Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for binding mobile phone numbers according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The system for binding the mobile phone number can be a system for providing services for the terminal through short messages, wherein the services comprise at least one of verification code sending, information pushing and remote control. The system for binding the mobile phone number comprises the following steps: a terminal 120 and a server 140.
The terminal 120 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable electronic device, an e-book reader, an MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts Group Audio Layer 3) player, an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts Group Audio Layer 4) player, a laptop computer, or the like.
Optionally, the terminal 120 runs a predetermined application program, and the predetermined application program is a program for providing a service for a user through a user account, for example, the predetermined application program is an instant messaging program, a system security program, a search mobile phone program, or the like. In the predetermined application program, different users are distinguished by user accounts, and each user account needs to be bound with a respective corresponding mobile phone number, so that the server 140 provides services to the terminal 120 through the bound mobile phone numbers. Optionally, each user account may be bound to at least one cell phone number.
Alternatively, the terminal 120 is connected to and communicates with the server 140 through a wired network or a wireless network. On one hand, the server 140 and the terminal 120 may communicate with each other through a short message channel, where the short message channel is a channel for receiving and sending data through a short message service of a mobile phone number on the terminal 120, and is usually implemented by a Circuit Switching Domain (CS) in a mobile communication network; on the other hand, the server 140 and the terminal 120 may communicate with each other through a data channel, where the data channel is implemented by a Packet Switching Domain (PS) or a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) network in the mobile communication network.
The server 140 is a background server of a predetermined application, and the server 140 may be a server, a server cluster composed of multiple servers, or a cloud computing center. The server 140 has a function of directly transmitting and/or receiving a short message, or the server 140 has a function of transmitting and/or receiving a short message through a short message platform provided by a mobile operator. The server 140 provides at least one of the following functions to the terminal 120 through a short message: the function of sending the verification code through the short message, the function of pushing the information through the short message and the function of remote control through the short message.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for binding a mobile phone number according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to the terminal 120 shown in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201, determining a first SIM from at least two SIMs in a terminal, wherein the first SIM has a short message transceiving capacity;
the current terminal generally supports the installation of two hardware SIMs and also supports the installation of one or more SIMs implemented in software, which may be considered as a virtual card type SIM, also referred to as a virtual SIM. Meanwhile, an operating system is operated in the terminal, the terminal automatically determines a first SIM from the at least two SIMs through the operating system, and the first SIM has the short message transceiving capacity.
Step 202, generating a binding request according to the user account and a first mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM, wherein the binding request is used for requesting to bind the user account and the first mobile phone number;
the terminal runs a preset application program which provides service for the user through the user account. The user account needs to be bound with at least one mobile phone number.
Optionally, the binding request includes a user account number and a first mobile phone number. The binding request is used for requesting the server to bind the user account with the first mobile phone number.
Step 203, sending a binding request to the server.
Optionally, the terminal sends the binding request to the server through a data channel.
In the method provided by the embodiment, the first SIM with the short message transceiving capacity is automatically determined by the terminal, and the binding request is generated according to the user account and the mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM, so that the success rate of the binding process is ensured, the time is saved, in addition, as the user does not need to manually input the mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM and rebind when the binding fails, useless operation of the user can be reduced, and the man-machine interaction efficiency between the terminal and the user is improved.
When the SIM in the terminal is in an invalid state, the SIM does not have short message transceiving capacity; and/or when the type of the SIM is a virtual card, the SIM does not have a short message transceiving capability, so the terminal needs to determine the SIM which is in an active state and is not a virtual card as the first SIM, which refers to the following embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for binding a mobile phone number according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to the terminal 120 and the server 140 shown in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 301, a terminal sends a login request to a server, wherein the login request carries a user account and a password;
the terminal runs a preset application program which provides service for the user through the user account. The user account needs to be bound with at least one mobile phone number.
When the preset application program needs to communicate with the server, a login request is generated by using a pre-registered user account and a password, and the login request is sent to the server.
Illustratively, taking the example that the predetermined application program in the terminal is a search mobile phone program, as shown in fig. 4, the user inputs a user account zhangsan @ xxx.com and a password in an input box 41 in a login interface of the search mobile phone program, and then clicks a "login" button 42, and the terminal sends a login request to the server.
Correspondingly, the server receives the login request sent by the terminal.
Step 302, the server verifies the user account and the password, and allows the login after the verification is successful.
