In one embodiment, the portable multinational currency data acquisition device further comprises a first U-shaped sensor for detecting the driving part 111 of the transport mechanism 10, a second U-shaped sensor for detecting the working state of the banknote digging mechanism 30, and a third U-shaped sensor for detecting the transport direction of the currency, and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the first U-shaped sensor, the second U-shaped sensor, and the third U-shaped sensor. The three U-shaped sensors are used for detecting the transmission directions of the transmission mechanism 10, the money digging mechanism 30 and the money, so that the automatic operation of the portable multinational money data acquisition equipment is facilitated.

the method comprises the following steps:
s402, putting the money into a transmission channel according to a preset mode;
the currency can be partially or completely placed on the conveying channel according to a preset mode, or placed on the currency digging mechanism according to the preset mode, separated by the currency digging mechanism and then sequentially conveyed into the conveying channel.
S404, the control mechanism controls the transmission mechanism to transmit the money to the collection mechanism, and the collection mechanism sends a money in-place signal;

The portable multinational currency data acquisition equipment applied by the method of the embodiment comprises a transmission mechanism capable of bidirectionally transmitting currency, an acquisition mechanism for acquiring currency data, a first currency port, a second currency port, a control mechanism and an upper computer, and has few components, so that the equipment is light in weight and low in cost; a transmission channel capable of bidirectionally transmitting the money is formed among the first money opening, the transmission mechanism, the collection mechanism and the second money opening, so that the money can be transmitted from the first money opening to the second money opening and from the second money opening to the first money opening, and the money only needs to be put into the first money opening or the second money opening, so that the operation is simple; the upper computer controls the control mechanism to work and the collection mechanism to collect currency data, and the control mechanism controls the transmission mechanism to transmit currency, so that the automatic collection of the currency data is realized.
In one embodiment, the predetermined manner includes that the first side of the currency faces upward and the first side of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the first side of the currency faces upward and the second side of the currency is close to the second currency opening, the first side of the currency faces upward and the second side of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the first side of the currency faces upward and the first side of the currency is close to the second currency opening, the second side of the currency faces upward and the second side of the currency is close to the first currency opening, and the second side of the currency faces upward and the first side of the currency is close to the second currency opening; wherein the first edge of the banknote is parallel to the second edge of the banknote.
When the preset mode adopts any one mode of the mode that the first surface faces upwards, the first edge of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the first surface of the currency faces upwards, the second edge of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the second surface of the currency faces upwards, the first edge of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the second surface of the currency faces upwards, and the second edge of the currency is close to the first currency opening, the currency is transported from the first currency opening to the second currency opening; when the preset mode adopts any one mode of the mode that the first face of the currency faces upwards, the second edge of the currency is close to the second currency opening, the first face of the currency faces upwards, the first edge of the currency is close to the second currency opening, the second face of the currency faces upwards, and the first edge of the currency is close to the second currency opening, the transmission mode of the currency is to transfer the currency from the second currency opening to the first currency opening.
According to the method, the currency is placed into the transmission channel in eight preset modes, and then currency data acquisition is carried out, so that data acquisition of different layouts (a first surface and a second surface) and different directions (a first edge and a second edge parallel to the currency) is achieved.
In one embodiment, the placing money into the transport path in a predetermined manner includes: placing at least one piece of currency into the currency digging mechanism according to the preset mode; the money digging mechanism separates the money and puts the money into the conveying channel in sequence after separation. Specifically, less than 100 pieces of money are placed into the money digging mechanism according to the preset mode, the upper computer sends a money digging control command to the control mechanism, the control mechanism controls the money digging mechanism to separate the money, and the money is sequentially placed into the conveying channel after separation.
