Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The actual quantity of the articles in the warehouse is periodically or temporarily checked and checked, so that the flow condition (the flow condition of warehousing, warehousing and ex-warehousing) of the articles is mastered, the actual quantity of the existing articles in the warehouse is checked with the quantity recorded before, and the information such as the inventory quantity is accurately mastered.
The traditional checking method generally has two types: one is the periodical checking, namely the comprehensive checking of the warehouse, which means that the comprehensive checking is carried out once in a certain time, generally before the financial settlement every quarter, half year or year, and the goods owner and the stock keeper carry out checking and reconciliation together with the commodity accounting; and the second is temporary checking, namely when goods loss accidents happen to the warehouse, custodians change the warehouse, or the warehouse and a goods owner consider that checking and reconciliation are necessary, local or comprehensive checking is organized at a time.
The inventor finds that about 65% of warehouse inventory errors are due to human reasons, manual entry is easy to occur due to manual entry errors, and accordingly inventory errors are caused.
In view of the above problems, the inventor proposes the cargo inventory, the apparatus, the electronic device and the storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present application, which can send broadcast information through an electronic tag disposed on the cargo, receive the broadcast information of the electronic tag, generate an inventory result for the cargo in a target environment according to the received broadcast information, and output the inventory result, thereby implementing automatic inventory for the cargo. The detailed inventory is described in the following embodiments.
An application scenario of the cargo inventory method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application scenario of a cargo inventory method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes a cargo inventory system 10, and the cargo inventory system 10 includes: electronic device 100, goods 200, and electronic label 300 disposed on goods 200. The goods 200 may be goods that need to be checked and managed, and the number of the goods 200 may not be limited. The goods 200 that need to be checked and managed can be provided with the electronic tag 300, the electronic tag 300 can be used for sending broadcast information when the goods 200 are checked, the electronic device 100 can receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag 300 through bluetooth communication, and then the goods 200 are checked according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag 300 may be a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tag, but is not limited thereto, or other active electronic tags to actively send broadcast information. The electronic device 100 and the electronic device tag 300 can perform near field communication to receive broadcast information by the electronic device 100.
Wherein, BLE label can be based on bluetooth low energy's electronic tags, can be provided with the battery in the BLE label to BLE label opens when carrying out the inventory of goods 200, and BLE label can utilize BLE communication to send broadcast information voluntarily. The broadcast information may be information related to its corresponding cargo 200 for use in inventorying cargo 200. Bluetooth low energy technology is a low cost, short range, robust wireless technology that is interoperable. It was designed from the beginning as an Ultra Low Power (ULP) wireless technology that utilizes many intelligent means to minimize power consumption. Bluetooth low energy technology employs variable connection time intervals, which may vary from milliseconds to seconds depending on the particular application. In addition, because BLE technology employs a very fast connection mode, it can be in a "non-connected" state (energy saving) at ordinary times, and both ends of the link only know each other, and the link is opened only when necessary, and then closed in as short a time as possible. The operating mode of BLE technology is well suited for transferring data from micro wireless sensors (exchanging data every half second) or other peripherals such as remote controls using fully asynchronous communication. These devices transmit very small amounts of data (typically a few bytes) and also transmit very small numbers of times (e.g., a few times per second to once per minute, or even less).
In the cargo inventory system 10, when the electronic tag 300 is a BLE tag, the BLE tag may be a Low Power node (Low Power node) in a BLE MESH network, and the electronic device 100 may be a Friend node (Friend node) in the BLE MESH network. Through the BLE MESH network, the BLE tag can report the related information of the goods, and the management node (the electronic device 100) can arrange all the received information and process all the information, so that the states of all the goods are obtained, and the goods can be checked. The BLE MESH system has higher security, ensures the security of information transmission, and provides guarantee for the information security of the warehouse.
The following describes in detail the cargo inventory method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a cargo checking method according to an embodiment of the present application. The goods is checked and is used for automatically checking the goods according to the broadcast information sent by the BLE label on the goods. In a specific embodiment, the goods inventory method is applied to the goods inventory device 400 shown in fig. 8 and the electronic device 100 (fig. 9) configured with the goods inventory device 400. The specific flow of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an electronic device as an example, and it is understood that the electronic device applied in the present embodiment may be a device supporting BLE communication, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a smart watch, and is not limited herein. As will be explained in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 2, the cargo checking method may specifically include the following steps:
step S110: and receiving broadcast information sent by the electronic tag, wherein the electronic tag is arranged on the goods.
