The invention provides a service processing method based on a block chain. A block chain network is established based on the processing equipment, and a specific block chain network can comprise an insurance company node, an owner node and a third party institution node.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service processing method based on a block chain.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a block chain based service processing method in one embodiment. The service processing method based on the block chain in the present invention at least includes steps S1022 to S1026 shown in fig. 1, which are described in detail as follows:
before specifically describing a service processing method based on a block chain, the configuration and principle of a block chain network will be described first.
First, a block chain (block chain) refers to a series of word records (also called blocks) that are cryptographically connected in series and protect content. Each chunk contains the cryptographic hash of the previous chunk, the corresponding time stamp, and transaction data (typically represented by hash values computed using the Merkle tree algorithm), such a design makes the content of the chunk tamper-resistant. The distributed account book concatenated by the block chain technology can effectively record the transaction by two parties and permanently check the transaction.
Each successive block contains a hash of the previous block, which is a tie that enforces the binding of the blocks together. If someone tampers with the hash contained in the first block, it changes, but the hash held by the following block is still old (untampered), and this mismatch breaks the chain. The purpose of hashing is to ensure that no one can tamper with the information held in the block.
Further, the information stored in the blockchain is copied to the computer of each user in the blockchain network. If a user joins a blockchain network, their computer downloads the blockchain data, so that the blockchain is maintained by the joint (distributed) of the multiple computers joining the chain.
The most prominent application of blockchains is digital currency (e.g., bitcoins). Because the essence of the payment is "add the reduced amount to account Y in account X," if there is a common ledger that records all transactions for all accounts so far, then for any one account, the amount of money it currently owns can be calculated. The blockchain is the public ledger used for this purpose, which holds all transaction records.
In consideration of the fact that in the actual insurance-related services such as car insurance, a contract needs to be made between the car owner and the insurance company first, so that the insurance company fulfills and provides the corresponding services (such as claims) when the conditions agreed by the contract are met. In addition, there are additional services that are given away with the car insurance or purchased by the owner, such as vehicle maintenance, rescue in case of failure, etc., which require the introduction of a third party organization to provide corresponding professional services, such as value-added service providers (e.g., gas stations, car repair companies, etc.) that subscribe to a service providing cooperative agreement with the insurance company.
In the prior art, the interaction, signing and contract fulfillment of the vehicle owner, the insurance company and the third-party organization are respectively performed, which results in that data generated in the interaction process of the vehicle owner and the value-added service provider is not transparent to the insurance company on one hand, and on the other hand, any party may tamper or forge the transaction record and the like.
The characteristics of the distributed account book realized by combining the block chain are as follows: the database of the distributed account book is distributed on nodes (devices) of the peer-to-peer network, wherein each node copies and stores a copy which is identical to the account book and independently updates the copy. The main advantage of the distributed ledger is that there is no central authority. When an account book is updated, each node will execute a new transaction, and then all nodes vote to decide which copy is correct by a consensus mechanism.
Once the consensus is reached, all other nodes are updated with the correct copy of the data. The account book controls the security through the encryption key and the digital signature. In summary, the transaction rules and records for the car insurance service based on the block chain are good methods for reducing the mutual trust cost of the transaction and improving the data security.
In step S1022, target insurance contract information sent by the insurance company node is obtained, and the owner node is determined in the block chain network according to the target insurance contract information.
Before the service processing is performed based on the blockchain, considering that the conventional insurance-related service is still provided by taking data provided by the insurance company and an agreement signed with other parties as the center, the insurance company node can be configured by acquiring relevant data of the insurance company.
Specifically, it may be determined that there are insurance company a1, insurance company a2, insurance company A3, etc. according to the relevant data of the insurance companies, and considering that the blockchain has a certain limit (e.g., generally not more than 1M) on the size of the block, a block may be established for each insurance company, and considering that there may be a cooperation relationship among multiple insurance companies, or that one vehicle owner purchases different car insurance services of multiple insurance companies, etc., in an alternative embodiment, there may also be multiple insurance company nodes in one blockchain network.
Specifically, after the insurance company node is established, the target insurance contract information may be the insurance contract signed by the vehicle owner offline or online by the insurance company, and the insurance company node may upload the information to the blockchain network through a preset device (e.g., a computer downloading the blockchain network program and data).
By way of example, the following are illustrated: the vehicle owner B has entered into a vehicle insurance contract with the insurance company a1, so that the insurance company a1 uploads the vehicle insurance contract information to the blockchain network, so that the vehicle owner B is added to the blockchain network as a vehicle owner node.
