Abstract
The invention discloses an identity identification method and system for a battery replacement battery entering a battery replacement system, wherein the battery replacement system comprises a battery transfer bin and a monitoring system, and the battery transfer bin is in communication connection with the monitoring system; the identity recognition method comprises the following steps: putting a battery to be identified into the battery transfer bin; the monitoring system acquires the identity identification information of the battery to be identified in the battery transfer bin; and the monitoring system judges whether the identity identification information is valid or not, and if not, the monitoring system outputs the information that the identity of the battery to be identified is abnormal. According to the invention, the identity identification information is set in the battery replacement system, and the information is acquired and judged when the battery enters the battery replacement system, so that the identity identification of the battery entering the battery replacement system is realized, the inherent assets of the battery replacement system can be maintained to the maximum extent, and the bad batteries of the non-battery replacement system are prevented from entering the battery replacement network.

For the battery entering the battery replacement system, the monitoring system further judges whether the identity identification information is valid or not by acquiring the identity identification information of the battery placed in the battery transfer bin, so that whether the battery is a legal battery or not can be identified, if the identity identification information is invalid, the identity of the output battery is abnormal, and the judgment result can be used for subsequent further processing.
Preferably, valid identification information is stored in a BATTERY Management System (BMS) system of the BATTERY swapping system, which is authenticated.
In the scheme, the valid identity identification information is stored in the BMS of the authenticated legal battery replacement system in the battery replacement system, but the battery in the non-battery replacement system is not authenticated, and the BMS does not have the valid identity identification information or has the invalid identity identification information, so that whether the battery is legal or not can be identified by reading the identity identification information stored in the BMS of the battery entering the battery replacement system.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an identity identification method for a battery replacement battery entering a battery replacement system, wherein the battery replacement system comprises a battery transfer bin and a monitoring system, and the battery transfer bin is in communication connection with the monitoring system through a field bus; wherein, the field bus is a CAN bus.
