The second server can search the goods grid identification information corresponding to the logistics object information through the mapping relation, namely, the goods grid where the logistics object is located is searched.
The second server may transmit the shelf identification information to the logistics object management apparatus corresponding to the logistics object management apparatus identification information. After receiving the goods grid identification information, the logistics object management equipment can automatically open the corresponding goods grid; or after receiving the goods grid identification information, the logistics object management equipment can display the logistics object information and the goods grid identification information in a screen of the logistics object management equipment, and a user can select one piece of goods grid identification information to open a corresponding goods grid. For example, a self-service counter shows in the screen: a cargo number 001 stored in the cargo compartment 11; the article number 002 is stored in the article compartment 12. The user may select item number 001 or select compartment 11, thereby causing compartment 11 to be opened from the tote.
In an embodiment of the application, the step of sending the shelf identification information to the corresponding logistics object management device by the second server may include the following sub-steps:
substep S11, if the logistics object information indicates that the user has a logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management device, generating a first goods taking request by the second server, where the first goods taking request includes the goods shelf identification information;
in sub-step S12, the second server sends the first pickup request to the corresponding logistics object management device, so that the corresponding logistics object management device opens the corresponding cargo grid according to the cargo grid identification information.
If the user only has one logistics object in the logistics object management equipment, the second server can directly control the logistics object management equipment to open the corresponding cargo grid.
In an embodiment of the application, the step of sending the shelf identification information to the corresponding logistics object management device by the second server may further include the following sub-steps:
a substep S13, if the logistics object information indicates that the user has more than one logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management equipment, generating a second goods taking request by the second server, wherein the second goods taking request comprises the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information;
and a substep S14, sending, by the second server, the second pickup request to the corresponding logistics object management device, so that the corresponding logistics object management device displays the shelf identification information and the logistics object information.
If the user has more than one logistics object in the logistics object management equipment, the second server can send the logistics object information and the goods grid identification information to the logistics object management equipment, so that the logistics object management equipment can be displayed on a screen for the user to select.
In the embodiment of the application, a first terminal of a user can acquire identification information of logistics object management equipment, a first server determines the logistics object information of the user in the corresponding logistics object management equipment according to the identification information of the logistics object management equipment and the user information acquired from the first terminal, and then sends the logistics object information to a second server; and finally, the second server sends the goods grid identification information to the corresponding logistics object management equipment, so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information. In the whole pickup process, a user can finish pickup only by approaching the first terminal to the logistics object management equipment without inputting pickup codes, scanning two-dimensional codes and other additional operations, so that pickup time of the user is greatly shortened.
The first terminal can acquire identification information of the logistics object management equipment without opening GPS positioning, and the whole process does not depend on network signals and is simple and practical.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a second step of the second embodiment of the method for controlling a logistics object management apparatus according to the present application is shown, where the logistics object management apparatus is provided with a signal transmitting device, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, the server determines corresponding logistics object information in corresponding logistics object management equipment according to user information and logistics object management equipment identification information acquired from the first terminal;
in an example of the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object management apparatus is provided with a near field communication tag, that is, an NFC tag; before the server acquires the identification information of the logistics object management equipment from the first terminal, the first terminal can acquire the identification information of the logistics object management equipment in the NFC label by identifying the NFC label, and transmit the identification information of the logistics object management equipment to the server.
Specifically, when the distance between the first terminal and the logistics object management equipment is within a preset distance, the logistics object management equipment receives a radio frequency signal sent by the first terminal and sends encrypted logistics object management equipment identification information to the first terminal; the first terminal decrypts the encrypted identification information of the logistics object management equipment and identifies the decrypted identification information of the logistics object management equipment.
In another example of the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object management apparatus is provided with a signal transmitting device; before the server acquires the identification information of the logistics object management equipment from the first terminal, the first terminal may receive the signal transmitted by the signal transmitting device, identify the identification information of the logistics object management equipment in the signal, and transmit the identification information of the logistics object management equipment to the server.
Specifically, the first terminal receives a signal transmitted by the signal transmitting device; and the first terminal decrypts the encrypted logistics object management equipment identification information in the signal and identifies the decrypted logistics object management equipment identification information.
The signal transmitting apparatus may include: NFC signal transmitting device, bluetooth signal transmitting device, sound wave signal transmitting device.
After acquiring the identification information of the logistics object management device, the first terminal may send the user information and the identification information of the logistics object management device to the server.
In the embodiment of the application, the mapping relationship between the user information of all users and the logistics object information is recorded in the server.
The user information may include: at least one of user unique identification information, a user name, and a user telephone number.
The logistics object information may include: logistics object identification information (e.g., logistics object number, waybill number), information of a logistics object management apparatus in which the logistics object is located.
Step 202, the server determines the goods grid identification information of the goods grid of the corresponding logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management equipment according to the logistics object information, and sends the goods grid identification information to the corresponding logistics object management equipment, so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information.
After receiving the identification information of the logistics object management device and the user information sent by the first terminal, the server may determine the corresponding logistics object management device according to the identification information of the logistics object management device, and then determine the logistics object information corresponding to the logistics object management device according to the user information.
Each goods lattice in the logistics object management equipment uniquely corresponds to one goods lattice identification information, and the corresponding goods lattice can be uniquely determined through the goods lattice identification information.
The server can record the mapping relation between the logistics object information and the goods grid identification information. The server can search the goods grid identification information corresponding to the logistics object information through the mapping relation, namely, the goods grid where the logistics object is located is searched.
In this embodiment, the server may determine the shelf identification information corresponding to the shelf where the logistics object is located in the logistics object management device only when the logistics object information is that the user has at least one logistics object in the logistics object management device.
If the logistics object information is that the user does not have the logistics object in the logistics object management device, the server does not need to determine the goods grid identification information of the goods grid corresponding to the logistics object in the logistics object management device.
The server may transmit the shelf identification information to the logistics object management apparatus corresponding to the logistics object management apparatus identification information. After receiving the goods grid identification information, the logistics object management equipment can automatically open the corresponding goods grid; or after receiving the goods grid identification information, the logistics object management equipment can display the logistics object information and the goods grid identification information in a screen of the logistics object management equipment, and a user can select one piece of goods grid identification information to open a corresponding goods grid.
Specifically, if the logistics object information indicates that the user has a logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management device, the server generates a third goods taking request, and the third goods taking request includes the goods grid identification information; and the server sends the third goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information.
If the logistics object information is that more than one logistics object is in the corresponding logistics object management equipment of the user, the server generates a fourth goods taking request, and the fourth goods taking request comprises the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information; and the server sends the fourth goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment displays the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information.
In the embodiment of the application, a first terminal of a user can obtain identification information of logistics object management equipment, a server determines the logistics object information of the user in the corresponding logistics object management equipment according to the identification information of the logistics object management equipment and the user information obtained from the first terminal, then the server determines the goods grid identification information of the goods grid where the corresponding logistics object is located in the corresponding logistics object management equipment according to the logistics object information, and finally the server sends the goods grid identification information to the corresponding logistics object management equipment, so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information. In the whole pickup process, a user can finish pickup only by approaching the first terminal to the logistics object management equipment without inputting pickup codes, scanning two-dimensional codes and other additional operations, so that pickup time of the user is greatly shortened.

