And (3) face blacklist comparison and alarm: the central platform can model the face picture uploaded by the vehicle-mounted host, compares the face picture with the face blacklist in real time, automatically carries out real-time early warning on the central platform if the comparison reaches a threshold value, and gives an alarm if detailed early warning information comprises snapshot picture information and blacklist image information. Meanwhile, different alarm linkage modes such as alarm output, software prompt, APP pushing and the like can be selected according to actual requirements.
Front end alarm linkage: after the central platform face blacklist is early warned in real time, early warning information (including similarity values, snapshot pictures, blacklist pictures and the like) is issued to the vehicle-mounted host in real time, and linkage warning display is carried out through the vehicle-mounted display screen.
And (3) face blacklist control:
(1) controlling a personnel warehouse; the central platform can provide real-time control according to a control library object, a control range (map selection point), a valid period, an early warning threshold value, an early warning time period and a control reason, and once attention personnel appear in the control range, the central platform can immediately generate early warning. If the black list personnel library is already controlled, when the suspicion is eliminated, the control of the control-controlled personnel library can be removed, and the control of the control-removed personnel library can be re-controlled after the control is removed.
(2) Managing a blacklist library; the central platform can manage the face blacklist library and the personnel lists in the library, and can add the personnel lists in the blacklist library according to face images, names, sexes, birthdays, provinces, cities, certificate types and certificate numbers.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent mobile police service system, comprising:
the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system is used for shooting video and face picture information to complete face picture capture and panoramic evidence collection;
the wireless transmission channel is used for transmitting the video and picture information of the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system to the intelligent management system and wirelessly receiving the alarm instruction of the command center;
and the intelligent management system receives the transmitted video and picture information of the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system and processes the information, wherein the processing comprises video storage, playback, map positioning, face modeling, storage, comparison, identification and query of face pictures and blacklist deployment and control.
2. The intelligent mobile police service system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system comprises a police car, a front-end camera mounted on the top of the police car, a vehicle-mounted host configured in the police car, and a vehicle-mounted hand controller, wherein the front-end camera adopts 6 cameras to form 360-degree panoramic coverage, namely, an included angle of 60 degrees is formed between every two adjacent cameras so as to complete the coverage; the vehicle-mounted host is communicated with the front-end camera and is used for finishing the storage and transmission of the human face picture data; the vehicle-mounted hand controller is communicated with the vehicle-mounted host computer in a wired transmission mode to realize GUI operation on the vehicle-mounted host computer; the vehicle-mounted host is also externally connected with a vehicle-mounted display screen to display the snapshot information of the front-end camera.
3. The intelligent mobile police service system of claim 2, wherein the wireless transmission channel connected with the vehicle-mounted host comprises a GPS module and a 4G module.

The intelligent mobile police service system of claim 3, wherein the front-end camera accesses a public security video private network by relying on a VPN network of a mobile operator through a 4G module connected with a vehicle-mounted host; the vehicle-mounted host computer is accessed to the public security monitoring platform through an ehome protocol, previews the video image of the vehicle-mounted holder in real time through the vehicle-mounted display screen, displays the vehicle positioning information and the driving track, and uploads the face snapshot picture in real time.

The intelligent mobile police service system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the intelligent management system comprises a public security video private network server, a public security information network server and two sets of background processing systems respectively communicated with the public security video private network server and the public security information network server, a firewall and a public security boundary are respectively arranged between the public security video private network server and the public security information network server and between the public security video private network server and a wireless transmission channel, the background processing systems respectively comprise a core switch, a picture storage device, a monitoring application terminal, a management platform and a video display platform, wherein the core switch is used for accessing the public security video private network server or the public security information network server and transmitting information to the picture storage device, the monitoring application terminal, the management platform and the video display platform, the picture storage device, the monitoring application terminal, the management platform and the video display platform are all server devices, the video display platform comprises a video processing server and a splicing display television, and the video processing server is connected with the splicing display television through an HDMI (high-definition multimedia interface) line.
6. The intelligent mobile police service system of claim 5, wherein the IP used by all devices of the intelligent mobile police service system is the IP allocated by the public security bureau, and the server and the firewall device are in the same network segment.
7. An intelligent mobile police service method based on the intelligent mobile police service system of any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that:
firstly, shooting video and face picture information through a vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system to complete face picture capture and panoramic evidence collection;
then, video and picture information of the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system is transmitted to an intelligent management system through a wireless transmission channel, and an alarm instruction of a command center is received wirelessly;
the intelligent management system processes the video and picture information of the vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system received and transmitted, and the processing comprises video storage, playback, map positioning, face modeling, storage, comparison, identification and query of face pictures and blacklist control.

The intelligent mobile police office method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the map positioning is realized by configuring a GPS and a beidou module in a vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system, and the intelligent management system combines the module to realize dual-mode positioning of the GPS and the beidou module, so as to position real-time position information of the police car in real time and report the real-time position information to the management platform for storage, and the management platform can check the positioning information of the vehicle-mounted face evidence obtaining system in real time and can also display the historical moving track of the vehicle-mounted face evidence obtaining system equipment vehicle in the period on a GIS map.

The intelligent mobile police office method according to claim 7, wherein the face picture comparison, recognition and query means that when the intelligent management system receives the sent face picture, the face picture taken by the intelligent management system is retrieved and queried according to information including time and file type, and relevant suspicious people are obtained, specifically:
and (3) identifying suspicious personnel: firstly, searching information of single or combined conditions for suspicious people near the case time by using a person passing time interval, a person passing area, a face feature attribute and a high risk group as query conditions;
searching for suspicious people: selecting front-end vehicle-mounted evidence obtaining system equipment according to the snapshot range and combining with a geographic information system, selecting an area range on a map, and searching personnel information;
and (3) related information derivation: the face images and the related structural information are exported into excel files, and all the face images are stored in the picture storage device of the intelligent management system.

The intelligent mobile police office method according to claim 7, wherein the blacklist deployment is that a collected face image is modeled in an intelligent management system by combining a face blacklist in an existing public security network, the modeled face image is compared with the face blacklist, if the comparison reaches a threshold value, real-time warning is automatically performed in the intelligent management system, the threshold value is a self-set value, the detailed warning information includes snapshot picture information and blacklist image information, and an alarm sound is provided, the warning linkage is performed after the warning is sent out, namely, the warning is realized by means of warning output, software prompting and APP pushing, and the front-end vehicle-mounted intelligent centralized control system performs the blacklist deployment.
