the information identification unit 20 is used for acquiring local face data, generating a face database according to the local face data, identifying the face data to be identified according to the face database, and sending the acquired employee body temperature data to the health monitoring module when the identification is successful; when the identification is not successful, early warning information is sent to an early warning module;
the health monitoring unit 30 is used for acquiring the historical body temperature data of local employees and corresponding health status reports, establishing a body temperature health model according to the historical body temperature data of the local employees and the corresponding health status reports, analyzing the body temperature data of the employees according to the body temperature health model, and sending an analysis result to the early warning module;
and the early warning unit 40 is used for setting different early warning modes, receiving the early warning information sent by the information identification module and the analysis result sent by the health monitoring module, and sending different early warning information to the staff according to the early warning information and the analysis result through different early warning modes.

1. An employee health management system based on infrared perception is characterized in that the employee health management system based on infrared perception comprises:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring employee body temperature data and face data to be recognized;
the information identification module is used for acquiring local face data, generating a face database according to the local face data, identifying the face data to be identified according to the face database, and sending the acquired employee body temperature data to the health monitoring module when the identification is successful; when the identification is not successful, early warning information is sent to an early warning module;
the health monitoring module is used for acquiring the historical body temperature data of local employees and corresponding health status reports, establishing a body temperature health model according to the historical body temperature data of the local employees and the corresponding health status reports, analyzing the body temperature data of the employees according to the body temperature health model, and sending an analysis result to the early warning module;
and the early warning module is used for setting different early warning modes, receiving the early warning information sent by the information identification module and the analysis result sent by the health monitoring module, and sending different early warning information to the staff according to the early warning information and the analysis result through different early warning modes.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition module comprises an infrared perception and camera module for capturing biological information within a set range through an infrared temperature sensor and a camera, the biological information comprising: when a biological signal is captured, the system enters a working state; when the biological signal is not captured, part of the system enters a sleep state.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 2, wherein: the data acquisition module also comprises a data processing module which is used for setting a body temperature data format and a face data format, judging the captured biological body temperature data and biological picture data through the body temperature data format and the face data format, and reserving the biological body temperature data and the biological picture data which meet the body temperature data format and the face data format as employee body temperature data and face data to be recognized; and marking the biological body temperature data and the biological picture data which do not meet the body temperature data format and the face data format as animal data, and sending the animal data and the early warning information to the early warning module.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 3, wherein: the information identification module comprises an employee identity identification module and a health monitoring module, wherein the employee identity identification module is used for generating a face database according to local face data, searching the face data to be identified according to the face database, marking the face data to be identified as employee data when the face database can find the face data which is the same as the face data to be identified, and sending the corresponding employee body temperature data to the health monitoring module; and when the face database does not find the face data same as the face data to be recognized, marking the face data to be recognized as visitor data, and sending early warning information to the early warning module.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 4, wherein: the health monitoring module comprises a body temperature health table generation module and is used for acquiring the historical body temperature data of local staff and corresponding health state reports, establishing corresponding body temperature health models according to the historical body temperature data of the local staff and the corresponding health state reports, and generating different body temperature value labels.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 5, wherein: the health monitoring module further comprises an employee health state report generating module, the employee health state report generating module is used for matching different body temperature value labels with employee body temperature data, finding a corresponding health state report from the body temperature health model according to a matching result, combining the health state report with the corresponding employee body temperature data, storing the health state report and the corresponding employee body temperature data into the body temperature health model, and sending the health state report to the early warning module.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 3, wherein: the early warning module comprises an animal early warning driving module, is used for receiving animal data and early warning information sent by the data processing module, searches relevant sound and light waves for driving the animal from a network, and drives the animal according to the sound and the light waves.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 4, wherein: the early warning module comprises a visitor early warning module used for capturing visitor actions in real time after receiving the employee identity recognition module, retrieving whether corresponding admission instructions exist locally or not when the visitors are captured to enter a company, and sending warning information to the staff if the corresponding admission instructions do not exist.

The infrared perception-based employee health management system of claim 6, wherein: the early warning module also comprises an employee safety early warning module which is used for receiving the health state report sent by the employee health state report generating module, extracting the analysis result in the health state report and sending early warning information to the employee and the staff when the analysis result is unhealthy.
10. An infrared perception-based employee health management device, the infrared perception-based employee health management device comprising:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring body temperature data of the staff and face data to be recognized;
the information identification unit is used for acquiring local face data, generating a face database according to the local face data, identifying the face data to be identified according to the face database, and sending the collected employee body temperature data to the health monitoring module when successful identification is achieved; when the identification is not successful, early warning information is sent to an early warning module;
the health monitoring unit is used for acquiring the historical body temperature data of local staff and a corresponding health state report, establishing a body temperature health model according to the historical body temperature data of the local staff and the corresponding health state report, analyzing the body temperature data of the staff according to the body temperature health model, and sending an analysis result to the early warning module;
and the early warning unit is used for setting different early warning modes, receiving the early warning information sent by the information identification module and the analysis result sent by the health monitoring module, and sending different early warning information to the staff according to the early warning information and the analysis result through the different early warning modes.