in an example of the embodiment of the present application, the logistics object management apparatus is provided with a near field communication tag, that is, an NFC tag; before acquiring the identification information of the logistics object management equipment from the first terminal, the first terminal can acquire the identification information of the logistics object management equipment in the NFC label by identifying the NFC label, and transmit the identification information of the logistics object management equipment to the server.

The signal transmitting apparatus may include: NFC signal transmitting device, bluetooth signal transmitting device, sound wave signal transmitting device.
After acquiring the identification information of the logistics object management device, the first terminal may send the user information and the identification information of the logistics object management device to the server.

Specifically, if the logistics object information indicates that the user has a logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management device, a fifth goods taking request is generated, where the fifth goods taking request includes the goods grid identification information; and sending the fifth goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information.
If the logistics object information is that more than one logistics object is in the corresponding logistics object management equipment of the user, generating a sixth goods taking request, wherein the sixth goods taking request comprises the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information; and sending the sixth goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment displays the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information.

the first server determines corresponding logistics object information in corresponding logistics object management equipment according to user information and logistics object management equipment identification information acquired from the first terminal;
and the second server determines the goods grid identification information of the goods grid where the corresponding logistics object is located in the corresponding logistics object management equipment according to the logistics object information acquired from the first server, and sends the goods grid identification information to the corresponding logistics object management equipment, so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the logistics object management apparatus is provided with a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag; before the first server acquires the identification information of the logistics object management device from the first terminal, the method further includes:
and the first terminal acquires the identification information of the logistics object management equipment in the NFC label by identifying the NFC label and transmits the identification information of the logistics object management equipment to the first server.

and the second server sends the first goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment opens the corresponding goods grid according to the goods grid identification information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step of the second server sending the shelf identification information to the corresponding logistics object management device further comprises:
if the logistics object information is that more than one logistics object is in the corresponding logistics object management equipment of the user, the second server generates a second goods taking request, and the second goods taking request comprises the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information;
and the second server sends the second goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so that the corresponding logistics object management equipment displays the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the logistics object information indicates that the user does not have a logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management equipment, the first server generates prompt information;
and the first server sends the prompt message to the first terminal.
8. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of the first terminal obtaining the identification information of the logistics object management device in the NFC tag by identifying the NFC tag comprises:
when the distance between the first terminal and the logistics object management equipment is within a preset distance, the logistics object management equipment receives a radio frequency signal sent by the first terminal and sends encrypted logistics object management equipment identification information to the first terminal;
and the first terminal decrypts the encrypted logistics object management equipment identification information and identifies the decrypted logistics object management equipment identification information.
9. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of the first terminal receiving the signal transmitted by the signal transmitting device and identifying the logistics object management equipment identification information in the signal comprises:
the first terminal receives the signal transmitted by the signal transmitting device;
and the first terminal decrypts the encrypted logistics object management equipment identification information in the signal and identifies the decrypted logistics object management equipment identification information.
10. The method of claim 3, wherein the signal transmitting device comprises: NFC signal transmitting device, bluetooth signal transmitting device, sound wave signal transmitting device.

a second goods taking request generating submodule, configured to generate a second goods taking request if the logistics object information indicates that a user has more than one logistics object in corresponding logistics object management equipment, where the second goods taking request includes the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information;
and the second goods taking request sending submodule is used for sending the second goods taking request to the corresponding logistics object management equipment so as to enable the corresponding logistics object management equipment to display the goods grid identification information and the logistics object information.
21. The system of claim 18, wherein the first server further comprises:
the prompt information generation module is used for generating prompt information if the logistics object information indicates that the user does not have a logistics object in the corresponding logistics object management equipment;
and the prompt message sending module is used for sending the prompt message to the first terminal.
