Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of a method of displaying an operation prompt is shown, according to the present disclosure. The method for displaying the operation prompt can be applied to terminal equipment. As shown in fig. 1, the method for displaying the operation prompt includes the following steps:
step 101, responding to the fact that the target application starts the first operation page, and obtaining a historical operation record of the target application.
Here, the historical operation record is used for recording the use condition of the target application by the user.
In some embodiments, the first operation page may be understood as a page that the user needs to perform an operation; that is, after the target application starts the first operation page, the user needs to perform some preset operations on the first operation page to continue to open other pages; or, the user needs to perform some operations on the first page before closing the first operation page. In other words, the first operation page can also be understood as: the page comprises at least one operation control, and a user touches one or more controls in the at least one operation control through preset operation logic to realize corresponding functions (such as opening another page or closing a first operation page).
In some embodiments, the use condition of the target application by the user can be used for measuring, the higher the operation proficiency of the user on the target application, the more the representation that the user can correctly use the target application; and when the operation proficiency of the user on the target application is low, the characteristic that the user can not use the target application correctly is represented.
In some embodiments, some users may be using the target application for the first time, and some users may have used the target application already. For a user who uses the target application for the first time, when the user opens the first operation page, the use condition of the user on the target application may not be recorded in the obtained historical operation record, that is, the operation proficiency of the user on the target application may be represented at this time. Of course, it may be determined that the user has low operation skill for the first operation page at this time.
And for the user who has used the target application once, when the user opens the first operation page; in the acquired historical operation record, there may be recorded: the user opens the operation pages once, and the specific opening time of the operation pages and the like; and further determines the operational proficiency of the user with respect to the target application. Of course, the history record related to the first operation page may also be obtained from the history operation record, for example, the time when the first operation page was opened several times, the time when the first operation page was opened last time, and the like are obtained, and the proficiency level of the user for the first operation page is measured through the information.
It can be seen that the operation proficiency of the user on the target application can be determined by acquiring the use condition of the user on the target application, and the operation proficiency of the user on a specific operation page can also be determined.
(it should be noted here that, when a user uses a target application, usually an account needs to be logged in, and the account corresponds to the user; and the historical operation record of the target application can be understood as the historical operation record when the target application logs in a current account, that is, the historical operation record corresponds to each account, that is, by obtaining the historical operation record corresponding to the account, the historical operation record of the user corresponding to the account can be obtained, and further, the use condition of the user for the target application can be determined through the historical operation record)
Step 102, determining whether the first operation page meets a preset condition or not based on the historical operation record.
Here, the preset condition may be used to indicate some requirements of the user on the operation proficiency level of the first page; thus, whether the first operation page meets the preset condition is determined. That is, it can be understood that: determining whether the first operation page meets the preset condition, namely: and determining whether the operation proficiency of the user on the first operation page meets the preset requirement. Such as: the first operation page is displayed for the first time for the user when the user uses the target application for the first time, and therefore, the user may have low operation proficiency level for the first operation page. The following steps are repeated: the user does not use the target application for the first time, but opens the first operation page for the first time, and the operation proficiency of the user on the first operation page is low. (for example, the target application has a plurality of functions of 'finding a place, finding a driving route, inquiring about a drop in a bus place, getting on a bus, and the like', while the user uses the function of 'finding a place' of the target application, when the user uses the function of 'getting on a bus' of the target application, the user opens a getting on operation interface in the target application, and since the user has not opened the interface, the user may not be clear about the specific operation of the getting on operation interface).
That is, it can be understood that: when the operation proficiency level of the user on the first operation page is low, the first operation page can be represented to meet the preset condition.
In some embodiments, when the first operation page satisfies a preset condition, then:
step 103, determining a target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page from at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application.
In some embodiments, the target application may include a plurality of operation pages, and the corresponding operation prompts of each operation page may be different (the display positions of the operation prompts, the contents of the operation prompts, and the like are different). That is, the target application may correspond to the at least one operation prompt, and a target operation prompt of the at least one operation prompt corresponds to the first operation page. That is, the target operation prompt is used to instruct the user how to operate the first operation page correctly. After the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page is determined from the at least one operation prompt, step 104 may be executed.
And 104, displaying a target operation prompt.
In some embodiments, when the target operation prompt is displayed, a display position and a specific display mode can be preset; therefore, the user can conveniently realize the correct operation on the first operation page through the displayed target operation prompt.
