Abstract
The invention relates to a lighting system and a display cabinet with a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece is used for connecting a shelf body of the display cabinet and comprises: a connector body having a first end; a first clamping part arranged at the first end; the second clamping part is arranged between the first end and the first clamping part; wherein, this shelf body includes the steel wire shelf, and this first portion of clamping combines respectively on the steel wire of this steel wire shelf with this second portion of clamping for this connecting piece is installed on this steel wire shelf. The connecting piece and the steel wire shelf are better in stability after being assembled and are not easy to rotate or fall off.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the shelf structure 100 of the present invention includes a shelf body 10, a connector 20, a light source 30 and a price bar 40, wherein the light source 30 is installed in the connector 20, and the connector 20 is snapped on the shelf body 10, so that the whole structure of the light source 30 illuminating toward the shelf body 10 is also referred to as an illumination system in the present invention.
The shelf body 10 comprises a steel wire shelf 11, a shelf board 12 and a plurality of partition boards 13, the steel wire shelf 11 and the plurality of partition boards 13 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the shelf board 12, and a space formed between the plurality of partition boards 13 is used for placing articles to be displayed; the steel wire shelf 11 includes a plurality of longitudinal steel wires 111, 114 arranged in parallel, a plurality of transverse steel wires 112 arranged in parallel, and an outer frame steel wire 113 surrounding the longitudinal steel wires 111, 114 and the transverse steel wires 112, wherein the longitudinal steel wires 111, 114 and the transverse steel wires 112 are respectively welded and fixed on the outer frame steel wire 113. In this embodiment, the steel wires in the steel wire shelf 11 are distinguished by "horizontal" and "vertical", and it should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the vertical steel wires 111 and 114, the horizontal steel wire 112, and the outer frame steel wire 113 can all be regarded as the steel wires of the steel wire shelf 11, and are not distinguished by "horizontal" and "vertical".
The connecting piece 20 comprises a connecting piece body 21, the connecting piece body 21 is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is provided with a first clamping part 22, a second clamping part 23 is arranged between the first end and the first clamping part 22, the second end is provided with a third clamping part 24, and the price list mounting part 25 is connected with the third clamping part 24; the first clamping portion 22 and the second clamping portion 23 are respectively combined with the longitudinal steel wire 111 of the steel wire shelf 11. Depending on the specific installation position of the connector 20, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first clamping portion 22 and the second clamping portion 23 of the connector 20 can be respectively combined with the transverse wires of the wire shelf 11. That is, after the connector 20 provided in the present invention is coupled to the wire shelf 11, the first clamping portion 22 and the second clamping portion 23 are coupled to the wire of the wire shelf 11, respectively.
The opening direction of the first card-fitting portion 22 is different from the opening direction of the second card-fitting portion 23, and the opening direction of the third card-fitting portion 24 is substantially the same as the opening direction of the first card-fitting portion 22. In this embodiment, the opening directions of the first clamping portion 22 and the third clamping portion 24 are respectively toward the shelf plate 12; the opening direction of the second clamping portion 23 faces away from the shelf plate 12.
The first clamping part 22 comprises a first clamping port 221 and a second clamping port 222 which are communicated from outside to inside in sequence; the second clamping portion 23 comprises a third clamping port 231 and a fourth clamping port 232 which are communicated with each other, wherein when the connecting member 20 is arranged on the steel wire shelf 11, the longitudinal steel wire 111 is combined in the first clamping port 221; another adjacent longitudinal steel wire 111 and outer frame steel wire 113 are respectively combined in the first third clamping port 231 and the fourth clamping port 232 of the second clamping part 22; wherein another adjacent longitudinal steel wire 111 and outer frame steel wire 113 are overlapped to each other. In this embodiment, the adjacent longitudinal steel wires 111 and the outer frame steel wires 113 form the assembling position of the connector 20.