In this embodiment of the application, when goods that need to be checked are checked, the electronic device may receive broadcast information sent by an electronic tag disposed on the goods, so as to perform checking of the goods according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, in the goods in the real scene, each of the goods may be provided with an electronic tag, and the goods that need to be checked may also be provided with an electronic tag, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the electronic tag on the goods may be configured to send out the broadcast information periodically, for example, the broadcast information may be sent out once every hour, or the broadcast information may be sent out once every day. Accordingly, the electronic device can receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag at the time when the electronic tag sends the broadcast information. If the electronic device is a device arranged in a real scene and used for goods inventory, that is, a device whose position is kept unchanged, the electronic device can set the starting time of a communication module for starting the electronic tag according to the time for sending the broadcast information by the electronic tag, for example, the starting time of a BLE module for starting the BLE tag, so that the electronic device can receive the broadcast information through the electronic module at a corresponding time node for sending the broadcast information by the electronic tag. If the electronic equipment is not fixed, the electronic module can be started at the time when the electronic tag sends the broadcast information and is in the environment where the goods are located, and the broadcast information is received. Therefore, the electronic module does not need to be started all the time by the electronic equipment, and the power consumption of the electronic equipment is effectively reduced.
In this way, since the electronic tag is set to send out the broadcast information at regular time, if the electronic device receives the broadcast information at the time point when the non-electronic tag sends out the broadcast information, it can be determined that the goods corresponding to the electronic tag are abnormal according to the broadcast information, and a corresponding prompt, for example, a prompt sound is sent out to prompt the user that the goods are abnormal.
In some embodiments, the electronic tags on the goods provided with the electronic tags may all send out broadcast information at the same time node or within the same time period, so that the electronic device can count the goods provided with the electronic tags. As a specific embodiment, in consideration of the limited receiving capability of the electronic device, the electronic tag on the goods provided with the electronic tag may be divided into at least two parts, the time period for the electronic tag to send out the broadcast information may be divided into a plurality of sub-time periods, and the electronic tags of different parts may send out the broadcast information in different sub-time periods.
Step S120: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
After the electronic device receives the broadcast information, each electronic tag corresponds to each cargo, so that the cargos in the target environment can be checked according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the target environment may refer to an environment in which goods that the electronic device needs to be inventoried. For example, the target environment may be a warehouse where the electronic device is located, or may refer to a supermarket where the electronic device is located, which is not limited herein.
As an embodiment, the electronic device may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in an environment other than the target environment, so that the electronic device may determine, from all the received broadcast information, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment through information (such as goods information, location information, bluetooth address, and the like) carried in the broadcast information, and then inventory the goods in the target environment according to the determined broadcast information.
As another embodiment, the environment in which all goods in the range that the electronic device can receive the broadcast information are located is the target environment, and at this time, the electronic device does not receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods outside the target environment, so that the electronic device can directly check the goods in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In some embodiments, when the electronic device performs inventory of goods according to broadcast information sent by an electronic tag on goods in a target environment, the electronic device may determine, according to content in the specific broadcast information, a state of the goods corresponding to the electronic tag that sends the broadcast information, for example, the broadcast information carries a name of the goods, and then the electronic device may determine, according to the broadcast information, a name of the goods corresponding to the electronic tag that sends the broadcast information. The electronic equipment can also identify the electronic tags according to the corresponding relation between the electronic tags and the goods when the goods are put in storage, and according to the broadcast information, the electronic tags corresponding to the broadcast information are determined, and the goods corresponding to the electronic tags are determined according to the determined electronic tags. Therefore, the electronic equipment can determine the goods corresponding to each electronic tag sending the broadcast information, and also determine the information of all goods in the target environment.
Step S130: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result. After the information of all the goods in the target environment is determined, the electronic equipment can compare the current goods information with the recorded goods information according to the recorded information of the goods in the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result. For example, differences in quantity, item name, etc. may be compared to obtain a difference comparison.
Step S140: and generating an inventory result of the goods in the target environment according to the difference comparison result.