In the prior art, when a user uses a target application for the first time, a section of video is played or a group of images are displayed after the user starts the target application; and how to correctly use the target application is recorded in the video or the group of images, and when the user finishes watching the video or the group of images, the user knows how to correctly use the target application. However, this way of displaying the operation prompts displays all the operation prompts of the target application at once, that is, the user needs to know all the functions of the target application at once and how to implement the functions. In other words, since the user needs to memorize the operation prompts of the target application at one time, the user needs a certain time, and thus a bad use experience may be caused to the user.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first operation page is determined to be opened, the historical operation record of the target operation application is obtained, the operation proficiency of the user on the first operation page is determined based on the historical operation record, when the operation proficiency of the user on the first operation page is determined to be low, at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application is obtained, the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page is determined from the at least one operation prompt, and the target operation prompt is displayed. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, only when the user opens the first operation page that needs to execute the operation, the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page is obtained, that is, when the user opens the first operation page, only the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page needs to be browsed, and the operation prompts of other operation pages do not need to be browsed, so that the number of operation prompts browsed by the user each time is reduced, and the browsing experience of the user is improved.
Meanwhile, in the prior art, the operation prompt is displayed at one time, but in the embodiment of the application, when a user uses a certain operation page, the operation prompt corresponding to the operation page is displayed.
It can be seen that, although the prior art and the present application both display the operation prompt of the operation page. However, in the display method in the prior art, if a user does not frequently use a certain operation page of an application, the user may forget how to operate the operation page, thereby causing a trouble in the process of using the application. In other words, at this time, the operation prompt does not play a role, but in the embodiment of the present application, only when the user opens the operation page, the operation prompt corresponding to the operation page is displayed, so that the user can correctly operate the operation page according to the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, step 103, determining whether the first operation page satisfies the preset condition based on the historical operation record, which may specifically include:
and judging whether the first operation page is displayed for the first time or not based on the historical operation record, and if the first operation page is displayed for the first time, determining that the first operation page meets the preset condition.
If the first operation page is not displayed for the first time, judging whether the time interval between the last time of displaying the first operation page and the current time of displaying the first operation page is greater than a preset time threshold value or not; if the time interval is greater than the preset time threshold, it can also be determined that the first operation page meets the preset condition.
In some embodiments, when the first operation page is displayed for the first time, at this time, the user may not know what operation should be performed on the first operation page, and therefore, a target operation prompt needs to be displayed on the first operation page to prompt the user to correctly use the target application. If the first operation page is not displayed for the first time, but the time interval between the last time of displaying the first operation page and the current time of displaying the first operation page is longer (for example, greater than the preset time threshold), the user may forget how to operate the first operation page, and therefore, a target operation prompt needs to be displayed on the first operation page to prompt the user to correctly use the target application.
It should be noted that the preset time threshold may be set according to actual situations, such as: when the operation logic of the first operation page is complex, the user may not know how to operate the first operation page after 1 week, and the time threshold may be set to 1 week. On the contrary, the operation logic of the first operation page is relatively simple, and the time threshold may be set to be longer, for example, 1 month.
In some embodiments, it may also be determined whether the first operation page satisfies the preset condition by other means, such as: the number of times of opening the first operation page is recorded, and before the preset number of times is reached, a target operation prompt is displayed when the first operation page is opened, so that a user can have a deeper impression on the operation process of the first operation page, and the user can correctly operate the first operation page in the subsequent use process.
In some embodiments, the at least one operation hint may also be obtained through an SDK package.
Here, the SDK package may include: at least one operation prompt and the corresponding relation between the operation page and the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the operations that can be performed by each operation page of the target application may be different, so that the operation prompt corresponding to each operation page may be different. The corresponding relationship between the operation page and the operation prompt may be used to: associating an operation page of the target application with at least one operation prompt; such as: after the operation page currently displayed by the target application is determined, the operation prompt corresponding to the currently displayed operation page may be determined based on the corresponding relationship between the operation page and the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, there are many ways for the terminal device to obtain the SDK package, such as: when the terminal device downloads the target application, the SDK package may be downloaded together. Or the target application is downloaded and then the SDK is downloaded.
Therefore, each time the target application is updated, an SDK package corresponding to the updated target application can be obtained, that is, by setting the SDK package, when the user does not know how to use the target application, the corresponding operation prompt can be obtained through the SDK package. It should be noted that the operation prompt is issued in the form of the SDK, and the operation prompt can be distinguished from the main function of the application, so that the operation prompt is convenient to modify according to the change of the actual application scene, and a user can conveniently select to display or cancel to display the operation prompt by one key; at the time of transfer, it is possible to transfer separately from the application main body function section, and the pressure at the time of single transfer is reduced by batch transfer.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, step 103 (determining a target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page from at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application) may specifically include step 1031 and step 1032.
And step 1031, in response to determining that the first operation page meets the preset condition, obtaining at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application, and obtaining a corresponding relationship between the operation prompt and the operation page.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the first operation page satisfies the preset condition, it may be characterized that the operation proficiency level of the user with respect to the first operation page may be low, and therefore, an operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page needs to be displayed on the first operation page. In order to correctly determine the operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page display, it is necessary to obtain the corresponding relationship between the operation prompt and the operation page. And may proceed to step 1032.
Step 1032: and determining the operation prompt corresponding to the first operation prompt as a target operation prompt from at least one operation prompt based on the corresponding relation between the operation prompt and the operation page.
