The invention provides a device and a method for detecting a packaging association relation and a packaging box, which are used for solving the problem that after small boxes are placed in a large box, the codes of the small boxes in the small box cannot be observed due to light-tight outer packaging, so that whether the association relation is correct or not cannot be judged.
The invention provides a packing box, comprising: the large box and the plurality of small boxes of the large box are filled in, unique code-giving identification is arranged on the large box and each small box, a visible window structure is arranged on the large box, the visible window structure is arranged at a preset position, and after the small boxes are filled in the large box according to the serial number sequence, the visible window structure presents the code-giving identification on the small boxes with specific serial numbers.
The invention relates to a device for testing association relationship of package, which adopts the package box and comprises: the first code reader is used for reading the code-giving marks on the big box and each small box; the association device is used for associating the coding identifiers read by the first code reader; the boxing device is used for loading the small boxes into the large box according to the number sequence and displaying the assigned code marks on the corresponding small boxes in the visual window structure; a second code reader for reading the coded identifiers shown in the visual window structure; and the checking device is used for comparing the coded mark which is to be displayed in the visual window structure with the coded mark read by the second code reader and judging whether the association relationship is correct or not.
The invention discloses a method for testing the association relationship of packages, which adopts the packaging box and comprises the following steps: a first code reading step: reading the code-giving marks on the big box and each small box; and (3) association step: correlating the first read coding mark; boxing: loading the small boxes into a big box according to the numbering sequence, and displaying the code-giving marks on the corresponding small boxes in the visual window structure; and a second code reading step: reading the coded mark shown in the visual window structure; a checking step: and comparing the coding mark to be displayed in the visual window structure with the coding mark read for the second time, and judging whether the association relationship is correct.
According to the device and the method for detecting the packaging association relationship and the packaging box, the visual window structure is arranged at the preset position on the big box, the small boxes are loaded into the big box according to the serial number sequence, the visual window structure can present the code-giving identification on the small boxes with specific serial numbers, and then whether the association relationship is correct or not is judged according to the presented code-giving identification, so that the problem that whether the association between the small box codes packaged inside and the large box codes outside is correct or not cannot be detected in an optical mode after the small boxes are boxed in the traditional method is solved.
[ description of the drawings ]
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a packaging box according to embodiment 1 of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a package correlation inspection apparatus according to embodiment 2 of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for checking a package association relationship according to embodiment 3 of the present invention.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
Embodiment 1, the packing box of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes: a large box 11 and a plurality of small boxes 12 which are filled into the large box 11. The big box 11 and each small box 12 have unique code-giving identification, the big box 11 has a visible window structure 111, the visible window structure 111 is opened at a preset position, after each small box 12 is loaded into the big box 11 according to the number sequence, the visible window structure 111 presents the code-giving identification on the small box 12 with a specific number, for example: a square hole is formed in the position of the small box 12 with the last number on the big box 11, and the two-dimensional code of the small box 12 with the last number is exposed to the position which can be observed outside.
Embodiment 2, the apparatus for inspecting a package association relationship of this embodiment adopts the packaging box of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes: a first code reader 21, an associating means 22, a binning means 23, a second code reader 24 and a verification means 25.
A first code reader 21 for reading the code-giving marks on the large box and each small box;
a correlation device 22, configured to correlate the tag identifier read by the first code reader 21;
the boxing device 23 is used for loading the small boxes into the large box according to the number sequence and displaying the assigned code marks on the corresponding small boxes in the visual window structure;
a second reader 24 for reading the coded identifiers shown in the visual window structure;
and a checking device 25 for comparing the coded mark to be displayed in the visible window structure with the coded mark read by the second code reader 24, and determining whether the association relationship is correct.
In specific implementations, for example: a big box is filled with 20 small boxes, a square opening is formed in the position of the last numbered small box (the 20 th small box) on the big box, and the two-dimensional code of the last numbered small box (the 20 th small box) can be exposed to the outside to be observed. Before or during boxing, the data of the small boxes are scanned by the first code reader 21 in a single box mode, wherein the data are D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D1, D12, D13, D14, D15, D16, D17, D18, D19 and D20, after the small boxes are placed in the big box, codes of the opening positions of the big box are scanned by the second code reader 24, if the data are D20, the association relation is judged to be correct, and if the data are not D20, the association relation is judged to be wrong. In addition, the small boxes are loaded into the large boxes on the production line, so that the numbers of the small boxes and the order of loading the small boxes into the large boxes cannot be staggered, namely the positions of the preset square openings can present the two-dimensional codes on the small boxes with specific numbers, and the two-dimensional codes cannot be staggered, which is the basis of the verification.
Embodiment 3, the method for inspecting a package association relationship of this embodiment adopts the packaging box of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
s31 first code reading step: reading the code-giving marks on the big box and each small box;
s32 association step: correlating the first read coding mark;
s33 boxing step: loading the small boxes into a big box according to the numbering sequence, and displaying the code-giving marks on the corresponding small boxes in the visual window structure;
s34 second code reading step: reading the coded mark shown in the visual window structure;
s35 verification step: and comparing the coding mark to be displayed in the visual window structure with the coding mark read for the second time, and judging whether the association relationship is correct.
In specific implementations, for example: a big box is filled with 20 small boxes, a square opening is formed in the position of the last numbered small box (the 20 th small box) on the big box, and the two-dimensional code of the last numbered small box (the 20 th small box) can be exposed to the outside to be observed. D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D1, D12, D13, D14, D15, D16, D17, D18, D19 and D20 are obtained by scanning the code at the opening position of the large box through the first code reading before or during the packing process, if the data is D20, the association relationship is judged to be correct, and if the data is not, the association relationship is judged to be wrong.