The server stores the user account number and the correct password. The server inquires out a correct password according to the user account, then detects whether the received password is the same as the correct password, if so, the authentication is successful and the login is allowed; if the received password is not the same as the correct password, the authentication fails and the login is not allowed.
Step 303, the terminal receives a binding trigger operation;
when a user needs to bind a mobile phone number for a user account in a preset application program, a binding triggering operation is carried out on the terminal. And the predetermined application program in the terminal receives the binding trigger operation and starts a binding process according to a signal generated by the binding trigger operation. Optionally, the binding trigger operation is clicking a virtual button on the predetermined application, the virtual button being a button related to the binding process.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, the terminal jumps from the login interface to the opening of the search handset interface, and if the user wishes to open the function of the search device, the "open search handset" button 43 is clicked on the opening of the search handset interface. The opening process can also be regarded as a binding process for binding the user account and the mobile phone number.
Step 304, the terminal determines a primary candidate SIM through a broadcast message provided by the operating system, the primary candidate SIM being an SIM in an active state;
the preset application program in the terminal determines the first SIM with the short message transmitting and receiving capability through the operating system.
Taking an operating system as an Android system as an example, a Broadcast (Broadcast) mechanism is provided in the Android system. The operating system will periodically broadcast system events to various applications via broadcast messages, such as: when the mobile phone is started, a broadcast message is sent to each application program, when the electric quantity of the battery changes, a broadcast message is sent to each application program, when the time or the time zone changes, a broadcast message is also sent to each application program, and when the SIM card is inserted or pulled out or the state changes, a broadcast message is also sent to each application program.
Optionally, a predetermined application in the terminal monitors broadcast information related to the SIM sent by the operating system, where the broadcast information carries a status of at least one SIM. Wherein, the state of the SIM is represented by different values, schematically:
state value =0: no SIM card is available in the device (there is No SIM card available in the terminal);
state value =1: and (4) Locked: require the use's SIM PIN to unlock (locked: the user's SIM PIN code is required to unlock);
state value =2: and (4) Locked: require the use's SIM PUK to unlock (locked: user's SIM PUK code is required to unlock);
state value =3: and (4) Locked: requires a network PIN to unlock (Lock: network PIN is required to unlock)
State value =4: ready (Ready);
state value =5: SIM Card is NOT READY (SIM Card is NOT READY);
state value =6: SIM Card Error, permanent disabled
The terminal determines the SIM with the state value =4 as the primary candidate SIM, that is, the SIM with the state value =4 is the SIM currently in the valid state. If a plurality of SIMs exist in the terminal, the state of each SIM is determined respectively, and then whether each SIM belongs to the primary candidate SIM is determined.
Step 305, the terminal determines a secondary candidate SIM from the primary candidate SIMs through a function interface provided by the operating system, wherein the secondary candidate SIM is an SIM which is in an effective state and does not belong to a virtual card;
the virtual card is also called as a virtual SIM card, and the virtual card can only be used for receiving and transmitting data but cannot receive and transmit short messages and make calls. The virtual card may be implemented through software virtualization, and the operating system is provided with a function interface for querying information of the virtual card.
A predetermined application program in the terminal obtains the identifier of the virtual card by calling a first function interface and a second function interface of the operating system, wherein the first function interface is used for feeding back whether the virtual card exists or not to the predetermined application program, and the second function interface is used for feeding back the identifier of the virtual card to the predetermined application program when the virtual card exists.
Taking an operating system as an Android system as an example, a colorostterephonemanager in the operating system provides an iscolorhasssoftsimcard interface and a colorgetsoftsimcardslave interface. After the iscolorhassoftsim card interface is called, whether a virtual card exists in the terminal or not can be fed back to a preset application program; when a virtual card is present, the predetermined application may call the ColorGetSoftSimCardSlotld interface to obtain the identification of the virtual card.
Optionally, after acquiring the identifier of the virtual card, the predetermined application excludes the SIM belonging to the virtual card from the primary candidate SIM to obtain a secondary candidate SIM.
For example, the primary candidate SIM includes SIM a and SIM B, and if the virtual card identifier is SIM B, the terminal determines that SIM a is a secondary candidate SIM.
Step 306, the terminal determines a first SIM according to the secondary candidate SIMs, wherein the first SIM has the short message transceiving capacity;
when the secondary candidate SIM is one, the terminal directly determines the secondary candidate SIM as the first SIM.