That is, after the corresponding relationship between the operation prompt and the operation page is obtained, when the first operation page meets the preset condition, the target operation prompt can be determined according to the first operation page and the corresponding relationship.
In some embodiments, some operation pages may input multiple operations, while different operations are input, and the results (or the next process of the target application) directed may be different. Such as: when the first operation page inputs the first operation, the target application displays the second operation page, and when the first operation page inputs the second operation, the target application may display the third operation page. Here, the second operation page and the third operation page may be two different pages.
In some embodiments, the first operation page may include at least one control, and when different controls of the at least one control are not touched, the functions implemented by the target application are different; therefore, the target operation prompt may also include at least one sub-operation prompt, and the operation control corresponds to the sub-operation prompt, that is, the sub-operation prompt may be used to explain the function or function of the operation control in the first page; thereby guiding the user to correctly use the first operation page.
In the above case, step 104 (displaying the target operation prompt) may specifically be: and determining a second display position of the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the operation control based on the first display position of the operation control, and displaying the sub-operation prompt at the second display position.
In some embodiments, when there are multiple sub-operation prompts on one operation page at the same time, in order to enable a user to conveniently know an operation control indicated by the sub-operation prompt (or to facilitate the user to know the function of each operation control), the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the operation control may be displayed near the operation control, so that the sub-operation prompt achieves a good indication effect. Therefore, before the target operation (a plurality of sub operation prompts) prompt is displayed, the first display position of the operation control can be acquired, and then the second display position of the sub operation prompt can be determined according to the first display position of the operation control.
In some embodiments, the sub-operation hint may be: text information, pointing arrows, jumping apertures, etc.; of course, a combination of text information, an indication arrow, a jumping aperture, and the like may be also possible, which is not limited herein, and only needs to enable the user to know the specific function of the operation control through the sub-operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the target operation prompt may also be a combination of text information, an indication arrow, a jumping aperture, and the like, and of course, the target operation prompt is not limited thereto, and in practical applications, the target operation prompt may also be a video, a picture, and the like.
In some embodiments, the at least one operational control of the first operational page may not be displayed simultaneously; as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the first operation page includes 3 operation controls, which are operation control 1, operation control 2, and operation control 3, respectively; at this time, the first operation page only displays the operation control 1 and the sub-operation prompt 1 corresponding to the operation control 1; as shown in fig. 3A. When a user executes touch operation on the operation control 1 according to the indication of the sub-operation prompt 1, continuing to display the operation control 2 and the operation control 3, and the sub-operation prompt 2 and the sub-operation prompt 3 respectively corresponding to the operation control 2 and the operation control 3; as shown in fig. 3B.
Or after the operation control 1 and the sub-operation prompt 1 are displayed on the first operation interface, the operation control 2, the sub-operation prompt 2, the operation control 3 and the sub-operation prompt 3 are displayed on the first operation page at certain time intervals. That is, at least one operation control has a certain display sequence, and at this time, step 104 (displaying the target operation prompt) may specifically be: the display order of the at least one operation prompt is determined, and the display order of the sub-operation prompts in the target operation prompt may be determined based on the display order of the at least one operation prompt.
It can be understood that: when the first operation page displays only the operation control 1, at this time, only the sub-operation prompt 1 corresponding to the operation control 1 is also displayed, and when the first operation page continues to display the operation control 2 and the operation control 3, at this time, the first operation page continues to display the sub-operation prompt 2 and the sub-operation prompt 3 corresponding to the operation control 2 and the operation control 3, respectively (the process may refer to fig. 3A to fig. 3B). That is, when the operation process has a certain display sequence, the sub-operation prompt has a certain display sequence accordingly.
In some embodiments, when the first operation control is triggered, the display of the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the first operation control may be cancelled. In other words, when the first operation control is triggered, it can be characterized that the user already knows the function of the first operation control, and at this time, the display of the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the first operation control can be cancelled, so that the first operation page looks cleaner and tidier. That is, as shown in fig. 3B, the sub-operation prompt 1 may not be continuously displayed on the display interface.
In some embodiments, although the target operation prompt is displayed on the first operation page, the user may know the operation steps of the first operation page, and at this time, the target operation prompt is not required to be described for operating the first operation page. Thus, in some embodiments, the first operations page may further include: the control is cancelled, at this time, the method for displaying the operation prompt may include steps 401 to 405, where details of implementation of steps 401 to 404 have been described in detail in steps 101 to 104, and are not described herein again for brevity of the description.
And step 405, in response to determining that the cancel control is triggered, canceling the display of the target operation prompt.
It can be understood that: if the user thinks that the user can be skilled in operating the first operation page, the user can touch the cancel control displayed at the preset position of the first page, so that the target operation prompt displayed on the first operation page is cancelled.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an apparatus for displaying an operation prompt, where the embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1, and the apparatus may be specifically applied to various electronic devices.
