Abstract
The invention provides an accounting self-study method, which comprises the following steps: when seat selection instructions of a plurality of students are received, determining idle seats in the study classroom; obtaining historical seat occupancy information for the plurality of students; dividing seat selection priorities of the students according to the historical seat occupancy information; and according to the seat selection priority, sequentially allocating seats for each student in the idle seats. The accounting learning method provided by the invention can grade the usual self-study seat utilization condition of students, further standardizes the seat occupation behavior of the students, reduces the seat idle condition in a self-study room, improves the resource utilization rate of the self-study seat, is convenient to manage the self-study seat and reduces the time for the students to search the seat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of accounting teaching, in particular to an accounting learning method.
Background
Accounting is an important component of economic management activities, which takes money as a main metering unit, takes economic benefit improvement as a main target, applies a special method to carry out comprehensive, continuous and systematic accounting and supervision on economic activities of enterprises, institutions, public institutions and other organizations, and gradually develops prediction, decision, control and analysis with the increasing development of social economy.
Because accounting course is more loaded down with trivial details, the degree of difficulty is great, and student's the end accounting course often will go to the study room and carry out the study by oneself, revises and checks for leaks and mends the lack of accounting knowledge. However, in a study room, a phenomenon that a large-area seat book is absent in a person and a person who really needs the seat can not find the seat often occurs, so that the seat is tense, resources are wasted, the study room is inconvenient to manage, and a large amount of time is wasted for students to find the study seat.

The invention provides an accounting learning method, which can manage the study seats in a study room, reduce the seat occupation condition and improve the resource utilization rate of the study seats.
In order to achieve the purpose, the accounting learning method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: when seat selection instructions of a plurality of students are received, determining idle seats in the study classroom; obtaining historical seat occupancy information for the plurality of students; dividing seat selection priorities of the students according to the historical seat occupancy information; and according to the seat selection priority, sequentially allocating seats for each student in the idle seats.

Further, the historical seat occupancy information includes a number of defaults for which the plurality of students reserved seats but did not get learned, and the prioritizing the seat selection of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information includes: the more the number of defaults, the lower the seat selection priority.
Further, the historical seat occupancy information includes a late time when the plurality of students study themselves, and the dividing seat selection priorities of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information includes: the longer the late time, the lower the seat selection priority.
Further, the determining of the idle seat in the study room comprises: acquiring image information of the study room; determining an empty seat in the study room according to the image information; taking the vacant seat as the idle seat in a case where the vacant seat is unoccupied; judging the current seat leaving time of an occupant under the condition that the vacant seat is occupied; and taking the vacant seat as the idle seat under the condition that the seat leaving time is greater than the preset time.
Further, said assigning seats to each student in said idle seats in said order according to said seating preference priority, comprises: determining personalized information of each student; and allocating seats for each student in the idle seats in sequence according to the seat selection priority and the personalized information.
Further, the method further comprises: determining the current position of each student; determining route information between the current location and the assigned seat; and sending the route information to the student.
Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the invention at least has the following technical effects:
according to the accounting learning method, when a seat selection instruction of a student is received, idle seats in a study room are determined, historical seat occupancy information of each student is obtained, seat selection priority of each student is divided according to the historical seat occupancy information, and seats are distributed to each student according to the seat selection priority sequence. The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like are generally described with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides an accounting learning method, which includes the following steps: s101: when seat selection instructions of a plurality of students are received, determining idle seats in the study classroom; s102: obtaining historical seat occupancy information for the plurality of students; s103: dividing seat selection priorities of the students according to the historical seat occupancy information; s104: and according to the seat selection priority, sequentially allocating seats for each student in the idle seats.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, after the study room is opened, the students can make selection appointments for seats in the study room, and when seat selection instructions of a plurality of students are received. The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the occupation condition of a study classroom, determining an idle seat of the study classroom, then determining historical seat occupation information of each student, checking the use condition of the study seat of the student, wherein the use condition is good, the priority is high when the use ratio of the study seat is high, the seat selection priority of each student is graded, and then the study seats are sequentially distributed to each student in the idle seat according to the sequence of the seat selection priorities from high to low.
According to the accounting learning method provided by the invention, the utilization condition of the self-study seat of the student at ordinary times can be graded, the seat occupation behavior of the student is normalized, the condition that the seat in the self-study room is idle is reduced, the resource utilization rate of the self-study seat is improved, the self-study seat is conveniently managed, the time for the student to search the seat is reduced, and the accounting self-study experience is improved.

Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, when students take their own study, after some students occupy their own seats, the students leave the seats due to some personal matters without lasting study time on the seats, and then finish their own study, so that new students need to be allocated to their own seats again, the seat allocation frequency in unit time is higher, the effective study time is less, and the seat utilization rate is low; and the study time of some students is very long, the occupation time of the seats is long, the seat distribution frequency in unit time is low, and the utilization rate of the whole seats is high. Therefore, when the seats are allocated, the time difference between the study start and the study end of the students is obtained by considering the occupation time of the students on the study seats, the occupation time of the study seats is determined, the seat selection priority of the students is divided according to the occupation time of the study seats, and the longer the occupation time is, the higher the seat selection priority is.
According to the accounting learning method provided by the invention, the seat selection priority of the students can be divided according to the occupation time of the students in the self-study seats, so that the students are encouraged to prolong the self-study time, the learning enthusiasm of accounting courses is improved, and the learning ability of the students is further improved.
Further, the historical seat occupancy information includes a number of defaults for which the plurality of students reserved seats but did not get learned, and the prioritizing the seat selection of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information includes: the more the number of defaults, the lower the seat selection priority.
Specifically, a situation that a student reserves a seat and does not actually learn the seat is often encountered, so that the seat for learning is vacant, but other students cannot select the seat for learning, so in the embodiment of the invention, when the seat is allocated, the number of defaults that the student reserves the seat but does not learn the seat needs to be considered, and if the number of defaults is large, the seat selection priority of the student is reduced.
In one possible implementation mode, a camera device can be installed in a study room, historical seat occupancy information of students is determined, study time of each appointment of the students is determined, image information of the study time is retrieved from a database, whether the students in the study seats appointed by the students study are study or not is identified according to image comparison, and if no meeting exists, the students are represented as not having study due to defaulting.
According to the accounting learning method provided by the invention, the vacant occupation of the study seat can be avoided, the default behaviors of students are reduced, and the utilization rate of the study seat is improved.
Further, the historical seat occupancy information includes a late time when the plurality of students study themselves, and the dividing seat selection priorities of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information includes: the longer the late time, the lower the seat selection priority.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, the student arrives late after reserving the study seat, and the study seat is vacant during the arrival late, so that the utilization rate of the study seat in unit time is reduced, and the arrival late time of the study seat of the student needs to be considered when the seat is allocated. In a possible implementation mode, a pressure detection device is installed on the seat, when the pressure detection device detects that the student sits on the seat, the actual study time of the student is obtained, the appointed study time of the student is called from the database, and the late time of the student in study is determined according to the time difference. The longer the late time, the lower the seat selection priority.
According to the accounting learning method provided by the invention, the idle time of the self-study seat can be reduced when the student is in good faith, and the self-study seat is reasonably managed.
Further, the determining of the idle seat in the study room comprises: acquiring image information of the study room; determining an empty seat in the study room according to the image information; taking the vacant seat as the idle seat in a case where the vacant seat is unoccupied; judging the current seat leaving time of an occupant under the condition that the vacant seat is occupied; and taking the vacant seat as the idle seat under the condition that the seat leaving time is greater than the preset time.
Specifically, when the student finishes the study, the student may forget to submit the end study information, or the end study information is not counted due to system reasons, so that the study seat is vacant, in the embodiment of the present invention, the seats in the study classroom are numbered, the image information of the study classroom is obtained, the vacant seat without a person in the study classroom is determined through comparative analysis according to the image information, the occupation condition of the vacant seat is obtained according to the seat number of the vacant seat, if the vacant seat is not occupied by the student, the vacant seat is marked as a vacant seat, and the vacant seat is allocated to other students for use. If the vacant seat is occupied by the students, the leaving time of the current occupant of the vacant seat is obtained, if the leaving time of the current occupant is larger than the preset time, the current occupant is indicated to finish the study, the vacant seat is marked as an idle seat, and the idle seat is allocated to other students for use.
