Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of protection of pathogenic microorganisms, and relates to a mask/gauze mask capable of killing germs or viruses in exhaled breath.
Background
In the development history of human society, diseases are transmitted through respiratory tracts, and numerous serious disasters are brought to human survival and social production. Tuberculosis, coronavirus, novel coronavirus and the like, a myriad of known or unknown pathogens cause diseases transmitted through the respiratory tract, and are always defenses. Every time the disease is pandemic, huge losses are brought to human society and health.
The most effective method for controlling the spread of infectious diseases is to control the source of infection, cut off the transmission route and protect the susceptible population. The invasion and sustained injury abilities of pathogenic bacteria or viruses to human bodies are mainly reflected in the following two aspects without considering the immunity of people:
1. virulence of a pathogenic bacterium or virus;
2. the number of pathogenic or viral attacks on the host's body in a single or multiple passes.
The disease transmitted through respiratory tract is characterized in that the pathogen can be transmitted through sputum, droplets and even exhaled air of patients, and the environment is polluted. Not only the patient can inhale pathogenic bacteria or viruses repeatedly, but also the treatment effect of antibiotics or antiviral drugs is reduced. The surrounding healthy population may also become infected after inhaling the patient's exhaled pathogens or viruses.
Controls and reduces the repeated inhalation of the patient, kills and reduces the number of germs or viruses in the environment, not only can promote the recovery of the patient, but also can protect healthy people and avoid the disease from spreading in a wider range or further.
The existing main methods for controlling the infection source and cutting off the transmission path are to isolate the patient, disinfect the environment and protect the susceptible person, but the methods can not effectively reduce the harm of the exhaled gas of the patient to the environment, and can not prevent or reduce the re-inhalation of the pathogenic bacteria or viruses by the patient. People always protect passively and disinfect or kill after viruses or germs spread.

Furthermore, the mask/gauze mask capable of killing germs or viruses in exhaled breath provided by the invention has the advantages that the killing cushion layer is a loose porous structure cushion layer prepared by mixing calcium peroxide and/or calcium oxide, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and the filter element mainly kills or reduces the activity of germs and viruses in exhaled breath by virtue of various actions such as oxidation, strong alkalinity, high temperature and the like; but also can be conveniently replaced from the exit of the caller, thereby ensuring the killing effect; in addition, due to the water absorption of the filter element, water vapor in the mask can be absorbed, and a better breathing microenvironment is provided.
The main components of the disinfection cushion layer, namely calcium peroxide and/or calcium oxide, can react with water and carbon dioxide in exhaled air:
2CaO2+2H2O→2Ca(OH)2+O2;
CaO+H2O→Ca(OH)2;
Ca(OH)2+H2O+CO2→CaCO3+2H2O;
Ca(OH)2+H2O+2CO2→Ca(HCO3)2+H2O。
the reaction is nontoxic and harmless to human bodies, the generated oxygen has a killing effect on bacteria and viruses, and the crystal activated carbon layer and the porous structure cushion layer containing calcium peroxide are alternately stacked, so that part of calcium peroxide can be catalyzed to release strong oxidation type hydroxyl free radical-OH, and germs and viruses can be killed through strong alkalinity and oxidizability; in addition, the strong alkaline water absorption reaction releases a large amount of heat, so that the temperature of the filter element is quickly raised, and the alkaline substance is regulated (such as regulating CaO)2And CaO) can control the duration of the reaction, and the germs and viruses adsorbed by the filter element can be killed by high temperature.
In order to avoid the continuous catalysis of the activated carbon to the peroxide, the loose porous structure cushion layer and the crystal activated carbon layer which are prepared by mixing the calcium peroxide, the calcium oxide, the sodium hydroxide and the potassium hydroxide are not suitable to be directly molded together. Separate packages of the two can be made and only stacked together at the time of use. The single packaging can strengthen the protection of the superpropagator, and is more convenient and efficient.
