The invention provides a voice information acquisition method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device; wherein, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring first signature information input into a recording device; judging whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists or not, wherein the second signature information is signature information of a user; and triggering the recording equipment to acquire the voice information of the user under the condition that the judgment result is yes. The invention solves the problems of low flexibility and easy error caused by manual binding of the voice equipment and the user in the related technology.

Background
In an offline store in the service industry, the binding relationship between the voice recording device and the user is flexibly changed, and if the user is released to freely process the relationship, the voice data uploaded by the device is disordered and loses statistical significance. In contrast, in the prior art, a user corresponding to the device is positioned in a manner, so that the integrity and accuracy of voice data are improved; in the prior art, the method needs to inform system operation and maintenance personnel to carry out background processing; the system depends on manual standby for a long time, the flexibility is low, a wearer cannot operate and sense the system in real time, the equipment binding process of other systems is complicated, once a certain link goes wrong, the system needs to be investigated and solved by multiple parties, and the usability is poor.

Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a voice information acquisition method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, which are used for at least solving the problems of low flexibility and easy error caused by the fact that manual binding of voice equipment and a user is required in the related technology.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for acquiring voice information, including: acquiring first signature information input into a recording device; judging whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists or not, wherein the second signature information is signature information of a user; and triggering the recording equipment to acquire the voice information of the user under the condition that the judgment result is yes.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a voice information collecting apparatus including: the acquisition module is used for acquiring first signature information input into the sound recording equipment; the judging module is used for judging whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists or not, wherein the second signature information is signature information of a user; and the acquisition module is used for triggering the recording equipment to acquire the voice information of the user under the condition that the judgment result is yes.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
According to the method and the device, the first signature information input into the sound recording device is acquired, whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists is judged, the second signature information is the signature information of the user, and finally the sound recording device is triggered to collect the voice information of the user under the condition that the judgment result is yes.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1
In this embodiment, a method for acquiring voice information is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the method for acquiring voice information according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring first signature information input into the sound recording equipment;
step S104, judging whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists or not, wherein the second signature information is signature information of the user;
and step S106, under the condition that the judgment result is yes, triggering the recording equipment to collect the voice information of the user.
Through the steps S102 to S106, the first signature information input to the sound recording device is obtained, and it is further determined whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists, where the second signature information is signature information of the user, and finally, if the determination result is yes, the sound recording device is triggered to execute acquisition of the voice information of the user.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as to the manner of acquiring the first signature information input to the sound recording device involved in step S102, the method may further include:
step S102-11, under the condition that the first signature information is detected to be input through the sound recording device, determining the starting time of inputting the first signature information;
step S102-12, acquiring first signature information input by a recording device from a starting time to a first time; the first moment is a moment after a first preset duration after the starting moment;
step S102-13, after the first moment, suspending obtaining of third signature information input through the sound recording equipment, and after the second moment, detecting the input signature information through the sound recording equipment again; the second time is the time after a second preset time after the first time.
By the above step S102-11 and step S102-12, there is a time limit for acquiring the signature information, and the valid time for acquiring the signature information is between the moment of the signature and the first moment after the first preset time duration, that is, only the signature information in the time duration is acquired, and the signature information cannot be acquired after the first moment, where the first preset time duration may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the first preset time duration is 30S, 40S, and so on. After the first time from the starting time to the first preset time, the second preset time is the time for suspending the acquisition of the signature information, that is, the signature information cannot be input in the time, and the second preset time may also be a value corresponding to an actual situation, for example, 3s, 4s, 5s, and the like. Through the setting of the first preset time and the second preset time, misoperation can be prevented, and the accuracy of signature information acquisition is ensured.
In another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as to the manner of determining whether there is second signature information matching the first signature information in step S104, further may be:
step S104-11, comparing the first signature information with signature information prestored in a database;
step S104-12, sending a prompt message according to the comparison result, wherein the prompt message comprises a first prompt message and a second prompt message; the first prompt message is used for prompting that second signature information corresponding to the first signature information exists in the database; the second prompt message is used for prompting that second signature information corresponding to the first signature information does not exist in the database.
As can be seen from the above steps S104-11 and S104-12, matching of the signature information can be realized, and if the input first signature information cannot be matched with the signature information in the database, it indicates that the signature information is wrong, or the signature information input by the user is not normal, and if the input first signature information can be matched with the signature information in the database, the binding between the user and the voice device can be realized.
In another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as to the manner of triggering the sound recording device to perform acquiring the voice information of the user involved in step S106, further may be:
step S106-11, acquiring voice information of a user through the recording equipment;
and step S106-12, adding a mark corresponding to the user to the acquired voice information of the user.
That is, the collected voice information can be marked for the subsequent identification of the voice information.
It should be noted that the second signature information is pre-stored in the database before the first signature information input to the sound recording apparatus is acquired. That is, the second signature information is pre-stored in the database, and a plurality of signature information can be stored in the database as required, so that the binding of the user can be realized.
This is exemplified below in connection with alternative embodiments of this embodiment;
in this alternative embodiment, a method for binding a recording device based on an electronic signature is provided, wherein the recording device can store voice data in a short period of time and upload the voice data to a server after performing preliminary processing (adding an identity tag to the voice data). The recording equipment can be worn by waiters in stores and used for collecting voice of the waiters during working, so that the working conditions of the waiters are supervised in real time. The cost of one recording device is high, and the cost of configuring one recording device for each user in a store is too high; and a shift system is generally adopted in stores, so that all users cannot use the recording device in the same time period.
Based on this, in the optional embodiment, a plurality of users respectively preset an electronic signature on the same recording device, wherein the electronic signature corresponds to their own identity ID information; when a user is on duty, an electronic signature is drawn on a touch display screen of the recording equipment, the recording equipment finds out corresponding user Identity (ID) information according to the electronic signature, and after the user confirms the ID information, the recording equipment is bound with the ID information, so that the collected voice is added with an identity mark corresponding to the ID information.
The scheme adopts the recording equipment with a display screen, verifies the user identity by signing and recognizing handwriting on the recording equipment, and completes the binding of the recording equipment, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
and step S11, recording the electronic signature of the user into a system handwriting library in advance for recognition.

s1, acquiring first signature information input into the sound recording device;
s2, judging whether second signature information matched with the first signature information exists or not, wherein the second signature information is signature information of the user;
and S3, triggering the recording device to collect the voice information of the user under the condition that the judgment result is yes.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the first signature information input to the sound recording device comprises:
determining a starting time for inputting the first signature information under the condition that the first signature information is detected to be input through the sound recording device;
and acquiring the first signature information input by the sound recording equipment from the starting time to a first time, wherein the first time is a time after a first preset time length after the starting time.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
after the first moment, suspending obtaining of third signature information input through the sound recording equipment, and detecting the input signature information through the sound recording equipment again after the second moment; and the second moment is a moment after a second preset time length after the first moment.