In addition, in consideration of the characteristics and common applications of the blockchain, in an alternative embodiment, an intelligent contract between the insurance company node and the vehicle host node may also be determined according to the insurance contract information, for example, when the vehicle host B needs the insurance company a1 to implement a service (e.g., carry out a claim or a renewal), similar to an interactive process between the vehicle host node and a third-party organization node, whether the condition is met or not may be automatically detected, so as to perform the execution of the update of the corresponding account information. The target insurance contract herein may include the vehicle insurance contract information and the like which the vehicle owner B made with the insurance company a 1.
In step S1024, a target service request sent by the owner node is obtained, and a target third-party organization node is determined among the plurality of third-party organization nodes according to the target service request.
Continuing with the example of the foregoing steps, the target service request of vehicle owner B may be, in addition to the claim-related service directly associated with the insurance company, a value-added service (purchased by itself or complimentary to a vehicle insurance) related to vehicle insurance, such as vehicle owner B needing to refuel a vehicle or requesting a trailer or repair service in the event of a vehicle failure.
That is, the owner of the vehicle, as a node in the blockchain, may select a service-capable node in the blockchain with which interaction is intended, and the service-capable node may include a third party organization and/or an insurance company (the alternative embodiment in the above step is described).
Therefore, it is also necessary to add a third-party organization node into the blockchain network, so before the step of determining a target third-party organization node in the blockchain network according to the target service request, the method further includes:
and acquiring cooperative contract information sent by the insurance company node, and determining a plurality of third party institution nodes in the block chain network according to the cooperative contract information.
In a specific embodiment, the insurance company a1 has entered into a service cooperation agreement with the third-party organization C, the third-party organization D and the third-party organization E, respectively, and uploaded into the blockchain, so that the third-party organization node C, the third-party organization node D and the third-party organization node E can be further determined to correspond to the third-party organization C, D, E as optional third-party organization nodes in the blockchain according to the contents of the cooperation agreement.
So that a user node having entered into an insurance contract with the insurance company B can select from among the plurality of optional third party nodes (C, D, E) if the condition is satisfied.
In summary, the process of determining the target third-party organization node in the target third-party organization nodes in the plurality of third-party organization nodes according to the target service request may be as follows:
determining the target third-party organization node from the plurality of third-party organization nodes according to the target service request.
Specifically, the owner node B may select the third-party organization node C as the target third-party node by sending the target service request at the third-party organization node C, the third-party organization node D, and the third-party organization node E, and the specific target service request may be sent by the owner node B through a preset terminal device and a program (such as a mobile phone or a computer).
That is to say, the owner can select a node with which the owner wants to transact from a plurality of third-party organization nodes and autonomously sign an agreement with the third-party organization nodes in a block chain, so that the functions of a center and a middleman of an insurance company in insurance service are cancelled, the communication efficiency in service processing is improved, and the mutual trust cost of each party is reduced based on the characteristics of common storage of distributed accounting and non-falsification of data of the block chain.
In step S1026, acquiring target order information uploaded to the block chain network by the target third party organization node, acquiring account information of the owner node, and updating the account information of the owner node according to the target order information.
Firstly, after an acquired target service request sent by a vehicle owner node is uploaded to a block chain network, and a third party institution node C is determined to be a target third party institution node according to the target service request, that is, target order information corresponding to the target service request uploaded to the block chain network by the third party institution node C is monitored.
Specifically, the user node B may request to obtain gasoline with a value of 100 dollars, and thus the order information here includes the order amount: 100 yuan, seller: node C, buyer: node B, etc.
In conjunction with the features of the blockchain application, the account information of the owner node here may include information about the user wallet of the owner node B in the blockchain network, such as wallet address, wallet balance, wallet history and the like. Correspondingly, the updating of the account information here may include deducting the account amount in the user account wallet of the owner node B according to the order amount in the order information, so that the recording of the transaction process between the owner node B and the third party institution C is completed in the shared book of the block chain network.
In consideration of that in practical applications, transactions performed by the nodes of the blockchain are all changed based on the amount of the user wallet, and therefore, before performing the updating process on the account information of the owner node, the account information of the owner node needs to be determined, which may specifically include steps S1032-S1034 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram for determining account information for a target owner node in one embodiment.
In step S1032, the target coupon information of the owner node is determined according to the target insurance contract information.
It will be readily appreciated that in practical applications, particularly for insurance-related value-added services, there are often some pre-set coupons of a certain amount that are pre-paid for purchase or redeemed for free, such as where the insurance company gives away to the vehicle owner a vehicle-usage-related service (e.g. car repair, refuelling, car wash, etc.) provided by some cooperators when the vehicle owner enters into an insurance contract with the insurance company. When the user needs to use the value-added services, the coupon or the corresponding service can be obtained by using (consuming) the card ticket specified in the insurance contracts.
By combining the characteristics of the block chain, the card and ticket information can be used as a part of transaction rules and can be directly stored in the block chain as well as insurance contracts, so that the card and ticket information can be directly and transparently called when transactions are conducted among related nodes, the account information of the nodes is updated, and the whole block chain network records, broadcasts and supervises the transactions.