In this embodiment of the application, after the electronic device compares and obtains the difference comparison result between the cargo information, an inventory result may be generated, and the generated inventory result may include the cargo flow information of currently existing cargo, newly added cargo, reduced cargo, and the like, so as to realize the inventory of the cargo and obtain the inventory result
Step S150: and outputting the checking result.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may output the checking result after checking the goods in the target environment and obtaining the checking result. In some embodiments, the electronic device may display the inventory results, for example, the electronic device may form a table based on the number and names of currently existing goods, newly added goods, and reduced goods, and display the table. In other embodiments, the electronic device may also send the inventory result to other devices, for example, to a server or the like, so that the other devices perform unified inventory and management of goods.
The goods checking method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the steps of receiving broadcast information sent by an electronic tag on goods, generating a checking result aiming at the goods in a target environment according to the received broadcast information, outputting the checking result, utilizing the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag arranged on the goods, realizing automatic checking of the goods, further realizing automatic management of the goods, not needing manual checking of the checking, reducing labor and time cost, comparing with the traditional manual checking, and realizing high-precision and high-efficiency warehouse checking.
And the electronic tag can be a BLE tag, the BLE MESH network can be formed by the BLE tag and the electronic equipment, and due to the characteristic of low power consumption of BLE, each BLE can be used for a long time compared with a user, so that the requirements of most scenes can be met, the cost is reduced, the capacity in the BLE MESH network is large, and a solution can be provided for inventory under the scene with more goods.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a cargo checking method according to another embodiment of the present application. The cargo checking method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flow shown in fig. 3, where the cargo checking method may specifically include the following steps:
step S210: and receiving broadcast information sent by the electronic tag, wherein the electronic tag is arranged on the goods.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S210 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Step S220: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in other environments in the environment, for example, in a warehouse-intensive area, the electronic device may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in a nearby warehouse in a certain warehouse. Therefore, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tags on the goods in the target environment can be screened from the received broadcast information according to the received broadcast information, and then the goods information of the goods currently existing in the target environment is determined according to the screened broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag may include cargo information of the cargo and environmental information of the environment in which the cargo is located. The cargo information may be attribute information such as name, category, weight, and the like of the cargo, and the environment information of the environment in which the cargo is located may be an environment to which the cargo belongs, such as a serial number and a name of a warehouse, recorded when the cargo is put in storage.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information may include:
step S221A: and screening out first broadcast information from the received broadcast information according to the environment information in the received broadcast information, wherein the first broadcast information comprises the environment information of the target environment.
In this embodiment, since the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag includes the environment information of the environment where the goods are located, the electronic device may screen out the broadcast information including the environment information of the target environment from the received broadcast information according to the environment information in the received broadcast information, and use the screened broadcast information as the first broadcast information. For example, if the environment information of the target environment is warehouse 1, broadcast information including warehouse 1 may be screened from the received broadcast information.
Step S222A: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the cargo information in the first broadcast information.
In this embodiment, the broadcast information includes the cargo information of the cargo, and the screened first broadcast information is broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in the target environment, so that the electronic device can determine the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the cargo information in the screened first broadcast information.
In some embodiments, the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag may include a tag address of the electronic tag. When the electronic tag is a BLE tag, the tag address may be a Bluetooth device address (Bluetooth device address), and the Bluetooth device address is used for identifying the identity of the BLE tag; when BLE label is the RFID label, can be for the IP address of RFID label, to other types of electronic tags, can utilize its communication address to mark its identity, no longer give unnecessary details one by one. When goods provided with electronic tags are put in storage, the electronic equipment can record tag addresses of the electronic tags corresponding to the goods and associate the tag addresses of the electronic tags with the environment where the goods are located.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to the received broadcast information may include:
step S221B: according to a first corresponding relation between preset environment information of the environment where the goods are located and the tag address of the electronic tag and the tag address in the received broadcast information, second broadcast information is screened out from the received broadcast information, and the second broadcast information comprises the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device filters out the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment from the received broadcast information, the electronic device may determine the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment according to the previously obtained first corresponding relationship between the environment information of the environment where the goods are located and the tag address of the electronic tag. After the tag address corresponding to the environment information of the target environment is determined, broadcast information including the tag address may be screened from all received broadcast information, and the screened broadcast information is used as second broadcast information.
