Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of another notification (including a base transmission, a base reception, and the like) table 135 in the present embodiment. The other notification is a notification of the labor standards law in the university of Hokkaido (or old labor province), and for example, a legal revision, a new rule, a safety countermeasure guideline, or the like is notified to a relevant place (local chief of the labor office in prefecture, city, etc.) in accordance with a new construction method, a new treatment of a chemical substance, a change in a working environment, or the like.
Other notifications include a base transmitter, a base receiver, and the like. The issue base is a notification of the business officer to the work bureau of the labor-saving and labour-saving department (notification by the business officer). Further, the base issue is a fat labour-saving labour chief notification (notification by chief). Further, the base income is a response of the labor chief of the university at the heaven province to a query concerning a legal explanation (a response of the chief to an explanation query from a subordinate organization such as the labor chief of each prefecture).
As shown in fig. 6, the other notification (including base-send, base-receive, etc.) table 135 includes notification names, notification contents, and implementation dates/notification numbers. In the example shown in fig. 6, the other notifications are arranged in order of the execution date, but the notifications are not limited to this, and the notifications may be classified in advance by the category of the corresponding industrial machine/industrial work based on the notification content, and when presented to the manager or the operator, the notification corresponding to the corresponding industrial machine/industrial work may be retrieved and extracted.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the safety and health regulation linkage device 10 according to the present embodiment. First, when the power of the safety and health rule linkage 10 is turned on, the CPU17 starts an application (step S10). Next, the CPU17 creates an operation list of various industrial devices, and displays the operation list of the industrial devices and the corresponding confirmation icons on the display unit 14 (step S12). At this time, the safety and health regulation linkage device 10 is linked to the industrial devices (wireless or wired), so that information about which industrial device is in operation and which industrial device is in stop can be notified to the safety and health regulation linkage device 10. Here, the manager or the operator (user) confirms the confirmation icons corresponding to the operations of the various industrial devices displayed on the display unit 14, and touches the confirmation icons corresponding to the industrial devices to be operated next, the industrial devices corresponding to the jobs to be performed next, or the industrial devices for which safety and hygiene regulations are to be confirmed.
Next, the CPU17 determines whether there is a touch operation on the icon for confirmation (step S14). When the confirmation icon is not touched (no in step S14), the CPU17 returns to step S12 and waits until the confirmation icon is touched. In addition, the processing may be set to end when the confirmation icon is not touched within a predetermined time.
On the other hand, when any touch operation is performed on the confirmation icon (yes in step S14), the CPU17 specifies the industrial device/industrial job selected by the administrator or the operator based on the confirmation icon having the touch operation (step S16). Next, the CPU17 refers to the industrial machine/article correspondence table 131, the labor safety and health law table 133, the labor safety and health rules table 134, and the other notification (including the basis of issuance, the basis of acceptance, and the like) table 135, and displays on the display unit 14 the articles, and the other notifications (including the basis of issuance, the basis of acceptance, and the like) of the labor safety and health laws corresponding to the industrial machine/industrial work selected by the administrator or the operator as the target (step S18).
Here, the manager or the operator confirms the terms and the regulations of the labor safety and health law, the terms and the regulations of the labor safety and health regulations, and other notifications (including the issue base, the base issue, the base receipt, and the like) related to the industrial machine or the industrial work to be performed. Thus, the manager can clearly protect the worker, for example, when the worker works with gloves, the worker can give guidance to remove the gloves from the work place in violation of the first hundred and eleven labor safety and health rules with reference to the work safety and health rules. In addition, the operator can clearly prohibit matters, improve consciousness and enable the operator to remove gloves, and the method is helpful for eliminating labor accidents. The manager or operator confirms the terms and regulations of the labor safety and health law and the terms and regulations of the labor safety and health regulations related to the target industrial machine or industrial work, and performs a predetermined touch operation (touch operation requiring guidance) after, for example, guidance or measures requiring removal of gloves are performed. If, for example, a necessary measure has been taken to perform a work, a predetermined touch operation (touch operation requiring no guidance) is continued as it is. Further, by confirming other notifications (including a base-sending, a base-receiving, and the like), the manager or the operator can know a law revision, a new rule, a safety countermeasure guideline, and the like that need to be popularized in accordance with a new construction method, a new treatment of a chemical substance, a change in a working environment, and the like.
