The embodiment of the invention overcomes the defect that the service efficiency of a shopping guide is low due to the fact that a user purchasing behavior and the shopping guide service are in a loose coupling state in the scene of the online shopping guide service in the prior art.
Based on the above concept of offline shopping guide scheme, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of offline shopping guide execution logic provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The execution logic includes:
firstly, after a user enters a shopping place, identity information of the user is actively acquired. For example, the virtual face information can be obtained by acquiring the head portrait information of a user entering the shopping place through image acquisition equipment arranged in the shopping place and carrying out face recognition on the head portrait information; or, based on the two-dimensional code arranged in the shopping place, when the user uses the client to scan and identify the two-dimensional code, the account information of the user at the client is obtained. The two-dimensional code arranged in the shopping place can be transmitted through shopping guide screens, trial magic mirrors, passenger flow analysis systems and other ways in the shopping place.
Then, the virtual face information and/or the account information of the user at the client are used as the identity information of the user, and the historical shopping information of the user, which is the same as the identity information, is acquired from a shopping information base in a website in a store at the server. The shopping information base is stored with at least one user's identity information and historical shopping information in associated mode. The store middle website can be a comprehensive management platform for managing offline retail, registers information of staff, equipment, commodities and the like of a plurality of offline retail stores, and can generate digital reports of related staff and equipment. The shopping information database is a database formed based on historical shopping information of a large number of users acquired from different channels such as an online channel and an offline channel.
And sending shopping guide recommendation information to a shopping guide auxiliary terminal positioned in a shopping place based on the historical shopping information of the user so as to guide a shopping guide to provide shopping guide service for the user. The shopping guide auxiliary terminal can be a portable device carried on the shopping guide person, such as a mobile phone. In order to more timely and conveniently remind the shopping guide to receive the content of the shopping guide recommendation information, the shopping guide can wear a voice reminding device, such as a Bluetooth headset, so that the shopping guide can know the content of the shopping guide recommendation information in time and provide shopping guide service for users. The shopping guide recommendation information can also carry the position information of the user, so that the shopping guide can quickly lock the position of the user for serving before.
Based on the offline shopping guide execution logic shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of the offline shopping guide system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown. The system comprises: identity information acquisition device 210, server 220 and shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230. Wherein, the identity information acquiring device 210 and the shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230 are both arranged in the shopping place. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
an identity information acquiring device 210 for acquiring identity information of a user entering a shopping place and sending the identity information to a server 220;
the server 220 is configured to obtain historical shopping information of a user, which is the same as the identity information, from a shopping information base, where the identity information and the historical shopping information of at least one user are stored in a correlated manner; then, the shopping guide recommendation information is transmitted to the shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230 located at the shopping place based on the user's historical shopping information to guide the shopper to provide the shopping guide service to the user.
The identity information acquiring device 210 may be an image acquiring device disposed in a shopping place, and acquires avatar information of a user entering the shopping place and performs face recognition on the avatar information to obtain virtual face information of the user as identity information of the user; or the identity information obtaining device 210 may obtain account information of the user at the client as the identity information of the user when the user scans and identifies the two-dimensional code by using the client based on the two-dimensional code set in the shopping place.
Further, the shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230 may be a portable device carried on the person of the shopping guide. The server 220 may obtain the location information of the user and the shopping guide in addition to the identity information of the user, so that the shopping guide recommendation information may be sent to the shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230 carried by the shopping guide closest to the user based on the historical shopping information of the user. In order to more timely and conveniently remind the shopping guide to receive the content of the shopping guide recommendation information, the off-line shopping guide system may further include a voice reminding device, such as a bluetooth headset, which can be worn by the shopping guide and is in communication connection with the shopping guide auxiliary terminal 230, so that the shopping guide can timely know the content of the shopping guide recommendation information and provide the shopping guide service to the user.

As shown in fig. 3, the offline shopping guide method comprises the following steps:
s310, identity information of the user entering the shopping place is obtained.
The identity information of the user may be attribute information that uniquely describes one user. Such as virtual face information of the user, account information of the user at a specified client, and the like. After a user enters a shopping place (such as a market, a supermarket, a sales place, a brand exclusive store and the like), the off-line shopping guide system can actively acquire the identity information of the user.
S320, obtaining the historical shopping information of the user from a shopping information base according to the identity information of the user, wherein the identity information and the historical shopping information of at least one user are stored in the shopping information base in a related mode.
The identity information and the historical shopping information of the user, which are stored in the shopping information base in a correlated manner, can be obtained through an online or offline way. For example, when a user browses or purchases a commodity in an online shop, a background server corresponding to the shop acquires account information of a client of the user at the shop as identity information, and records historical shopping information of the user at the shop in an associated manner; for another example, the user performs real-name registration on a certain shopping website, a client or an offline sales promotion activity site through facial image authentication, so that virtual facial information of the user can be acquired from a background system receiving the real-name registration as identity information.
When the online shopping guide system acquires the identity information of the user from the current shopping place, the identity information of the user is searched in a shopping information base to judge whether the historical shopping information of the user same as the identity information exists or not, and if so, the historical shopping information of the user is acquired.
And S330, sending shopping guide recommendation information to a shopping guide auxiliary terminal in a shopping place based on the historical shopping information of the user so as to guide a shopping guide to provide shopping guide service for the user.
The information such as the preference, the shopping demand, the consumption level and the like of the user can be analyzed through the historical shopping information of the user, so that the shopping guide recommendation information is sent to the shopping guide auxiliary terminal in a targeted manner, and the shopping guide operator is assisted to provide the shopping guide service which is more accordant with the shopping mind of the user for the user according to the shopping guide recommendation information.
The shopping guide auxiliary terminal is arranged at a position which can be conveniently seen by a shopping guide, for example, the shopping guide auxiliary terminal can be a portable device which can be carried by the shopping guide. The content of the shopping guide recommendation information may be any information that is derived based on the user's historical shopping information to help guide the shopper to provide shopping guide services to the user. For example, the shopping guide recommendation information may include: the type of goods the user likes, the shopping needs at a near date, the level of consumption, etc.
The shopping guide can provide the user with the required shopping guide service in a targeted manner based on the content of the received shopping guide recommendation information.
The invention provides an offline shopping guide method, which is characterized in that identity information of a user entering a shopping place is identified, and historical shopping information of the user, which is the same as the identified identity information, is acquired from a shopping information base; and shopping guide recommendation information is sent to a shopping guide auxiliary terminal located in a shopping place based on historical shopping information of the user so as to guide a shopping guide to provide shopping guide services for the user, so that the shopping guide is assisted to rapidly and pertinently provide the shopping guide services for the user, the shopping guide efficiency of the shopping guide is improved, and further the retail conversion rate under the line is improved.