Optionally, the host computer sends a money digging control instruction to the debugging board of the control mechanism through a USB protocol, the debugging board converts the data of the money digging control instruction and sends the converted data to the control board of the control mechanism through a CAN protocol, and the control board controls the transmission mechanism to transmit the money to the collection mechanism. A plurality of pieces of money can be put in at one time by digging the money, so that the acquisition efficiency of the method is improved, the automation degree of the method is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, after the repeatedly performing steps a to F until all the preset modes of currency data collection are completed, the method further includes: acquiring a data transmission instruction; and transmitting the currency data to a server according to the data transmission instruction.
The data transmission instruction can be input by a user through self-triggering or automatically triggered by the method.
Specifically, the upper computer transmits the currency data to a server according to the data transmission instruction.
Optionally, the upper computer may transmit the currency data to the server in real time, may transmit the currency data to the server in stages, and may also transmit the currency data to the server after the collection is completed, which is not limited in this example.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, there is further provided a multinational currency image acquisition method applied to the portable multinational currency data acquisition device described in any one of the above, the method including:
s502, acquiring a starting signal;
the starting signal is a signal sent to the upper computer after the portable multinational currency data acquisition equipment is started and powered on.
S504, initializing a module to be initialized according to the starting signal, and sending an initialization result, wherein the module to be initialized comprises driving software and currency data acquisition operation software in an upper computer, a transmission mechanism, an acquisition mechanism and a control mechanism;
the initialization means that a module of the equipment which needs to be initialized is restored to an original setting state of leaving a factory.
S506, when the initialization result is partial failure, re-initializing the module with the initialization result of failure according to a preset initialization duration, entering the next step when the initialization result in the preset initialization duration is completely successful, and sending an initialization failure signal when the initialization result in the preset initialization duration is not completely successful;
specifically, when the initialization result is partial failure, the module which needs to be initialized and is not successfully initialized is continuously initialized, a ready signal of sending equipment is sent when the initialization result is completely successful, an initialization failure signal is sent to the upper computer when the initialization result is not completely successful all the time within the preset initialization duration, and the upper computer reminds the user according to the initialization failure signal, so that the user can process the initialization result in time.
And S508, when all the initialization results are successful, sending a device ready signal.
In the embodiment, the equipment ready signal is sent only when the initialization result is that the equipment is completely successful, and the module of the equipment which needs to be initialized is initialized, so that the accuracy of currency data acquisition is improved.
S510, putting the money into a transmission channel according to a preset mode;
s512, the control mechanism controls the transmission mechanism to transmit the money to the collection mechanism, and the collection mechanism sends a money in-place signal;
s514, sending a data acquisition signal to the acquisition mechanism according to the currency in-place signal;
s516, the acquisition mechanism acquires the currency data according to the data acquisition signal and sends the acquired currency data, and after the acquisition is finished, an acquisition finishing signal is sent;
s518, sending a transmission control instruction to the acquisition mechanism according to the acquisition completion signal;
s520, the collection mechanism conveys the money out of the collection mechanism according to the transmission control instruction;
and S522, repeatedly executing the step S510 to the step S520 until the currency data collection in all preset modes is completed.
It should be noted that the portable multinational currency data acquisition device and the multinational currency image acquisition method belong to a general inventive concept, and the contents in the embodiments of the portable multinational currency data acquisition device and the multinational currency image acquisition method are mutually applicable.