And when the secondary candidate SIMs are more than two, the terminal determines the more than two secondary candidate SIMs as the first SIM, or the terminal selects one SIM from the more than two secondary candidate SIMs and determines the selected SIM as the first SIM. In this embodiment, the number of the first SIMs is not limited, and the first SIM is taken as an example hereinafter.
Step 307, the terminal generates a binding request according to the user account and a first mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM, wherein the binding request is used for requesting to bind the user account and the first mobile phone number;
optionally, the binding request includes a user account number and a first mobile phone number. The binding request is used for requesting the server to bind the user account with the first mobile phone number.
Optionally, the binding request includes a user account, a terminal identifier, and a first mobile phone number. The binding request is used for requesting the server to bind the user account, the terminal identification and the first mobile phone number. For example, the terminal sequences the user account, the terminal identifier, and the first mobile phone number in sequence, and adds a comma between each two pieces of information to obtain the binding request = (the user account, the terminal identifier, and the first mobile phone number).
The user account is an account which is registered in the server in advance and used for identifying the identity of the user. When the terminal is a Mobile phone, the terminal identifier may be an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI). The first mobile phone number is a mobile phone number with short message transceiving capability in the terminal.
Step 308, the terminal sends a binding request to the server;
the terminal may send a binding request to the server over the data network.
Correspondingly, the server receives the binding request sent by the terminal.
Step 309, the server establishes a binding relationship between the user account and the first mobile phone number according to the binding request;
after receiving the binding request, the server analyzes the user account and the first mobile phone number from the binding request, and establishes a binding relationship between the user account and the first mobile phone number.
Optionally, when the binding request further carries a terminal identifier, the server parses the user account, the terminal identifier and the first mobile phone number from the binding request, and establishes a binding relationship among the user account, the terminal identifier and the first mobile phone number.
In an optional embodiment, the predetermined application program in the terminal is a checking and receiving mobile phone program, and when the server opens a function of checking a mobile phone for the terminal, a binding relationship among the user account, the terminal identifier and the first mobile phone number is established at the same time. Table one schematically shows the binding relationship.

Figure BDA0002383611770000111
Optionally, the user account includes at least one of chinese characters, english characters, and numbers. Each user account is used for binding at least one mobile phone number.
After the binding relationship between the user account and the first mobile phone number is established, the server provides at least one service of a verification code verification function, an information push function and a remote control function in a mode of sending a short message to the first mobile phone number.
Step 310, when the first SIM is invalid, the terminal acquires a second SIM, and the second SIM has short message transceiving capacity;
the first SIM may enter a disabled state due to a defaulting shutdown, being locked or being pulled out of the terminal. At this time, the first SIM no longer has the capability of sending and receiving short messages, and the predetermined application program in the terminal can determine that the first SIM is in a failure state through the broadcast message sent by the operating system. That is, the status value of the first SIM is not equal to 4.
The terminal re-acquires the second SIM, and the process of acquiring the second SIM is as described in steps 304 to 306.
If the terminal fails to acquire the second SIM, step 311 is entered; if the terminal successfully acquires the second SIM, step 314 is entered.
311, the terminal generates a unbinding request according to the user account and the first mobile phone number, wherein the unbinding request is used for requesting to unbind the user account and the first mobile phone number;
the terminal generates a unbinding request for requesting to unbind between the user account and the first mobile phone number.
Optionally, the unbinding request generated by the terminal also carries a terminal identifier, and the unbinding request is used for requesting to unbind the user account, the terminal identifier and the first mobile phone number. For example, the terminal sequences the user account, the terminal identifier, and the first mobile phone number in sequence, and adds a comma between each two pieces of information to obtain the unbinding request = (the user account, the terminal identifier, and the first mobile phone number).
Step 312, the terminal sends a unbinding request to the server;
the terminal may send a binding request to the server over the data network.
Correspondingly, the server receives the binding request sent by the terminal.
Step 313, the server unbinds the user account and the first mobile phone number according to the unbinding request;
the server deletes the binding relationship between the user account and the first mobile phone number.
Optionally, when the unbinding request also carries the terminal identifier, the server unbinds the user account, the terminal identifier and the first mobile phone number.
Step 314, the terminal generates an update request according to the user account and a second mobile phone number corresponding to the second SIM, wherein the update request is used for requesting to update the first mobile phone number in the binding relationship to the second mobile phone number;
and after the terminal determines the second SIM, acquiring a second mobile phone number corresponding to the second SIM.
