the first acquisition module is arranged for acquiring the card slot information of the mobile phone card before the first selection module selects the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to the preset rule; and the number of the first and second groups,

the second obtaining module is configured to obtain the state information of the mobile phone cards when the second judging module judges that the number of the mobile phone cards is single; and the number of the first and second groups,

and the execution module is set to execute the step of selecting the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to a preset rule when the third judgment module judges that the network system is normal.
In a specific implementation manner, in the case that the second determining module determines that the number of the mobile phone cards is only one, the first selecting module includes:
the mobile phone card comprises a first analysis unit, a second analysis unit and a third analysis unit, wherein the first analysis unit is used for analyzing the data communication capacity of the mobile phone card under each network system of a home operator;
the first selection unit is set to select the network system of the pre-opened personal hotspot based on the data communication capacity of the mobile phone card under each network system of the home operator of the mobile phone card.
In a specific embodiment, the system further comprises:
the third obtaining module is configured to obtain the state information of all the mobile phone cards when the second judging module judges that the number of the mobile phone cards is multiple; and the number of the first and second groups,
the fourth judging module is used for judging whether the state information of each mobile phone card is normal or not;
the execution module is further configured to execute the step of selecting the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to the preset rule based on all the mobile phone cards when the fourth judgment module judges that the state information of all the mobile phone cards is normal;
the second selection module is configured to execute the step of selecting the network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot according to a preset rule based on the mobile phone cards with normal state information in all the mobile phone cards when the fourth judgment module judges that the mobile phone cards with abnormal state information exist;
wherein, the first module of choosing includes:
the second analysis unit is set to analyze the data communication capacity of each mobile phone card with normal state information under different network systems of the home operator one by one;
and the second selection unit is set to select the mobile phone card and the corresponding network system thereof which are adopted when the personal hotspot is opened currently based on the data communication capacity of each mobile phone card with normal state information under different network systems of the operator to which the mobile phone card belongs.
In a specific embodiment, the system further comprises:
and the second hotspot opening module is set to open the personal hotspot based on the current network system when the first judgment module judges that the current network system is consistent with the network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure correspondingly provides a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal device includes a memory 61 and a processor 62, a computer program is stored in the memory 61, and when the processor 62 runs the computer program stored in the memory 61, the processor 62 executes the personal hotspot opening method.
Based on the same technical concept, embodiments of the present disclosure correspondingly provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the processor executes the personal hotspot starting method.
To sum up, according to the method and the system for starting the personal hotspot provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the personal hotspot function needs to be started, the network system for starting the personal hotspot is selected according to the preset rule; judging whether the current network system is consistent with the network system for opening the personal hotspot or not; if not, switching to a network system for starting the personal hot spot, and starting the personal hot spot function. According to the method and the device, the data communication capacity of the mobile terminal under different mobile network modes is analyzed, and the network mode with the strongest data communication capacity is selected as the network mode for starting the personal hotspot function, so that the data communication capacity is strongest when the mobile terminal starts the personal hotspot, and the hotspot use experience of a user is improved; furthermore, by analyzing the card slot information and the mobile phone card state information, when two or more mobile phone cards with normal states are installed, the data communication capabilities of the mobile phone cards belonging to different operators and the data communication capabilities of the mobile phone cards belonging to different mobile network systems of the operators are all analyzed, the mobile phone card with the strongest data communication capability and the corresponding network system in the personal hotspot are selected to be finally started, and the hotspot use experience of the user is further improved.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. In a hardware implementation, the division between functional modules/units mentioned in the above description does not necessarily correspond to the division of physical components; for example, one physical component may have multiple functions, or one function or step may be performed by several physical components in cooperation. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.

Claims (9)

1. A personal hotspot opening method is applied to a mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
when the personal hotspot function needs to be started, selecting a network system for starting the personal hotspot in advance according to a preset rule;
judging whether the current network system is consistent with the network system of the pre-opened personal hotspot;
if not, switching to a network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot, and starting the personal hotspot function;
the method for selecting the network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot according to the preset rule comprises the following steps:
and analyzing the data communication capacity of the mobile terminal under different mobile network systems, and selecting the network system with the strongest data communication capacity as the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, before selecting the network type of the pre-opened personal hotspot according to the preset rule, further comprising:
acquiring card slot information of a mobile phone card; and the number of the first and second groups,
judging whether the number of the mobile phone cards is only one or not based on the card slot information;
if the number of the mobile phone cards is only one, acquiring the state information of the mobile phone cards; and the number of the first and second groups,
judging whether the state information of the mobile phone card is normal or not;
if the network type is normal, the step of selecting the network type of the pre-opened personal hotspot according to the preset rule is executed.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein, in the case that the number of the mobile phone cards is only one, the selecting of the network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot according to the preset rule specifically comprises:
analyzing the data communication capacity of the mobile phone card under each network system of the home operator of the mobile phone card;
and selecting a network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot based on the data communication capacity of the mobile phone card under each network system of the home operator.
4. The method of claim 2, after determining whether the number of mobile phone cards is only one based on the card slot information, further comprising:
if the number of the mobile phone cards is more than one, acquiring the state information of all the mobile phone cards; and the number of the first and second groups,
judging whether the state information of each mobile phone card is normal or not;
if the state information of all the mobile phone cards is normal, a step of selecting a network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to a preset rule is executed based on all the mobile phone cards;
and if the mobile phone card with abnormal state information exists, executing the step of selecting the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to the preset rule based on the mobile phone card with normal state information in all the mobile phone cards.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein under the condition that the number of the mobile phone cards is more than one, selecting the network system for pre-opening the personal hotspot according to a preset rule comprises:
analyzing the data communication capacity of each mobile phone card with normal state information under different network systems of the home operator one by one;
and selecting the mobile phone card and the corresponding network system thereof adopted when the personal hotspot is pre-opened based on the data communication capacity of each mobile phone card with normal state information under different network systems of the home operator of the mobile phone card.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after determining whether the current network format is consistent with the network format of the pre-boot personal hotspot, the method further comprises:
and if the current network system is consistent with the network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot, starting the personal hotspot based on the current network system.
7. A personal hotspot opening system is applied to a mobile terminal, and comprises:
the first selection module is set to select a network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot according to a preset rule when the personal hotspot function needs to be started;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the current network system is consistent with the network system of the pre-opened personal hotspot;
the switching starting module is set to switch to a network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot and start the personal hotspot function when the judgment module judges that the network system is consistent;
the first selection module is specifically configured to analyze data communication capabilities of the mobile terminal under different mobile network systems, and select a network system with the strongest data communication capability as a network system for pre-starting the personal hotspot at this time.
8. A terminal device, characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and when the processor runs the computer program stored in the memory, the processor executes the personal hotspot opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, performs the personal hotspot opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