In step S1034, the target coupon information is uploaded to the blockchain, associated with the user wallet of the target owner node.
The association here may specifically be to store target ticket information (e.g. a 500-dollar ticket, a 200-dollar ticket) in the user wallet of the target owner node in the blockchain network.
After the configuration of the owner user wallet information is completed according to the card information corresponding to the insurance contract, a specific process of updating the user wallet information of the target owner node according to the target service request may include steps S1042-S1044 shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of updating user wallet information for a target owner node in one embodiment.
In step S1042, information to be paid is determined according to the target order information, and account balance information of the vehicle owner node is determined according to the user account information of the vehicle owner node.
First, the third party organization node receives a target service request broadcasted by the owner node B through the blockchain network, generates target order information (including an amount to be paid) through a preset system/program (such as a partner card channel in a settlement system of a gas station) on its own terminal, and broadcasts (so that the relevant insurance company nodes can also receive synchronously).
Continuing with the foregoing example, in the case where the information to be paid is 100 dollar fueling rate, the wallet balance information of the owner node B may be a 500 dollar fueling coupon.
In step S1042, it is determined whether the information to be paid matches the account balance information, and if it is determined that the information to be paid matches the account balance information, the account information of the owner node is updated according to the information to be paid.
Specifically, in the case that the information to be paid is smaller than the account balance information, it may be determined that payment is currently available, and therefore, the amount of money to be paid is subtracted from the account balance of the vehicle owner node B, that is, 100 dollars to be paid are subtracted from the 500 dollar ticket, and thus, the account information (user wallet balance) of the vehicle owner node B is updated to store the 400 dollar ticket.
In an alternative embodiment, similar to the aforementioned intelligent contract between the vehicle owner and the insurance company on which fulfillment of the claim is based, the process of making service-related payments between third-party institutions herein may also be based on the intelligent contract, with the updating of the user wallet information being automatically made for the intelligent contract in the blockchain. That is, deduction is automatically performed in the user wallet, and the vehicle owner and the third-party organization do not need to sign related agreements and check numbers again, and the related transaction data is also broadcasted in the whole block chain, so that the insurance company or other supervision departments can synchronously know and supervise the whole process.
In addition, after the step of updating the account information of the vehicle owner node according to the information to be paid, the target order information can be updated according to the updated account information of the vehicle owner node after the updated account information of the vehicle owner node is acquired, and the target order information is uploaded to the block chain network for broadcasting.
Each owner node and insurance company node in the block chain network monitors the block chain network, and downloads and stores the monitored information (accounts) of the relevant nodes after the information (accounts) is updated, or makes a corresponding response to the broadcast and uploads new information to the block chain.
In addition, in an alternative embodiment, in addition to only joining the blockchain under contract with the insurance company, the facilitator meeting the condition may be joined to the blockchain network as a third-party organization more freely, and freely interact with other nodes that may need services according to the contract, so in an alternative embodiment, the determination process of the plurality of third-party organization nodes may further include steps S1052-S1054 shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram for determining a third party authority node in another embodiment.
In step S1052, optional service provider information is obtained, and whether the optional service provider information meets a preset condition is determined.
The specific selectable service provider information may include various parameters of the selectable service provider, such as an operation age, a cooperation duration, and an evaluation level, and the determination of whether the parameters are matched may be performed according to whether the parameters respectively satisfy corresponding thresholds.
In step S1054, the third party organization node is determined in the block chain according to the optional facilitator information matching the preset condition.
Optionally, in the case that two optional third-party institutions F and G exist, the preset evaluation level threshold and the preset cooperation duration threshold may be one year, so that the cooperation duration of the third-party institution G is not excluded all year round, and each item of information of the third-party institution F meets the preset condition, so that a third-party institution node F is configured in the blockchain network according to the information of the third-party institution F.
In an alternative embodiment, the blockchain network may further include one or more supervision department nodes in addition to the owner node, the insurance node, and the third-party organization node, and the supervision department node may supervise the provision and implementation of the vehicle insurance-related service (the order cost/the generated tax required to be declared) by acquiring the operation records of each other node in the blockchain network. Optionally, the supervision gate node may also broadcast supervision information for non-compliant orders in the blockchain or issue new trading agreement rules as a reference for intelligent contracts, etc.
Finally, it should be noted that the nodes in the blockchain may be online or offline. All of the last blocks of a transaction are received, saved and transmitted from other nodes at the online node, while nodes that are not connected do not. When an offline node comes back online, it first has to catch up with the rest of the blockchain by downloading all the blocks that were added to the blockchain after disconnecting from the node. That is, each node in the embodiment of the present invention maintains block chain synchronization.
