Abstract

The disclosure provides a service fulfillment management method and device. After receiving a service request sent by a user, a service opening management device extracts broadband resource identification of a corresponding line from the service request, associates the user with the broadband resource identification of the corresponding line, performs real-name authentication on the user, and after the real-name authentication is successful, if opening duration information sent by the user is received, further detects whether the user completes corresponding payment operation, generates a broadband dynamic account under the condition that the user completes the corresponding payment operation, and issues the broadband dynamic account to a user side terminal, so that the user side terminal utilizes the broadband dynamic account to perform corresponding configuration, and the user can conveniently access a fixed broadband network. The method and the device can flexibly open the fixed broadband service according to the user requirement.

Service fulfillment management method and device
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for service provisioning management.
Background
In the prior art, a broadband opening process is generally implemented by a user firstly, then resource construction is carried out, and finally charging is opened.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor has noticed that such a user application opening process in the prior art is usually long in period, and is one of the bottlenecks that hinder the rapid development of the fixed broadband service. In addition, the service provisioning and binding authentication mode accepted in advance by a broadband-fixed account is not beneficial to individual users with short-term requirements, and cannot flexibly provision the service according to the requirements of the users.
Therefore, the scheme capable of flexibly opening the service according to the user requirement is provided.
According to an aspect of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a service provisioning management method, including: after receiving a service request sent by a user, extracting a broadband resource identifier of a corresponding line from the service request; associating a user with a broadband resource identifier of a corresponding line, and performing real-name authentication on the user; after the real-name authentication is successful, if opening duration information sent by a user is received, further detecting whether the user completes corresponding payment operation; generating a broadband dynamic account under the condition that the user completes corresponding payment operation; and issuing the broadband dynamic account to a user side terminal, so that the user side terminal performs corresponding configuration by using the broadband dynamic account, and a user can conveniently access a fixed broadband network.
In some embodiments, after the broadband dynamic account is issued to the user side terminal, the method further includes: performing corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account; judging whether the service life of the fixed broadband network is up or not according to the opening duration information; under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is not up, repeatedly executing the steps of corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account; and deleting the broadband dynamic account number under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is up.
In some embodiments, after deleting the broadband dynamic account, the method further includes: and executing fixed broadband dismantling processing.
In some embodiments, the broadband resource identification is a two-dimensional code or an identifier.