Claims (9)

1. A portable multinational currency data collection apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a transmission mechanism capable of bidirectionally transmitting currency, a collection mechanism for collecting currency data, a first currency port, a second currency port, a control mechanism, an upper computer, a currency digging mechanism for separating the currency and three U-shaped sensors;
the first banknote port and the second banknote port are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission mechanism;
the control mechanism is electrically connected with the transmission mechanism;
the upper computer is electrically connected with the control mechanism and the acquisition mechanism and is used for controlling the control mechanism and the acquisition mechanism to work;
the banknote digging mechanism is positioned between the first banknote port and the transmission mechanism, and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the banknote digging mechanism;
the three U-shaped sensors comprise a first U-shaped sensor for detecting a driving part of the conveying mechanism, a second U-shaped sensor for detecting the working state of the money digging mechanism and a third U-shaped sensor for detecting the conveying direction of the money;
a conveying channel capable of bidirectionally conveying the money is formed among the first money opening, the conveying mechanism, the collecting mechanism and the second money opening;
the transmission mechanism comprises at least one transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly comprises a driving part, a conveying belt, a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving part is connected with the driving wheel and is used for driving the driving wheel to rotate; the conveying belt is sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving wheel drives the conveying belt to move, and the conveying belt drives the driven wheel to rotate; the control mechanism is electrically connected with the driving part; the transmission assembly further comprises at least one steering wheel, the conveying belt is sleeved on the steering wheel, and the steering wheel is used for enabling the conveying direction of the conveying belt to be a linear programming multi-section broken line.
2. The portable multinational currency data acquisition device according to claim 1, wherein said control mechanism comprises a debugging panel, a control panel;
the debugging board is electrically connected with the control board and the upper computer and is used for converting the data format of the control instruction sent by the upper computer and then sending the control instruction to the control board;
the control board is electrically connected with the transmission mechanism and used for controlling the transmission mechanism to work according to the control instruction sent by the debugging board.
3. The portable multinational currency data acquisition device according to claim 1, wherein said upper computer is electrically connected to said acquisition mechanism by a local area network and a serial bus;
the upper computer controls the collection mechanism to collect currency data and receive the currency data uploaded by the collection mechanism through the local area network, and controls the collection mechanism to transmit currency and receive state data fed back by the collection mechanism through the serial port bus.

The portable multinational currency data acquisition device according to claim 1, wherein the acquisition mechanism comprises at least one of a thickness detection means for acquiring currency thickness data, an image detection means for acquiring currency image data, a magnetic detection means for acquiring currency magnetic data;
the thickness detection part is arranged on the transmission channel;
the image detection part is arranged on the transmission channel;
the magnetic detection component is arranged on the transmission channel.
5. The portable multinational currency data collection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said collection mechanism further comprises a collection transport for transporting currency, a collection controller;
two ends of the collecting and transmitting part are respectively butted with the transmitting mechanism, so that the transmitting channel capable of bidirectionally transmitting the currency is formed among the first currency opening, the transmitting mechanism, the collecting and transmitting part and the second currency opening;
the acquisition controller is electrically connected with the upper computer and the acquisition transmission part.
6. The portable multinational currency data acquisition device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising two correlation sensors;
one of the correlation sensors is arranged at the first money port and used for detecting whether money exists in the first money port or not;
the other opposite-shooting sensor is arranged at the second money opening and is used for detecting whether money exists in the second money opening;
the control mechanism is electrically connected with the two correlation sensors and is used for controlling the transmission mechanism to work according to detection results of the two correlation sensors.
7. A multinational currency image acquisition method, which is applied to the portable multinational currency data acquisition device according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
the method comprises the following steps:
A. putting the currency on a currency digging mechanism according to a preset mode, separating the currency by the currency digging mechanism and then sequentially inputting the currency into a transmission channel;
B. the control mechanism controls the transmission mechanism to transmit the currency to the collection mechanism, and the collection mechanism sends a currency in-place signal;
C. sending a data acquisition signal to the acquisition mechanism according to the currency in-place signal;
D. the collecting mechanism collects the currency data according to the data collecting signal and sends the collected currency data, and sends a collecting completion signal after the collection is completed;
E. sending a transmission control instruction to the acquisition mechanism according to the acquisition completion signal;
F. the collection mechanism conveys the money out of the collection mechanism according to the transmission control instruction;
G. and C, repeatedly executing the step A to the step F until the currency data collection in all preset modes is completed.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the predetermined pattern comprises a first side of the currency facing upward and a first edge of the currency being proximate to the first opening, a first side of the currency facing upward and a second edge of the currency being proximate to the second opening, the first side of the currency facing upward and the second edge of the currency being proximate to the first opening, the first side of the currency facing upward and the first edge of the currency being proximate to the second opening, the second side of the currency facing upward and the second edge of the currency being proximate to the first opening, the second side of the currency being proximate to the second opening, and wherein the first edge of the currency is parallel to the second edge of the currency.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein after repeating steps a to F until all preset modes of currency data collection are completed, further comprising:
H. acquiring a data transmission instruction;
I. and transmitting the currency data to a server according to the data transmission instruction.
