the sub-unit as the execution object of the step, and steps 4052 and 4053 are to determine the sub-unit as the execution object of the step.
For example, a user has simultaneously ordered 22 cans of milk powder, 2 bags of diaper, 5 sets of skin care products, 10 pieces of lipstick and 5 bags of coffee, and supposing that the milk powder, the diaper, the skin care products, the lipstick and the coffee all belong to the same store and the same delivery warehouse, wherein the milk powder, the diaper and the skin care products are special products of lipstick and coffee, and the weight of the milk powder is higher than that of the diaper. According to the above description, assuming that A, B parcels after the milk powder is split meet the preset parcel requirement, and C parcels do not meet the preset parcel requirement, it is assumed that the following can be obtained by calculation according to the weight sequence and the information of the same commodities, i.e. the quantity, weight, volume and commodity value: the package C can be filled with 2 bags of diaper, 2 sets of skin care products and 5 pieces of lipstick to meet the preset package requirements, and the 2 bags of diaper, 2 sets of skin care products and 5 pieces of lipstick are scratched into the package C; at this time, the report C meets the preset wrapping requirement, and then step 403 is repeated for the remaining special commodities, that is, the skin care product is split according to the preset requirement of the skin care product until the commodity is split. In the embodiment of the invention, the special commodities and/or other commodities are classified into the packages according to the weight sequence and the information of the same commodities, so that the packages meet the preset package requirements, namely the commodities are classified into the packages according to the weight sequence. For example, the diaper is first counted and placed in the package before the skin care product is counted and placed in the package.
Specifically, in step 405, after the special commodity is separated, if the package includes a package which does not meet the preset package requirement, the package is merged with other commodities until the commodity is separated; wherein the merging process follows pre-set package requirements.
Similarly, after the special commodity is split, the packages which do not meet the preset package requirements are merged with other commodities until the commodity is split; wherein the merging process follows pre-set package requirements.
After the special commodities are separated, the remaining common commodities can be combined at will as no other requirements exist, and only the preset wrapping requirements are met.
In summary, the invention splits the order layer by layer according to the delivery supplier and the delivery warehouse, then splits the order again according to the weight sequence by setting the special commodity weight, and splits the order according to the preset conditions in the splitting process, thereby realizing the intelligent automatic splitting of the order. According to the invention, the orders are split layer by layer and the commodities are weighted and calculated, so that each package can maximally accommodate more commodities under the condition of meeting the preset requirement, and the logistics cost of commodity warehouse-out of the order-split orders of the e-commerce platform is reduced. And because the whole list process of tearing open can be realized through the computer, avoid artifical probability of makeing mistakes, not only reduced the cost of labor, improved work efficiency moreover.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
