Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a note duration display method, which is applied to a music teaching system. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying duration of a note according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the note duration display method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: an audio signal is acquired.
As a specific implementation manner, the audio signal played by the user can be obtained by a microphone or other devices of the terminal device, and the playing information is converted into digital music information through an artificial intelligence technology and a music signal processing technology.
S102: and determining the playing duration of the played note by using the audio signal and a preset standard music score.
As a specific implementation manner, the following technical solution may be adopted to determine the playing time value of the played note by using the audio signal and the preset standard score: identifying a sequence of notes in the audio signal, wherein the sequence of notes includes pitch information and duration information for each note; matching the recognized note sequence with a standard note sequence in the standard music score, judging the successfully matched note as a played note, and taking duration information of the played note as a playing duration of the played note. Further, the method also comprises the following steps: when the recognized note sequence is matched with the standard note sequence in the standard music score, judging the notes which are not successfully matched in the standard music score as unexplored notes; and displaying the unexplored notes in a preset graph.
More specifically, the following technical solutions can be adopted for identifying the note sequence in the audio signal: identifying a sequence of notes in the audio signal using a trained deep neural network model; or, extracting the fundamental frequency of the audio signal by adopting a fundamental frequency extraction algorithm, and converting the extracted fundamental frequency sequence into a note sequence according to the pitch frequency corresponding relation.
In the embodiment of the invention, constant q conversion (cqt conversion) is carried out on the audio signals in the training sample set which are marked with the note starting point, the note ending point and the pitch to obtain the frequency spectrum data of the audio signals, the frequency spectrum data are input into a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to carry out feature extraction to obtain a feature time sequence, then a long-short term memory model (LSTM) is used for carrying out model training on the feature time sequence, the trained model is used for carrying out analysis and identification on the input audio signals, and the note sequence is output and contains pitch and duration information.
S103: and comparing the playing time value of the played note with the standard time value of the played note, and displaying the comparison result.
As a specific implementation, the following technical solution can be adopted to compare the playing time value of the played note with the standard time value thereof: and calculating the ratio of the playing duration of any one of the played notes to the standard duration of the note.
As an improved technical solution, before calculating a ratio of a playing duration of any of the played notes to a standard duration of the note, the method further comprises: judging whether the playing duration of the note is smaller than the standard duration, and triggering and calculating the ratio of the playing duration of the note to the standard duration when the playing duration of the note is smaller than the standard duration. And when the playing duration of the note is greater than or equal to the standard duration, acquiring a corresponding graph of the standard duration and displaying the graph. In the embodiment of the present invention, because the uncertainty of the actual playing duration of the user is large, when the actual playing duration exceeds the standard duration, a corresponding pattern of the standard duration is displayed instead of the ratio of the playing duration to the standard duration, and the influence due to the uncertainty of the actual playing duration can be reduced.
As a specific embodiment, the following technical solutions can be adopted to display the comparison result: when the graph corresponding to the standard time value is a central angle, obtaining the central angle corresponding to the playing time value according to the degree of the central angle corresponding to the standard time value and the ratio of the playing time value to the standard time value; displaying the central angle corresponding to the standard value and the central angle corresponding to the playing value in different modes in the same graph; or, when the graph corresponding to the standard time value is a progress bar, converting the ratio of the playing time value to the standard time value into the progress on the progress bar, and displaying the progress in the progress bar.
For example, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, sectors with different central angles are used to represent the note duration, so that the note duration needs to be converted into the central angle. The module is mainly divided into a standard time value conversion part and a playing time value conversion part.
Given a standard time scale for a score, a full note corresponds to 1 full note at a 360 ° central angle, considering that a full note is typically the longest duration. The calculation of the central angle degrees corresponding to the notes with the rest duration is obtained by converting the ratio of the duration of each note to the duration of the whole note, and the central angle degrees corresponding to the common notes are shown in table 1. For notes with additional points, the duration of one additional point corresponds to half the duration of a standard note, i.e., the central angle degree also corresponds to half the increase of the original degree.
Common note names Corresponding central angle
Thirty-two notes 11.25°
Sixteen-minute musical note 22.5°
Octant note 45°
Quarter note 90°
Dichotomous note 180°
Whole musical note 360°
TABLE 1 common notes corresponding to the center of a circle angle table
the practical playing time value of the user is converted, the playing time value corresponding to the central angle degree is set to be α, the playing time value obtained by the note detection module is T, the standard time value corresponding to the playing time value is T, the corresponding standard central angle reading is β, and then the central angle degree calculation formula corresponding to the playing time value is formula 1:
Figure BDA0002352212120000081
in the above example, when the playing duration is smaller, the central angle thereof is also smaller, and thus the displayed fan-shaped central angle is smaller, which is disadvantageous for clearly displaying the error between the playing duration and the standard duration. As an improved embodiment, the metrics of the different-duration notes can be unified to show the deviation of the actual playing from the standard duration to the maximum extent. If the corresponding central angle degrees of different standard note durations are uniformly set to be 360 degrees, the actually played note duration is displayed to be in proportion to the whole circle.
As a further technical solution, the note duration display method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention further includes the following steps: when the actually played note sequence is matched with the standard note sequence in the standard music score, judging the notes which are not successfully matched as the notes which are not played; and displaying the unexplored notes in a preset graph.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the note duration display effect according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, in fig. 2, an icon 1 represents an unvarnished note, and such a mark may be displayed as a blank as shown in fig. 2, or may be represented by a special symbol or not display a duration graph; icon 2 represents the detected note and the result of playing a note with duration less than or equal to the standard duration is displayed, filling the standard sector with sectors corresponding to the different colours and the calculated central angle; icon 3 shows the result display with a playing time greater than the standard value, which in this example is shown by a fully filled red icon, although other colors or other special symbols indicating a timeout may be used.