Optionally, the terminal generates an update request according to the user account, the terminal identifier and a second mobile phone number corresponding to the second SIM, where the update request is used to request to update the first mobile phone number in the binding relationship to the second mobile phone number. For example, the terminal sequences the user account, the terminal identifier, and the second mobile phone number in sequence, and adds a comma between each two pieces of information to obtain the update request = (the user account, the terminal identifier, and the second mobile phone number).
Step 315, the terminal sends an update request to the server;
the terminal may send an update request to the server over the data network.
Correspondingly, the server receives the updating request sent by the terminal.
In step 316, the server updates the first mobile phone number in the binding relationship to the second mobile phone number according to the update request.
The server analyzes the user account and the second mobile phone number from the updating request, inquires out the binding relation corresponding to the user account, and updates the first mobile phone number existing in the binding relation into the second mobile phone number.
It should be noted that steps 311 to 313 may be performed separately, that is, when the first SIM fails, the terminal directly generates the unbinding request, without depending on whether the second SIM is acquired; in addition, after the terminal does not acquire the second SIM, step 310 may be executed once at predetermined time intervals until the terminal acquires the second SIM.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, the first SIM with short message transceiving capability is automatically determined by the terminal, and the binding request is generated according to the user account and the mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM, so that the success rate of the binding process is ensured and time is saved.
In the method provided by this embodiment, the terminal determines, through the broadcast message and the function interface provided by the operating system, the first SIM currently having the short message transceiving capability. The terminal determines the virtual card through the first function interface and the second function interface provided by the operating system, and then accurately determines the first SIM which is currently in an effective state and is not the virtual card, so that the virtual card cannot be mistakenly determined as the first SIM, and invalid binding operation is reduced.
In the method provided by the embodiment, when the first SIM fails, the terminal automatically unbinds the request to the server, so that the server can timely release the binding relationship between the user account and the first mobile phone number, and the problem that the service cannot be normally provided because the server still sends the short message to the first mobile phone number to provide the service after the first SIM fails is solved, or if the first SIM is installed in other mobile phones, the server sends the short message to the other mobile phones to cause user information leakage is solved. Meanwhile, the user does not need to manually remove the binding, and the man-machine interaction efficiency between the terminal and the user is improved.
In the method provided by the embodiment, when the first SIM is invalid and the terminal acquires the second SIM, the terminal updates the request to the server, so that the server can update the first mobile phone number in the binding relationship to the second mobile phone number in time, the server can send a short message to the second mobile phone number in time to provide services, the user does not need to manually update the first mobile phone number to the second mobile phone number, and the man-machine interaction efficiency between the terminal and the user is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the function of the terminal automatically sending the unbinding request and/or automatically sending the updating request needs to obtain the pre-authorization of the user. That is, when the user previously authorizes the terminal to automatically transmit the unbinding request and/or the updating request, the terminal performs the step of automatically transmitting the unbinding request and/or the updating request.
Optionally, how the terminal selects one SIM from more than two secondary candidate SIMs in step 306 is determined as the first SIM. The embodiment of the invention also provides at least three different implementation modes: firstly, the terminal determines the incoming call duration of each SIM in a historical time period; secondly, the terminal determines according to the service short message receiving times of each SIM in the historical time period; third, the terminal is determined by having the earliest registration time.
For the first implementation: since in some usage scenarios the user uses SIM1 and SIM2 simultaneously in the terminal, where the usage time of SIM1 is earlier, the tariff of SIM2 is better. Because most of the relatives and friends of the user store the mobile phone numbers corresponding to the SIM1, the user usually uses the SIM1 to receive the incoming calls of the relatives and friends; since the tariff of SIM2 is lower, the user uses SIM2 to make a call (go) to a relatives and friends. To this end, in an alternative embodiment based on fig. 3, step 306 may instead be implemented as step 3061 and step 3062, as shown in fig. 5:
in step 3061, when there are at least two secondary candidate SIMs, obtaining the incoming call duration of each secondary candidate SIM in the historical time period;
optionally, the history period is a period between a first time the SIM is mounted to the terminal and a current time, or the history period is the last x months, or the history period is the last y days, or the history period is the last z hours.
