Based on the same inventive concept as the member buyback cycle management method of the cross-store collaboration in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of: obtaining a first purchase record of a first member, wherein the first purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in a first shop; obtaining first commodity information according to the first purchase record; obtaining second commodity information, wherein the second commodity information has a first relevance with the first commodity information; judging whether the second commodity information has second relevance with the first shop; when the second commodity information does not have a second relevance with the first shop, first recommendation information is obtained, and the first recommendation information is used for recommending the second shop to the first member.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.

The cross-store cooperative member period management is realized by utilizing the mutual cooperation among different stores, the problem that the purchasing requirement of a member cannot be met due to the fact that the recommended products of a single store are limited is avoided, the effective re-purchasing period of the member cannot be guaranteed, the establishment of the re-purchasing habit of the member is not facilitated, the cross-store cooperative member period management system can not perform targeted recommendation on the member, member marketing service is well done, the member re-purchasing period management is facilitated, and the cross-store mutual win technical effect is realized. And further, the technical problems that the repurchase management of the members is only limited to commodities in the local store, the goods are single, and the repurchase management effect is influenced in the prior art are solved.

Claims (10)

1. A member repurchase cycle management method collaborating across shops, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a first purchase record of a first member, wherein the first purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in a first shop;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first purchase record;
obtaining second commodity information, wherein the second commodity information has a first relevance with the first commodity information;
judging whether the second commodity information has second relevance with the first shop;
when the second commodity information does not have a second relevance with the first shop, first recommendation information is obtained, and the first recommendation information is used for recommending the second shop to the first member.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a second purchase record of the first member, wherein the second purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in the second shop;
obtaining third commodity information according to the second purchase record;
judging whether the third commodity information and the first commodity information have the first relevance or not;
when the third commodity information does not have the first relevance with the first commodity information, the first recommendation information is obtained.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the second merchandise information has a second association with the first store comprises:
when the second commodity information has second relevance with the first shop, obtaining first inventory information corresponding to the second commodity information;
judging whether the first inventory information meets a first preset threshold value;
and when the first inventory information meets the first preset threshold value, obtaining first promotion information and sending the first promotion information to the first member.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining first recommendation information for recommending a second store to the first member when the second merchandise information does not have a second association with the first store comprises:
obtaining a second shop according to the second commodity information;
determining whether the second store has a third association with the first store;
and when the second shop and the first shop have the third relevance, obtaining the first recommendation information and recommending the second shop to the first member.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein obtaining first recommendation information for recommending a second store to the first member when the second merchandise information does not have a second association with the first store comprises:
obtaining second inventory information according to the second commodity information, wherein the second inventory information is the inventory information of the second commodity information in the second shop;
judging whether the second inventory information meets a second preset threshold value;
and when the second inventory information meets the second preset threshold value, obtaining second promotion information and sending the second promotion information to the first member.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether the second store has a third association with the first store comprises:
obtaining a third store when the second store does not have the third association with the first store, wherein the third store has the third association with the first store;
and obtaining second recommendation information according to the third shop, wherein the second recommendation information is used for recommending the third shop to the first member.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether the second store has a third association with the first store comprises:
when the second store does not have the third relevance with the first store, the first store sends first request information to the second store, wherein the first request information requests the first store to establish the third relevance with the second store;
acquiring first reply information according to the first request information;
and obtaining third recommendation information according to the first reply information, wherein the third recommendation information is used for recommending the second shop to the first member.
8. A member buyback cycle management apparatus that cooperates across stores, the apparatus comprising:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first purchase record of a first member, where the first purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in a first store;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining first commodity information according to the first purchase record;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain second commodity information, where the second commodity information has a first association with the first commodity information;
a first determination unit configured to determine whether the second product information and the first store have a second relationship;
a fourth obtaining unit configured to obtain first recommendation information for recommending a second store to the first member when the second item information does not have a second association with the first store.
9. A member buyback cycle management apparatus cooperating across stores, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements the steps of:
obtaining a first purchase record of a first member, wherein the first purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in a first shop;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first purchase record;
obtaining second commodity information, wherein the second commodity information has a first relevance with the first commodity information;
judging whether the second commodity information has second relevance with the first shop;
when the second commodity information does not have a second relevance with the first shop, first recommendation information is obtained, and the first recommendation information is used for recommending the second shop to the first member.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
obtaining a first purchase record of a first member, wherein the first purchase record is a purchase record of the first member in a first shop;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first purchase record;
obtaining second commodity information, wherein the second commodity information has a first relevance with the first commodity information;
judging whether the second commodity information has second relevance with the first shop;
when the second commodity information does not have a second relevance with the first shop, first recommendation information is obtained, and the first recommendation information is used for recommending the second shop to the first member.
