Abstract
The invention discloses a stepping business handling method and system, and belongs to the technical field of business handling application. The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of business processes of a target business aiming at the target business, and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes; determining a plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by a target service, and processing the plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by the target service to generate an information item set; auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining information which is collected in a non-split way, generating the information item set A, determining information which is collected in a split way, and generating the information item set B; generating an information acquisition record table; according to the information acquisition record table, determining the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B; the invention is simpler and faster to transact business by using each information transaction business, reduces project workload, shortens project construction period and better controls project cost.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of business handling applications, and more particularly, to a method and system for handling business in a stepping manner.
Background
With the rapid development of the internet, more and more businesses have opened up online business channels. However, in the business process, for some complex businesses involving different business departments and different business subjects, the flow is numerous, a large amount of different types of information needs to be collected, certain correlation exists between the information and intersection can be generated, if all the information is filled in one page, a user needs to have a certain cultural level and a computer operation level in the process of handling the business, and various difficulties can be encountered.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a method for handling business in steps, including:
determining a plurality of business processes of a target business aiming at the target business, and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes;
determining a plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by a target service, and processing the plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by the target service to generate an information item set;
auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining information which is collected in a non-split way, generating the information item set A, determining information which is collected in a split way, and generating the information item set B;
establishing a relation table of the business process set and the information item set A and the information item set B, determining whether each business process in the business process set needs to acquire each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, and recording to generate an information acquisition record table;
according to the information acquisition record table, determining the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B;
determining a preset threshold value of similarity according to the number of information items in the information item set, generating a priority information acquisition set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining an information acquisition mode of a plurality of business processes of a target business according to the priority information acquisition set, acquiring each item of information in the priority information acquisition set according to the information acquisition mode, and transacting the business by using each item of information.
Optionally, the information item set is defined as X, x=information item set a u information item set B.
Optionally, the similarity is equal to the ratio of the number of any two pieces of information in the information item set a and the information item set B that are collected simultaneously or do not need to be collected simultaneously to the total number of business processes in the business process set.
Optionally, the preset threshold value ranges from 0.6 to 1.
Optionally, the collected information is not split, and the information is determined according to the dependence of the target service.
The invention also provides a system for step-by-step business handling, which comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for determining a plurality of business processes of the target business aiming at the target business and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes;
the second acquisition module is used for determining a plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service, processing the plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service and generating an information item set;
the processing module is used for auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining the information which can not be split and collected, generating the information item set A, determining the information which can be split and collected and generating the information item set B;
the relation determining module is used for establishing a relation table of the business process set, the information item set A and the information item set B, determining whether each business process in the business process set needs to acquire each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, and recording to generate an information acquisition record table;
the phase velocity confirming module is used for confirming the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B according to the information acquisition record table;
the business handling module determines a preset threshold value of similarity according to the information quantity in the information item set, generates a priority information collection set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determines the information collection modes of multiple business processes of the target business according to the priority information collection set, collects each item of information in the priority information collection set according to the information collection modes, and handles the business by using each item of information.
Optionally, the information item set is defined as X, x=information item set a u information item set B.

