Similar to the preset position, the limit position may also be set on the outward extending path of the protection cover 11, for example, if the fully extended length of the protection cover 11 is 2m, the preset position may be set between 1.9m and 2 m. Of course, in other embodiments, other distances may be selected for the extreme positions.
In other embodiments, the protection device 100 may further include a torque sensor and a third controller, the torque sensor is disposed on the driving portion 20, and the torque sensor is communicatively connected to the third controller; wherein, the torque sensor is used for detecting the output torque of the driving part 20 within a preset time, and the torque sensor is also used for sending a torque signal to the third controller; when the third controller receives the torque signal, the torque signal is compared with the preset value, and when the torque signal is greater than the preset value, the third controller sends a stop signal to the driving part 20, so that the protection cover 11 stops extending. As a specific embodiment, it can be understood from fig. 2 and fig. 3 that if a person or a foreign object is collided in the middle of the process, the extension of the telescopic assembly 23 of the X-shaped fork is blocked, the rotation torque of the motor 211 is increased instantly, the total control of the third controller detects that the torque of the motor 211 exceeds the rated value, and then the total control confirms that the foreign object is collided, the total control sends a stop signal to the motor 211, and the protection device 100 can stop extending. In this embodiment, by setting the torque sensor and the third controller, the third controller can timely know whether the output torque of the driving portion 20 exceeds the preset value, and then timely control the driving portion 20 to be turned on or off, so as to control the protective cover 11, which is beneficial to further improving the safety and reliability of the protection device 100, further reducing the probability of accidental injury accidents, and further improving the safety of the power station 300. As an embodiment, the predetermined time may be selected from a range of 0.1 second to 3 seconds, and the preset value of the embodiment may be set with reference to the output torque of the driving part. As a preferred embodiment, the torque sensor may be connected to the main shaft of the motor 211 through a coupling, so that the torque sensor can detect the output torque of the motor 211 within a predetermined time and send a torque signal to the third controller.
Of course, in order to simplify the design of the protection device 100, the first controller, the second controller and the third controller may be integrated into one controller.
In order to further improve the safety of the protection device 100, a buffer member may be further disposed at the front side of the telescopic end 232, and the buffer member is used to prevent the telescopic end 232 from damaging the electric vehicle. After the protection cover 11 is extended, the buffer member is disposed at the front side of the telescopic end 232, so that the telescopic end 232 can be effectively prevented from touching the electric vehicle. Because the buffer piece leans on in electric automobile's side, can also avoid electric automobile's side door to be opened, and then avoid personnel in the electric automobile to accidentally get into the protective area, be favorable to further improving protector 100's security. In this embodiment, by adopting the protection device 100, the shuttle car 31 of the battery replacement station 300 can work under the protection of the protection cover, which is beneficial to improving the safety of the battery replacement work and reducing the probability of accidental injury accidents.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an inverted "U" shaped door frame 33 is provided in the swapping station 300, the protective cover 100 is welded to the door frame 33 by a bolt assembly or directly, a rail 32 is further provided in the swapping station 300, the shuttle car 31 is provided on the rail 32, the protective cover 100 extends along the rail 32, a protection area is formed below the protective cover 100, and the shuttle car 31 passes through the protection area.
