When the product test result represents that the test of the product to be tested is normal, outputting prompt information indicating that the WiFi module to be tested and the product to be tested are tested normally, and controlling the WiFi module to be tested to enter a monitoring mode from an AP mode in which the WiFi module to be tested is powered on.
Specifically, when the test results of the product to be tested and the WiFi module to be tested are normal, the corresponding prompt information can be output, so that the tester can transmit the corresponding instruction to the intelligent terminal after looking up the prompt information, and the intelligent terminal can acquire the SN code of the product to be tested. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the distribution of the WiFi module to be detected, the detection device further needs to control the WiFi module to be detected to enter a monitoring mode from the AP mode, so that the WiFi module to be detected monitors data sent by the intelligent terminal.
The intelligent terminal 2 is used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the product to be detected and analyzing the SN code of the product to be detected from the two-dimensional code; and sending the preset distribution network information and the SN code to the WiFi module to be tested through UDP connection, so that the WiFi module to be tested stores the SN code when monitoring the distribution network information and the SN code, and is connected with the network through the distribution network information.
Specifically, the mode that the intelligent terminal acquires the SN code of the product to be detected may be, the two-dimensional code with the SN code on the product to be detected is identified by scanning, the SN code of the product to be detected is analyzed from the two-dimensional code, then the distribution network information and the SN code of the distribution network for the WiFi module to be detected are simultaneously sent to the WiFi module to be detected, so that the WiFi module to be detected stores the SN code, and the network is connected by utilizing the distribution network information, and the intelligent terminal can complete the storage of the distribution network and the information of the WiFi module to be detected by interacting with the WiFi module to be detected once, therefore, the number of times of interaction between the intelligent terminal and the WiFi module to be detected can be reduced to the greatest extent to complete the detection of the performance of the WiFi module.

As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a detection method of the performance detection system, including:
step 301: through a detection device, aiming at each WiFi module to be tested in at least one WiFi module, when an externally input operation instruction is received, a test instruction for testing the communication performance is sent to the WiFi module to be tested;
step 302: generating a test result of a to-be-tested product connected with the to-be-tested WiFi module and the to-be-tested WiFi module through a detection device according to the test instruction;
step 303: through the intelligent terminal, when the test result represents that the test of the WiFi module to be tested and the product to be tested is normal, the SN code of the product serial number of the product to be tested is obtained;
step 304: and sending preset distribution network information and the SN code to the WiFi module to be tested through the intelligent terminal so that the WiFi module to be tested stores the SN code and is connected with a network through the distribution network information.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the product leaves the factory, the performance of the equipment needs to be detected to ensure the product quality, in order to facilitate the user to control the product through the network, each product is connected with a different WiFi module, if the product to be detected and the WiFi module to be detected connected with the product to be detected need to be detected, a tester can input an operation instruction to the detection device, so that the detection device sends a test instruction to the product to be detected and the WiFi module to be detected, the product to be detected and the WiFi module to be detected operate according to the operation instruction, and the detection device generates the test results of the product to be detected and the WiFi module to be detected; when the product to be tested and the WiFi module to be tested are tested normally, the intelligent terminal can send the obtained SN code of the product to be tested and the distribution network information used for connecting the network to the WiFi module to be tested, so that the SN code is stored in the WiFi module to be tested and connected with the network, and external equipment is connected conveniently. In summary, after the test of the product to be tested and the WiFi module to be tested is completed, when the test result indicates that the device test is normal, the SN code of the product to be tested and the distribution network information of the distribution network to be tested can be simultaneously sent to the WiFi module to be tested, so that the number of times of interaction to the WiFi module to be tested can be reduced, the operation of device performance detection is reduced, and the detection efficiency of device performance is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the test instruction includes: when a performance test instruction for testing the communication performance of the WiFi module to be tested and a product test instruction for detecting the connection condition of the WiFi module to be tested and a product to be tested connected with the WiFi module to be tested are given,

In an embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining the SN code of the product serial number of the product to be tested includes:
and scanning the two-dimensional code on the product to be detected through the intelligent terminal, and analyzing the SN code of the product to be detected from the two-dimensional code.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. For example, a hardware element may comprise permanently dedicated circuitry or logic (such as a dedicated processor, FPGA or ASIC) to perform the corresponding operations. The hardware elements may also comprise programmable logic or circuitry, such as a general purpose processor or other programmable processor, that may be temporarily configured by software to perform the corresponding operations. Claims (8)

1. A performance detection system, comprising: the system comprises a detection device, an intelligent terminal, at least one WiFi module and at least one product, wherein each WiFi module is connected to one product;
the detection device is used for sending a test instruction for testing the communication performance to each WiFi module to be tested in the at least one WiFi module when receiving an externally input operation instruction; generating a test result of the to-be-tested product connected with the to-be-tested WiFi module and the to-be-tested WiFi module according to the test instruction;
the intelligent terminal is used for acquiring a product serial number SN code of the product to be tested when the test result represents that the test of the WiFi module to be tested and the product to be tested is normal, and sending preset distribution network information and the SN code to the WiFi module to be tested so that the WiFi module to be tested stores the SN code and is connected with a network through the distribution network information;
when the test instruction includes: when a performance test instruction for testing the communication performance of the WiFi module to be tested and a product test instruction for detecting the connection condition of the WiFi module to be tested and a product to be tested connected with the WiFi module to be tested are given,
the detection device is used for executing:
sending the performance test instruction to the WiFi module to be tested;
generating a module test result of the WiFi module to be tested according to the operation executed by the WiFi module to be tested according to the performance test instruction;
when the module test result represents that the communication performance of the WiFi module to be tested is normal, sending the product test instruction to the product to be tested through the WiFi module to be tested;
generating a product test result of the product to be tested according to the operation executed by the product to be tested according to the product test instruction;
when the product test result represents that the test of the product to be tested is normal, outputting prompt information indicating that the WiFi module to be tested and the product to be tested are tested normally;
the detection device is further used for connecting the hot spot when detecting the hot spot named by the local area network address MAC of the WiFi module to be tested after receiving an externally input operation instruction, establishing UDP (user Datagram protocol) connection with the WiFi module to be tested through the hot spot, and sending a test instruction for testing the communication performance to the WiFi module to be tested through the UDP connection.
2. The performance detection system of claim 1,
the detection device is further used for controlling the WiFi module to be tested to enter a monitoring mode from an AP mode in which the WiFi module to be tested is powered on after the test result represents that the WiFi module to be tested and the product are tested normally, so that the WiFi module to be tested can monitor the distribution network information and the SN code sent by the intelligent terminal through UDP connection.
3. The performance detection system of any one of claims 1 to 2,
and the intelligent terminal is used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the product to be detected and analyzing the SN code of the product to be detected from the two-dimensional code.
4. The detection method of the performance detection system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
through a detection device, aiming at each WiFi module to be tested in at least one WiFi module, when an externally input operation instruction is received, a test instruction for testing the communication performance is sent to the WiFi module to be tested;
generating a test result of a to-be-tested product connected with the to-be-tested WiFi module and the to-be-tested WiFi module through a detection device according to the test instruction;
through the intelligent terminal, when the test result represents that the test of the WiFi module to be tested and the product to be tested is normal, the SN code of the product serial number of the product to be tested is obtained;
and sending preset distribution network information and the SN code to the WiFi module to be tested through the intelligent terminal so that the WiFi module to be tested stores the SN code and is connected with a network through the distribution network information.
