s100: acquiring a newly added bill in a current settlement period from a bill management system;
for example, setting the settlement period to be one day, counting the bill newly added on the same day when the day is about to end, or setting the settlement period to be three days, counting the bill newly added on the same day every three days, wherein the settlement period can be set according to the needs, and compared with the bill payment prompting of one month in the prior art, the timeliness is higher;
the bill collection means a carrier for carrying consumption occurring in a community, wherein one bill collection can comprise one or more consumption details, one bill collection can pay for a plurality of types, and the bill collection is generated every day;
s200: acquiring account information and available amount corresponding to the receipt from an account management system; the account information is basic information of the pension community residents corresponding to the account, and comprises a plurality of attributes and corresponding attribute values;
s300: according to the available amount of the corresponding account, verifying the receipt, and recording the uncombusted fee as the receivable amount; if all the verification is completed, no account receivable is required to be recorded;
s400: inputting the account information and the receivable amount corresponding to the account into a rule engine, wherein a plurality of statistical rules are configured in the rule engine, the rule engine is configured to carry out classified statistics on the receivable amount according to the plurality of statistical rules, and each statistical rule comprises an attribute and an attribute value which meet the statistical condition of the statistical rule;
s500: and obtaining the corresponding amount receivable statistical data of different statistical rules from the rule engine. The general account amount statistical data can be one or more of the sum, the average value, the variance, the minimum value, the maximum value and other data of the general account amount corresponding to each statistical rule;
s600: and generating a corresponding display chart according to the corresponding relation between the preset statistical rules and the display chart types and the corresponding amount receiving statistical data corresponding to different statistical rules.
The rule engine in the invention has the function of testing and comparing the account information and the receivable amount data which are currently submitted to the rule engine with the business rules loaded in the rule engine, activating the statistical rules which accord with the current data state, triggering the corresponding operation in the application program according to the execution logic declared in the statistical rules, releasing the complex and changeable calculation rules from the hard codes, and storing the complex and changeable calculation rules in the files in the form of rule scripts, so that the change of the rules can be immediately effective in the online environment without correcting the code restarting machine.
The bill collection management system in the invention refers to a system for automatically generating and managing bill collection according to the consumption condition of residents and can be deployed on a server or a terminal, and the account management system refers to a system for managing account information and available amount information of residents and can be deployed on a server and a terminal. The bill collection management system, the account management system and the pension community cost management system provided by the invention can be intensively deployed on the same server, and can also be respectively deployed on different devices, and all belong to the protection scope of the invention.
According to the invention, the newly received bill is automatically counted in each expense settlement period through the step S100, and the expense verification is automatically carried out through the step S200 and the step S300, so that the expense verification efficiency is improved, the newly generated expense can be timely verified, and the expense occurrence condition of each resident can be conveniently and timely mastered by staff. Further, the invention adopts the rule engine to carry out effective data screening and data statistics through the steps S400 and S500, and automatically generates the corresponding chart through the step S600, thereby being more convenient for the staff to check the state of the receivable amount under different attributes and improving the use experience of the staff.
Specifically, the attribute may include a community name, an age, a sex, an academic, a living type (one living or two living) of a resident of the pension community corresponding to the account, and the like. For example, if a statistics rule is to count the receivable amount in each community, when the rule engine invokes the statistics rule, the statistics rule is to count the receivable amount data of all residents corresponding to each community name, and for each statistics, the attribute value is the corresponding community name. Through statistics of the chargeable amount of each community, arrearage conditions of each community can be automatically counted, operation conditions of each community are counted and separated, and workers can conveniently find careless mistakes in community operation management. For example, if a statistics rule is to count the receivable amount data of each age group, the attribute in the statistics condition is the age, and the attribute value is a specific age group for each statistics, so that the arrearage condition of different age groups can be statistically analyzed. For another example, a statistical rule is to count the receivable amount data of different sexes, so that the arrears of residents of different sexes can be statistically analyzed.
In addition, the one statistical condition may include two attributes and corresponding attribute values at the same time, for example, statistics of receivable amount data of residents living in the a-district with gender as female, statistics of receivable amount data of residents with ages older than 70 who are more than the college of education as large, and the like. The statistical rules in the rule engine can be added, deleted or modified as required, thereby meeting different statistical requirements.
In this embodiment, in the step S400, the account information and the account corresponding account receivable are input to a rule engine, and further including inputting the account age corresponding to the account receivable to the rule engine;
in the step S500, the statistics of the receivable amounts corresponding to the different statistics rules are obtained from the rule engine, and further includes obtaining statistics of the receivable amounts account age corresponding to the different statistics rules from the rule engine, where the statistics of the receivable amounts account age may be one or more of average, minimum, maximum, variance, etc. of the receivable amounts account age data corresponding to the respective statistics rules.
The account age herein refers to the amount of the owing time period of the amount to be charged, i.e., the number of days required from generation to completion of the verification of the amount to be charged.
According to the invention, through the step S600, a corresponding display chart can be automatically generated according to the statistics data of the amount to be received, so that the display chart is convenient for a worker to check. For example, the statistical data of the receivable amount and the statistical data of the account age of the receivable amount are presented in the form of an Excel table, a bar chart or a pie chart, so that more visual feeling is given to the staff, visual stimulation to the staff is improved, and the use experience of the staff is also improved.
In this embodiment, in the step S300, the verification of the receipt is performed according to the available amount of the account corresponding to the receipt, including the following steps:
identifying the types of the bill, wherein the types of the bill can be various, and each type corresponds to a single balance;
and acquiring the available amount of the type in the corresponding account according to the type of the bill, and verifying the bill according to the available amount.
