Abstract
The invention discloses a distributed and decentralized product traceability method and system, which aims at the problems that the conventional product traceability mainly depends on an enterprise or a third-party centralized platform, so that a product traceability information system is seriously isolated, the whole-course traceability is difficult and the supervision is difficult. According to the method and the system, through constructing a distributed and decentralized block chain account book and through the joint participation of related enterprises and supervision departments of an industrial chain where the product is located, the whole-process information of the raw materials, processing, manufacturing and circulation of the product can be recorded and traced in an undistorted manner. By the method and the system, enterprises, enterprise alliances and supervision authorities can efficiently and conveniently realize the whole-course traceability of products with less investment, which has important significance for ensuring the quality and the safety of the products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of block chains, in particular to the field of product quality safety tracing.
Background
By recording the whole-course data in the production, processing and circulation processes of the product, the production process of the product can be effectively tracked, and the root cause of the product quality and safety problems can be traced, so that the product tracing system is always an important means for product quality management in the industrial economy, and is increasingly and widely applied in related industries. However, the current product traceability system is mainly a centralized system based on an enterprise or a third platform, and the following problems mainly exist when the system is adopted: (1) information islanding problem, information among different products and even products on the upper and lower reaches of an industrial chain is obstructed because different product traceability systems are used, on one hand, the data acquisition and processing efficiency is low because a large amount of data is repeatedly acquired and input; on the other hand, the whole-process tracing and tracking of the product are difficult to realize, and the root cause of the analysis of the product quality problem is often interrupted midway; (2) by using a centralized database system, data is difficult to guarantee not to be tampered, and the credibility of the data are poor; (3) data sharing is difficult and it is difficult to support efficient industry collaboration between upstream and downstream of the industry chain.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention designs a distributed and decentralized product traceability method and system, which construct a distributed and decentralized block chain public account book commonly used by industrial chain enterprises through a core enterprise or an industrial alliance, each participating enterprise creates and maintains product information of the enterprise based on the public account book, and through upstream and downstream association among products, traceability data which is not falsifiable in the whole process of any product can be created and stored in a shared account book, so that the method and system have important significance for efficiently constructing an industrial chain cooperative production relation, tracking and tracing product quality and safety accidents, ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency in the industry. (1) the enterprise generates the ID of the batch of products according to the batch of product production, the ID of the main material and the ID of the enterprise, and creates the batch of product information in the shared account book;
(2) initially registering information such as production batch, main material ID, enterprise ID, main components and the like of the batch of products;
(3) according to the information registration period, the newly added additive information is overlapped and updated, and the quality and the safety state are updated (in the production period of enterprise products, the step can be repeatedly executed according to the set information updating time interval);
(4) all processes of information creation and updating are recorded based on transaction book data of the block chain, and the latest state of a product after data updating is recorded by a state library of the block chain.
As shown in FIG. 2, the information construction method of the main material can be used for tracing the product to any historical process by recursively adopting the same product traceability information construction method. The main components in the figure, the data content of which is automatically generated according to the components of the main materials; the quality and safety state is automatically generated according to the main components, the current additive superposition state and the related national or industrial standards.
As shown in fig. 4, a distributed decentralized product tracing system is designed, which includes the following modules: (1) the product tracing block chain shares the account book in a distributed mode; (2) a product tracing data acquisition and updating module; (3) and a product source tracing data query module.
As shown in fig. 4, the product traceability block chain distributed shared ledger has the following functions: (1) each enterprise can establish product traceability data, maintenance data and query data in the shared account book by virtue of the network permission identity acquired by the enterprise; (2) the distributed shared account book is stored with backups in each enterprise node, and any node cannot independently control and modify the data of the public account book; (3) the distributed shared account book comprises a data updating process account book and a state base account book, wherein the updating process account book records all process data of product traceability information from creation to the current state, and the state base account book expresses the current state of the product.
As shown in fig. 4, the product traceability data acquisition and update module has the following functions: (1) automatically inputting and creating initial traceability information of the product in the block chain distributed shared account book in the modes of two-dimensional codes, code scanners, manual input and the like; (2) automatically acquiring and updating the source tracing state updating information of the product, such as additive information, by a data acquisition device in the processing process; (3) and calculating and updating the product quality and the safety state based on the principal components, the product additive superposition information and the national and industrial standards.
As shown in fig. 4, the product traceability data query module has the following functions: (1) automatically displaying the current main state data of the product through a two-dimensional code, a code scanner, an App and the like; (2) any historical process of the product is tracked and traced by inquiring historical update data records of the product tracing state; (3) and analyzing the quality of the product and the link and process of safety problem generation based on the historical data and the current state data of the product.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the implementation principle and the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail by taking the construction of the traceability system of yellow croaker product quality based on fabric technology as an example.
As shown in fig. 5, in the fabric network, several yellow croaker farming, production and processing cooperative enterprises create a blockchain shared account book linked up and down in an industrial chain, related core enterprises and representative enterprises are defined as endorser and deploy endorser nodes, and other related enterprises are used as common participating enterprises and deploy peer nodes. Starting from a source enterprise of an industrial chain, creating traceability data of the product in a public ledger; and then, the enterprise taking the product as a raw material creates own product traceability data according to the own product batch, the enterprise ID and the raw material product ID. Meanwhile, related chain codes of product traceability information creation, data updating and traceability data query are deployed in the public ledger.
In the system, in each production and processing process, production and processing data of the product are submitted within a set time interval, for example, the contents of relevant additives such as sugar, salt, ammonium nitrite and the like for preventing the yellow croaker from corrosion are submitted in the production process of the yellow croaker can, and after the processing data are submitted, the chain code updates the current quality state of the product in real time according to the updated data.
Downstream enterprises or users can inquire the product state of the product in real time through the product two-dimensional code and inquire the whole-process historical data of the product production.
