Abstract
The invention provides a credible image platform based on a block chain technology, which comprises a deposit certificate system, wherein the deposit certificate system further comprises: a forensics layer, a block chain layer and a service layer; the evidence obtaining layer is used for obtaining the electronic evidence, carrying out electronic identity verification on the electronic evidence, binding the electronic evidence and corresponding evidence verification information after passing the electronic identity verification, and uploading the electronic evidence and the corresponding evidence verification information to the evidence storing chain for storing evidence; the block chain layer is used for providing accessible digital accounts for all participants in the evidence-storing system and executing intelligent contracts, wherein electronic evidences acquired by the evidence-obtaining user can be written into the intelligent contracts, and the existing electronic evidences of the evidence-obtaining user have corresponding intelligent contracts in the block chain layer; the service layer provides services through the combination of a back-end database and a mobile application program, wherein the back-end server is used for managing the certificate storage data; user account management and data access control are performed through the mobile application. The invention improves the public credibility of the electronic evidence in use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of block chains, in particular to a trusted image platform based on a block chain technology.
Background
At present, the image system is a widely applied system, and is applied to various industries, and the main product application in the market at present focuses on the improvement of the photographing function, such as various environments and image processing, especially the aspects of beautifying and editing and synthesizing.
However, the video system is also used to provide an important way for providing evidence in terms of electronic police, high-definition checkpoint or administrative law enforcement, but the electronic evidence provided by the current video system has a problem of insufficient public trust and cannot play a due role in critical occasions.

the service layer provides services through the combination of a back-end database and a mobile application program, wherein the back-end server is used for managing the certificate storage data; user account management and data access control are performed through the mobile application.
In one embodiment, the forensics layer includes a forensics module for obtaining electronic evidence, wherein the electronic evidence includes electronic data obtained by taking a picture, recording a sound, recording a screen, scanning, and recording a video via an electronic device.
In one embodiment, the evidence obtaining layer comprises an electronic identity verification module, wherein the electronic identity verification module is used for obtaining electronic identity information of the electronic evidence and verifying the electronic identity information; the electronic identity information is identity information of the user for obtaining the evidence, and comprises certificate information, iris information and fingerprint information of the user for obtaining the evidence.

Meanwhile, the evidence obtaining mode of binding the electronic evidence by the electronic identity information and the credible timestamp is adopted, and authenticity of the evidence is further ensured.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the acquired electronic evidence and the evidence verification information are bound and stored in the blockchain, and the characteristics that the blockchain cannot be tampered and decentralized are utilized, so that data on any chain cannot be removed and changed, and the evidence storage safety and reliability of the electronic evidence are ensured to the greatest extent.
In one embodiment, the forensics layer 1 includes a forensics module 11, and the forensics module 11 is used for acquiring electronic evidence, wherein the electronic evidence includes electronic data acquired by taking a picture, recording a sound, recording a screen, scanning, and recording a video through an electronic device.
In one embodiment, the evidence obtaining layer 1 comprises an electronic identity verification module 12, which is used for obtaining electronic identity information of the electronic evidence and verifying the electronic identity information; the electronic identity information is identity information of the user for obtaining the evidence, and comprises certificate information, iris information and fingerprint information of the user for obtaining the evidence.