As shown in FIG. 2, a flow chart of validating a bill of lading is shown in one embodiment. In this example, the types of payouts include a first type and a second type, wherein the second type is a house fee payout and the first type is a consumer payout other than a house fee payout, such as an intra-community timeout shopping consumption, an intra-community car wash consumption, an intra-community laundry consumption, and the like. The first type of bill corresponds to a first type of available amount, i.e., an amount for paying other types than house fees. The second type of bill corresponds to a second type of available amount, i.e., a frozen amount of the house fee, which refers to an amount that the resident previously frozen to be used only for paying the house fee.
In the specific example, the daily old-care community charge management system automatically generates and reimburses the daily house charge collection sheets of all residents in the previous day, generates reimbursement running water after reimbursement, judges whether the house charge collection sheets which are not reimbursed exist, records the first amount of charge if the house charge collection sheets exist, and generates account record; and verifying the bill which is generated before and is not verified, generating verification and verification flow after verifying, updating the consumption amount to be received if the bill is not verified, ending the account record before, and generating a new account record by the residual amount which is not verified.
As shown in fig. 2, the front-end page manually generates a bill (such bill may be of any type, including consumer (including but not limited to purchasing living goods, requesting cleaning or maintenance personnel, and house fees, etc.), if the payment is made in a form of a check-out and is not adjusted to the previous bill, the bill is not checked out, the first amount to be received is recorded, and an account record is generated; if the bill is checked out, judging whether the check out is completed, if not, recording the first receivable amount and generating an account age record.
The pension community cost management system can further use a rule engine to conduct data analysis according to the generated chargeable amount data and account age data, and count how long the resident defaults are on which fees are more owed.
In the existing pension community cost management method, because the house fee has the frozen amount which is pre-collected in advance, when the bill is generated on the day of the bill, if the pre-collected amount is smaller than the amount which needs to be verified in the bill, community personnel can collect the charge of residents, after the residents recharge the account, financial staff can manually click a front-end interface button, the rear end judges whether verification can be performed according to the amount in the resident account, verification can be performed if the account amount is larger than the verification amount, verification is not performed if the account amount is insufficient, and the function of partial verification is not performed.
In addition, in the prior art, the house fee is pre-charged for a certain amount and then settled on the billing day, which results in that the staff can know whether the resident house fee is owed or not only on the billing day. In the invention, since residents can charge money into the account at any time, the payment is carried out once every day to ensure that the defaulting of the residents to the community is minimum and the account period time is minimum.
Specifically, in this example, as shown in fig. 2, in the step S300, the bill is verified according to the available amount, including the steps of:
s310: judging whether the type of the bill is a first type or a second type;
if the bill is of the first type, referred to herein as a consumer bill, then S320: judging whether the bill is called into a bill which is generated before, namely judging whether the bill comprises identification information of the bill which is generated or not; when a worker inputs a bill, the association relation between the bill and the bill can be manually added, for example, the bill is filled in, so that the bill contains identification information, such as bill ID, of the bill which the worker calls in;
if so, S330: adding the information of the bill into a corresponding bill, verifying all the current uncombusted bill amounts of the account by adopting a first type of available amount, recording uncombusted fees as uncombusted amounts, verifying according to the order of the consumption time of each amount in the bill from far to near during verification, namely verifying the earliest generated consumption amount at first, updating the available amount of a first category, if all the bill amounts of a resident are completely verified, not generating the uncombusted amounts, if part of the bill amounts of a resident are still uncombusted, generating the corresponding uncombusted amounts and recording account ages, and recording the consumption date of the uncombusted fees as the account date starting date of a newly added account age record;
if not, S340: judging whether the bill is checked out, if so, not verifying the bill, recording the expense of the bill as the receivable amount and the account age, recording the consumption date of the bill as the account period starting date of the newly added account age record, and if not, directly ending the current flow because of no debt.
If the bill is of the second type, referred to herein as a house fee bill, S350: adding the bill to a second type of uncore bill of the account, namely adding the uncore bill of the account;
s360: the available amount of the second type is adopted to cancel the current second type of uncore bill of the account, namely, the frozen amount is adopted to cancel the uncore bill of the house fee, and the frozen amount is updated;
if all the fee payouts of a resident are verified, no new payable amount record is generated, and if a resident still has some fee payouts not verified, S370: recording the uncompensated fees as receivable amount, recording account age, and recording the consumption date of the uncompensated fees as the account-period starting date of the newly added account age record.
The cost verification process in this embodiment is further described below in conjunction with a specific example.
When the settlement period of the day is finished, automatically running a pension community fee management flow, generating a house fee type bill of Mr Yan Yuanliu, wherein the amount of the bill is 200 yuan, and then checking and selling the house fee type bill, but in the account of Mr Liu, the amount of the freezing money is 150 yuan, so that only a part of the bill is checked and sold, a checking and selling record is generated, the initial amount of the house fee type bill is recorded as 50 yuan, an account age record is generated, and the account period is 1; meanwhile, in the bill of Mr. Liu, the consumption amount which is not verified is 1000 yuan, the account period of the consumption amount is 5 days, when the bill verification is carried out, the available balance of the first type in the account of Mr. Liu is 600 yuan, the bill of 1000 yuan is partially verified, verification records are generated, the consumption amount to be verified is 400 yuan, the previous 1000 yuan account period record is terminated, a 400 yuan account period record is newly generated, and the account period is 6 days.