Detailed Description
The exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the examples described herein, which are provided to fully and completely disclose the present invention and fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. The terminology used in the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings is not intended to be limiting of the invention. In the drawings, like elements/components are referred to by like reference numerals.
Unless otherwise indicated, terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In addition, it will be understood that terms defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense.
The invention provides a method for handling business in a stepping way, as shown in figure 1, comprising the following steps:
determining a plurality of business processes of a target business aiming at the target business, and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes;
determining a plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by a target service, and processing the plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by the target service to generate an information item set;
auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining information which is collected in a non-split way, generating the information item set A, determining information which is collected in a split way, and generating the information item set B;
the set of information items is defined as X, x=set of information items a & -set of information items B.
Establishing a relation table of the business process set and the information item set A and the information item set B, determining whether each business process in the business process set needs to acquire each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, and recording to generate an information acquisition record table; and the information acquired in an undetachable way is determined according to the dependence of the target service.
According to the information acquisition record table, determining the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B;
determining a preset threshold value of similarity according to the number of information items in the information item set, generating a priority information acquisition set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining an information acquisition mode of a plurality of business processes of a target business according to the priority information acquisition set, acquiring each item of information in the priority information acquisition set according to the information acquisition mode, and transacting the business by using each item of information.
The similarity is equal to the ratio of the number of the information items in the information item set A and the information item set B which are acquired simultaneously or are not required to be acquired simultaneously to the total number of the business processes in the business process set.
The preset threshold value is in the range of 0.6-1.
The invention also provides a system 200 for step-by-step business handling, as shown in fig. 2, comprising:
the first acquisition module 201 determines a plurality of business processes of the target business for the target business, and establishes a business process set for the plurality of business processes;
the second acquisition module 202 determines a plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service, processes the plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service, and generates an information item set;
the processing module 203 is used for auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining the information which can not be split and collected, generating the information item set A, determining the information which can be split and collected and generating the information item set B;
the relation determining module 204 establishes a relation table of the business process set and the information item set A and the information item set B, determines whether each business process in the business process set needs to collect each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, records the information, and generates an information collection record table;
the phase velocity confirming module 205 determines the similarity of each item of information in the collection of information items a and the collection of information items B according to the information collection record table;
the service handling module 206 determines a preset threshold of similarity according to the number of information items in the information item set, generates a priority information collection set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold, determines an information collection mode of a plurality of service flows of the target service according to the priority information collection set, collects each item of information in the priority information collection set according to the information collection mode, and handles the service using each item of information.
The set of information items is defined as X, x=set of information items a & -set of information items B.
The similarity is equal to the ratio of the number of the information items in the information item set A and the information item set B which are acquired simultaneously or are not required to be acquired simultaneously to the total number of the business processes in the business process set.
The preset threshold value is in the range of 0.6-1.
And the information acquired in an undetachable way is determined according to the dependence of the target service.
The invention has the advantages of simple and quick business handling, project workload reduction, project construction period shortening and better control of project cost.

Claims (10)
1. A method of stepwise transacting business, the method comprising:
determining a plurality of business processes of a target business aiming at the target business, and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes;
determining a plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by a target service, and processing the plurality of pieces of information required to be acquired by the target service to generate an information item set;
auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining information which is collected in a non-split way, generating the information item set A, determining information which is collected in a split way, and generating the information item set B;
establishing a relation table of the business process set and the information item set A and the information item set B, determining whether each business process in the business process set needs to acquire each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, and recording to generate an information acquisition record table;
according to the information acquisition record table, determining the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B;
determining a preset threshold value of similarity according to the number of information items in the information item set, generating a priority information acquisition set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determining an information acquisition mode of a plurality of business processes of a target business according to the priority information acquisition set, acquiring each item of information in the priority information acquisition set according to the information acquisition mode, and transacting the business by using each item of information.
2. The method of claim 1, the set of information items being defined as X, X = set of information items a thusset of information items B.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the similarity is equal to a ratio of the number of simultaneous or not required simultaneous collection of any two pieces of information in the information item set a and the information item set B to the total number of business processes in the business process set.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined threshold value is in the range of 0.6-1.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the non-detachably collected information is determined according to a dependency of a target service.
6. A system for stepwise transacting business, the system comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for determining a plurality of business processes of the target business aiming at the target business and establishing a business process set aiming at the plurality of business processes;
the second acquisition module is used for determining a plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service, processing the plurality of items of information to be acquired by the target service and generating an information item set;
the processing module is used for auditing a plurality of items of information in the information item set, determining the information which can not be split and collected, generating the information item set A, determining the information which can be split and collected and generating the information item set B;
the relation determining module is used for establishing a relation table of the business process set, the information item set A and the information item set B, determining whether each business process in the business process set needs to acquire each item of information in the information item set A and the information item set B according to the relation table, and recording to generate an information acquisition record table;
the similarity confirming module is used for determining the similarity of each item of information in the acquired information item set A and the acquired information item set B according to the information acquisition record table;
the business handling module determines a preset threshold value of similarity according to the information quantity in the information item set, generates a priority information collection set for each item of information greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, determines the information collection modes of multiple business processes of the target business according to the priority information collection set, collects each item of information in the priority information collection set according to the information collection modes, and handles the business by using each item of information.
7. The system of claim 6, the set of information items being defined as X, X = set of information items a thusset of information items B.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the similarity is equal to a ratio of a number of simultaneous or not required simultaneous collection of any two items of information in the information item set a and the information item set B to a total number of business processes in the business process set.

10. The system of claim 6, wherein the non-detachably collected information is determined based on a dependency of a target service.
