Claims (7)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance comprising a cooking cavity and an image capture device for capturing an image of a target within the cooking cavity, the method comprising:
acquiring characteristic information of food materials according to the target image, wherein the characteristic information comprises type information and area information of the food materials;
cooking the food material according to the category information and the area information;
wherein the area information is used for representing the real projection area of the food material on the bottom surface of the cooking cavity;
the acquiring of the characteristic information of the food material according to the target image comprises the following steps:
identifying an area occupied by the food material in the target image;
determining a reference pixel coordinate of a target image mapped by a reference point on a food material bearing surface according to the level of the food material bearing surface where the food material is located in the cooking cavity;
determining correction compensation parameters according to the pixel coordinates of the food materials, the reference pixel coordinates and the pixel coordinates of the projection point of the image acquisition device on the target image;
and correcting the area occupied by the food material in the target image by adopting the correction compensation parameters to obtain area information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
identifying a first edge position of the food material bearing surface at a sidewall area of the cooking device and a second edge position of the food material bearing surface at a window area of the cooking device;
determining a layer corresponding to the first edge position according to the first edge position and a preset corresponding relation between the edge position and the layer;
determining a layer corresponding to the second edge position according to the second edge position and a preset corresponding relation between the edge position and the layer;
if the level corresponding to the first edge position is the same as the level corresponding to the second edge position, determining the level corresponding to the first edge position or the level corresponding to the second edge position as the level of the food material bearing surface in the cooking cavity.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of cooking the food material according to the category information and the area information when the number of the food materials is plural comprises:
and cooking the food materials according to the category information and the area information of each food material.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of cooking the food material according to the category information and the area information comprises:
determining weight information of the food material according to the category information and the area information;
and cooking the food material according to the category information and the weight information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of determining the weight information of the food material according to the category information and the area information comprises:
determining weight information of the food according to pre-established corresponding relations among food type information, food area information and food weight information, the type information and the area information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the cooking device further comprises a display device for displaying cooking parameters, and the step of cooking the food material according to the category information and the area information comprises:
determining cooking parameters according to the category information and the area information;
cooking the food material according to the cooking parameters;
wherein the cooking parameters include cooking temperature and/or cooking time duration.
7. A cooking apparatus comprising a cooking cavity and an image capture device for obtaining an image of a target within the cooking cavity, the cooking apparatus comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor, when executing the program stored in the memory, is adapted to perform the method steps of any of claims 1-6.
