Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a payment method and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in response to a payment request of a customer, acquiring payment account information, payment information and discount information of at least one user associated with the payment request; selecting a target payment account group from the payment accounts of the at least one user associated with the payment request based on the offer information and the payment information; the set of target payment accounts includes at least one payment account of the user; and adopting the target account group to respond to the payment request to carry out payment settlement. Therefore, the method for automatically selecting the most favorable payment mode for the customer is realized, and the aim of responding one payment request by a plurality of payment accounts is fulfilled in order to bring the customer with the maximum benefit.

Background
With the development of cashless payment methods, customers usually select cashless transactions when performing online or offline transactions. The payment account of the user may include a bank card account (including a debit card account and a credit card account) under the user name, a third party payment platform account, and the like.
The account information may include some basic information of the account, which is not limited in this implementation, and may include, for example: account asset status, account attributes (such as debit card, credit card, or third party payment platform), etc., and if the account attributes are credit card, the payment date may also be included.
The payment information includes: payment amount, etc.
The offer information includes: the user's payment account may include offer information that the user's payment account collaborates with a third party platform or merchant that initiated the payment request, or some offer (full deactivation or loyalty offer) that the payment account itself has initiated.
S102: selecting a target account group from payment accounts of at least one user associated with the payment request based on the offer information and the payment information; the set of target payment accounts includes at least one payment account of the user;
in this embodiment, in order to obtain the maximum payment privilege for the user, the payment method is determined by combining the privilege information and the payment information corresponding to each payment account, and the target payment account group for payment is determined.

in this embodiment, the payment analysis model may include multiple types, which is not limited in this embodiment, and may be, for example, a deep convolutional neural network, a genetic algorithm, or any machine learning model based on big data.
In this embodiment, the training samples for training the payment analysis model include: payment account information, payment information, and some offer information.
The principle followed by the training is also an output result, namely, the output target account group is an account group or a combination of a plurality of payment accounts which can lead the user to obtain the maximum benefit.
After training is completed, a payment analysis model representing the incidence relation between the account information, the payment information and the preferential information and the target account group for payment can be obtained.
In practical application, after the payment account information, the payment information and the offer information are input in the payment analysis model, a payment account or a combination of a plurality of payment accounts which enables the user to obtain the maximum offer or the larger offer can be obtained.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting a target account group from the at least one account associated with the payment request based on the offer information and the payment information comprises:
inputting at least one payment account information, payment information and discount information associated with the payment request into a payment analysis model to obtain a target account group; the payment analysis model is obtained by training at least one payment account information, payment information and discount information, and the trained payment model represents the incidence relation between the payment account information, the payment information and the discount information and a target account group for payment.