In the evidence obtaining layer 1, evidence obtaining methods of evidence storing chains comprise evidence obtaining methods of photographing, sound recording, screen recording, scanning, video recording and the like of the handheld device, and evidence obtaining requirements of different scenes can be met. The electronic evidence of the electronic evidence passes electronic identity verification, and a trusted timestamp is bound to obtain chain uploading permission of a certificate storing chain; in one scenario, the chain of certificates will store the hash digest of the electronic evidence, the name of the electronic evidence, the trusted timestamp, the geographic location and the model number of the mobile phone. The e-evidence content will be stored in the AWS cloud, and the local database stores the address link of the photo and statistical information such as sharing authority setting. The operation is quick and simple, and the user affinity is high.
Aiming at electronic identity authentication, the electronic identity authentication is a digital identification and is the only mark of a computer to people or a real subject, and the existing authentication means is about certificates with chips, irises, fingerprints and the like. The qualified and effective identity authentication is the basis for the judicial system to admit electronic storage of certificates.
For a trusted timestamp, in order to prove the generation time of the electronic evidence, an effective trusted timestamp needs to combine the certified hash digest with an authoritative time source. The deposit certificate system strictly meets the requirements of electronic signature method and ensures that the integrity and feasibility of data are proved.
In the above embodiment, an improved evidence obtaining mode is adopted, that is, an evidence obtaining mode in which electronic identity information and a trusted timestamp are bound to an electronic evidence is specifically adopted, so that authenticity of the evidence is further ensured, and public credibility of the electronic evidence as a key evidence in a specific occasion is improved.
In one embodiment, ether windows are used in the blockchain layer 2 as blockchain platforms.
In one embodiment, the blockchain layer 2 includes an intelligent contract module 21, and the intelligent contract module 21 is configured to write the electronic evidence into the blockchain in the form of an intelligent contract.
In blockchain layer 2, blockchain layer 2 provides a securely accessible digital ledger for all participants in the credentialing system, and executes intelligent contracts and completes payments. By establishing a block chain driven deposit certificate system, a new electronic deposit certificate application scene can be changed and established. An intelligent contract built on the vouching system will enable decentralized autonomous operation of the vouching service.
In one embodiment, the blockchain architecture first utilizes Ethereum (etherhouse) as the kernel architecture of the blockchain-based storage network. In the service layer 3, services are provided by a backend database in combination with mobile applications. A distributed database may be used to manage the credentialing data. At the same time, the vouching system may perform user account management and data access control such that digital information along the vouching system is shared between all participants in a distrusted manner.
User information has fairly high security and privacy nature, only possess private key just can visit own account number, deposit certificate information then is in the public link, is guaranteeing that the information content can not be tampered and its transparency, and the user can carry out privacy setting to it according to the deposit certificate demand of difference, and third party high in the clouds can be stored to its original copy, and deposit certificate link will guarantee to leave the backup at 3 different authoritative cloud services at least when accomplishing information security encryption.
Through the credible image platform, the encryption and evidence storage are carried out after evidence collection through diversified professional evidence collection modes such as web pages, photographing and videos, and the like, so that the validity of each evidence collection is guaranteed. The stored electronic evidence can be used for law enforcement and evidence storage, news pictures, real images, relatives, evidence solidification, inspection and supervision, legal disputes, court complaints, adjustment and arbitration and the like, and is suitable for the requirements of different occasions.
In the embodiment, the electronic evidence is uploaded to the block chain at the first time after being collected and is encrypted and stored through the intelligent contract, the method does not depend on the central server, the operator cannot tamper the electronic evidence, and authenticity and privacy of user data are protected.

the evidence obtaining layer is used for obtaining electronic evidence obtained by an evidence obtaining user, obtaining electronic identity information of the electronic evidence, verifying the electronic identity information, binding the electronic evidence and corresponding evidence verification information after the electronic identity information is verified, and uploading the electronic evidence and the corresponding evidence verification information to an evidence storing chain for storing evidence; the electronic evidence comprises electronic data obtained by shooting, recording a screen, scanning and recording through electronic equipment; the electronic identity information is identity information of a user for obtaining evidence, and comprises certificate information, iris information and fingerprint information of the user for obtaining the evidence;
the evidence obtaining layer comprises an electronic identity verification module and a verification information generation module, and the electronic identity verification module is used for obtaining electronic identity information of the electronic evidence and verifying the electronic identity information; the verification information generation module is used for generating evidence verification information corresponding to the electronic evidence and binding the evidence verification information with the electronic evidence; the evidence verification information corresponding to the electronic evidence comprises electronic identity information, a hash abstract generated according to the electronic evidence, the name of the electronic evidence, geographical position information for obtaining the electronic evidence, a model of obtaining equipment and a credible timestamp;
the block chain layer is used for providing accessible digital accounts for all participants in the deposit and evidence system and executing intelligent contracts, wherein the electronic evidence acquired by the evidence obtaining user can be written into the intelligent contracts, and the electronic evidence existing in the evidence obtaining user has the corresponding intelligent contracts in the block chain layer;

3. A trusted imaging platform based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein said blockchain layer comprises an intelligent contract module for writing said electronic credentials into a blockchain in the form of an intelligent contract.
4. The trusted video platform based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the service layer, the back-end server is a distributed server.

A trusted imaging platform based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the service layer, the mobile application provides privacy setting for user information for users and enables digital information of the blockchain storage system to be shared between all participants in a distrusted manner.