Fig. 1 is an exemplary flowchart of a service provisioning management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the method steps of this embodiment may be performed by a service provisioning management device.
In step 101, after receiving a service request sent by a user, a broadband resource identifier of a corresponding line is extracted from the service request.
In some embodiments, the broadband resource identification may be a two-dimensional code, an identifier ID, or other relevant information.
The user can scan the two-dimension code or input the identifier so as to send the corresponding service request to the service provisioning management device.
In some embodiments, the operator is responsible for hardware resource construction to the customer and provides broadband line identification of the line on the device.
In step 102, the user is associated with the broadband resource identifier of the corresponding line, and real-name authentication is performed on the user.
In step 103, after the real-name authentication is successful, if the opening duration information sent by the user is received, it is further detected whether the user completes the corresponding payment operation.
For example, the user may select the corresponding on-time as desired, which may be several months, days, or hours. Therefore, the service requirements of various fixed broadband users can be met more accurately and more finely.
In step 104, the broadband dynamic account is generated in case that the user completes the corresponding payment operation.
In step 105, the broadband dynamic account is issued to the user side terminal, so that the user side terminal performs corresponding configuration by using the broadband dynamic account, so that the user can access the fixed broadband network.
In the service provisioning management method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure, after the user pays for the selected broadband provisioning duration, a corresponding broadband dynamic account is generated, and the broadband dynamic account is issued to the user side terminal for corresponding configuration, so that the user accesses the fixed broadband network. Therefore, the fixed broadband service can be flexibly opened according to the user requirement.
Fig. 2 is an exemplary flowchart of a service provisioning management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the method steps of this embodiment may be performed by a service provisioning management device.
In step 201, after receiving a service request sent by a user, a broadband resource identifier of a corresponding line is extracted from the service request.
In some embodiments, the broadband resource identification may be a two-dimensional code, an identifier ID, or other relevant information.
In some embodiments, the operator is responsible for hardware resource construction to the customer and provides broadband line identification of the line on the device.
In step 202, the user is associated with the broadband resource identification of the corresponding line, and the user is authenticated by real name.
In step 203, after the real-name authentication is successful, if the opening duration information sent by the user is received, it is further detected whether the user completes the corresponding payment operation.
In step 204, the broadband dynamic account is generated when the user completes the corresponding payment operation.
In step 205, the broadband dynamic account is issued to the ue, so that the ue performs corresponding configuration by using the broadband dynamic account, so that the user can access the fixed broadband network.
In step 206, corresponding authentication and detail collection are performed according to the broadband dynamic account.
In step 207, it is determined whether the lifetime of the fixed broadband network has expired according to the opening duration information.
In case the service life of the fixed broadband network is not up, returning to step 206; in case the lifetime of the fixed broadband network has expired, step 208 is performed.
In step 208, the broadband dynamic account number is deleted.
At step 209, a fixed broadband teardown process is performed.
Fig. 3 is an exemplary block diagram of a service provisioning management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the service provisioning management apparatus includes a service management module 31, a dynamic account management module 32, and a terminal management module 33.
The service management module 31 is configured to extract the broadband resource identifier of the corresponding line from the service request after receiving the service request sent by the user, associate the user with the broadband resource identifier of the corresponding line, perform real-name authentication on the user, and further detect whether the user completes the corresponding payment operation if the opening duration information sent by the user is received after the real-name authentication is successful.
In some embodiments, the broadband resource identification may be a two-dimensional code, an identifier ID, or other relevant information.
The user can scan the two-dimension code or input the identifier so as to send the corresponding service request to the service provisioning management device.
In some embodiments, the operator is responsible for hardware resource construction to the customer and provides broadband line identification of the line on the device.
In some embodiments, the user may select the corresponding on-time as desired, which may be several months, days, or hours. Therefore, the service requirements of various fixed broadband users can be met more accurately and more finely.
The dynamic account management module 32 is configured to generate a broadband dynamic account upon completion of a corresponding payment operation by the user.
The terminal management module 33 is configured to issue the broadband dynamic account to the user side terminal, so that the user side terminal performs corresponding configuration by using the broadband dynamic account, so that the user can access the fixed broadband network.
In the service provisioning management device provided in the above embodiment of the present disclosure, after the user pays for the selected broadband provisioning duration, a corresponding broadband dynamic account is generated, and the broadband dynamic account is issued to the user side terminal for corresponding configuration, so that the user accesses the fixed broadband network. Therefore, the fixed broadband service can be flexibly opened according to the user requirement.
Fig. 4 is an exemplary block diagram of a service provisioning management apparatus according to another embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 4 is different from fig. 3 in that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the service provisioning management apparatus further includes an authentication management module 34.
The authentication management module 34 is configured to perform corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account number; the device is also configured to judge whether the service life of the fixed broadband network is up or not according to the opening time length information, repeatedly execute the corresponding operation of authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account number under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is not up, and delete the broadband dynamic account number under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is up.
In some embodiments, the authentication management module 34 is further configured to perform a fixed broadband tear-down process after deleting the broadband dynamic account.
Fig. 5 is an exemplary block diagram of a service provisioning management apparatus according to another embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the service provisioning management device includes a memory 51 and a processor 52.
The memory 51 is used for storing instructions, the processor 52 is coupled to the memory 51, and the processor 52 is configured to execute the method according to any one of the embodiments in fig. 1 or fig. 2 based on the instructions stored in the memory.
As shown in fig. 5, the service provisioning management apparatus further includes a communication interface 53, configured to perform information interaction with other devices. Meanwhile, the device also comprises a bus 54, and the processor 52, the communication interface 53 and the memory 51 are communicated with each other through the bus 54.
The memory 51 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. The memory 51 may also be a memory array. The storage 51 may also be partitioned and the blocks may be combined into virtual volumes according to certain rules.
Further, the processor 52 may be a central processing unit CPU, or may be an application specific integrated circuit ASIC, or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also relates to a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, and the instructions, when executed by a processor, implement a method according to any one of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
In some embodiments, the functional unit modules described above can be implemented as a general purpose Processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable Logic device, discrete Gate or transistor Logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof for performing the functions described in this disclosure.
By implementing the present disclosure, the following advantageous effects can be obtained.
1. Facing to an operator: the group with the fixed broadband fixed relatively for a long time is expanded to a user group with short-term broadband requirements, links of user application and reconstruction are reduced through a user online payment opening mode, an opening process is simplified, and an opening period is shorter.
2. Facing to users: the broadband is more convenient to open, and the charging is more nimble, is applicable to the demand scene of interim fixed broadband, for example: short renting houses and study areas houses; the broadband is switched on time as required, for example: when the family user frequently goes on a business trip, or the scenes such as the time for surfing the Internet of the children are controlled.

after the real-name authentication is successful, if opening duration information sent by a user is received, further detecting whether the user completes corresponding payment operation;
generating a broadband dynamic account under the condition that the user completes corresponding payment operation;
the broadband dynamic account is issued to a user side terminal, so that the user side terminal performs corresponding configuration by using the broadband dynamic account, and a user can conveniently access a fixed broadband network;
performing corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account;
judging whether the service life of the fixed broadband network is up or not according to the opening duration information;
under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is not up, repeatedly executing the steps of corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account;
and deleting the broadband dynamic account number under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is up.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after deleting the broadband dynamic account number, further comprising:
and executing fixed broadband dismantling processing.

the authentication management module is configured to perform corresponding authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account; and the terminal is also configured to judge whether the service life of the fixed broadband network is up or not according to the opening time length information, repeatedly execute the corresponding operation of authentication and detail collection according to the broadband dynamic account under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is not up, and delete the broadband dynamic account under the condition that the service life of the fixed broadband network is up.

the authentication management module is further configured to execute a fixed broadband disconnection process after deleting the broadband dynamic account.

a memory configured to store instructions;