When the connecting member 20 is assembled with the shelf 11, the longitudinal steel wire 111 enters the first clamping opening 221 from the first notch 223 of the first clamping opening 221, and in order to prevent the longitudinal steel wire 111 from falling off from the first clamping opening 221, the size of the first notch 223 is smaller than the diameter of the longitudinal steel wire 111. Further, in order to prevent the first clamping opening 221 from being subjected to a large pre-tightening force in the clamping process, a second clamping opening 222 communicated with the first clamping opening 221 is arranged below the first clamping opening 221, and the diameter of the second clamping opening 222 is smaller than that of the first clamping opening 221, so that when the first clamping portion 22 receives an external tightening force, a certain pre-deformation amount can be provided through the second clamping opening 222, and the connecting piece 20 is effectively prevented from being damaged in the assembling process. The other adjacent longitudinal steel wire 111 and the outer frame steel wire 113 enter the third clamping opening 231 and the fourth clamping opening 232 from the second notch 233 of the second clamping part 23, the diameter of the third clamping opening 231 is the same as that of the fourth clamping opening 232, the fourth clamping opening 232 is positioned below the third clamping opening 231, and in order to prevent the other adjacent longitudinal steel wire 111 and the outer frame steel wire 113 from falling out of the second clamping part 23, the size of the second notch 233 is smaller than the sum of the diameter of the other adjacent longitudinal steel wire 111 and the diameter of the outer frame steel wire 113. Furthermore, in order to enable the third clamping port 231 and the fourth clamping port 232 to be subjected to a large pre-tightening force in the clamping process, the second clamping portion 23 is further provided with a fifth clamping port 234 which is communicated with the fourth clamping port 232, so that when the third clamping port 231 and the fourth clamping port 232 are subjected to an external tightening force, a certain pre-deformation amount can be provided through the fifth clamping port 234, and the connecting piece 20 can be effectively prevented from being damaged in the assembling process.
In this embodiment, adjacent vertical steel wire and frame steel wire combine respectively in first portion 22 and the second portion 23 that clamps in the steel wire shelf 11 for the stability after connecting piece 20 and the assembly of steel wire shelf 11 is better, and difficult rotation or drop.
The third fastening portion 24 is used for fixing a light source 30, and the light source 30 is, for example, an LED lamp. In this embodiment, the third fastening portion 24 is, for example, a mounting groove, a first fastening hook 241 and a second fastening hook 242 are disposed in the mounting groove, the first fastening hook 241 and the second fastening hook 242 extend toward the mounting groove respectively, the first fastening hook 241 is opposite to the second fastening hook 242, the first fastening hook 241 is combined in the first concave portion 31 of the light source 30, and the second fastening hook 242 is combined in the top portion 32 of the light source 30. When the mounting groove is mounted, in order to relieve the LED lamp and to receive a large pretightening force, the first hook 241 is provided with the first concave structure 243, the second hook 242 is provided with the second concave structure 244, and the first concave structure 243 and the second concave structure 244 provide a certain amount of predeformation to prevent the connecting piece 20 from being damaged in the assembling process.

Claims (12)
1. A connector for connecting shelf bodies of display cases, the connector comprising:
a connector body having a first end;
a first clamping part arranged at the first end; and
the second clamping part is arranged between the first end and the first clamping part;
wherein, this shelf body includes the steel wire shelf, and this first portion of clamping combines respectively on the steel wire of this steel wire shelf with this second portion of clamping for this connecting piece is installed on this steel wire shelf.
2. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the opening direction of the first catching portion is different from the opening direction of the second catching portion.
3. The connector of claim 1, further comprising a stop portion disposed at the first end of the connector body, the shelf body including a shelf plate overlying the wire shelf, the shelf plate having a side wall, the stop portion stopping the side wall when the connector is mounted on the wire shelf.
4. The connector of claim 3, further comprising a first section disposed between the stop and the first detent.
5. The connector of claim 1, further comprising a third mounting portion disposed at a second end of the connector body, the second end being opposite to the first end, wherein the third mounting portion is configured to mount a light source.
6. The connector according to claim 5, further comprising a second section connecting the third clamping portion and the second clamping portion.
7. The connector according to claim 5, wherein the opening direction of the third clamping portion is the same as the opening direction of the first clamping portion.
8. The connector of claim 1, further comprising a price strip mounting portion which is a snap-fit projection formed by extending an end portion of the third snap-fit portion.
9. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion includes a first clamping opening and a second clamping opening which are communicated with each other, the diameter of the second clamping opening is smaller than that of the first clamping opening, and the second clamping opening is located below the first clamping opening.
10. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the second clamping portion includes a third clamping opening, a fourth clamping opening and a fifth clamping opening which are sequentially communicated, the fourth clamping opening is located below the third clamping opening, and the diameter of the third clamping opening is the same as that of the fourth clamping opening.
11. An illumination system, characterized in that the illumination system comprises:
a connector according to any one of claims 1 to 10;
a light source disposed in the third clamping portion of the connector;
the price item is combined on the price item mounting part of the connecting piece, and the price item is provided with a light blocking strip which extends towards the light source; and
the shelf body comprises a steel wire shelf;
wherein, the first clamping part and the second clamping part of the connecting piece are respectively combined on the steel wire of the steel wire shelf.
12. A display case comprising a connector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