Step S222B: and determining the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment according to a preset second corresponding relation between the cargo information and the tag address of the electronic tag and the tag address in the second broadcast information.
In this embodiment, since the screened second broadcast information is broadcast information sent by an electronic tag in the target environment, and the electronic device obtains a second corresponding relationship between the cargo information and the tag address in advance, the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment can be determined according to the second corresponding relationship and the tag address in the second broadcast information.
Step S230: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device checks the goods in the target environment, the electronic device may compare the current goods information of the goods currently existing in the determined target environment with the recorded goods information of the target environment to obtain the difference between the current goods information and the recorded goods information, so as to obtain the difference comparison result.
In some embodiments, the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment and the currently recorded cargo information may include the quantity, category, name, etc. of the cargo in the target environment, and the specific cargo information may not be limited. When the electronic device compares the current cargo information of the cargo currently existing in the target environment with the currently recorded cargo information, the electronic device may compare differences in the types of the cargo, differences in the quantity of the cargo, and the like, that is, the difference comparison result obtained after the comparison may include differences in the quantity of the cargo, differences in the types, and the like. Currently, the specific content of the comparison may be determined according to the actual inventory requirements.
As an embodiment, the electronic device may store currently recorded cargo information of the target environment, that is, the electronic device stores cargo information recorded by checking the cargo in the target environment. As another embodiment, the electronic device may also obtain the currently recorded goods information of the target environment from other devices, for example, when the target environment is the target warehouse, the electronic device may obtain the currently recorded goods information of the target warehouse from a server that manages the goods inventory results of all warehouses. Of course, the manner in which the electronic device specifically acquires the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment may not be limited.
Step S240: and comparing the current cargo information with the currently recorded cargo information of the target environment to obtain a difference comparison result.
In the embodiment of the application, after obtaining the difference comparison result of the currently existing cargo information compared with the currently recorded cargo information, the electronic device may generate the inventory result of the cargo in the target environment according to the difference comparison result.
Step S250: and displaying the checking result, or sending the checking result to other equipment.
In the embodiment of the present application, the step S250 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
The goods checking method provided by the embodiment of the application, broadcast information sent by an electronic tag on goods is received, according to the received broadcast information, current goods information of goods existing currently in a target environment is determined, then the current goods information is compared with recorded goods information according to the current goods information, a difference comparison result is obtained, a checking result is generated according to the difference comparison result, the checking result is output, thereby utilizing the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag arranged on the goods, automatic checking of the goods is realized, further automatic management of the goods can be realized, manual checking of checking is not needed, manpower and time cost are reduced, and compared with traditional manual checking, high-precision and high-efficiency warehouse checking is realized.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a cargo checking method according to another embodiment of the present application. The cargo checking method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flow shown in fig. 6, where the cargo checking method may specifically include the following steps:
step S310: and receiving the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in a target time period corresponding to a target environment, wherein the time periods for sending the broadcast information by the electronic tags in different environments are different, and the electronic tags are arranged on the goods.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may receive broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in other environments in the environment where the electronic device is located, and the received broadcast information sent by other electronic tags may interfere with the electronic device when the electronic device is checked. Therefore, the time periods of sending the broadcast information, set by the electronic tags in different environments, can be different, so that only the electronic tags in the target environment send the broadcast information when the target environment corresponds to the time periods, the electronic equipment can be prevented from receiving the broadcast information sent by the electronic tags in other environments in the same time period, and the interference of the broadcast information of other electronic tags on the inventory of goods is reduced. In addition, if the electronic equipment is used for checking goods in multiple environments, the electronic equipment can receive broadcast information sent by electronic tags in different environments in different time periods, and the problem that the broadcast information sent by the electronic tags can be omitted due to insufficient receiving capacity of the electronic equipment is solved.
In some embodiments, when the goods in the target environment need to be checked, the electronic device may determine a target time period corresponding to the target environment, that is, a set time period for the electronic tag in the target environment to send the broadcast information, and then receive the broadcast information sent by the electronic tag in the target time period, so that the broadcast information received in the target time period is broadcast information sent by the electronic tag on the goods in the target environment.