Illustratively, the historical call log information of each secondary candidate SIM is recorded in a database of the operating system of the terminal. Each piece of historical call record information comprises: the other party's phone number, type (incoming/outgoing), call time, and call duration. And a preset application program in the terminal reads the historical call record information of each secondary candidate SIM from the database, and superposes the call duration of the incoming call in each piece of historical call record information to obtain the call duration of each secondary candidate SIM in the historical time period.
That is, for each secondary candidate SIM, the terminal only counts the call duration of the type incoming call, but does not count the call duration of the type outgoing call.
In step 3062, the secondary candidate SIM having the largest talk time duration is determined to be the first SIM.
And sequencing the call duration of each secondary candidate SIM by a preset application program in the terminal, and determining the secondary candidate SIM with the maximum call duration as the first SIM.
In the method provided by the embodiment, the SIM with more incoming call duration in the terminal is the SIM used by the user for a longer time, and the probability of using the SIM for a long time by the user is very high, so that the terminal selects the SIM with the largest incoming call duration, and can select the SIM used by the user for a long time as the first SIM, thereby ensuring long-term availability when the server sends a short message to the first mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM to provide service.
For the second implementation: since in some usage scenarios, the user uses SIM1 and SIM2 simultaneously in the terminal, the user habitually uses SIM1 for registration, binding, and the like, and SIM2 for conversation or data access. To this end, in an alternative embodiment based on fig. 3, step 306 may instead be implemented as step 3063 and step 3064, as shown in fig. 6:
in step 3063, when there are at least two secondary candidate SIMs, obtaining the number of times of receiving the service short message of each secondary candidate SIM in the historical time period;
optionally, the history period is a period between a first time the SIM is mounted to the terminal and a current time, or the history period is the last x months, or the history period is the last y days, or the history period is the last z hours.
Illustratively, the database of the operating system of the terminal records the short message transceiving records of each secondary candidate SIM. Each short message sending and receiving record comprises: the other party's phone number, the sending/receiving time and the short message content. And a preset application program in the terminal reads the short message receiving and sending records of each secondary candidate SIM from the database, and selects service information of which the sender is a service number from the short message receiving and sending records, wherein the service number is a number corresponding to a server for providing service through short messages. Service messages include, but are not limited to: at least one of a bank notification short message, an express notification short message, a water and electricity payment notification short message, a verification code short message and a preference notification short message. Then, the preset application program in the terminal counts the service short message receiving times of each secondary candidate SIM.
In step 3064, the secondary candidate SIM with the largest number of service message receptions is determined as the first SIM.
And a predetermined application program in the terminal sorts the service short message receiving times of each secondary candidate SIM, and determines the secondary candidate SIM with the maximum service short message receiving time as the first SIM.
In the method provided by the embodiment, the SIM with more service short message receiving times in the terminal is the SIM used by the user when the user is more used for registration and/or binding, so that the terminal selects the SIM with the largest service short message receiving times, and can select the SIM conforming to the use habit of the user as the first SIM, thereby ensuring that the server conforms to the use habit of the user better when sending short messages to the first mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM, and improving the reading possibility of the user on the service short messages.
For a third implementation: in some usage scenarios, the user may use a temporary SIM in the terminal, where the temporary SIM is a short-term effective SIM with an effective time of several hours, several days, or several months, and the temporary SIM, although having a short message transceiving capability, is not suitable for binding with the user account. To this end, in an alternative embodiment based on fig. 3, step 306 may instead be implemented as step 3065 and step 3066, as shown in fig. 7:
in step 3065, when there are at least two secondary candidate SIMs, obtaining registration time of each secondary candidate SIM by the number server;
the number server is a server for storing SIM attribute information. The terminal can inquire the attribute information of each secondary candidate SIM by sending an inquiry request to the number server. The attribute information includes, but is not limited to: at least one of a home, a registration time, and an operator name.
In step 3066, the secondary candidate SIM with the earliest registration time is determined to be the first SIM;
a predetermined application in the terminal sorts registration times of each secondary candidate SIM, and determines the secondary candidate SIM having the earliest registration time as the first SIM.
In the method provided by this embodiment, since the registration time of the temporary SIM in the terminal is usually later than that of the non-temporary SIM, the terminal selects the SIM with the earliest registration time, and can select the non-temporary SIM in the terminal, thereby ensuring long-term availability of the server when sending a short message to the first mobile phone number corresponding to the first SIM to provide a service.