Further, said assigning seats to each student in said idle seats in said order according to said seating preference priority, comprises: determining personalized information of each student; and allocating seats for each student in the idle seats in sequence according to the seat selection priority and the personalized information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, after the seat selection priority of the student is determined, personalized information such as the preference or personal behavior habit of the student is acquired, and seats are sequentially allocated to each student in the idle seats according to the seat selection priority and the personalized information.
In one possible embodiment, previous historical self-study images of the student may be obtained, historical seating information of the student is determined from the images, and preference information of the student, such as a seat liked to sit at a window, a seat liked to sit at an aisle, a door, or an intermediate position, is analyzed from the historical seating information and assigned according to the preference information of the student when assigning seats to the student. For example, if the student prefers to sit at a window when the student previously studied, the student may be assigned a window-resting seat in the idle seat. In another possible embodiment, after the determination of the idle seat, preference selection information may be sent to the student asking in which seat the student prefers to sit, and the student may be assigned a seat in the idle seat according to the selection instruction of the student.
According to the accounting learning method provided by the invention, the seats can be distributed according to the seat selection priority, meanwhile, the individual requirements of students are met, the students can obtain the satisfied optimal seats, and the accounting study experience of the students is improved.
Further, the method further comprises: determining the current position of each student; determining route information between the current location and the assigned seat; and sending the route information to the student.
Specifically, after the seats are distributed to the students, the current positions of the students are obtained, the routes between the distributed seats at the current positions are planned, and the routes are sent to the students, so that the students can find the seats conveniently, the time of the students is saved, and the accounting self-study experience of the students is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. An accounting learning method, comprising:
when seat selection instructions of a plurality of students are received, determining idle seats in the study classroom;
obtaining historical seat occupancy information for the plurality of students;
dividing seat selection priorities of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information, wherein the seat selection priorities are used for identifying the seat utilization rates of the students;
and according to the seat selection priority, sequentially allocating seats for each student in the idle seats.
2. The accounting learning method of claim 1, wherein the historical seat occupancy information comprises: the occupancy time of the study seat by the plurality of students, the number of defaults when the plurality of students reserve the seat but do not have a study, and/or the arrival time of the plurality of students at the study.
3. The method of learning accounting as claimed in claim 2 wherein the historical seat occupancy information includes occupancy time of the students in their seats of study, and the prioritizing of seat selection of the students according to the historical seat occupancy information includes: the longer the occupancy time, the higher the seat selection priority.

The method of accounting learning as claimed in claim 2, wherein the historical seat occupancy information comprises a number of defaults for which the plurality of students reserved seats but did not have self-study, and wherein the prioritizing the seat selection of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information comprises: the more the number of defaults, the lower the seat selection priority.

The method of accounting learning as claimed in claim 2, wherein the historical seat occupancy information includes a late time when the plurality of students self-study, the prioritizing the seating options of the plurality of students according to the historical seat occupancy information comprising: the longer the late time, the lower the seat selection priority.
6. The method of accounting learning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining of idle seats in the study room comprises:
acquiring image information of the study room;
determining an empty seat in the study room according to the image information;
taking the vacant seat as the idle seat in a case where the vacant seat is unoccupied;
judging the current seat leaving time of an occupant under the condition that the vacant seat is occupied; and taking the vacant seat as the idle seat under the condition that the seat leaving time is greater than the preset time.
7. The method of learning accounting as claimed in claim 1 wherein said assigning seats to each student in said idle seats in said order according to said seating preference comprises:
determining personalized information of each student;
and allocating seats for each student in the idle seats in sequence according to the seat selection priority and the personalized information.
8. The accounting learning method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
determining the current position of each student;
determining route information between the current location and the assigned seat;
and sending the route information to the student.
