registering information of the equipment and operators who enter the field;
acquiring equipment information and operator information of an approach, wherein the equipment information comprises equipment identification information and equipment qualification information, and the operator information comprises face information, identity identification information and personnel qualification information; the equipment qualification information comprises vehicle running license information, vehicle type information, engine number information, annual audit information and insurance information; the personnel qualification information can comprise qualification certificate information, and the face information, the identity identification information and the qualification information of the equipment are bound through the registration module;
performing information joint verification on the acquired equipment information and the acquired operator information;
judging and checking the qualification validity of the equipment and/or personnel, and sending out reminding information when the qualification of the equipment or the qualification validity period of the operating personnel expires or is close to the expiration date;
before an operator operates the equipment, sending operation starting request information, after receiving the operation request information, the server performs consistency verification on face information and identity information of the operator, and if the face information and the identity information are not matched, alarm information is sent;
after the operator finishes the operation of the equipment, sending operation finishing request information, and unbinding the equipment information and the operator information;
when an operator enters the operation space, the operator performs identification through the operator terminal, compares the operation terminal with the registration information in the registration module, judges whether the operation terminal is consistent with the registration information, performs operation recording in a mode of recording video information, and automatically uploads the video file to the server after the operation work is completed.
7. The device management method according to claim 6, wherein,
after successful consistency verification, the operator performs qualification verification on the operator according to the equipment qualification information and the personnel qualification information, verifies the matching degree of the operator and the operated equipment,
if the two types of information are not matched, an alarm message is sent out,
if the result is matched, the operator terminal prompts the successful verification result, and records the verification result and time information.