Next, the CPU17 determines whether or not a predetermined touch operation (a touch operation requiring guidance or a touch operation requiring no guidance) is performed by the manager or the operator (step S20). Then, when there is no predetermined touch operation (touch operation requiring guidance or touch operation requiring no guidance) by the administrator or the operator (no at step S20), the CPU17 returns to step S18 and waits until there is a predetermined touch operation (touch operation requiring guidance or touch operation requiring no guidance).
Further, when a predetermined touch operation (a touch operation requiring guidance or a touch operation not requiring guidance) is not performed for a predetermined time, it is determined that the provision, article, and other notification (including a transmission basis, a reception basis, and the like) of the labor safety and health law relating to the target industrial machine/industrial work are not confirmed, and the process is ended.
On the other hand, when a predetermined touch operation (a touch operation requiring guidance or a touch operation not requiring guidance) is performed (yes in step S20), the CPU17 determines whether guidance is present or not (step S22). More specifically, the CPU17 determines whether or not any one of a predetermined touch operation requiring guidance and a predetermined touch operation requiring no guidance is performed by a manager or an operator.
When a predetermined touch operation requiring no guidance is performed by the administrator or the operator (no at step S22), the CPU17 determines that no guidance is required and ends the process.
On the other hand, when a predetermined touch operation requiring guidance is performed by the administrator or the operator (yes at step S22), the CPU17 determines that guidance is required, generates a list of past accident cases related to the target industrial machine or industrial work, and displays the list of accident cases and confirmation icons for the respective accident cases on the display unit 14 (step S24). After confirming (understanding) the accident case displayed on the display unit 14, the administrator or the operator performs a touch operation on the confirmation icon associated with the confirmed accident case.
Next, the CPU17 determines whether the manager or the operator confirms (understands) the accident case (step S26). More specifically, the CPU17 determines whether or not there is a touch operation on the confirmation icon. Then, when it is confirmed (understood) that the administrator or operator of the accident case has performed a touch operation on the confirmation icon (yes at step S26), the CPU17 ends the process.
On the other hand, when the administrator or the operator does not touch the confirmation icon (no in step S26), the CPU17 determines that the accident case is not confirmed (understood), and continues to instruct the operator until the "labor safety and health law" or the "labor safety and health regulation" is popularized (step S28). More specifically, the "labor safety and health law" or the "labor safety and health regulation" has been popularized by giving oral guidance from a manager in addition to education of safety awareness using accident cases of predecessors in the past. When it is confirmed that the worker removes gloves, for example, under the guidance of the manager to spread the work safety and health law or the work safety and health rule, the manager or the worker touches the confirmation icon to end the process by the CPU 17.

According to the above-described embodiment, when it is determined that the worker cannot confirm or is difficult to confirm the work safety and health law and safety and health rules associated with the industrial machine/industrial work, the worker can efficiently educate with the accident case by presenting the accident case that may occur in the industrial machine/industrial work.
In the above embodiment, the safety and health regulation linkage device 10 includes: the industrial machine/term correspondence table 131, the accident case correspondence table 132, the labor safety and health law table 133, the labor safety and health rule table 134, and the other notification (including a base sender, a base receiver, and the like) tables 135 are not limited to these, and the information provided in the tables may be stored in a server on the network so as to be referred to. The safety and health rules linkage 10 transmits a code associated with the industrial machine/industrial work to the server, and receives and presents information related to the terms and regulations of the labor safety and health laws, the terms and regulations of the labor safety and health regulations, and the accident case associated with the code from the server.
In the above-described embodiment, the industrial machine/industrial work is linked to the provision, article, provision of safety and health regulation of the labor safety and health act, article, and other notification (including a base issue, a base receipt, and the like), but may include safety standards of ISO (International organization for Standardization), regulations relating to foreign countries such as europe, and the like, or may be substituted therefor.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be configured as follows.
Example 1 the safety and health regulations linkage 10 is incorporated into an industrial machine, and power is turned on only when a work safety and health regulation or other notification (including a base issue, a base reception, etc.) is confirmed.
(example 2) the safety and health regulations linkage 10 can communicate with the industrial machine wirelessly, and the operation permission signal is transmitted from the safety and health regulations linkage 10 only when the labor safety and health regulations and other notifications (including a base transmission, a base reception, etc.) are confirmed, and the industrial machine is powered on only when the operation permission signal is received.
In example 3, the safety and health regulation linkage device 10 is provided separately from the industrial machine, and when a labor safety and health regulation or other notification (including a base issue, a base reception, etc.) is confirmed, a confirmation code (different codes for each time) is displayed on the safety and health regulation linkage device 10, and the confirmation code is input to the industrial machine, thereby turning on the power of the industrial machine.
