Description

On-line computing platform for landscape performance
Technical Field
The invention relates to a landscape performance index evaluation system, belongs to a landscape performance quantitative calculation online service platform in the landscape garden industry, and can provide a scientific and quantitative evaluation method for planning and designing practices and improve the landscape project design quantitative management level in the landscape garden industry.
Background
1. Performance evaluation system taking green energy conservation as benchmark in building field
The LEED (Green building evaluation System) developed by the United states Green building Committee in 1995 is an evaluation system which is successful in commercial operation in the world, wherein an LEED-ND (Community planning and development) system provides a design guide and an evaluation system for sustainable building design and design, construction, maintenance and use of a site where the sustainable building design is located, belongs to a prospective prediction integrated evaluation system score system, responds to the requirement of 'low influence of development on environment' in the 90 th generation of 20 th century, and promotes the development of environment-friendly green buildings. In the setting of building construction performance index scale items, LEED-ND focuses on the performance in the aspect of environment, does not emphasize the aspects of economy and society, and has no wireless public open platform.
2. Landscape performance evaluation system paying attention to sustainable development of green space ecosystem
The system is established on the LEED background, SITES is a landscape performance authentication system related to ecological accounting and measurement systems, the sustainable service capability of a green space ecosystem of a project is graded and evaluated in the early stage of landscape project design and establishment, and assessment is mainly performed on the aspects of climate regulation function, rainwater storage and purification function, water and soil conservation service function, biological habitat function, waste substance digestion function, human health function and cultural function maintenance. In the united states, the membership registration, education and training system of SITES has also been opened to the public for serving individuals and institutions from the fields of landscape design, land development, policy making, research and education, engineering construction and maintenance, and the like. SITES mainly focuses on the sustainable service capability of a green space ecosystem, estimates or predicts based on design and construction files, gives no attention to whether the established target is reached after construction, and is a wireless public open platform.
3. Landscape performance evaluation system based on landscape comprehensive performance consideration preliminarily established by case research
In 2010, the landscape architecture funding association LAF introduced landscape performance series research programs. The CSI case research survey is adopted as a main research method, and the benefit indexes and the quantification method of the landscape performance are disclosed by showing the important measurement modes of various sustainable features in nearly 100 cases. The main objective is to specifically quantify and evaluate the overall performance of the landscape. The specific contents of the LPS landscape performance are divided into 3 categories of environment, economy and society. The environmental performance calculation comprises the quantification of indexes such as habitat protection, rich biodiversity, rainfall flood management, water-saving benefit, material and waste recycling and the like; the economic performance comprises quantification of the cost saved in aspects of landscape garden planning and design, energy consumption, wastewater treatment, clean air quality, species and habitat protection and the like; social performance calculations include quantification of the degree of impact of landscape architecture design on public health and safety aspects, such as "walking suitability" and "noise level" etc. LPS mainly aims at corresponding index sets proposed by the local conditions of the United states, and an online platform is lack of a relatively perfect factor operation model set.
4. Performance evaluation system paying attention to life cycle of large-scale green ecological urban construction
In 2015, the urban and rural construction department of housing issues a 'urban ecological construction environment performance assessment guide rule', which takes environmental protection as a starting point to comprehensively score environmental performance of green ecological urban areas across disciplines and multiple indexes. This guide focuses on the comprehensive performance evaluation on the regional scale, and the setting of the evaluation index is not only to reflect the environmental condition of a certain point, but also to the overall environmental change of the city across time and space. However, the guiding principle has the limitation that the ecological construction of the city is focused on the layer with larger scale, the specific influence of the micro-scale substance elements on the ecological construction is ignored, and the method has larger popularization and application limitations.
In summary, LEED-ND and SITES belong to a prospective prediction integrated evaluation system scoring system, a set of complete evaluation indexes are used for evaluating projects, the performance of the environmental aspects of the projects is mainly emphasized, the economic and social concerns are weak, the difference and the specialization of the certification of the sustainable development of the projects are lacked, and the LEED-ND and SITES are wireless public open service platforms. LPS belongs to a backtracking evaluation non-standard evaluation system, performance quantification is carried out on a project after the project is built, common benefits of environment, economy and society are emphasized, and due to the fact that an evaluation system is supported by case research, an online service platform exists but a performance evaluation related calculation model and a tool of a perfect landscape are lacked. The urban ecological construction environment performance evaluation guide rule evaluates the urban ecological construction with large scale, and the evaluation index is too macroscopic and lacks of fine index aiming at small scale.
① at present, there is no landscape performance evaluation system meeting the landscape design requirements in the Chinese landscape industry.
② there is currently no more sophisticated set of performance assessment-related computing models and tools for landscapes.
③ the platform for the assessment of landscape performance on the line facing the public, easy to evaluate operation is still in the blank state.
