Technical Field
The invention relates to an ammeter test rod with simple structure, low cost and high safety and an ammeter combination using the same.
Background
A three-purpose electric meter or a clip-on electric meter is a multi-purpose electronic measuring instrument, generally including various measuring functions such as an ammeter, a voltmeter, an ohmmeter, and the like, and is sometimes called a universal meter, a multi-purpose electric meter, and the like. Most of the measuring instruments need to be inserted by more than one testing rod, so that the measuring instruments are not limited by space or use places, and are widely applied to measurement of various electronic products.
The existing electric meter mainly comprises a main body and a pair of measuring rods, wherein two jacks are arranged on the main body, each measuring rod comprises a detecting rod, a connector and a conducting wire electrically connected with the detecting rod and the connector, each connector is inserted into each jack of the main body, and the detecting rod and the conducting wire extend outwards from the main body so as to form an electric meter structure. One hand holds the body and the other hand holds the two measuring bars for measurement.
Disclosure of Invention
Although the above-mentioned meter structure can achieve the desired measurement purpose, when the measurement of high voltage or high current, such as above 1000V, is performed, it is necessary to replace the meter with a dedicated measuring bar, however, in the existing design, the utility meter must be switched to a dedicated measurement mode by using the dedicated measuring bar, or the correct value must be obtained through calculation. Once the user neglects to switch the measuring mode of the three-way electricity meter or calculate the correct value, the incorrect result can be easily misused, the misjudgment is caused, and the harm is further caused.
The invention mainly aims to provide an ammeter test rod with simple structure, low cost and high safety and an ammeter combination using the ammeter test rod.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electricity meter testing rod and an electricity meter combination using the same, wherein the electricity meter testing rod is composed of two testing probes, wherein the front end of each testing probe is respectively inserted into a measuring hole of an electricity meter, the tail end of each testing probe is used for contacting an object to be tested to measure values such as high voltage, high current or resistance, a detected device is arranged around the front end of at least one testing probe, and when the testing probe is inserted into the electricity meter, the electricity meter can judge the type of the currently inserted testing probe and judge whether the testing probe is suitable for the current measuring mode of the electricity meter; the ammeter is provided with a judging mechanism corresponding to the measuring hole site of the test probe provided with the detected device, so that after the test probe provided with the detected device or other types of test probes are inserted into the measuring hole site, the ammeter can judge whether the test probe is suitable for the measuring mode of the current ammeter.
In practice, the detected device is a protrusion disposed around the front end of the test probe.
In practice, the detected device comprises a magnetic object or a shielding object arranged around the front end of the test probe, so that the ammeter can judge whether the test probe is suitable for measuring high voltage or high current value through contact or non-contact and other modes.
In practice, the detected device is a protruding portion disposed around the front end of the test probe, and the electric meter is provided with a recessed portion corresponding to the shape of the protruding portion at the measurement hole location of the electric meter corresponding to the test probe provided with the detected device, so as to form the aforementioned determination mechanism, so that the protruding portion around the front end of the test probe can be correspondingly inserted into the recessed portion of the measurement hole location, thereby achieving the purpose of determining that the test probe is suitable for measuring high voltage or high current value by the electric meter.
When the electric meter is implemented, the electric meter further comprises a warning device which is connected with the judging mechanism and is used for sending a warning signal when the judging mechanism judges that the test probe is not suitable for the measurement of the measurement mode of the current electric meter, wherein the warning signal comprises a light warning or a sound warning.
For further understanding of the present invention, the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments will be provided in conjunction with the drawings and figures to illustrate the specific components of the present invention and the functions performed thereby.

Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1-4, which illustrate an embodiment of an electric meter test bar and an electric meter assembly using the same according to the present invention.
The electric meter test rod 1 is composed of two test probes 11, 12, wherein the front ends 111, 121 of each test probe 11, 12 are respectively inserted into the measurement holes 21, 22 of an electric meter 2, the tail ends 112, 122 are used for contacting with an object to be tested to measure the values of high voltage, high current or resistance, and the like, wherein a detected device 13 is arranged around the front end 121 of at least one test probe 12.
The detected device 13 is a protrusion 131 (as shown in fig. 1) disposed around the front end 121 of the test probe 12, or is disposed as a magnetic object or a shielding object, so that the electric meter 2 can determine whether the test probe 12 is suitable for measuring high voltage or high current value by contact or non-contact (e.g. magnetic induction, optical induction) according to the detected device 13.
The electric meter 2 can also form an electric meter combination with the electric meter testing rod 1, wherein the electric meter 2 is provided with a judging mechanism 23 corresponding to the measuring hole 22 of the electric meter 2 provided with the testing probe 12 of the detected device 13, so that after the testing probe 12 provided with the detected device 13 is inserted into the measuring hole 22, the electric meter 2 can judge whether the testing probe 12 is suitable for the measuring mode of the current electric meter.
Taking the detected device 13 as an example of the protrusion 131, the electric meter 2 is provided with a recess 231 corresponding to the shape of the protrusion 131 at the measuring hole 22 of the electric meter 2 corresponding to the testing probe 12 provided with the detected device 13 to form the aforementioned determining mechanism 23, so that the protrusion 131 around the front end 121 of the testing probe 12 can be correspondingly inserted into the recess 231 of the measuring hole 22, thereby achieving the purpose that the electric meter 2 determines that the electric meter testing rod 1 is suitable for measuring high voltage or high current value, that is, if an electric meter testing rod without the protrusion 131 on the market is plugged, it means that the testing rod is not used for measuring high voltage or high current value; or the meter test bar 1 is not used for measuring high voltage or high current value if the plug cannot be inserted smoothly.
Of course, the present invention can further provide an alarm device 24 on the electric meter 2, which is connected to the determination mechanism 23 for providing an alarm signal such as sound or light when the determination mechanism 23 determines that the test probe 12 is not suitable for the measurement in the measurement mode of the current electric meter, so that even if the test probe 12 is successfully plugged, the test probe can still give an alarm when the test probe 12 is not designed by the detection device 13.
Therefore, through the design of the invention, even if the user with insufficient experience or the operation in a dark environment needs to measure high voltage and high current, the condition of mistakenly using a common test rod can not occur, the structural design of the invention can clearly and immediately distinguish, and further avoid the problems of personnel injury or equipment damage. The design of the present invention can also prevent the user from misusing the meter testing rod 1 with the protrusion 131 on the common electric meter without corresponding high voltage, high current or other functions in the market, which causes a wrong test, and further avoids the problem of personnel injury or equipment damage.
While the invention has been described in connection with specific embodiments and implementations, many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching or may be acquired from practice of the invention, and it is intended that all such modifications and variations be considered as within the spirit and scope of the invention.
